Tbh I’m eating less and lost a couple pounds I think because I work out not to much and I still eat food that I’m not supposed to besides Bread and candy I had applesause and ice cream and I still got skinny I just don’t eat as much like I will eat one meal a day or every other day and work out sometimes my legs got skinny and slimmer from eating less and working out a little bit
OMAD is not always GOOD tool for everyone, IOW, it works for some people, but it doesn’t work for other people…Not fit all stuff. but for me, it works OK.
If you want to fry your foods, use an air fryer! Air fryers cut out the oil and extra calories so what you are making is still somewhat healthy. Using one has changed my life honestly.

I don’t think this gentleman has actually tried OMAD, lol. I don’t see any downside and I’ve graduated to Alternate Day Fasting and like that even better. Like most people, I know what to eat and what not to. I don’t track anything…I eat good food until I am satisfied and then I stop. I take vitamins, minerals, and things just like I did when I was eating 3 squares and snacks. Portion control is pretty well automatic because I have found that I just can’t eat as much. My cravings are gone. And the weight just flies off and I can do my workouts without any problem. Granted I’m not running marathons or doing body building, but just normal exercise to get/stay in shape. I see no problem at all and feel better than I have in years….sleeping better and everything. I will continue until something goes wrong…but I don’t expect any problems. If nothing goes awry, I will never go back to normal eating. Nothing has worked for me like this and it’s like falling off a log easy.

Two things 1. Don’t stand in front of the board for whole video, otherwise why write anything down? 2. You try overeating on OMAD….no, I’ll wait, I’d like to see you try. I’m sure it’s possible, but rather unlikely. As a matter of fact, that’s one of the biggest reasons it works and you listed it yourself, it limits caloric intake. It’s very difficult to eat large amounts of calories even when you get used to OMAD
the sad thing is that eat all of this and im still skinny i guess it’s just my body. my body just doesn’t want me to gain weight even though im so skinny .

Partly right fried food useing saturated fat such as butter or coconut oil are fine if fried at low temperature. Also yogurt is not for many people if intolerant to milk

Here are my tips to to help
1. Wake up early (sleeping and I mean a lot you know will affect your weight you loose weight sleeping
2. Building you butt muscles (doing that actually makes you gain weight in the legs)
3. Don’t do cardio anything but that (if you have a fast metabolism cardio will make you loose weight so don’t do exercise that involves jumping and moving around a lot like that.
Not supposed to do high intensity training on Omad, you should be doing lighter workouts otherwise you are getting into an anabolic state. Walking and low weight high reps if your going to gym
what kind of milk… also grocery store product is garbage, full of pesticides and not grown to ripeness. Bananas are sprayed with a natural ripening gas to turn them from green to yellow so it ships easier. Ethylene gas. Grow your own or Support a local farm! If you want tropical, Bananas and other fruits can be grown in greenhouses!
Foods you should avoid during diet: NOTHING!! As long as you eat less than your daily calories, you’re gonna achieve that weight loss goal, the thing is that when you eat a slice of pizza that has lets say 200 calories, you’re gonna fell hungry after few minutes, but with the same amount of calories you can eat green vegetables which will make you feel full for a good hours…

It’s kind of funny because Ronda Rousey and kohei uchimura eat OMAD. We all know who Ronda Rousey is. She was the only American to ever win an Olympic medal in Judo and the woman who put female mixed martial arts on the map. You may not know who Kohei is but he’s won 10 World Championship gold medals in gymnastics. He has won the all around 3 times at the Olympics. He’s dominated the sport of gymnastics for 12 years+!!! If Olympians can perform at the ultimate test of Peak Physical performance, then I’m pretty sure as regular people can figure it out.
Once you are fully fat adapted, you can train for even longer because your body has an unlimited supply of that to burn for fuel.
I’m really tired of Meathead gym Bros talking bad about omad, when because “my gains bro.” We have an obesity epidemic in this country. People are given terrible nutritional information don’t know how to lose weight. Making it simple and having them just eat once a day, might be the best thing we have ever come up with. If your goal is to get the excess fat off of your body, do omad. If your goal is to shred up and build muscle and go lift heavy shit, you probably don’t even need it in the first place. Context matters.

Tbh I’m eating less and lost a couple pounds I think because I work out not to much and I still eat food that I’m not supposed to besides Bread and candy I had applesause and ice cream and I still got skinny I just don’t eat as much like I will eat one meal a day or every other day and work out sometimes my legs got skinny and slimmer from eating less and working out a little bit
OMAD is not always GOOD tool for everyone, IOW, it works for some people, but it doesn’t work for other people…Not fit all stuff. but for me, it works OK.
If you want to fry your foods, use an air fryer! Air fryers cut out the oil and extra calories so what you are making is still somewhat healthy. Using one has changed my life honestly.

Most diets are good but balance is key to everything in life. I recommend doing OMAD and switch back to normal healthy eating. Then switch back at your own pace.

I still eat all of this and don’t even worry how much I eat and I only exercise for like 35-45 minutes a day. When I started exercising, in just a week I lost weight and even got abs. I didn’t do any diets and fasting but I still lost weight.

you can eat what you want, if you eat some fruit and dark greens everyday along with it, and MOST IMPORTANTLY START BIKING AND DO PULLUPS.
