  • Hey, Jordan Page. I want to make the toast sticks and egg muffins, but I didn’t get exact measurements. Could you do a video on those or just comment them. Thanks!

  • hi Beth I’ve tried this recipe out but I think I need to make it again since it didnt turn out toooo well. still good but there was space to do it better. could you link the ramekins you are using here? I fell in love with the green of them!!

  • I really enjoyed this idea. Christmas morning is so active that something you can do ahead is a real “gift.” Thanks Beth for making the holidays so wonderful and may I say “Easy!”

  • I just tried the pancake in a mug and I used frozen blueberries instead of fresh it’s still really good but I bet it would be a lot better with fresh blueberries

  • guys the omelette in the mug is unhealthy most of these are unhealthy if you put something in the microwave it kills all the nutrients in the food i dont even use a microwave so yeah..not a hater

  • Looks delicious! Quite similar to your make ahead breakfast cups you posted during back to school.. I made thosr and they were amazing! Happy Holidays!

  • Hi Erin! My family lives in a bit of a food dessert and most nut milks are really expensive around here. ^_^; Would regular dairy work okay for the chia seed pudding?

  • Nice recipes. Quick question about the pudding..how many serves does it make? you pictured two, but I think it would make more? Cheers from Japan XX

  • How do you typically freeze then reheat the egg muffins? I’ve had bad luck freezing egg recipes, they taste awful after reheating

  • Just did the egg muffins now question u freeze as well or put in fridge?! And in zip locks or containers?! Been obsessed with u now I question did I miss or do a video on ziplocks vs containers to store breakfast plzzzz.! Egg stuff

  • I am definitely trying all of them!!!!! Especially the pancake one:D I am trying to start off right and I hardly eat breakfast and I am so excited to try this! Thanks so much for making this video:D

  • Hey! I actually liked all the recipes since they are perfect for the cold season, but I need to make some constructive criticism: there’s like no fruit in them! I need fruit to energize me in the morning and it’s just RIGHT to have them with all that sweetness. Just my opinion, thanks!

  • Hi Beth I’m in Australia, & Xmas is very hot here but I’m going to make these when the weather cools down they look so delicious
Merry Xmas & happy New year

  • when freezing the French toast sticks, aren’t you worried that they would freeze together? does that happen to you? Its just me and my boyfriend so I would for sure make them in smaller portions, I would just be worried about them sticking together…also with the egg muffins…I am SUPER picky with my eggs, I cannot have them wet or soggy or runny in any way…do they come out nice and dry? how about after you freeze them and reheat, do you just throw them back in the oven to reheat?? do they come out soggy at all.. I don’t have a microwave so I need things that can be reheated in the oven…
and just for freezer meals to begin with, when you take them out of the freezer, do you let them thaw out before reheating or can you just throw it in the oven easily?

I’m new on the freezer meal bus! just trying to learn the right way to do it with out making things yucky while reheating

  • Dear Cassie, you’re making amazing food, however, I wouldn’t recommend using the microwave oven so much. It is toxic: the microwaves alter the molecules of the food and the body doesn’t recognize them and doesn’t know what to do with them.

  • Three of the seven videos were new to me so thanks for sharing! Do you like Costco brand peanut butter? I have debated about purchasing it.

  • I made the oatmeal and it was so delishous! Lol! Seriously! Now I’m going to try the sweet potato thang! Thanks Nik! Your amazing!

  • Wouldn’t it be more efficient to cook the French Toast first and then slice it afterwards? Or would they not freeze as crunchy?

    {{Just wondering…}}

  • Ghee is basically indian thing so mostly all Indians know what is ghee…its healthy and Indians use it instead of olive oil that Americans use

Fresh egg muffins rock but when frozen then microwaved it does not taste good. Does your frozen egg muffins taste the same as the fresh cooked muffins?

See you all in the new year with some yummy new recipes!:)

  • Such a sweet video! Especially loved seeing Beck the middle child get such a special treat. But hear me out Jordan — please consider making nutrition more of a priority for your family.

I’m not here to preach — I really love your videos and want the best for your family. But all that egg, cheese, and processed meat are just full of saturated fat, cholesterol, and sodium. Literally heart stoppers.

I totally get how food can be really expensive, and I applaud you for cutting back during your financial crisis. But you guys aren’t in dire straits now (thank God). Just like your manicures, there’s a time and a season — and now is the season to use God’s blessings to really make sure your family is healthy and happy.

It’s all about habits right? If your kids don’t like vegetables now, they definitely won’t like them as adults (sounds like Bubba I guess…). Kids are not getting enough water, as you say. Kids are also eating too much processed foods. Saturated fat, especially, is no joke. I had an uncle pass away in his sleep from it, quite young. Heart literally just stopped beating. Your kids may be young and healthy now, but their bodies will suffer if they continue eating in this way.

  • Omg thank you so much! It’s so hard in the morning to get ready and I hardly get breakfast because there’s no time. Thank you so much! This helped me a lot!

  • Oh Beth! I wish I was having a wonderful Christmas but unfortunately I caught a cold! I’m in punta Cana for the week and I’m supposed to be enjoying the warmth and sun but it’s been hard because of this stupid cold! Anyway, happy holidays to you and your family!!!!

  • Hi Beth! I just found you! I am so loving your content and mostly you!!!! <3 The two recipes I have seen so far make me excited for Christmas 2019! <3 Thank you! I am looking forward to many more of your videos!

  • I am trying to go dairy free because of PCOS, and I tried vegan cheese, and it was sweeter than cake. So gross! Is there perhaps a brand or trick to make it not taste like actual sugar?

  • You mentioned cereal has a lot sugar but the French toast sticks have cereal and even more loads of sugar. I’ll pass on that sorry!

  • Wish you and yours a Merry Christmas and a Happy 2019. One of the best things in 2018 was stumbling upon this channel. So thank you. Here’s looking forward to more lively and lovely videos in the new year!

  • Okay these recipes look amazing! I will definitly try them out, but I do not really have the space to do a lot a preparing food (I just have a very small fridge, with a very small freezer compartement, you know, one person household and stuff), but I just have to clean the muffin tin and I have some leftover eggs… I think now I need cheese xD

  • Think I️ will try all 3 they look delicious
Btw I’m a new subbie and I love your channel. I’m not vegetarian or vegan but I’m a healthy eater and your recipes are so easy. Thanks for the content!! #healthylife

  • I love grocery pick up at my local Kroger, but they always use SO much plastic. They’ll put avocados or bananas in a produce bag(which I normally don’t do) and then put like two things in each grocery bag. I’m sure there’s a reason why they use so many, but I usually ask them to combine bags. Recipes look delicious!!

  • Was the Apple Watch given to you or like a gift or something? Just wondering how the same woman who counts Cheerios is wearing an Apple Watch.

  • It would be awesome If you sold your own tableware / lunch set accessories! I’m obsessed with your creativity. Your an amazing momma

  • Just started going through your awesome videos…question with the frozen egg muffins, do you just thaw them and eat or thaw, reheat and eat? Do you reheat them in microwave? Is it okay to reheat egg in microwave?

  • bye in the description for the pancakes, it says baking powder, and in the video it says baking soda… I used baking soda, but I just want to be sure

  • Could you substitute any other.milk in place of coconut milk in the oatmeal? I love oatmeal and gingerbread but really really hate coconut

  • 1 tip for the parfait cups: Very very yummy, not for school though, as they will melt after an hour or so. Very lovely recipes and workouts, Cassey. I love you so much, you’re my motivation!!

  • I made the pancake in a mug twice the first time was pretty good after sitting in the fridge overnight then microwaving it still a little dry but the second time was super dry and I couldn’t finish it…I used coconut flour instead of oat flour is this maybe why?

  • It looks incredible!!!!!…as always And you are using olive oil from my country !!!! Awesome!!!!!

  • This was delicious. We used a 9×13″ Pyrex, so the baking took quite a bit longer than the stated 35 minutes. I’d say it was probably closer to 50 minutes (since we put it back in a few times to make sure the egg was no longer liquid). I think the ramekins would also help with portion control, since everyone went back for more 😉

  • dear Beth, when giving recipes you always mention that if so doesn’t drink they should this or that instead. could you also be this attentive about meat? could you offer us an alternative that comes in mind for the ham here? xo

  • Hi I started watching your vids Today I think they are unique and I bet your kids are so thankful that you can pack them lunches and give them yummy treat.God bless you and your family❤️BTW I crave some of the foods you make one day I will ask my mom to make it so we can tryKeep up the good or shall I saw great work

  • Love the video! It might be an older video, but just so you know, the dollar tree sells racks that you could put 2 on a backing sheet and be set for your French toast:) They aren’t super durable, but I think it’s like 2 or 3 for a dollar, so hey! Lol

  • Total failure for the part of the family…sort of. I put these together early Christmas Eve and they equaled 6 ramekins perfect…6 people would be here for breakfast! Three family members were here and the others would be coming later Christmas. So Christmas morning, I made coffee, put these into the oven and prepared a few other quick things. Told the boys (16 & 18) to take out of the oven when timer when off and headed to the shower. Just about the time I came out getting showered/dressed, the remainder of my group arrive but what the heck, I only had TWO ramekins left! Those two boys had decided to go ahead and eat while hot and they were so GOOD they each ate another! We divided the remaining two among the rest of us and I ended up cooking additional eggs/bacon on Christmas morning. Just what I was trying to avoid! Next year, I’ll double! They were wonderful, quick, and easy, and a big hit!! Merry Christmas!

  • Yesssss a new video last night i was watching you i didn’t skip anything not a single 10 seconds thank you fir making awsome lunches and tell your kids i said hi from their one of their fans named Vanessa byeee love your videos

  • Can someone tell me how are those recipes healthy? I would expect “healthy” to have at least some fruit and veg. Yes there’s a mashed banana in the first recipe and there’s a pumpkin puree and some nuts, but that’s pretty much it. And how is adding a ton of maple syrup healthy? I’m especially confused with the second recipe, it seems more like dessert than a healthy breakfast.

Also, I checked the nutrition information and for the second recipe, and you claim it has 14g of carbs per serving (which i’m assuming is 1 waffle), but I couldn’t believe it, so i calculated for myself and it seems like the 14g is just 1 plain waffle and that’s fine, but another 15g of carbs will be in that maple syrup (i counted it as 1tbspoon, but i’m 100% sure there’s waaay more than that) and at least another 13g of carbs in molasses, and both of those things are simple sugars! That’s 28g of sugar more than you claim, so overall this recipe has around 33g of sugar and max amount of sugar you should eat in a day is *25g*! You don’t specify what is in a serving, so this is misleading! And even the first recipe had 28g of sugar. Is that really healthy?

So yeah, to sum up, you could probably change the title to: a chocolate breakfast full of sugar and 2 desserts

  • I don’t have kids but I’m obsessed with your channel. Mostly because your kitchen is basically what I imagine heaven looks like. Secondly, bc as a teacher sometimes after a particularly stressful day watching how self-sufficient your child are is EVERYTHING! That sounds like a small thing but I legit had a 4th grader who didn’t know how to tie their own shoe last year‍♀️

  • I’m pretty new to watching The Family Fudge, but I’m so grateful to have found this channel, you have already given me SO MANY great ideas, so THANK YOU!!!

  • Hi Beth, (LOVE you!). I have made these just as your recipe states and they are incredible. I am making them this weekend as a breakfast gift since we are staying over night at friend’s house. I am going to ‘try’ and make them replicate a lox bagel sandwich. I will use smoked salmon, capers, finely diced red onion and sprinkle trader joes everything bagel on top. I’ll serve it also with sliced fresh tomatoes along side. I can’t wait to let you know how they come out:)

  • Those French toast sticks look amazing…so did the sausage egg muffins…my kids are grown and married with children of their own…but my husband would be thrilled to find these in the freezer❤️

  • I wish my walmart would get the pickup. they recently did some remodeling to add some pickup kiosk up front but still don’t have grocery pickup….

  • Hey, just started watching your videos, really amazing and encouraging for healthy life.
A small request if u able to create healthy video for Pcos patients and as I guess u live in Canada u must know and had Indian food and met Indian people…

  • Hey Casey, Can you make one for asian style of breakfast, because I’m living in Vietnam, so it’s kind of expensive to buy blueberry or strawberry:(

  • Oh Beth…lol what about people wanting second helpings. I sure would although I don’t eat ham. That looks scrumptious. As always greatttt! Have a very happy merry warm Christmas. I love Christmas..

  • I would love to make this for my sausage-loving husband… would I just switch the ham for cooked ground sausage? Do you think all the other ingredients would work?

  • Ok so for people with really picky eaters about onions and bellpeppers and stuff I just shove everything in a blender into a sauce and add it to the meat so it’s their but they can’t see it

  • At first it looked gross but then watching the whole video it looked AMAZING. Will try these afted i have my baby so i can get back in shape! Thank you so much for sharing!

  • I love your videos, but we’re a vegan family. I’m going to try “veganising” this by using chickpea flour+plant milk as the egg mixture, nutritional yeast for the cheesy flavour, mushrooms+olives instead of ham, with a little vegan cheese on top to melt. Wish me luck!

  • I was wondering if you could do a video on how you style your girls hair. It always looks so cute! I have 4 boys and 1 4 yr old girl. So I’m not the best at styling girls hair. I have another daughter on the way! Congratulations on your twins!

  • You inspired my “little sous-chef” to make a sweet version of this… we used pumpkin rustic loaf and eggnog instead of cheese… Added a little extra cinnamon, and BOOM.. New Christmas morning tradition… Ps it was Amazing!!..

  • I will DEFINITELY be making this! But I have 2 questions: do I bring the ramekins up to room temp after removing from the fridge, and, if I choose to make it in a casserole dish, is the baking temp the same? Thanks, Beth!

  • A tip is to close the zip loc bag most of the and then use a straw to suck most of the AIR out of the bag. Then just seal it as quickly as you can after removing the straw.

  • these recipes do seem great what you do but that’s a lot of food also can you do more cooking videos with step by steps on how to make them and something healthy would be great

  • YUMMY….really like this idea. I can think of many adaptations. Question: When I remove from the refrigerator, do I need to bring them up to room temperature before baking? Thank you and Merry Christmas to you and your family. just noting, jmo

  • ❤❤MERRY CHRISTMAS BETH!❤❤ Oooohhhh my goodness! The amount of control necessary when making your recipes is incredible! Soooo worth it! My grocery list is ready and I’m definitely making these for Christmas morning along with two cinnamon buns! Can you say, DEEEETOX! Thank you for sharing!

  • This is the only food channel I subscribe to. Beth’s instructions are SO CLEAR and the photography so appealing that one is inspired to give her recipes a try.

  • I really want to try the hot chocolate quinoa flake bowl, but I don’t have any quinoa flakes. Can I substitute for regular quinoa?

  • Dear Beth, thank you for this delicious recipe. Thank you for being part of our life in this year that is ending. Wishing you and your lovely family a very Merry Christmas!

  • i used baking power because my mom and ma has no baking soda and i can’t afford some of these recipes so i just used normal milk, and normal flavor and one egg and berries is too expensive so i don’t have fruit. I also used honey…

  • All of these recipes look oh-so perfect for the colder seasons! Waffles, chocolate, and cake for breakfast sounds like a fabulous scheme to me

  • I appreciate your talent Alyssa! I’m hoping to bump into you one day in the city so we can finally meet! lol you’re my friend in my head

  • A warm fruit compote is excellent on waffles cranberry apple or cranberry pear (with some spice and maple syrup or honey added, and a little bit of butter or coconut oil).

  • Omg that coffee cake up my alley!!!!!!!!! I didnt make one for Thanksgiving so def making this one very soon. I do need to let the flax mixture turn into why consistency b4 putting the mill n stuff in right?!!
