  • I’m going to try the pear & parsnip recipe! last year I made one of your pear recipes from your pear video and it was delicious

  • Help! I’m making the sausage stuffing tomorrow. In the first paragraph it says to preheat oven and place bread cubes in it. Do i bake them to crisp before I pour and mix the rest of ingredients on it to soak? Or do I not bake them and pour/mix the other ingredients and bake it all after 8 hrs of soaking??

  • Although I forgot to use the pecans and garlic, I brought all 3 side dishes to friends’ Thanksgiving dinner today and they were well received! Thank you.

  • That mac and cheese looked very yummy! But I have never ever added eggs to my mac and cheese (probably because I’ve only ever made Kraft mac and cheese lol). But I’m just curious why eggs are added? I’m probably going to try this recipe out this Thanksgiving though. It looks so good!

  • Being originally from Vermont now in Florida parsnips are hard to find. Have to drive 20 miles each way to a Walmart, have never had with pears but will try on my next monthly trip.

  • Hello believe me I was thinking that today I’ll definitely see one recipe of your aftr reachng my home and there you go U fulfilled my untold wish…. Surely in love with your chnnel.. • I need a wife like you & pretty too.
Many women nowadays get offended when you ask them if they know how to cook.. “oh b/c I’m a woman is that why?!” lol..

  • Every time I have finished this workout I felt like a complete badass!! I do workout and this one is killer, I feel so complete after this and it’s only 10 minutes.

  • Hey, I have just started doing this workout. Can I do this workout everyday for weight loss? Is it safe to do that? Please suggest

  • Real cranberry sauce. Its so easy! Water, sugar, and cranberries. Follow the directions on the bag. Nothing like the real deal! ☺

    And in Texas it’s dressing

  • My favorite Thanksgiving side dish is broccoli casserole. But also dressing.:) Those are the two I always want for my Thanksgiving midnight snack.

  • Since we don’t celebrate thanksgiving day in my country, I’ll be making some of these recipes for the Christmas season instead. Soo amazing that I could just eat these and be very satisfied!

  • I LOVE THESE RECIPES!!! I tried all of them!! They were so yummy! I’m learning how to cook and you make it easy and fun! You’re a great host! I can’t wait to make the recipes again on Thanksgiving!!!! Thank you!

  • Dear Sara Lynn,
Before expressing my gratitude I have got to say that I couldn’t decide whether you were Canadian or American and now that I have the answer I think it’s great to know that you are both.
Now the thank you part. Thank you so much for being the way you are. So nice and simple, and so beautiful as well.
I love the way you explain and how you always have something to share about either your experiences or your family.
Your recipes are so simple-minded yet so delicious. You’ve put expert cooking at the reach of people that assumed that it could only be accomplished if we were great chefs.
I personally know my way around the kitchen but with your videos, I can finally increase my understanding of cuisine and get to “cook” that knowledge.
Again, thank you so much for taking the time to teach us how to innovate.
I’ve got to go because I’m making Carrot Ginger Soup for dinner again.
    Greetings from Argentina.

  • Everything looks good. One question do the noodles get mushy after being cooked and put in the crock pot for that long? I’ve never made noodles in the crock pot so just wondering. Thanks.

  • hello, OKAY so someone please tell me my watch is wrong! hehehe. i did this and i know that i didnt give it my best! But my watch says i burned 14 cals!!!!! HAHAHAH omg i’m pretty sure it must like MUST BE KIDDING. EDIT: i did it only once? i should do it more? ;(

  • In the South (Alabama) it’s called cornbread dressing, I’ve never had Thanksgiving and it not on the table. Also make the pineapple casserole, it’s served in restaurants here. You have some good recipes, I leave off the green bean casserole and add sweet potatoe casserole. Thanks for sharing

  • I was trying the 1000 skips a day Challenge but on day 1 I hurt my ankle REALLY BAD I could barely walk on it, so I quit that challenge, and I was on on day 11 of the 2 week shred I was sooo sad that couldn’t finish it, TODAY is 12 Day of it and I decided to do this workout 3 times, and my ankle needs to chill, like, big times

  • We use stuffing and dressing interchangeably in our house. But, the proper term is stuffing if it is stuffed in the turkey and dressing if not. My favorite side dish is probably my mom’s recipe for homemade cranberry relishit’s so good.

  • Stuffing, dressing, does it really matter?Never had sausage in stuffing, and Mac & cheese is not a side dish where I live. I’ve noticed kids order macaroni in restaurants, never seen that on a menu here. I’m Canadian, but those dishes could be used in different provinces. Thanks for the recipes. And Happy Thanksgiving

  • Keep watching my upcoming videos for the rest of the year (Dec)! I got HEAPS OF GIVEAWAYS for you guys! EVERY VIDEO!!! Who’s excited?!

  • My aunt ALWAYS made cream cheese whipped potatoes! I’ve been making them for 10 yrs now and they are so simple yet yummy! Just take out the cream cheese to soften a couple hours before you need them then whip them into your potatoes with butter and milk. Use as much or little as you like. I like a lot lol and the less you mix them in the better cause then you’ll get little bits in each bite! Chives are great in this too! Please reply if you try this!!

  • So I only burnt up 121 calories with this workout. Does that mean that I am the most handsome and buffest 2 legged marsupial in all of the outback?

  • I should really stop working out in my long pajama pants and an oversized hoodie. Wheewwww that is so hot Anyways here is my workout routine if anyone wants to know.

1.two ab workouts (8-10 min each or more depending on how I feel)
    2. 10 min leg workout
    3. Random arm workouts that I like doing 4.10 min hiit workout (2 times a day)
5.Walk after workout for a cool down (listen to 1+ songs or until I reach my step goal.)
    6.Stretch while listening to music
Not that hard tbh ❤️ good luck everyone hope you can reach your goals

  • No tranksgiving in France but all your recipes are amaaaaazing like the cooker you are!!!
I can’t wait to try them and I m going right now to prepare the carrots
I adore your channel even I m not speaking fluently english….

  • Collard greens…inside of the dressing? I dunno…I think its sacrilegious. The ancestors must be crying in their graves rn. Who gave authority for this???

  • I have a binder of family recipes collected over the years. I call it the Holiday Recipe Bible because if these dishes are not on the table, it’s just not Thanksgiving. My great-grandmother’s crescent rolls, my husband’s grandmother’s stuffing (that’s what we call it because dressing refers to salad dressings in our minds), my aunts cheesy corn casserole, my husband’s aunt’s cranberry fluff salad, and the recipes I’ve tried on my family’s very traditional palette and obviously made the cut are all in this binder. There’s a maple whiskey smoked turkey, pumpkin cheesecake, and pecan pie. The only mainstream, American culture recipe that has made it into the binder is Libby’s pumpkin pie. I like to use the puree not the mix so I can tweak the spice combo, but overall it’s pretty much the same as the recipe on the can. As my dad would say, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. And according to a food science documentary, it’s next to impossible because Libby’s has a patent on their hybrid of pumpkin. It’s one of the very few short-cuts I use.

  • A few tips if you are starting HIIT:

    1. Make sure to warm up before you start(it’s crucially important)
    2. HIIT is too intense so doing it everyday can cause serious injuries so doing it 3 times a week is enough (during the intervals you body will recover which is again important)
    3. Time limit shouldn’t be more than 30 minutes and I hope you know why 😉
    4. Last but not the least, cool down after doing HIIT.

ALL THE BEST, GO FOR IT, YOU CAN DO IT

    FIGHTING!!

  • We always do the norm in KY….turkey, mashed tators, corn, green beans, mac n cheese, dressing, but we always…always gotta have pecan pie! And let’s not forget the giblet gravy!

  • Great ideas! They all look so yummy! Question for you… where did you find and or what is the name of the strainer you used? Thanks in advance and new subbie/friend here!

  • Would frozen brussel sprouts work or do you think that would effect the flavor? My friend debbie said if roasted the right way brussel sprouts are supposed to be super good and i wanna see if thats true

  • I’m deadI finished it to the end. Today is my uncle’s bday and I ate ice cream, cake with chocolate moist, Maha and BBQ. I feel like I want to vomit during working it out. Idk why but I feel relaxed doing the burpees. Great workout!

  • I’m definitely going to try your green bean casserole! My family isn’t a fan of mushrooms so I make mine with cheddar cheese soup or homemade cheese sauce, green beans and fried onions.

  • Everything looks delicious! My favorite Thanksgiving side dish is the dressing. I call it dressing instead of stuffing because Stove Top is stuffing. Thank you for sharing these tasty things!

  • I am 52 kg and 5 feet, how many calories would u I be burning doing these at least around 150 max? Or less? Plz somebody help. I already lost 2 KGS with these exercises want to to loose 6 kg more… Plz enlighten me with some info

  • I made the pineapple casserole for Thanksgiving and EVERYONE loved it. It will for sure be a must to make this every Thanksgiving from now on. Thanks for sharing❤️

  • Okay, so I just made the brussel sprouts and they were not good. Not very sweet, etc. Just not tasty. I tried it her way then doctored it nothing helped.

  • These look awesome. I can’t wait to try them out and let you know how they went. Could you suggest some savory or spciy dishes for Thanksgiving that will go along with all these sweet dishes. Thank you in advance! You are wonderful:)

  • I have no idea where Chloe gets those calorie calculations from. I wear a fitness tracker and, while completing the video with almost 100% effort for the entire video, I only burned about 66 calories.

  • I can’t use honey. Can I use all maple syrup? Try adding Sherry vinegar to the brussel sprouts at the end. It came from a 12 Michelin star Chef who is a friend of mine and it is delicious! I can’t use the bacon but it’s still delicious without. I put little dots of butter all over the top.

  • I’m not sure where you are from, pretty sure it’s very southern but your recipes sound amazing. A few years ago I would have thought you were “weird” for the pineapple and cheese together but that casserole is AMAZING. And Thanksgiving is not complete without a good sweet potato casserole. Everything seems so unhealthy to the way we are suppose to eat now days but that’s the way I grew up. ‍♀️

  • Green bean casserole is my favorite, but in my family, we top ours with onion rings instead of the crunchy onions it’s so amazing! In fact, we are going to my sister’s for Thanksgiving, and someone else is bringing the green bean casserole, so it won’t be the same. I’m going to have to make one at home just for me!

  • I did your two weeks shreds shred challenge and this workout during this pandemic with 82 kg heavy and yeah it help me to reduced almost 7kilos. Now my weight got struck at 75 kilo. Could you recommend me any high intensity workout at home. For your information I am also following the intermittent fasting 6/18 since may 2020 with your workouts. It really helped me to reached this stage. I would be forever grateful if you could give me some tips to loose some more.

  • You are too cute right here 05:11……..lol………Thank you so much for this video. Everything looks delicious, my American/Canadian friend ♥

  • For us, it’s not Thanksgiving without a huge dish of Scalloped Oysters. OMG!.. Cook every year for a small group of people but I’ve absolutely got to prepare enough to last for a week’s worth of reheated leftovers to go with the turkey leftovers! ummmmmmmm

  • Honey mustard dressing is my ultimate favourite dressing but ive never tried it on parsnips, which I also love, so i will definitely be trying that combo at some point! Unfortunately we dont have Thanksgiving in the UK but it would made a great addition to my Christmas dinner.

  • Stuffing and dressing are totally different things imo lol. Stuffing is with bread (whether it’s in or out of the turkey), and dressing is with cornbread! I’m in Georgia!

  • I started making pineapple casserole a few years ago. Soooo good! I make it a touch different, but yours looks great also. I cook for 20+ each year, and my sides are green bean casserole (we put cheese in ours), mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, mac & cheese, dressing with pecans, vanilla spiced carrots, and of course, cranberry sauce.

  • Loads of love!!!!! You’re so fun to watch! Be as it may I don’t cok much but I just watch the video because you spread smile and love
Love the way you address, “Hey my lovelies”!!!

  • Wow… This looks so mouthwatering and yummy. Can’t wait to try this. For more Ideas Click here: http://festivalwish.com/thanksgiving-day-traditions/

  • It all looks good… never tried the pineapple casserole dish before… the green bean casserole looks good too… I personally don’t like stuff or dressing but I’m going try to make a homemade one this year for thanksgiving dinner.. cause family likes it. I’m also going to make a cornbread salad which I love. And make a special kind of macaroni and cheese…

For my macaroni cheese… I melt white American cheese with the tomato and green chili’s and a cup of milk. Stirring constantly so nothing is burning or sticking… after the cheese is melted and it’s mixed together well… I just pour it over my cooked macaroni..
it’s really good. You can also use the cheese for dip for chips or over cooked dishes you like.

  • For everyone always asking if they ever see Results of course you do when you work out you either lose weight gain muscle or get in better shape

  • Dressing: made with cornbread
    Stuffing: chunkier
Lol best way I can say it. For me stuffing is just bigger in pieces and usually made with anything but cornbread. Dressing is always cornbread and finer in texture.

  • I thought I’ve been doing exercise this while uh! This is the real one 10 minuets is like 10 years, thank you so much beautiful I will come back for the results

  • I dislike mushy mac-n-cheese. It would seem that the noodles would be overcooked if they’re already al dente (which is how it should be eaten) and then another 3 hours on high in the crock pot.

  • I made the Brussels sprouts and the parsnip pears today. The sprouts were bomb and very easy to make. But the parsnips….I bought them last week so maybe they sat in the fridge for too long? They were so woody and tough. The dressing was so tart. Maybe I didn’t make it correctly.

  • Hi! I must say the Crock Pot Macaroni is a “must try.” It looks so cheesy and yummy-good job on that!! A Thanksgiving side dish staple in my family is Southern Cornbread Dressing. My mom puts a few pieces of shredded chicken in her dressing and some pieces of chopped boiled eggs-with sage, parsley, and poultry seasoning. It is a must in my family! Also, I was told folks up North are accustomed to “stuffing” but folks here in the South are accustomed to dressing. I’ve even had a few of my Northern friends ask me, “What is dressing?” Lol! So it definitely varies depending on one’s location and upbringing.

  • ist it just me or does this happen go anyone else? when i try to do cardio like this my heart starts beatibg in my throat and its reall, hurts so i always have to wait between exercises but after a few seconds it starts again..im so frustrated i just wanna get a good hiit session in my day

  • I get asked to bring that pineapple casserole to EVERYTHING we have! I usually have to make a double batch… it’s definitely a family/friend favorite!

  • A must for our family on Thanksgiving is cornbread dressing and sweet potatoes ( either a casserole or mashed) I’m from Louisiana. Thank you for sharing your recipes with us!! Happy Thanksgiving

  • I have made the pineapple dish before and I love it! Love green bean casserole but have never made it. This one looks delish. I can’t wrap my head around eating sausage dressing with turkey, but it looked good. I love my Mama’s cornbread dressing. My Mama has passed on but my sister makes it. Great video!

  • I watched this video over & over again while i chopped brussel sprouts, pears, & parsnips. And i chuckled at your “bacon for more” pun that had eyes rolling behind the camera every time.

  • A strict diet afterwards is way more effective than exercise. Don’t get me wrong though I love exercising for entirely different reasons.

  • Everything looked so Delicious! Thanks for sharing! My family loves sweet potato pineapple rings. It’s a must have for our large family. Love Y’all.

  • I made these brussel sprouts the other night for dinner n they were delicious! N I never cared for them but now I love them. Thank you for this recipe going to make these for Thanksgiving….

  • I used every recipe except the greenbeens.. Its the night b4 Thanksgiving so I’ve only made a few tonight but the rest will come tomorrow

  • I call it Stuffing, but I heard someone say it’s only called stuffing when you’re putting it in the Turkey, otherwise it’s called “dressing” ‍♀️

    You’re making me hungry lol

  • The pineapple dish I’m gonna have to try!! Our traditional Thanksgiving meal is
    turkey and dressing and gravy
    Ham and raisin sauce
    Mashed potatoes
Sweet potatoes or SP casserole and yam patties (my girls think it’s a must)
    Fresh green beans
    Fried corn
    Cranberry salad
    Cole slaw
    Potato salad
    Rolls
Desserts pumpkin pie and pumpkin rolls. And we haven’t decided what else yet. I’ve got to try this carrot cake roll and see how it does.
