In winter, when salads are not as inviting as a warm comfort-food meal, you can get to the root of this deficit by adding some root veggies to your diet.   • Sounds wonderful. The only thing which is a no no is the tomatoes.

    It is important that if you have an inflammatory problem you have to cut all the Deadly Nightshade fruits from your diet. These include potatoes, (sweet potatoes are not in this group so that’s fine) tomatoes, capsicum, chilli peppers and brinjals. These are all inflammatory; especially tomatoes and chilies.

  • You are wrong about omega 3 there’s it cause oxidative stress in the body. Because once you heat it up in the pan or the body. It is no longer beneficial to you. It’s come from the cold water for a reason. Don’t buy in pill form it would be no good because of the heat.

    Only thing is, berries and avocados can get expensive, I usually get organic. For me berries have to be organic!

    Does it matter if avocados are organic? They have a thick skin but I personally prefer them organic, they seem to look better especially on the inside (?).

And still waiting to see the rheumatology department….. it’s hard to know what to eat so it’s not boring lol the avocado egg salad sparked my interest. I took a test in the past and tuna, banana, beef, chicken, algae, etc was on it. So may some healthy items but not good for me. Though its been a few years I need to retake the test. When the salmon was on the avocado I was like oh damn…haha -Anyways I need to find the anti-inflammatory avocado egg salad recipe.

  • This video is definitely wonderful! It helps me remember of the time when my sister used Custokebon Secrets to lose 18 pounds and enjoy being healthy again! Many people wish to lose fat, however we also require to remain healthy, and that’s what Custokebon Secrets given.

  • Good stuff! I consume all these except chia (flax is cheaper and has even more Omega3) and broccoli (tight budget) on regular basis. I also have at least 3 autoimmune disorders and manage chronic pain with diet.   • Hi I am new to your group I love how you do a meal plan aside am a health care worker who needs meals already to go. I love the weight loss meal prep. I only have one question which is the best for salad dressing.

  • I eat at least 12 of these foods that’s on the list on a consistent basis. I stopped drinking process juices five years ago. I make my own watermelon, apple, and orange juice. I have a half glass of watermelon, blueberry, strawberry, apple juice everyday. My salad or cooked vegetables usually consist of: Beets, broccoli, carrots, sweet potatoes, purple cabbage, red, or orange bell peppers, spinach, and cauliflower. The combination of these vegetables in a salad are delicious. Make your on salad dressing of olive oil, honey, and lemon juice to bring out the flavors of the salad. Pinto beans, lentils, brown rice, wheat pasta will complete your carbohydrate intake.

  • Turmeric is great, but it’s not for everyone to eat this everyday. For most ppl, that would be damaging for your liver and is safest to eat 2-3 times a week. When you do, add some pepper or chilies to absorb more of the nutrients. ����

Is it vitamins and minerals these have been shown to not have benefits unless a person is deficient. Are the nutrients antioxidants?   • First off berries? Nuts? Eggs? That’s food, that’s what our ancestors ate for millennia you don’t need another word for it like “superfood”, that concept is totally made up. Secondly, humans evolved shorter intestines and therefore larger brains because of our accent from eating leafy greens which are plentiful but low in nutrients. Third, avocado, almonds, salmon, strawberries, seaweed, blueberries and olives are all cash crops of California and the only other thing besides tourism and IT keeping California’s economy together, not to mention the fact that everybody in California is a sleazy scumbag salesman capable of creating lies like “superfoods”. They get hellish landslides, floods and fires in California and though the sun is good there it is difficult to maintain profits as a farmer. Farmers are mostly rich scumbag people in case anyone doesn’t know that they probably have more money than most people’s elderly parents at least and Californians have always historically made money by attracting people there with promises of wealth and then taking what they brought so don’t think for a second that it’s not in the Californian culture to rip off a bunch of wannabes and sell them vegetables that aren’t that great for 10x the price, that’s just the California way of life. Don’t listen to this garbage you really just need to focus on getting fats in the morning drink coffee for your “superfood” vitamins because it has almost all of them and supplement by snacking on delicious berries and nuts throughout the day. Eat meat at lunch with less carbs than breakfast and tasty veggies for dinner with as much meat as you have exercised that day and therefore need and skip carbs entirely actually leaving your stomach about half full so that you aren’t digesting food just to sleep then make up for it with that nice starchy sweet breakfast again. Do this and you will easily approach the 90-year cliff, yes, there is a cliff you don’t live forever if you eat vegetables you just eat more fiber you are generally healthier and therefore slightly more likely not to die before the 90 year cliff. What I’m saying is that the foods you really need are all really delicious and pleasurable to eat that’s because your body tastes based on what it knows it needs like fats which is where energy comes from not water not fiber not vitamins. If you want to be thin all you really have to do is stop worrying so much about being full and you can literally eat whatever the fuck you want just stop trying to achieve comfort from food it’s not going to make you more comfortable it’s going to make you fat your body does that because it thinks you are preparing for winter that’s why it gets stored it’s not because being fat is a sad mean trick of life it’s just about eating at the right time and completely using the energy. All the foods that you can just find in the world are full of these amino acids it’s not complicated because everything that you can eat is made out of amino acids it’s just when you cook and bleach it into little squares of food it has lost a lot of them so honestly the trick to living as long as you can is to stop having so much anxiety just enjoy your life and let go of the need to feel full let go of the uselessness of that let go of the need to have comfort because you don’t need it, comfort is just doing something you have grown accustomed to it’s not a sign that things are going well or something worth achieving like most people think it is it’s really the opposite. Adversity creates strength comfort creates weakness
