  • I noticed it everytime….if i
    Don’t EAT HEALTHY FOOD
    from the 5different food
    groups(starch,carbs,fruits, vegetanles & protein) i get
    hungry..i start to munch on
    Anything & everything just
    to SATISFY my HUNGER….
but it does NOT work… it
    makes me even MORE…….
    ….HUNGRIER….WTF???!!!!?!

  • I made the exact same mistake when i first dropped weight and fat. What a nightmare! But now i lose weight the smart way: working out and watching what goes in. Great advice!

  • I’ve been following a paleo style diet for 7 years now and very rarely feel hungry. In fact, most of the time I struggle to eat my desired amount of calories. I avoid all processed foods but allow myself to cheat several times a year. It’s processed foods that are the problem. Food scientists have done a lot of research into what makes us hungry and they employ those tricks with processed foods in order to keep us in a state of hunger just to keep us buying their products.

  • Due respect I’ve been on a carnivore diet 4 1/2 months.
65 years old started at 285 now at 243.
No processed foods, no sugar /carbs, no fiber and no exercise.

Most days I “break fast” at noon with bacon or smoked sausage with 3-4 eggs. Next meal before 6 pm is a LARGE hamburger steak or ribeye with a bit of Irish butter to make sure I feel completely full.
So what time of day would be best to work out?
Now it’s time to start building muscle mass.

  • i have one question, i have gained weight like 10 kg from last summer, now i am 86kg and feeling hungry all the time like i eat every 3 hours because i get feeling that my blood sugar drop and light headed, idont think its fast metabolism? but i eat healthy throughout the day like oatmeal, chicken, salad, sardines etc. and still struggling “building muscle” it look more like fat

  • Larry very good video. Oatmeal is my go to breakfast 3 times a week. And I make sure to have 2 veggies per dinner & a salad as well. Its also cheaper than fast food.

  • Just because you want to lose weight and build muscle doesn’t mean you can’t eat healthy. Check out this video to learn more; https://youtu.be/vjt2HHvu6BU

  • Great job explaining in this video! This is a topic that not a lot of people are familiar with and it’s great that you shed some light on it and gave useful info. Incorporating veggies and fiber definitely made a huge difference in my hunger levels when I was cutting. Spot on!

  • When I make spaghetti and meatballs it fills me the fuck up so much and I am stuffed. The fact is that if the food tastes really good we are going to eat fuck loads of it. It is not that had to figure out doc.

  • I just love eating Lawrence or is it Laurence? I don’t have many hobbies or vices,…..eating is a joy!!! I wish working out was.

  • This has been happening to me so at anytime I get hungry normal right then I go to eat I feel full for 1 minute they I have to urge to use the bathroom when I’m done I feel hungry again and my stomach will hurt I already informed the doctor about this and he told me to drink prune juice use the medicine colace which I have and to eat cereal with fiber and I got the cereal the has a lot of fiber and no sugar p.s this all happened to me yesterday this is the second day and I think my bowel have moved and I might have gastraphobic reflex if I spelled it right so I hope they medicine and cereal work out

  • I thinks most of obesity is caused through mental health. A feeling of emptiness, loneliness, desperation, boredom. Cravings for sugar & junk food. I don’t think it’s got much to do with feeling hungry. All slimming clubs should incorporate therapy to find out why we all really eat too much.

  • Your tonal-inflections really need some work man…try sounding more like you’re talking to some friends, instead of sounding like your reading a boring instruction pamphlet off of a medicine bottle to yourself in the mirror.

  • To be honest to be honest it did help me but I just want to know why is it that happens I mean I eat right but then I over so myself but I still not full

  • Oooo…good reminder for me! I always forget about making sure I get enough fiber. Protein is no problem, but fiber I tend to neglect! Thanks!!

  • I’ve gotta say oatmeal with a scoop of whey protein powder is my secret weapon when I’m dieting Laurence it also curbs my sweet tooth MINT

  • What a crock of shit saying that pasta does not fill you up. Are you fucking kidding me, Uh whats up doc? So please tell me why it is that pretty much every amateur and professional sports team out there eats pasta before games for team meal??? Give me a fucking break…
