  • Have you tried any of these low sugar cereal options? What’s your favorite cereal—healthy or not!? Mine is a tie between Golden Grahams, Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Captain Crunch!

  • The sludge (crackle you called it?) you used off the bottom of the fryer is something we in Australia call dripping. We used to (and some still do) have a special pot under the sink called a dripping pot that had a sort of strainer lid and we would pour all the oil and crap from roasts and frying into the pot and it would set into a thick fatty gel. We would then use the dripping instead of oil or fat to cook with, and would use it as a base for gravies. It is the greatest thing in the world, all the flavours of past roasts and breakfast bacon all congealed into a perfect frying fat. I highly recommend starting a dripping pot, the longer they are kept the better they get.
My grandmother used to eat dripping sandwiches, which made me sort of ill watching her.

  • Cereal is AMAZING!! Captain crunch is king to me, especially crunch berries! I don’t eat it much anymore just 2-3 times a month.

  • Never had cheese toast for a school breakfast, though my dad, a Georgian, would make it for breakfast some times. Though, as regional school breakfast go, I grew up in SoCal and sweet bread was pretty common with breakfast.

  • I can’t express how helpful this has been. I don’t have a new baby, just an exhausting job and the idea of cooking dinner after work just leads to bad decisions out of convenience. Thank you for this.

  • Cereals are so attractive
The color of the bags/boxes and the drawings make me wanna buy them all regardless they’re healthy or not (i don’t, but if i could i won’t say no, lol)
I now have 2 cereal boxes
°Cheerios Honey which contains 8% sugar per 30g
°Nestle fitness almond and honey, prbbly 6% sugar per 30g

  • Hate to break the mood but MSG is actually the cheat code of taste. And considered unhealthy in many countries. It is also forbidden to use in packed food in many.

  • You know I love the Red Baron French Bread Pizzas. SO I’m curious about these. They don’t have em at Walmart yet. Maybe Pricecutter. I need to start shopping around more cause I know Pricecutter has waaaaaay more veriety, like Banquet Peach Cobblers. God I love peach cobbler.

  • Have you ever done resesrch on “natural flavors”? Another You Tube personality I subscribe to Flav City has and if you haven’t I bet you would be interested in this information. Mind blowing!

  • Can you do a low sodium lunch video? I struggle really hard to find affordable lunch options with low sodium but I end up eating a whole packet of knorr pasta or a box of Mac n cheese and those are both over 1,000mg. I have heart problems that run in my family and I don’t have the money to make everything from scratch like pasta sauces. Love this video!

  • 23 grams of sugar for Life Cereal before adding milk and it’s 3/4 a cup?

These are not low carb cereals. These are just really bad foods that don’t taste super great and you should look into nut oatmeals because you can get them to taste way better than these and they’ll be way healthier for you as well.

  • A tip for anyone.. The red or dark meat and skin are what hold most the fishy or gamey taste that some people don’t like and also most the Mercury or contaminates.. if you get filets with that just trim it all off till you have a clean filet.

  • Can you please do a video (or videos) about hidden sodium? Not everyone needs to watch their sodium, but for those of us who do… I would appreciate it! I love your content so much!

  • im grateful for you bringing awareness about glyphosate I now hear it shouldn’t be a big deal but im cautious and sketchy about the whole thing

  • I made a deal with my boyfriend that I wouldn’t eat anything that contained over 6 grams of sugar and the first thing I was worried about was not being able to find cereal!! I think it’s funny that the number you chose was 6 grams!

  • My favorite is Basic 4. I love the variety in it but I don’t eat it very often. I can’t even remember the last time I ate it. I usually eat leftovers for breakfast.

  • Love your channel! Can you compare low carb cereals. Lately I’ve noticed them popping up, like magic spoon, Catalina crunch and others. Thank You!

  • I am celiac and even tho cheerios say they are gluten free they are NOT safe for celiacs. They are cross contaminated with other things. In Canada (any) cheerios are not allowed to call themselves gluten free for this reason. Any food can say they are gluten free with 20 pp of gluten in it which still isn’t safe for celiacs.

  • What a great video, not much of a cereal eater, as I agree the fuel is not really there. I loved all the effort on the cereal tree and… dog scene. You and your team really put a lot of work into this.

  • LOVE GROWN IS SOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOD! if you can find the strawberry cheerio looking ones, OMG! They are delish!! And taste so sinful! And they aren’t too bad on sugar and macros!!!

  • I love your content. Growing up in the 80s we lived on lucky charms, frosted mini wheats, wheaties and cookie crisp. Now I would not feed that to my kids (no judgment on my parents, it was a different time.) Once in awhile I give them organic corn flakes with hemp hearts or chia and almond milk. But we are determined for them to eat as little processed food as possible and besides, cereal never fills them up anyway… So I’m back to cooking anyhow

  • I’d like to see a similar video with condiments/sauces/etc I feel like it’s so hard to find a bbq sauce or salad dressing that isn’t loaded with sugar and salt

  • YAASS!! My favorite “healthy” cereal is One Degree Sprouted Rice Cacao Crisps. They’re like cocoa pebbles but less sweet. I feel more like a grown-up when I get this cereal lol.

  • Just say NO to cereal and you will be SO much healthier! Our bodies don’t need this junk! There is much more to look at than just sugar content.

  • This pretty much it as a Avet fisherman you can use red snapper or sculpin or sheepshead or grouper it all works good for fish tacos. One thing I would would and is cilantro to your cream sauce around two table spoons also if you chop some avocado squares it throws another level to those tacos.

Also a alternative if people don’t like the cream sauce you can use a cilantro avocado / lime cream sauce. It’s great we use these on the boasts when we cook fresh fish tacos.

  • I keep seeing ads on Instagram for “The Cereal School” advertising low carb sugar free Keto friendly cereal??? Could that be the answer? It’s too expensive for me but peaked my curiosity, would love to see a video on them! Cereal and I have mostly broken up because I’ve realized it’s empty eating and I tend to eat at least two bowls or one big bowl at a time because I love it so much. We always had three our four open boxes between my brother and I growing up, I’ve always loved it. Every once and a while I’ll treat myself and get a box.

  • I am mad cuz I just broke my blinder to make the Almond Flour!!! I trusted your abilities so much now I’m thinking…………..

  • New subscriber here . After I tried your enchilada recipe I had to come back and see what other recipes you had lol. This recipe would be good to make for fish eaten alone with fries too right? Looks amazing.

  • Any idea on freezing and thawing?

I don’t always have much time so I’d like to try to bake in a bit of a bulk and have a snack to go.

  • I use to think that regular cereal made up for it with all those vitamins and minerals added compared to like Kashi which didn’t have much at all. This was before learning about macros

  • I actually really like the brown rice puffs from Barbara’s, but I typically use non dairy vanilla milk so that adds something else to it. I usually make homemade granola as a cereal replacement and use my store bought cereal as a dessert. Thank you for sharing!

  • Soooooo many good details about Cereal omgg!! People really don’t know what your eating… I personally don’t eat it I used to love the Honey Oats Cereal Thanks for info Xoxo

  • I tried a similar product from another company. As typical, all of these things are over priced and not very good. And they’re almost impossible to cook perfectly.

  • Maybe a solution is having a cup of Kix + 1/4 cup of something sweet. Or some combination. That way you get more cereal but still get sweet. Idk. I don’t like cereal.

  • When I eat a special rice squares cereal, I use soymilk. All organic ingredients, and not many ingredients in the cereal. To help fill me more I just make a drink of a scoop of vanilla protein powder from DoTerra and water separately.

  • Alyssia, can you do this for popcorn?! I’ve always struggled with calories to serving size ratio of popcorn and now the “healthier” popcorns have microwaveable bags and idk if it’s any better than Orville microwave popcorn…help! I walked down the microwave popcorn aisle and felt like I was studying for a test

  • Reminds me of the pizza toast I made frequently while broke (aka trailer park pizza)…slice of toasted white bread with a spoonful of sauce, a thin layer of grated cheese, and on a good week a little pepperoni, nuked til melty.

  • I think the cheese toast thing was all over. I was in 5th grade back in 1987 and we had em too. Came with a carton of milk, of course lol

  • Even to Babish, big fan, but to anybody, ANYBODY who says they can cook KFC…

    Sorry stop, you can’t.

This is coming from someone who WORKED at and fried KFC chicken as a kid.

Being my first job, I was tempted to steal the 2 bags of seasoning to get the recipe and betray the Colonel, I chose not to betray him.

But buddy you’re far from cooking KFC

If they cooked how you’re describing, it wouldn’t be fast food and way too expensive hahahahaha.

KFC isn’t this complicated to cook hahaha.

Also, nobody has a commercial pressure cooker in their home including you. So this is just really good fried chicken, not KFC.

Good luck and I love your videos.

  • So a full frozen pizza is like $4 tops, and a box of actual Texas toast with cheese is like the same price as these, so overall fuck these things like why even buy them?

  • you didn’t include the cilantro, and onions as condiment’s, plus you might want to show yourself taking a bite and saying, MMMMMM. LOL we want to see you more

  • I really want a grilled cheese with pepperoni and a side of tomato soup right now but I would rather just make my own. Probably be faster on a frying pan then the oven

  • I really like your recipes. They’re all simple and make good sense, if you know what I mean. I watched all of the fish taco recipes on YT, and your’s just seemed the easiest and most delicious. Sometimes when these other cooks get too “fancy,” they just lose me. I don’t think cooking has to be complicated or time consuming, otherwise why bother?? I’m going to try this recipe tonite, but if it’s like the other ones, it’s bound to be good!
P.S. I’ve discovered a little secret for making the beer batter even better, and light as air. Just buy the “self rising” flour, not the other kinds. It has all of the ingredients you need for battering, without having put in anything else. Just add one beaten egg and enough beer to get the right consistency, and get raves. This flour is AMAZING, believe me.

  • My guilty pleasure cereal is Lucky Charms, which is terrible for you so I only get it 1 or 2 times a year. Thank you for making such great quality videos. You are informative, succinct, and entertaining. One of my favorite youtubers! Keep up the good work!❤️

  • I am 13 and I started making this since 11 and I am making this every December since it’s sooo good
I am making this again now b d say

  • Almond flour cookies, yuck! Have made almond cookies a few times all different recipes, no matter what you put in it still tastes yuck. How I miss real cookies

  • I made this last night and WOW! Used gluten free flour and club soda but my bf couldn’t tell and said these tasted exactly like a restaurant. Also added diced jalepeno and green onions to the slaw plus topped with avacado. The seasoning in the batter make this next level delicious. Thanks for sharing!

  • In Jr high in California in the 90’s there was a cheese roll you could get. It had a little bit of onion on if I recall correctly. They were only available on Fridays. When they were hot they were heavenly. when cold they were greasy and yucky.

  • Thanks for saving me the trouble of buying these; I’d been wary as it was. The packaging (once opened) looks exactly like the “Devour” brand. When it’s on sale (Red Baron) I’ll stick to the french bread version where I can eat 1 per day for lunch and spread that cost out to 2 days.

  • So I didn’t know this existed till your video went to the store the next day and bought 2 of the pepperoni and did them in the microwave and the bread on mine on the bottom was very soggy and their was a fair amount of grease on top of the pizza after cooking now I not saying this product is bad I actually like it but then again I may be biased as my favorite frozen pizza brand is red baron but its interesting the difference in what happened with yours and mine

  • I’ve tried them didn’t think that good after about 3 minutes made me sick and I boffed up the whole lot in the bin maybe added to much sauce or pepper I don’t know

  • Lol, weird, the one with only cheese has more protein than the one with the pepperoni(meat). I know cheese has protein, but I didn’t think it was that much.

  • Thumbs up, glad to be back! YouTube un subbed me a while back I didn’t even realize until I saw this pop up in my feed! Re subbed and checking out all what I missed!

  • Can you do a cereal meet&greet with your fans next time? Rows of tables with cereal in bowls laid out, with choices of different milks!!

  • My after-school care has a full kitchen and staff. Every Friday was kitchen clean out and snacks were: toasted white bread with cheese, fruit cocktail, milk, latkas to use up leftover mashed potatoes.

  • Made these tacos for my family visiting one day and thet ask for them everytime they visit!!! Lol thanks for the recipe and keep up the amazing work!

  • awesome recepie but.. all of those cookies are very calorie dense, 110 cal for 1 serving ( 1 cookie ) is a lot of calories, can eat 300g of straw berries for 110 calories. but it is cookies so nice job!

  • All of these cookies have sugar in some form, and this will make you GAIN weight if you eat many of them. Honey, coconut sugar, and bananas all have lots of sugar. Sugar is bad for you. All of these are just like white sugar with a few vitamins & a little fiber in the case of the bananas. This is either ignorant or a scam. If it tastes sweet, it’s bad for you. Period.

  • Thank you so much! I had never fried fish before and wanted to make beer battered cod tacos Baja style like I’ve had at a local “surf taco” in New Jersey. It came out great! So helpful.

  • Hi! I am a 11 year old girl and love baking and cooking just like you. I have made a lot of cookies before but this was the best recipe that I have ever tried.
I love your guys channel and all the amazing and fun things you do in it
Pls continue to inspire me in future too

  • That was great however, next time can you please tell us how much of each ingredient we should use. That will make it a little easier.

  • Hi!! I prepared your fish batter recipe and my whole house loved it! One member of my household, who normally doesn’t like Mexican food, gave great reviews! Thank you! I completely botched my previous batch of fish tacos so I’m grateful for your help.:)

  • I made these tacos… And I had to add this video to my favorites! It was incredible. I then made some shrimp tacos with this batter for my son’s friend’s family and they were blowing up my phone asking for the recipe. I battered onions with this batter and made onion rings. Amazing if u eat it with mayo mixed with syriacha sauce . Thank you for this recipe!

  • wow these came out AMAZING! my bf and i agreed, best homemade fish tacos! only thing we changed was using flour tortillas & lettuce, cheese & avacado as toppings definitely recommend!

  • I ordered your book, and got it a days ago. Thank you for making this for us. Especially me, because I just started this vegan craze. Peace & blessings sister!

  • These are so amazing recipes. I got pretty much surprised by your creativity!! Imma try to bake one of them tomorrow! Thank you so much for helpful recipes!

  • Your hands remind me of my moms hands lol very comforting watch like I was a little kid again watching my mom cook… ty and def gonna sub

  • Yes we used to have those chesse melt sandwiches here in Cali. I never liked em cause they were always dry, soft, and flavorless. It’s not crunchy enough to give it texture, and the chesse is probably processed soy bean oils.

We still have em I think? I work in schools, and the kids usually just rip the crust off them.

  • I was so addicted to cereal that when I finally stopped, my friends laughed at me because I said very seriously that I was “off cereal” now. When I DO eat it, I concentrate on a high fiber content. If I’m going to enjoy the sugary food, I at least want it to fill me up!

  • Girl you can cook wish you were my friend I would be at your house every day eating your delicious food.keep up the good work wishing you and your family many blessings.

  • Was searching for a beer batter fish taco to try for the first time. Knocked this out for the family and we absolutely loved it. I have never made tortillas either and saw your video for that so that’s next on the list. Can you do a machaca please? Got a subscriber out of me. Great job

  • Watching this made me so hungry! It’s gonna be my first time making beer bartered fish tacos and I can’t wait to use your recipe!

  • Made the fish tacos along with your tortilla recipe. Tasted better than our favorite fish taco restaurant in San Diego. Love your channel.

  • You put a ton of work into this video and I thank you. I will make each one of these recipes over the next month for a healthy snack for my 92 year Dad. Have a happy day.

  • I have to admit that I’d eat either one of those…they really don’t look all that terrible…but like you said, at $3 a piece, that’s a negative Ghost Rider.

  • Three year anniversary..ironically I decided to try out a fish taco recipe and so happened to come across this one! They were fantastic all the extra seasoning was great! Thanks

  • So excited to make these recipes they look so good! Your beautiful thank you! New subscriber here:) My baby girl sleeps while I film also!

  • 4 Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The best fish recipe I have found. Believe me everyone, I have been looking through youtube for one for over a week because I’m a new cook and a perfectionist. This video is clear, concise, and omg that beer batter and taco sauce looks

  • Delish! Made this one lastnight for my family. And they devoured it! I forgot to mention that we too live in TX. Im Asian and my husband is Mexican. I like to mix our 2 cultures of food together and it always turns out amazing.

  • Babish you GLORIOUS BEAST you’ve done it again! I’ve always had trouble with fried chicken getting it to cook without burning so I tried your second recipe and while there were issues with the timings and temperature on my end it ended up as the best fried chicken I HAVE EVER EATEN. Definitely a member of my and my roommate’s clean plate club! Also you inspired me to break down a chicken for the first time. You bastard, you make it look so easy! It was a little bit of carnage but everything worked out great in the end!

  • Knowing the actual recipe and watching this again more than a year later, through a fucking pandemic no less.
This one is pretty fucking close.

  • My secret to fried chicken is adding pickle juice and hot sauce to the buttermilk as well as the spices plus adding bit of lard to the fry oil and frying a few pieces of bacon in the oil before the chicken. It adds flavor to rhe oil.

  • Yeah it may be healthy but until you start binging all at once is when you’ll notice your weight slowly creep up. Plus, this is not including everything else you’d eat in the day too lol Calories in / Calories out!

  • Thank you for the recipes and thanks for putting the nutrition facts!! Very important. I love how you form the cookies very pecfecr

  • My current pick for “seemingly healthy” cereal is Heritage Flakes from Nature’s Path. 1 cup has 5 g of sugar, but it also has 5 g of protein and 7 g of fiber, so it’s one of the few cereals that will satisfy me for a while. I also like the the peanut butter flavor of Kashi Go! and it’s super filling because of the soy protein, but it’s much higher in sugar and calories. I also don’t generally buy sugary cereals because I have no sense of portion control. (My work supplies some snacks, including cereals, in communal snack kitchens and they just added Lucky Charms to the mix and it’s sooo dangerous, I try to pretend it’s not there.)

  • I did not realize how many herbs and spices are in the KFC chicken’s breading. This video really had me rethink the way things are cooked when you then showed techniques like grating frozen butter for biscuits or ricing mashed potatoes before adding butter to them.

  • Glen and Friends Cooking has been recreating KFC as well you should check it out……I stopped eating there years ago but this made me curious

  • My general rule of thumb for buying cereal dont buy it if the box has:
    a cartoon character
    honey dipper
    any kind of fruit
    the words “fitness” or “crunch”

Most of those are desert, not breakfast.

  • Concerning everything the modern restaurants used for their sides and the gravy…. especially the gravy….. ew….. that wouldn’t fly if the real Colonel Sanders was still alive….. He had some high standards, Babish….

  • Honey bunches of oats, multi grain cherrios and chex are on my yummy list too. Thanks to you for your homemade granola recipe, I eat that as cereal now!

  • Fish is delicate, so will cook very quickly and will finish cooking in its jacket of hot batter after removing from the oil. Love this recipe.

  • Lol at the “seemingly healthy” voiceover. This came at the perfect time bc I’ve been craving cereal but am trying to keep my sugar low

  • [UNOFFICIAL POLL] I’m thinking about doing a live meal prep session on Instagram so we can keep each other accountable. I could really use that accountability these days, ya know! Would you like to cook with me? I’ll create a whole new easy meal prep guide!! Comment below!

  • Always looking for healthy options for my favorite snack! This also gives me inspo because I am a YouTuber as well! Feel free to sub! I have already subbed so I know when you post! ☺️

  • these videos are so well made, show the nutiriton profile… what a resource for those looking to lose weight and are caloriee counting like myself.. thank you!!!!!!!!

  • I just made the curry bean salad and it’s ssssoooooooo good! I added an extra lime. I know the directions say to let it marinate for an hour before serving but once I taste tested it, I couldn’t stop! Thank you so much for making veganism affordable and achievable ❤️

  • I just recently watched a video in which the vhef use almost tripled the quantity of dry fruits because of which i got courage to think i can try this recipe

P.S I really think nuts are so costly so i on a daily basis( ) ignore these recipes

  • Really awesome recipes! Looking forward to try these. Could you please suggest can we skip baking powder in these recipes?

  • As a type 2 diabetic, I watch sugars and don’t eat much cereal. Although, I’d rather choose one for fiber.
The sugar counts are BEFORE you add milk, almond milk or any other milk. Right? Some people forget they’re adding more sugar with their milk so, thought I’d mention it.
Great video. Get your healthy proteins in your meals. Getting hungry shortly after a meal is usually because the meal was mostly carbs and not balanced with protein.
I know your video is centered only on cereal info.
    Lots of good information!

  • When you show nutrition facts, does it refer to 100g or to one cookie(I don’t know its weight)? Thanks for the video, it is great!

  • Perhaps too late for much of anyone to see this, and maybe a repeat, but I remember that KFC, back in the 1980’s, butchered their chickens differently than they do now. While the chicken (and other items) made here look great, to exactly recreates 80’s KFC, the chicken needed to be cut into 9 pieces (hence the fact they sold 9 piece buckets that contained the equivalent of one chicken) instead of 8 piece buckets.

First, remove the 4 dark meat pieces (two legs and two thighs) and the two wings per the usual. Then, without breaking or removing the backbone, cut the remaining white meat into three pieces:
the “back” piece, which is the back bone with about one third of each of the two adjoining breasts
    two remaining “breast pieces”

The result is one chicken is split into 4 pieces of dark meat and 5 pieces of white meat that can be sold at a higher price than the dark meat. Also, I assume this helped with cooking time as typical whole breasts are larger than other pieces, but this way the twin 2/3-sized breasts and the back are all equal sizes and perhaps require the same cooking time as a thigh.

  • Thank you for this! 6 grams of sugar is the limit for the federal food program. I was able to add a few to my list of cereals I can feed my kids. Thank you! Thank you!

  • No cheese toast in NJ BUT, I did have ONE friend who used to make that for himself but he called it a “cheese blister”. I’m not sure if he thought of it himself, or maybe someone from NC showed it to him?

  • I love cereal! Sucks that they’re not all that nutritious but thanks for the breakdown!

PS: I’m taking this video as a birthday gift so thanks for my gift

  • I really liked your video, I love fish tacos.  Also, those “child-resistant” covers on your stove are such a great idea.  I’m happy I found your site.

  • Very interesting some of these are quite imaginative. Don’t overwork the cinnamon though replace it in any recipe with walnuts with nutmeg a much better choice; likewise with vanilla extract it can be replaced with a few drops of other flavouring almond, hazelnut, lemon vanilla and cinnamon are, well just too vanilla!

  • Fact: If you are addicted to sugar (and YES, you can become addicted to sugar-much like some people are addicted to alcohol), these delicious looking cookies are not for you and they sure as hell are not for me. Personally, the ONLY way I can deal with sugar or foods containing sugar (the added kind; not what’s already in fruits and vegetables which gives the latter a much lower glycemic load) is to avoid them ENTIRELY.

H O W E V E R, I WILL most definitely make these for my grand children because the amount of sugary substances in any of these cookies is far less than what is in a conventional cookie or so many other desserts we give our kids. Besides, there are great nutrients in bananas, apples (preferably organic) carrots, zucchini, large flake oats, peanut butter, almond butter (plain for both; no added sugar in the butters), chia seeds, eggs (if you’re not trying to avoid), almonds, etc. Moreover, these cookies can be adjusted for taste; e.g., substituting raisins for chocolate chips.

Finally, if my grandchildren pop in, I can make a batch of these goodies in a jiff and if perchance, they are not here long enough to eat them in one fell swoop, I’ll ship them home with what is left,.

So, I thank Seriousfitness for these wonderful recipes. For sure, they will be used in this house but only for my little darlings.:):):)

  • Just tried the carrot ones. They are stil warm from oven. I LOVE THEM, i totally love them. Thank you ♥ Next time will try else ones out of these. I replaced honey with agave sirup. (for even healtheir option) but both go well!

  • Hi Alyssia, I am just curious if it doesn’t provide your body with the fuel you like or need in the morning. Do you eat cereal more as a snack food? Thanks!!!

  • Get muscles like me, I got 7kg of lean muscle mass in two months only. I visited website called *Next Level Diet*, they provided me with 30 days diet meal plan and training plan. Their tips helped me to gain muscles as well.

  • I made this meal prep and it is amazing. I’m on the conversion of being vegan so I’m trying to learn a lot. Can you make more meal prep videos as detailed as this with the grocery list. It’s very encouraging

  • Jesus loves you all! Romans 5:8 “But God demonstrates His own love towards us, that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” John 14:6 “Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth and the life. No one can come to the Father but through Me ” People, Jesus is at the door, He is returning very soon, sooner than we realize. Jesus died and rose on the third day so you can live and have eternal salvation. Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through our Lord Jesus Christ.” Revelation 3:20-21 “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.” Jesus wants you to be with Him as His sons and daughters! Repent for the Kingdom of God is at hand. God bless you!

  • I really love your videos! Thank you for this! Sometimes I just want to have items ready to go in the fridge. I’m still trying to balance work and home life. • Love, Love, Love, your recipes and you to. Your energy is so intoxicating. Can’t wait to get your cookbook. God bless you, your husband, and of course your beautiful baby girl. Keep those delicious recipes coming. Your the reason I’m trying to become vegan.

  • Awesome! I will try your meal prepping suggestions alongside my pescatarian meal plan. More veggies! And, even though, you did not mention it within this vlog but fruits are great for dessert and snack time too. Thank you so much, I love your channel as you’ve great-tasting recipes to share time and time again.

  • Thank you foe the recipe. I bought fresh haddock yesterday and have all the ingredients here already. This will be dinner tonight.

  • the calorie counts for these cookies are wrong. For example for the first one, even if you do split the batch into 8 servings, it would not be 80 calories, but almost 110 calories. Almond flour is super high in calories, however if you are eating these for health benefits, they are really nutritious.

  • If i let the dough chill for 1/2 hr will it still work the same way? Because i have less time and does the dought become too hard to roll after coming out of the fridge?

  • My brain has such a hard time with meal prep. Thank you. Would love to see more meal prep videos. ❤️ you’re one of my favorites. So helpful. Love ur channel

  • With a printable guide?! Damn you really love us ☺️ I feel like I’m failing as a vegan bc I’m too busy to cook all the time lol also not really sure to where to find meat substitutes in Houston that don’t cost my first born/where do you find the sauces for the mock tuna

  • I prefer the stouffers french toast pizza, my those are good for the price and if i remember correctly they come with 2 pieces and come out great in the oven. Great frozen meal!

  • Thank you so much for this video! I normally HATE meal prepping because then I feel like I’m stuck eating what I’ve prepped. Love the versatility of these ingredients! Plus quick and easy.

  • Can’t wait to try these recipes! Thank you so much for sharing, I know how hard it is to be a mom and find time to do all these things!

  • I have never subbed soooooo fast, hi I came across this video of yours by sheer accident but it was much needed as I’m in rut of unhealthy eating and want to really change my ways and the way I look at food, one of the biggest reasons being I’m a busy mum and unfortunately sometimes you just need a quick meal and dont necessarily look at its health benefits. Anyhow long story short the reason I subbed so fast was because I just got a very uber positive vibe from you and the fact I needed this type of meal ideas I had a lightbulb moment I guess. Looked your recipes

  • Just when I was getting extremely BORED with my cooking, her you come with all the inspiration! Literally a godsend, so thankful ✨

Ya know no plastic bags ♡

  • Loooove these! Winners, all.

Nothing complicated, made with only a few ingredients which we normally have on hand.

Hugs for you & your sweet baby

  • So useful!!! I go back to work tomorrow and missed watching meal-prep videos and yours is so delicious! I just have a doubt, cuz my mumma always told me that I shouldn’t add fresh tomatoes to salads unless I’ll eat the entire salad on one go. Is it truth or myth?? Thank you <3

  • Hey
First, thank you for your delicious recipes! I have 2 Questions: in Germany zuchini and brussel sprouts don’t have the same season. Can i substitute the brussel sprouts with cabbage? I mean the one who looks like a pyramid. (German: Spitzkohl), or red cabbage?
Second question: i see so many people using avocado, but i don’t want this because of the problems with the Water and so. Is there any thing i substitute? I have no idea, maybe you??

  • These are damned good…. Best heated in a toaster oven or regular oven. If you want to make a cheaper version yourself get some frozen texas toast garlic bread and a jar of pizza sauce, the bread usually comes 6 or 8 to a package so you can make multiple sandwiches for close to the same price for just one of these

  • Excellent Batter recipe for the cod fish! However I try to live a lower carb life style (keto), so are used almond flour instead of regular flour. I cooked the fish and avocado oil and a little bit of coconut oil. It came out excellent! Thanks From my husband and I both! Lol
