  • My vegan go-to recipes are refried bean/cream cheese/salsa quesadilla, avocado on toasted sourdough, mug of veggie broth with rice noodles and leftover veggies tossed in, and fried rice, with soy/sriracha/finely chopped veggies added.

  • Ready made soup… added to soup and pasta added to something that isn’t minestrone, eww. Also what a waste only using the florets of the broccoli which is the worst part anyway.

  • just made the mac and cheese and it’s amaaaazing!! i’m not even vegan just trying to introduce more plant based meals into my diet!! i used a chickpea pasta as well so it was a bit more healthy! so good

  • I’m english, and when I hear americans doing an english accent it’s usually really cringy and bad, so I was like ‘oh god, here we go..’ and then your accent was really good XD

  • I tried making the Mac and cheese…it came out sooo watery I don’t know why though I followed the steps..i think I must’ve added to much liquid some where lol.

  • You are an angel!!! I needed a video like this! I just started a vegan/eco-friendly channel so feel free to check it out:) Peace from England

  • i cant believe how cheap vegetables are where you live. That head of Broccoli would have been several dollars where i live. Junk food and meats are cheaper then fresh Veg and fruit, it’s so frustrating. I love the curry recipe, I cant wait to make that myself!

  • I accidentally saw your channel…. I really liked it. I have five children living in Ukraine. Excuse me if my question is wrong…. is your family Christian?

  • How the heck do you get thrive market products in Canada? they are a US-only company ( at the moment ).. you should really mention that Caitlin always does.
    Thanks for the recipes tho!

  • Thanks for this video Eating mostly raw and vegan and still getting fat not sure why I’m not sure where you stand on political issues about veganism but I saw a Peta video about wet Factory slaughterhouses I think you should take a look and I’m not sure if you would be willing to share these videos so that people can see how terrible this practice of slaughtering animals is thanks

  • thank you thank you thank you thank you for doing this gluten free! im having such a hard time with not being able to eat nightshades/gluten/dairy and am slowly learning recipes. so thank you!!

  • I was looking for beginner vegan plus food prep so that there are easy meals to grab from the freezer. Thankyou for the curry recipe food prep!

  • I think I am the only to notice that 5 different dishes from different countries: tofu from Korea, Mexican rice, Indian chickpeas masala, macaroni from Italy. Heads off

  • Did you learn to be an industrious Mom in your own childhood or has it been a personality trait of yours….or have you worked at that particular trait. You are obviously hard working as a mother, and ambitious for your family. Did you also have hardworking role models? Thank you for your honest content:) I am 39 weeks pregnant now with my third and all I want to do is sleep,. Hope you also have a good final weeks of pregnancy!

  • Girl! I just made that bean spread and it was everything! I also put jalapeños in for some spice. But it’s sooooo good, and filling.

  • OMG people that is not the proper way to cook with dried curry powder..why do people pretend to teach other when they themselves don’t know..another tip don’t just throw your broccoli in the freezer without putting it in a ziplock bag

  • Hi Hannah, thank you for these videos! I love that these recipes have tons of simple ingredients that I already have around the house. I will be eating this all tomorrow. Can’t wait to try the soup!

  • It’s amazing how, even plants we eat, Thrive on the dead tissues of animals administered through the soil. And Carnivorous Plants are in a world all their own. I love my Meat (and my health).

  • If you want lentils to cook fast you can presoak them in water for 15 to 20 minutes before even cooking them. Just a tip! Hope it helps!

  • For the bean dip, try using 1 or 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast and about 1/4 tsp of tumeric. It’s really really good on toast and top it with veganaise sprinkle of black pepper, cayenne pepper, and onion powder delicious!

  • Hi Hannah, I’d like some advice, I don’t do alot of exercise but make very health vegan based meals and try to drink 3L water as that’s what my body need but sometime I find I haven’t some of the days and then get cramps. I want this to be my lifestyle. Can you tell me a very simple story of how you change your lifestyle from your weight to now? Was it 3 meals a day and 4 half an hour of exercise a day? Or? Is this video you typical meals and how often do you exercise? I just don’t know where to start and I am feel discouraged by all that’s out there. I worry that my protein sizes are to small but as I eat alot of veg I think I need high volume for more Cals. Your protein sizes are the same as mine. I would appreciate a little answer please, if you have a moment.

  • I have your porridge every day for breakfast.. and just tried the Mac n cheese… Oh god it’s emmense. Love all your recipes and food ngl

  • The fake English accent is really annoying, its weird to me that so many Americans randomly put on English accents to try be funny

  • How long do these last in the fridge?? I’m really trying to always have things available in the fridge to be healthier and it helps me stay vegan if not I’ll eat so much cheese

  • new subscriber i love your channel new vegan here PLESE help me where u buy all ur stuff, i live in Springfield MO and they are not vegan friendly here the stores suck help me plz

  • It all looks great but…can you please not say “pimp it up”? That’s a reference to pimps promoting their prostitutes and a reference to victimization and trafficking. Thank you.

  • How long did it take you to lose that weight and did you exercise as well? I’m asking as my body is the same as your before body, I’m 42 years old and interested in turning vegan for alot if reasons and one of them is weight loss. Thanks. Hi from Australia ☀️

  • I love that you use lentils! I usually add zucchini or other low calorie veggie to my foods too if I want less calories. Thank you for inspiration!

  • Hey Hannah. Have you tried adding cauliflower to your berry smoothies? Lowers calorie density, adds a veg and best of all you cant taste it.

Give it a try. Its a game changer.

  • I’ve been a member of Thrive for years and my main complaint is that they are ALWAYS out of stock of so many things. I have a monthly auto-ship set up and they’re out of stock of half my items so I am constantly changing the items to make sure I have enough for free shipping.

  • Your Videos are Mark As “Creative Commons”. Which means that you are allowing anyone to reuse your videos on youtube or any video network. I am just checking to see if you are aware that your videos are Mark As Creative Commons. Is it OK for me to reuse your videos on my youtube, vimeo or other video networks? Larry Kearney

  • Question… I’m not normally hungry in the morning I don’t normally get hungry till around 1 is that ok or should I make myself eat in the morning like a smoothie or something?

  • You wouldn’t believe how often I search for simple yet satisfying, filling vegan meals and your video pops up!! These meals become main stays in my diet for years. So grateful for your creativity and thoughtful and light disposition lol your videos have helped me stay vegan at times when I was looking for answers. Thank You!!

  • If you mention Thrive Market again, you should let people know that they don’t just give free memberships to low-income families. They also give free memberships to students, teachers, veterans, active members of the military and first responders! I get a free membership because I’m a veteran. I just thought this would be helpful info for people to know about, in case they qualify for a free membership ❤️

  • When finished meal prepping any sort of food and even these dishes, should I store them in fridge or freezer to best conserve them for the whole week? I recently started meal prepping and I did rice with veggies for a week, and it just looked like it went bad and didn’t have that fresh taste! Someone please help me and give advice. Thank you!

  • That’s too many lentils!:P
Seriously though check out authentic Indian food (not the orange gravy that pretends to be Indian). There are so many amazing vegan dishes there!

  • Wow! You’re amazing! I have been wanting to try that sourdough of yours. Looks delicious!!! Thank you for the inspiration! I look up to you! ♥️♥️♥️

  • Just finished my meal prep and freeze for baby #4! Now I just need a second freezer I also recorded what I made. Now I just have to edit it:)

  • Ack! Rose! Could you do another video with a Thrive Market promo? I just missed the July 31 deadline. THX for all your lovely videos I’ve learned so much.

  • I got up made the lentil stew as soon as I saw it and omg was it tasty! I ended up using quinoa and couscous instead of a pasta and added coconut milk to my tomato and veggie stock it came out tasting very cheesy. Definitely wasn’t mad about that! Thanks Rose

  • Thank you for this inspiration! I need to do this. We have a little one joining next month (my fifth baby, dynamically the fourth), and idk how much my husband will be able to help with his newish job! Definitely plan to make some if not all these. ♥️ Can’t wait to see your newest baby!

  • For your Canadian followers it kinda sucks how we can’t use thrive market. You got me excited because I thought they finally allowed Canada. I’m not even sure how you got them because I live in the same province you do been vegan for almost a year now!!

  • Ready made soup… added to soup and pasta added to something that isn’t minestrone, eww. Also what a waste only using the florets of the broccoli which is the worst part anyway.

  • Looks great. Have you ever had the Amy’s organic Harvest Bowl? I love it but can’t figure out how to completely replicate. Has quinoa, pinto beans, sweet potato, kale, tofu but can’t get the flavoring right.

  • Hey there! I contacted Thrive and they told me: Thrive Market currently ships to all the Contiguous U.S. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada, but hope to do so in the near future. https://thrivemarket.com/shipping

  • Hi Hannah! Do you have an amazon link? I am looking for the juicer you shared not to long ago, I think you said it was around $90? Do you still think it works well?

  • If you’re looking for a 16 minute infomercial for Thrive Market, def watch this video… not available in Canada. Super disappointing and frustrating. Rose please mention in the title next time, not everyone wants to watch you make things with ingredients from a company we don’t have access to.

  • The fake English accent is really annoying, its weird to me that so many Americans randomly put on English accents to try be funny

  • The recipes are amazing! I would love to taste the noodles. By the way, do you know any vegetarian substitute for oyster sauce? Thx

  • Do you just eat the sauerkraut as a side? I’d love to eat more of it but I’ve never known what else to do with it other than ruben sandwiches or cooked with polish sausage.

  • Hey Hannah! I love your videos. Thanks for the tip on the smoothie bowlsletting my frozen fruit defrost for just a few minutes really helped me. Also, if you want to create nice balls of your dragonfruit, use a melon baller. I do that and it works great.

  • I love couscous with vegetables It is the traditional dish of the “Berber” Kabyle region❤️
You can even make couscous with a mixture of peanuts, almonds, cashews… With raisins and accompanied with curdled milk, it is a real delight.
    It’s good, it’s healthy❤️

  • Thanks Hannah!! I just came across your videos yesterday and they are so helpful!! I purchased your ebook and yesterday was day one….the food is amazing!! I am still trying to wrap my head around it all….I come from ALL THE PROTEIN with weight training…totally different mindset. However, meat has been grossing me out lately so I really wanted to give this a go! Please keep posting and sharing…you are so genuine!

  • The recepies look delicious and I will try them in a less wasteful way. I think it’s hypocritical to be vegan today and create so much waste…

    Too lazy to cut?
Baby carrots in a plastic bag?
    Spray for the pan?
    Order from and promote amazon?

    Damn.

I know being vegan is technically only a diet but I don’t understand how someone can decide to be vegan without respecting the enviroment, so to avoid the things I mentioned above, which is EASY.

  • Your recipes look delicious! I am a little bit disappointed though, because you went from eating a lot of protein during some time (including protein powder) to not even having one serving of legumes in this and the (I think) previous video. I am afraid, I don´t like that very much, nutrition-wise. Anyway, still enjoy watching your Videos and looking for inspiration:)

  • Thank you for sharing your meal prep! It inspired me to start back prepping ahead a couple weeks worth for those very busy days. Also, thank you for the free ebook, I want to try hand at making a sourdough starter. Blessings upon you, your delivery & family

  • So delicious you’re amazing I enjoy eating plant base I have loss 185 pounds in the last 8 months eating 90% plant base my 10% is my African food that I super love but only eat it Saturdays

  • wow, I got exhausted just watching you cook! But I also batch cook and freeze and it is so worth it in trems of convenience and the budget. Sending good thoughts for you and your new babes!

  • I made the wild rice soup! Well, I didnt have rice so I replaced that with quinoa and farro, but I followed everything else exactly. It turned out so delicious. Thank you for the recipe!!

  • Yummy! Thanks for posting low-calorie high protein recipes. I am trying to watch my weight and so far I’ve found that low calorie high protein vegan recipes are hard to come by, so I appreciate these recipes and can’t wait to try!

  • Yes!!! I loved the ice-cream! I’ve been looking for new sweet treats and this hit the spot! I added granola, hemp seeds and protein powder and added some ingredients I have never used before to my grocery list! I am definitely a new subscriber!! Thank you! Keep those food videos coming!!

  • The recipes look amazing but I feel the title is misleading af. None of them look like they are lazy or cheap(what is the budget?) dishes to make.

  • it is so nice to keep motivated and doing exercises all the time but its so hard here an easy way to lose weight so fast without any pain its like you sleep and wake up thin lol you can find the infos here [email protected] gmail.com

  • For the bean dip, try using 1 or 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast and about 1/4 tsp of tumeric. It’s really really good on toast and top it with veganaise sprinkle of black pepper, cayenne pepper, and onion powder delicious!

  • Thank you for sharing this. I made the Mac & Cheese which was delicious, the Chana Masala which was delicious but took longer than I expected, and I am making the Mexican rice tonight!

  • I’m new to your channel.. I kinda fell upon it cause you where actually using pots and pans and your kitchen.. whole food and feeding your family.. things that very few families do anymore..& children don’t wanna eat unless it’s in plastic.. it’s horrible.. I raised four daughters on my own and cooked almost every meal.. I will watch a few more.. I wish I knew your family and names.. in time❤️

  • When I cook lentils/beans, etc. I cook them either entirely or partially in 100% Apple Juice or Cider. It adds sweetness and depth but, depending on what kind you buy, it’s much healthier than adding straight sugar. I cook with it in skillets too instead of oil or water.

  • I really don’t understand why you are still using those old pictures as thumbnails. it is misleading and has nothing to do with your new videos, which promote under-eating

  • You are an angel!!! I needed a video like this! I just started a vegan/eco-friendly channel so feel free to check it out:) Peace from England

  • You can microwave cloves of garlic for 10 seconds to turn down the pungency. And it makes it easy to peel the cloves! That’s an Alton Brown tip. And you can microwave lentils to cook them. That’s a tip from my dad.

  • I think it would be helpful if you made a graphical overview with a short description (either spoken or in text) at the beginning of the video. Watching a 10 minute video to see what finally comes of it is a litte bit inconvenient. Even when you skip to the end you can’t really tell what this was about.

  • i’ve been binging your videos and realized you don’t cook with oil/fats, it helps bring out more flavor but this method is also healthier

  • I did actually went the rabbit hole watching one of your video after other. Specific time from 9 to 1 because it’s been long haven’t got chance to watch them and happy I did that. I can’t over the idea how you manage everything with so young kids. Please share some parenting advice on your video just about how you watch all the kids while cooking, cleaning and what’s your morning to night routine with them. That would really help as we are planning to expand our little family of 3 ‍‍ so I can be efficient and productive momma like you. you have such a beautiful family. Thanks a ton and God bless you all. ❤️

  • If you add some of the aquafaba from the chickpeas (the liquid in the can) to the hummus, it make it creamy. Love this meal prep! My kind of food!

  • I love your videos! Can you do one of simple vegan dessert recipes? Like 5 ingredients or less? Please and thank you ❤️ I’m definitely going to try the bolognese!

  • Can someone share what kind of noodles were in the noodle recipe? I’ve tried regular pasta noodles and soba noodles and they were either too stiff or too gummy. What noodle is best for this that is not a standard Chinese egg noodle (because I don’t eat eggs)?

  • When it comes to eating healthy, you must never fall victim to modern day fad diets. Extreme diets undoubtedly are a danger for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your everyday nutritionary intake. Many of these fad diet plans work for a short period of time and then the benefits decrease after a while. It is best to search Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine as it isn’t just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • Hello there, have you considered Custokebon Secrets yet? Simply do a google search. On there you’ll find an awesome guidelines about how exactly you can lost a lot of weight. Why don’t you give it a shot? maybe it can work for you too.

  • Way to go! Super impressive
I do have a question though..what were the lids that you put on your jars when making sauerkraut?
    Best wishes on baby #6!

  • I love your videos… but every time but I need to eat a lot to feel satisfied…
    I have a question
I saw a video and I wanna to know if was you… https://youtu.be/8UTkoIrVlm4

  • WOW Lisa!! What an exciting (albeit exhausting) time for you! I remember those last weeks before my children were born and how great it was to FEEL like getting things in order and making sure that the first few weeks with the new Baby were as easy and restful as possible. I would almost say you’ve started your “nesting phase” 😉 I wish you many blessings on your birth and hope that you enjoy this last little bit of your pregnancy.

  • If you’re looking for a 16 minute infomercial for Thrive Market, def watch this video… not available in Canada. Super disappointing and frustrating. Rose please mention in the title next time, not everyone wants to watch you make things with ingredients from a company we don’t have access to.

  • I really don’t understand why you are still using those old pictures as thumbnails. it is misleading and has nothing to do with your new videos, which promote under-eating

  • I have no need for low-calorie meals tbh BUT if that means I can eat more of them, I’m all for itfood is life:D All of these looked absolutely delicious! I also enjoyed the video itself a lot (as always) as you’re just such a fun and positive person!
    .
    Sending you lots of love!
    Have a great week ahead!

  • You have to order a shit ton of food from Thrive Market to justify the membership fee. Any savings you experience per item is negated by paying the fee. I just run down to my local Whole Foods or fancy Kroger and buy the stuff straight up instead of paying a membership fee.

  • Very appetizing Thank you for sharing easy & delicious recipes I am considering going vegan and this video makes the transition look easier. Well done indeed

  • Every thing looks so delicious! And I’m not vegan. But, I like a lot of your ideas and learn about products that are healthier. I’d like to start incorporating some of them in my way of eating. Thanks!

  • OMG Lisa, you have so much energy! I’m watching this video and the more I come to the end my is just dropping. You did a crazy busy mealprep!! I got really inspired. I hope you and your family are well! Big hug

  • How long do these last in the fridge?? I’m really trying to always have things available in the fridge to be healthier and it helps me stay vegan if not I’ll eat so much cheese

  • You are amazing! Thanks for sharing all this with us. You’re my inspiration mom I’m 14 weeks with #2 and planning out these next few months…

  • What kind of knives do you have? They sound extremely sharp!(they also LOOK like they are cutting everything easy) Also, do you only use cast iron skillets to cook in? If so….where is the best place to get them?

  • Made this before and it was so good! I added jalapeño to mine to give it a nice kick. But I think the next time I make it in going top use fresh beans instead of canned to cut down on the sodium

  • I just made the tofu stir fry and it was so delicious! I loved how fragrant the ginger in it was. Made it less spicy for my daughter but even she loved it!

  • Great recipes, I think I will make the Lentil one this week! Do you have any other recommendations for oil spray bottles? The one you linked doesn’t ship to Canada..:(

  • Recently, I also got hooked on vegan recipes, the other day I saw on the Internet “Roast for vegans”, was surprised, went to see, it turned out to be from new potatoes with lemon zest. I tried to cook it, it was just a bomb). Who is interested in the recipe, then took it here https://triptok.ru/veganskie-recepty/zharkoe-iz-molodogo-kartofelya-s-limonnoj-cedroj.html

You can grab that here: https://bit.ly/farmhousesourdough Also, the recipe for the sourdough chicken pot pie is coming soon to the blog and this channel. Happy cooking!

  • Oh my God Lisa, you’re a super woman. I admire you very very much. You area very big example for me. Wish you the best for you and you’re beautiful family

  • Hi there, guys and dolls. A question. Starting this new way of eating. Does everything have to be organic? Seasoning etc? Help this gal out!

  • Looks great. Have you ever had the Amy’s organic Harvest Bowl? I love it but can’t figure out how to completely replicate. Has quinoa, pinto beans, sweet potato, kale, tofu but can’t get the flavoring right.

  • just made the mac and cheese and it’s amaaaazing!! i’m not even vegan just trying to introduce more plant based meals into my diet!! i used a chickpea pasta as well so it was a bit more healthy! so good

  • Watched this video yesterday and have made 2 smoothie bowls since! I’m been in a slump and eating A LOT of processed foods and now I’m inspired and actually excited to start eating healthy again! Planing on making both the lunch and dinner recipes this weekend (:

  • Made this before and it was so good! I added jalapeño to mine to give it a nice kick. But I think the next time I make it in going top use fresh beans instead of canned to cut down on the sodium

  • Every thing looks so delicious! And I’m not vegan. But, I like a lot of your ideas and learn about products that are healthier. I’d like to start incorporating some of them in my way of eating. Thanks!

  • How many duplicate cooking essentials do you have in your kitchen? I’m wondering how much I should down grade of certain things (or do you have a video on that)? Thanks!!
    Love your videos!!

  • a bone broth idea: save all your bones sorted by type of meat (chicken, beef, pork) in their own bags in the freezer so there is no pressure to quickly make bone broth when they are still fresh. Make fresh bone broth instead:^)

Thanks for the video! God luck on your labour and delivery! I am having my third, due in 2 weeks, but mine like to stay in for the full 2 weeks extra… I know what you mean that they just flourish in there the extra time

  • Happy to see new content on this subject matter but it was very hard to listen with her nose stuffed. I feel for her, super annoying problem! Hope it clears up soon!!!

  • Impressive doesn’t seem a strong enough word. You really are remarkable, Lisa. Best wishes praying for your safe delivery of #6 bundle of love.

  • Reminds me of my dinner. I just cooked some broccoli, sugar pes (How do you call themin English?), leek, tempeh and chickpeas. I used garlic and chilli for seasening, and also smoked paprika and I added water so its not so dry. And voila, high protein food.

  • I love your videos! Can you do one of simple vegan dessert recipes? Like 5 ingredients or less? Please and thank you ❤️ I’m definitely going to try the bolognese!

  • I think I am the only to notice that 5 different dishes from different countries: tofu from Korea, Mexican rice, Indian chickpeas masala, macaroni from Italy. Heads off

  • I have made this lentil tomato sauce so many times and use it on spaghetti squash and for a pizza base. It is such an easy recipe and everyone loves it!! Thank you so much!!

  • Hmmmm….Thrive Market. They offered free trial membership so I tried and placed my order. None of my orders EVER arrived. I contacted Thrive customer service and they kept telling me they will resend my orders. Never came. I did some researched and I was not impressed with the company. I order from IHerb instead. Great customer service, excellent delivery and products. I’m here for your delicious food NOT FOR THRIVE. Thank you for sharing your recipes

  • Hey. I’ll be turning 40 in November and decided that veganism is going to be my birthday present to myself. However, I also want to be able to cook my children meals that they will enjoy as well. Maybe think about doing some video’s on kid-friendly vegan dishes. I love your channel. Thanks so much!

  • Just recently found your channel and binged watched a bunch of your videos. Hit subscribed and still watching. Learning new recipes and love how you also share the recipes in the description box as well. Thanks for sharing and keep posting.

  • Hello, How long did the bloating stop when you started being a vegan? I am so gassy these days especially that I am at home all the time. I can really pay attention on what’s happening to my body.

    Any tips?

  • Yummy! Thanks for posting low-calorie high protein recipes. I am trying to watch my weight and so far I’ve found that low calorie high protein vegan recipes are hard to come by, so I appreciate these recipes and can’t wait to try!

  • I loved watching this. I would do the same every sunday when I was a working mum. I’d cook and bake for the whole week. I dont have a big enough freezer now but I did love the feeling of accomplishment knowing meals were prepared. It took the pressure off a lot.

  • My go to is Pad Thai, quick cooking veg (spring onions, capsicum, garlic, ginger, grated carrot,, mushrooms) with tofu fried with tamari, brown rice noodles, coconut milk, lime juice, tamari. Takes 10mins and is delicious ❤️your videos. FYI you can peel ginger with a spoon or if it’s organic leave the skin on and noodles are easier to handle with a pair of tongs or a spaghetti fork❤️✨

  • your recipes are crazy good! love your ideas and love the way you edit videos. And finally found someone who knows how to cut a broccoli lol

  • Such a great idea! Def taking notes

One thing I find annoying when ever I have to write on the bags is that it’s not a stable or temp of food messes w the sharpie, therefore I write before I put the food inside and let the ink dry for a few sec, also zoodles you can jst sprinkle a tea spoon of flour to your cheese and it won’t stick
And you may find a wooden tortilla press super helpful, it’s how I roll w mine, def going to try w sourdough

  • That’s too many lentils!:P
Seriously though check out authentic Indian food (not the orange gravy that pretends to be Indian). There are so many amazing vegan dishes there!

  • Really interesting video. I’m going to have another go at being a vegan soon and this video has made me feel like it’s really doable.

  • Hi Hannah! Do you have an amazon link? I am looking for the juicer you shared not to long ago, I think you said it was around $90? Do you still think it works well?

  • As soon as I hear thrive market, thrive scheme all I think about is Shannon watts and her two daughters CeCe and Bella. Angels watching over the world.

  • it is so nice to keep motivated and doing exercises all the time but its so hard here an easy way to lose weight so fast without any pain its like you sleep and wake up thin lol you can find the infos here [email protected] gmail.com

  • You cook very similar to how
I cook, except I cook most dishes in a vegan style, but I still cook with chicken and turkey for my husband? I meal prep like this on Sundays. You need a baggy holder. So do I! I’m ordering a few.

  • My vegan go-to recipes are refried bean/cream cheese/salsa quesadilla, avocado on toasted sourdough, mug of veggie broth with rice noodles and leftover veggies tossed in, and fried rice, with soy/sriracha/finely chopped veggies added.

  • That SMOOTHIE bowl yum! New vegan youtuber here, you’ve really inspired my vegan journey Hannah and now I want to share my progress and help others too!

  • Happy to see new content on this subject matter but it was very hard to listen with her nose stuffed. I feel for her, super annoying problem! Hope it clears up soon!!!

  • Hi Hannah. I just started Dr. McDougals starch solution a few weeks ago. I’m happy but the weight loss is very slow. Could you share how much you lost on a weekly or monthly basis? Have you ever done a video about that? Thanks so much. Love your channel

  • Thanks for showing that good, healthy food isn’t so expensive. We just weren’t taught the right stuff when I was growing up. Looking forward to more. I made black bean hummus yesterday. It’s so much better than store bought.

  • I love your videos… but every time but I need to eat a lot to feel satisfied…
    I have a question
I saw a video and I wanna to know if was you… https://youtu.be/8UTkoIrVlm4

  • Oh my gosh thank you for reminding me how much I love to make Bananas Foster, at least the vegan version of course! And no flambeing but there’s nothing like a wee bit of bananas with your cinnamon and Nutmeg all heated up and gooey. Last time I made it years ago I topped it off with homemade pumpkin pudding and a tiny dollop of coconut cream with shredded dark chocolate on top! Now I’ll watch and see how you make it LOL!

  • Hello…I began watching a couple of your videos yesterday and I immediately got my sourdough starter going.:) I have had starter many times over the years, but have never kept up with them more than several months. I once was given a 20 year starter and let that go after a few months. Ugh! So here we go again. I am 30 weeks pregnant with #12, and we do freezer cooking pretty much every month, so I am looking forward to trying some of your recipes. I printed your sourdough recipe book (thank you!!) as my motivation to keep up with my starter. We LOVE anything sourdough, so the kids are excited to try all the recipes. Congratulations on your precious new baby arriving soon. I’m looking forward to following along on your journey! Blessings!

  • What a wonderful lady…mother, partner, wife, chef, homemaker, holy smoke! Prepping meals for the fam and a baby on the way…WOW!

Thank You!!

  • How many meals should i prep for when my baby comes? I don’t have anyone that will bring me food and I’ve never meal prepped before for my other two kids. We do eat out more often than I would like. I think you are a great mom and wife and just how I’ve always wanted to be but I’ve been a working mom for years up until this pregnancy. I would like to prep, but not sure how far ahead I should.

  • Ok so im confused, for the mexican rice recipe, did u let the rice cook all the way before u added it to the other stuff? Or was it only halfway cooked? Cuz it looked half cooked but u didnt mention it in the video so idk.

  • I just made the tofu stir fry and it was so delicious! I loved how fragrant the ginger in it was. Made it less spicy for my daughter but even she loved it!

  • It’s still shock me just how many people have no idea about Custokebon Secrets (do a google search) despite the fact that lots of people lost a lot of weight using it. Thanks to my personal friend who told me about it. I’ve lost lots of weight.

  • What happened to the “chunky” girl in the thumbnail hoping to see more of her.
The human body is carnivorous we need meat, chickens love to eat fresh vegetables and cows can eat the grains.

  • You can microwave cloves of garlic for 10 seconds to turn down the pungency. And it makes it easy to peel the cloves! That’s an Alton Brown tip. And you can microwave lentils to cook them. That’s a tip from my dad.

  • Great recipes, I think I will make the Lentil one this week! Do you have any other recommendations for oil spray bottles? The one you linked doesn’t ship to Canada..:(

That kale salad looked amazing ☺ love ur channel Rose xo

  • That quinoa/kale/broccoli salad looks DELISH! Need to make that for my next staff meeting. We all gonna have broccoli toots that night, know what I’m sayin?

  • When I cook lentils/beans, etc. I cook them either entirely or partially in 100% Apple Juice or Cider. It adds sweetness and depth but, depending on what kind you buy, it’s much healthier than adding straight sugar. I cook with it in skillets too instead of oil or water.

  • Its a miracle that I am alive today. I encounter HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS (HSV1/2) for good four (4) years, six (6) months and twelve (12) day with my calculations, before I meet the great Dr. Abumere. I am Tina Richard from Fresno California, united state of America and I was affected with herpes virus.Herpes is a viral infection cause by the Herpes simplex virus, marked by painful, watery blister in the skin or mucous membrane or on the genitals. This was what I suffered for good four years. I have visited CVS Pharmacy in Fresno for treatment but no improvement. I meet Dr.Abumere online while I was searching for herpes cure I read a testimony about his work. I give a try that now becomes a testimony in my life. • girl if you’re struggling to put the noodles in a bowl… just put the bowl closer or scoop up the noodles high into the air so they dont drag on the counter. it’s that easy lol

  • This all looks so amazing

  • Very appetizing Thank you for sharing easy & delicious recipes I am considering going vegan and this video makes the transition look easier. Well done indeed

  • I’m curious as to why so many vegans don’t cook in oil. frying up veggies in a little olive oil isn’t bad…in fact olive oil is good for you

  • These all look so delicious! Would you be able to tell me about how many calories are in each meal? I’m on a healthy weight gain journey and that would be helpful information.

  • Thank you for sharing this. I made the Mac & Cheese which was delicious, the Chana Masala which was delicious but took longer than I expected, and I am making the Mexican rice tonight!

  • I love curry but I have to cook it outside in our grill because my house will smell like curry for days lol I also tend to only put a tiny bit of curry powder because of how strong it is. I love the caramelized banana for the oatmeal. Definitely going to try that this week!

  • So amazing watching you do these huge batches of different meals and also food prep:) I’m also a lover of cooking, meal prepping and eating healthy and I’m so happy I came across your channel. We have two boys under the age of 10 in the house and that creates challenges for eating one meal. Your videos are really inspirational in terms of cooking for a family of different ages, even with a baby strapped to your chest. Thank you so much for sharing this and I just think you’re amazing and you rock:)

  • I got up made the lentil stew as soon as I saw it and omg was it tasty! I ended up using quinoa and couscous instead of a pasta and added coconut milk to my tomato and veggie stock it came out tasting very cheesy. Definitely wasn’t mad about that! Thanks Rose

  • This video was just as informative as it was meant to be, and it didn’t have to be this lovely, but it was I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed a vlog type of YouTube video as much as I just enjoyed this one. Bravo And thank you

  • Hi there, guys and dolls. A question. Starting this new way of eating. Does everything have to be organic? Seasoning etc? Help this gal out!

  • Can someone share what kind of noodles were in the noodle recipe? I’ve tried regular pasta noodles and soba noodles and they were either too stiff or too gummy. What noodle is best for this that is not a standard Chinese egg noodle (because I don’t eat eggs)?

  • okay hehe you are so cute with the noodles a tip, when it is still dry, cut it out using scissors so that it will not be that long when its wet and ready to serve.

I’m asian and we tend to cook that very often. called pancit.

  • How the heck do you get thrive market products in Canada? they are a US-only company ( at the moment ).. you should really mention that Caitlin always does.
    Thanks for the recipes tho!

  • I’ve been a member of Thrive for years and my main complaint is that they are ALWAYS out of stock of so many things. I have a monthly auto-ship set up and they’re out of stock of half my items so I am constantly changing the items to make sure I have enough for free shipping.

  • Hi Hannah. I just started Dr. McDougals starch solution a few weeks ago. I’m happy but the weight loss is very slow. Could you share how much you lost on a weekly or monthly basis? Have you ever done a video about that? Thanks so much. Love your channel
