  • Curious what your take is on using KETO CHOW for one meal a day along with a KETO meal program?? I am doing that now and have not noticed you mentioning CHOW in your videos…..any thoughts???? Thank You!!! (faithful viewer)

  • Alyssia I always look forward to your meal prep videos because they keep me on my toes lol Every meal prep is well worth it and always affordable and so nice seeing the meals prepped in my fridgeThank You and Happy New Years!cheers

  • Pet Peeve of mine is these packages that are barely half filled. I ordered some $16 bag (on sale thing) on line and it was half the bag. Its hard to really convince myself to spend double over something still healthy, for less than half. We already get hit hard enough going gluten free for flours and other items. Somethings I am totally fine with. Potatoes organic, because its still plenty in the bag but same price as bigger bag, I just do not need that many. Same with smaller bags of organic spinach over a larger conventional. I end up with 1/4 going bad often since I do not eat it on time.. but there has to be some give. We only have so much to spend. I have inflammatory and mucus issues with dairy and some glutens. Butter is a big trigger. I bought Miyokos butter and its been excellent, is organic sunflower oil, okay? Do you have a home made coconut or similar flour recipe for pancakes? Love your channel.

  • Fasting is better. For breakfast I only like pasture raised eggs, bacon, Laird unsweetened creamer and organic coffee. oats are very inflammatory.

  • Hey Bobby appreciate all that you do your advice is very good and I have one question about breakfast foods and that is about grits because I am from the south and I was raised on grits but now that I’m 61 I want to make sure that it’s still okay to eat grits on my weight loss journey or is there a healthy grits out there I have been eating the yellow grits not the white

  • Hey bobby all things you mentioned in this video have a high content of sodium in them. Eating frozen content with sodium is probably not good for health on the long run. I think you should also look for that when u talk about products ( in this video and all your other videos). I have seen many videos which u made, helped me alot in terms of what things to buy at the store. What muesli brand is good? Thank you

  • Remember that the ingredients you are reading on these packages are just words printed long before any food is placed in them. You don’t know exactly what the actual ingredients of the food is. I bet if you had it tested at a lab, it would not match up with the printed ingredients. Would be much different. And, All these specialty foods won’t be around much longer when the food shortages start. You’ll be eating anything you can get your hands on. Including Palm Oil! You’ll drink it down!

  • Bobby, what about the high 35% saturated fats in the Purely Elizabeth pancake mix? You spoke about saturated fats are bad for you. Please explain.

  • Anyone know what is Bobby eating style is it Keto? or Paleo? I trying to find out what he promotes most times here on the channel which seems to be very informative.

  • Bobby, I am doing keto and have seen these functional mushrooms a lot lately. Can you explain to me the benefits of the functional mushrooms?

  • Hi, Bobby what’s your take on the sodium content in all these products? I’d love to try all of these however I noticed high levels of sodium in some of those foods.

  • Just wondering, I thought it wasn’t a supported claim that the practice of using roundup as a desiccant is widespread and also that they are the cause of digestive ailments. Great video!

  • It makes you think If what they are really selling to you even when they claimed organic they have been honest all along!!!! I noticed even in Wholefoods or any well known store they also carry unhealthy food or so called healthy food with horrible ingredients or they even sell just plain simple bad ordinary food. People should not assume everything sold in a store considered as healthy is really healthy! Now reading the labels is good but can you really trust that really disclosed all ingredients!!!
What it would be very nice will be if you all get those foods to a lab and really try to test that they have what they claim in their labels. I am so tired of people deceiving people and still making money out of other’s people health expense! Thank you for teaching about this but still to really know I think a lab testing will set the record straight.

  • Good video, though a bit disappointing because seeing the Amy’s Tofu Scramble, I watched all the way through but you sort of waved the box at us and talked about Amy’s Breakfast Burrito instead (which I can’t eat because I’m diabetic). That’s OK, I already know the Tofu Scramble is good and I picked up a few things to check out. The cauliflower based oatmeal like product looks very interesting.

  • Love ur videoo girlly… thank❤❤ u soo much for sharing this lovely video❤❤….. plzz also make a full kitchen cleaning video.. xoxoxoxoxo….. ❤❤❤

  • Thanks as always! You keep us learning! I am stocking my pantry like yours! Like the video s from your kitchen to mine best! Be safe!❤

  • Where’s Rose. Seems like she’s been missing from a few videos lately. Her cuteness is missed! Thank you for reminding me to eat organic oatmeal. Breakfast is my favorite meal, thanks for the info.

  • Can you please take into consideration the sodium, most of the healthy food are really high in sodium, which is not great. But besides that I love the options and the cleanness of the ingredients. I love watching your videos!!!

  • I ordered in breakfast from Denny’s today. It ended up being a T-O-T-A-L disaster. The sunny side up eggs were unsunnily down, the sausage was meh. Pancakes were overcooked a bit. Coffee was okay. What can I say-the guy who delivered my breakie couldn’t even find my home so I had to reheat everything. Thanks, Denny’s, but not thanks if you get my drift!

  • Hey guys, #HappySaturday #ArtBirthdayWeekend The coffee & hot cocoa sound interesting! I eat eggs everyday for a morning breakfast, but every now & then like to have the oatmeal on the go, & just add my own sweetener & fruit! Tfs ❤️✌

  • ALYSSIA! If crispiest is important to you, FREEZE YOUR TOFU. Freeze it completely (24 hours is a good rule of thumb), and then thaw in the freezer or on the counter. And then you don’t need to press for an hour! Simply squeeze gently over the sink, cut into slabs, and press with your hands between towels. Then, you can either pan fry or even BAKE for perfectly crispy tofu. Please please please try this. Crispy tofu is so easy, and I don’t know anyone online who is doing this. I beg of you, please, freeze your tofu.

  • What are some healthy breakfast and in general opinion for cooking and baking with out using coconut and tree nuts. Two of my daughters are allergic to them. Thank you!

  • So what do you think about Les Trois Petits Cochons brand of sous vide eggs specifically, but other products too? Not organic and “cage free” instead of pasture raised eggs, but seems more pure than those shown here. Found them at Jewel and they taste WAY better than Starbucks in my opinion.

  • Love your videos but who has the money to buy everything organic? Middle class families want to eat healthy but everything is so expensive when you see the word organic especially here in Canada!!!!!

  • HI Bobby, can you provide some recommendation for Auto immune Diet? Some easy to prepare options? Thanks a bunch, love your channel.

  • Those pancake ingredients looks good but the fact is that’s a good way to get fat! Super high in carbs and fat just in the mix but including any syrup or butter u may add.

  • I’m am glad that Trader Joe’s is maintaining their brand and character by denying the cries of Bedell and the sheltered narcisitic Bay Area Bubble and cancel culture. If TJ’s did not represent ethniciyties the Bay Area Bubble would be whining for more diversity. Bedell assumes that having various names on ethnic food “exotifies” and can be deemed racist. I am a minority that has food representing my culture and I find it amusing and am proud. These foods had been labeld as Trader Ming’s and Trader Giottos for years and only now the safe space folk are finding micro aggresions. Maybe it’s less about the outside world and more with inidivual confirmation biases and an individual’s desire to find more divisions within our society. Give it a break Bedell and go travel and see the rest of the world outside of the Bay Area.

  • 2020. no matter how amazing the store, products, and prices, grocery shopping is the future…. actually it’s already the present.

  • Still like Lidel and Aldi first the Treader Joe’s. We at least have a Treaser Joe’s in CO Springs Now we need an Aldi and a Lidel

  • I used to shop there cuz I discovered this yogurt and it was the best yogurt I’ve had and mochi ice cream. But gradually, I’ve discovered that most stuff tastes nasty. Their bakery stuff are just pure garbage.

  • It´s great there, you can shop there!!! Before you go on, don´t forget the protein drinks here at Trader Joe´s, chocolate and vanilla!! They are GREAT!! You can think all day on them, and you get so clear in your head, it´s almost like one of the mirror lakes of New Zeeland, fraud but not to bad!!! Think about this!! Everything we eat turn into sugar in our blood stream, carbohydrates, so the steak you´re eating doesn´t turn into steak mania ever, like your body stream, but the proteins goes into your blood stream, and the meat is made over into carbohydrates, the sugar that we all run on!! We live on sugar, so why not get a bit more of it, and feel happy too!! Someone made you fat, did they!! Fat turns into sugar too, so it´s not so bad at all, the moisture sticks around, for you not to speak lewd about other people´s property and faults, if they have any!! They start eradicating on faults at the age of 3, instead of learning to get on with it, with other people!! See what they like for real, not just fraud, or what you like, so that you don´t linger to long, before going and doing something else, when it has all ebbed out between the two of you!! Hormones come and hormones goes, and Evil squares us off, from eachother´s stuff too!! Learn to move on, and get happier like that!! Use veggies and protein drinks, but not protein bars!!! Don´t make them yourself, buy them readymade in something like Trader Joe´s!! Good luck, clare of mind, don´t do good, be happy instead!! Cheers Jenny

  • Please check your “facts” before you make a video like this: Charles Shaw wine is NOT repackaged Franzia. Franzia is produced by The Wine Group and is unrelated to Fred Franzia, one of the founders of the Bronco Wine Company which produces Charles Shaw in California.

You are spreading misinformation and not helping people make informed buying decisions.

  • 6/13/19….Trader Joe’s is fantastic. I love their nuts/spices/cereals/cheeses. My pets have always loved the holiday fog biscuits-esp pumpkin!
Great candies….strange & new items every visit.
I used to go 12 mi to my closest Trader Joe’s to shop every week.
Now I’m retired & 60 mi from my closest TJ….THAT SUCKS!
Heading up there today b/c I watched this video & I’m having “homesick pains” with only remedy being a TJ shopping “adventure”!

  • I love TJ no matter what. I’m a New Yorker from the city and I will do groceries at TJ over Whole Foods any fucking day. Fairways comes a close second. In the burbs and Upstate I’ll go to Wegmans

  • I would LOVE to see a video with nut-free options for things! It’s hard to find healthy mixes without almond flour and same goes for things like protein bars and granola. A lot of people only think of little kids when avoiding it, so it gets ignored when marketing things for adults.

  • i refuse to believe trader joe’s food doesnt have msg. by nature many foods/organisms produce msg, one notable example are tomatoes. The reason why is msg isnt an artifical flavor, what we consider msg is basically the scientific name for the umami flavor like how NaCl is the scientific name for salt

  • I would never let my kids go through the grocery store isles to look for the hidden toy. The concept is cute, but it’s not worth risking my kids getting kidnapped while I’m not looking. Plus, it’s not really fair to the other customers to have a bunch of kids unattended running through the grocery store isles. They have to stick next to me while we shop. If they happen to find it in an isle that we’re in together then that’s fine but I won’t let them off on their own to look for it

  • I wondered about the bell. LOL, I thought it meant you spenet over $50!! I asked my Trader Joe’s what their stuffed animal was, and I forgot already. I found out about that from PHILLIPS FamBam channel vlog.

  • At my Trader Joe’s, the hidden mascot is Woody, the cowboy from Toy Story.
I love that store. I drive 25 minutes to go to the nearest one.

  • They have good quality food and also have extremely nice and polite people working there!! So if this was an attempt at bashing them try again!!

  • Hey everyone, please enjoy my video about Starch Solution Breakfast ideas at Trader Joe’s. I love Trader Joe’s and end up there a few times a week.

  • I have been trying to get trader joes to remove palm oil from their products; most of the time this fat additive is unnecessary and really bad for people and the environment.

  • Love Trader Joe’s! My favorite item in the store? Their Orange Chicken of course! Lots of really delicious products there-love their TJ brands-free of all the chemical poisonings all the other foods have at the grocery stores!

  • Im forced to shop here the variety of food is trash i bought some english muffins they were disguisting as fuck just recently i bought spicy hummas an it had mold in it like wtf. Trader joes has weird fucking food id rather shop at market basket or whole foods stores like that

  • They must vary GREATLY from store to store. When Trader Joe’s open here; we were thrilled! However, after being accustomed to Sprouts we were SOOOO disappointed! Much smaller selection, lower quality produce,…… just nothing to go back for. We won’t be going back. Sprouts has then beat in every way!!!!

InstaCart overcharged my debit card, and I had to shut it down, by a big amount. They mark up the groceries from 10% to over 40%. I had a super nasty customer service. The first Time, that they brought hot smelly fish. They can show up early, which can be an inconvenience. I do not recommend them, and if you use them, please have a debit card with a limited amount, and really check your order and bank charges super carefully, or you will deal with Instant Crooks.

  • The healthy food is the one you make at your homes. You just need to buy the ingredients and find a recipe that you will mostly like. I will never understand people who buy ready made oatmeal. Come on, just dont be lazy.

  • “The parking lots are just fine”. The parking lots at Trader Joes in Southlake, TX are always so crowded (because it’s outside of a shopping precinct) and most of the parking lots that are left during the busiest hours are pretty risky. So risky, that I got into a hit and run and I know what fucking truck it was. Never going again on Friday afternoons lol.

  • Somewhat of a foolish statement, saying that there is no MSG in Trader Joe’s products. If it has anchovies or tomatoes in it, it’ll be high in MSG, as those are natural sources of it.

  • My wife and I shop at Trader Joe’s pretty frequently, and if you have one near you, you should check it out. Their fish, vegetables, and cheeses are delicious. The staff is great and they even carry some local beers. Prices are good too.

  • 1:46 “Need something to keep the kids busy while you do your shopping? Send them on a hunt for the hidden lobster.” Somehow I don’t think the person that wrote that in the script has kids. I don’t have kids but even I know you should NEVER let your kids out of your sight in a public store. Not only can they get kidnapped but they are also bound to do something in the store that is going to get them in trouble.

  • My family works at Trader Joe’s.my brother in law is a mate.he doesn’t like it.he finds it annoying because he has to ask for permission before he tapes and also bothers the clients.he has to be put in place.he said that. I know people likes it.but sometimes you have to respect.if they let one go more will be doing it too which I see more doing what he’s doing now.

  • Does anyone care that you have many shoppers in your video? I would like to make videos in the stores, too. I would focus on low cal foods for Weight Watchers members. God bless you!

  • I don’t understand why they won’t let him film. When Bobby approves the product, I always go pick it up on my next shopping day. Trader Joe’s is making more money.

  • Hi Liz, love your videos ❤️ quick question, what is the the name of the balsamic vinaigrette called you used on the flatbread? I been trying to find a good one for the longest time.

  • This was such a great meal prep especially since its vegetarian, these are all great ideas that I will definitely try!! Thanks so much!!!!!

  • Koalas are also an option for the store mascot. My store, Store #63, has our Koala, which if one finds it, is given a lollipop at the front desk. Next time you’re at your local Trader Joe’s, ask what’s the store mascot, along with a hint on where to find it in the store. We’ll be happy to help!

  • I can’t watch! This gives me massive anxiety knowing you’re going to get kicked out. Buy the good stuff and take it home to review it. Love your videos. HATE the confrontation.

  • Trader Joe’s and all these other stores you film in should be paying you instead of kicking you out. I am a new shopper at them along with many others because of your videos. You give them so much business

  • Another thing about the TJ’S Hummus….as you pointed out, it has canola oil…BUT IT’S MORE EXPENSIVE TOO. I’d definitely buy the avocado hummus. Thanx, Bobby. Looking forward to buying your Keto cookbook.

  • Not really sure why trader joe is so against filming. It’s free advertising! Have you ever thought to contact them and get special permission to film?

  • Why are TJs such jerks to you?? You’re promoting them!! Makes no sense whatever. They seem like such nice, easy going people. I don’t understand it.

  • In one of your videos i thought you said those crisp breads were good the norwegian ones, but in this video you say NO to them so i’m confused.

  • Interesting fact in another video you said do not buy cane sugar and yet I could count at least four items you say are good products that contain cane sugar…..

  • Hey guys! New sub here, love all the information you give. I’m trying to eat healthy and love all your tips and products you talk about. I’ve been binge watching!!

  • I’m thinking you may need to invest in a concealed camera like they use in those what would you do videos. Love your videos keep up the good work!

  • Alls he does is usually get us to buy at Trader Joe’s because better prices but then also buy the more expensive items when it comes to buying organic and grass fed etc. so they should thank you

  • I have bad news for you. Wheat is bad!!
Refer to Dr. Tom O’Brien. You are saying things are healthy when they in fact are not —people do your own research and don’t listen to everything you hear on you tube. Just looking out for you all.

  • Why, WHY would they kick you out? You do way more to promote their products and stores than they do. Trader Joe’s should be paying you!!

  • The Norwegian Crisp Bread are great with a cream cheese spread of choice with or without salmon. Very crunchy. Lasts longer then regular bread.

  • Thanks for the video, Bobby. I am new to the Keto/clean eating lifestyle. What does it mean when a product has ‘natural flavors’ in the ingredient list?

  • I love the already premade smoothies! Like I e tried freezer bags but for me it take so much time to set up, blend and stuff! But I love this idea. Why hadn’t I thought of it before!! Plus I get up so early in the morning I didn’t want to be running the blender and disturb my roommates!!

  • The Lentil and brown rice spaghetti you recommended from Trader Joey’s was terrible. The texture was horrible and my blood sugar spiked 30 points an hour after eating a small portion. Not Keto friendly at all.

  • Some of the items you recommend seem high in carbs. I’m doing Keto and trying to keep my carbs down. What am I missing.
I shopped at Trader Joe’s today because of one of your videos.

  • You do an amazing amount of work on these videos! I know you add recipes in the box under your videos is there any where you could list them all (like on your blog with a link back to the video where the recipe appears)?

  • Quick question… I WANT to get the spicey avocado hummus BUT… just HOW a spicey is it? I have “gringo” taste buds.. usually do MILD stuff.. will this kill me?

  • Anyone out there know if the Trader Joe’s Heirloom Popcorn uses non-GMO corn? Love the stuff lol but want to make sure I’m not filling up on GMO corn

  • Enjoyed your video,I learned a lot. I do make my own ice cream and condiments. Do you think the food industry and the medical industry will ever change? How can you tell if meat has been grass-fed for only 30 days? I would love to shop at butcher box but I am a senior citizen living in a small apt. with a small refrigerator. I do my best to live a healthy life. I want to get as much SS as I can get from the government LOL.

  • I’m a little concerned about the salt in that sauce since I have to watch solt. I have an idea, why don’t you do one on Lower salt items.

  • I worked there and it was so fun, we were like a family. We did things away from Tj’s. I loved all my Captains and I shop Tj’s. I love Tj’s ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  • Thanks for watching guys! What do you think of these types of videos? Do you want to see more grocery hauls and follow-up from those hauls? LMK either way!

  • Just tried the flatbread and it is out of this world good! The dressing recipe is delicious as well! Thank you so much im eating it as we speak lol

  • Good video! Up here at Y&S FOOD! we love to come across such a contents. We create Travel & Food shows as well, world wide, and so we are continually interested in inspirations and so techniques. Thank You.

  • Loved how these recipes look! You had me running out to trader joes lol they didnt have the sweet corn ravioli but I got the arugula one and four cheese so we will see how that goes!

  • I do not see on the organic grass fed milk where it says 100%, so I did not buy it. Did you get this information directly from TJ’s corporate?

  • I really love watching your videos! so fun and relaxing at the same time! I just posted an ultimate clean with me over on my channel! if you like Liz’s content you might like my videos!

  • I love ya misslizheart! I remember watching the first video of yours when you were so shy (it was a q&a video) and look at you now wow! So proud! I adore you so much! You have a beautiful and happy family. I love all of your videos! It gives me life. ❤️

  • I loved this video. I always enjoy watching you cook, your food styling is impeccable. One question. Where did you get the balsamic glaze, its not a trader joes item. but i wouldnt mind getting some myself

  • Trader Joe’s has really great branded products! Recently discovered their Cowboy Veggie Burgers and they are delish! I’m never really disappointed. Thanks for showing new ideas / recipes to try with their stuff!

  • You make it look so easy and the recipes look like restaurant quality food. I’m not the best cook so anything that can help! Please continue doing the food hauls, followed by recipes afterwards. It helps when you’re a busy working mom.

  • Is it weird that I’m obsessed with the way you talk! hahah

I’m going to try all of these!!!!! Thank you!!!! I was in need of new recipes

  • All these recipes looks yummy… but I was wondering if you can teach us some Panamanian food? Food you grew up eating from Panama.

  • Bobby, I love your videos both my wife & I, you have LEGIT KNOWLEDGE! Thank you. I also notice that you have col T-Shirts, CREATIVE IDEA: what if you put out a Product Line of t-Shirts with all the BAD NUTRITIONAL FACTS TO AVOID. “Natural Flavors” Non EXPELLER PRESSES Oils, ect.:)

  • Omg! I was eating a chicken quesadilla while watching this and DROOLING! Your food is so high quality, you’re an amazing cook. I’m trying that ravioli asap!

  • You should off been a ‍ lol every meal you do it’s just stunning look so tasty and yummy!! well everything you do is amazing love you girl ❤️

  • I have a question about the oats. So almost all the oats we have in the pantry are organic and gluten free but only one kind of granola bar we have is not organic but it is gluten free. It is the Kind simple crunch oats n honey. Would that be sprayed with the glyphosates you mentioned because it is gluten free?

  • Oh my goodness! I could come to your home like a restaurant and pay for those dishes. LOL Esp. the pizza. Love how you fancied it up!!

  • Liz! Absolutely love your content, especially your lifestyle videos. Your growth and success are well deserved. I’ve been watching you for a long time and I can honestly say that you still come across as humble and relatable as you did in the beginning. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for you because I truly believe God is going to pour into your cup until it overflows. Sending love and hugs from Central Texas!

  • You are one of the few youtubers who I can see the work you put into the videos. You are so creative and thank you for trying to connect middle class people. ❤❤

  • This looks so tasty and simple, on my way to TJ’s now! What are the measurements of the ingredients for each recipe? For example, how many tablespoons of cornstarch, onion powder etc for the dinner?

  • I tried downloading ur best and worst pdf but it’s not accepting my email address even though i typed correctly. Can u please tell me what’s wrong?

  • This video can be considered to be a must watch for meal prep. Can you share with the us the books that you read to learn ‘how to sell’ because you do that so well!:)

  • loved the video. thank you again Alyssa. shared on facebook and to friends feeds. still looking for that soups and stews. any chance of making 3 categories of soups and stews? regular, vegetarian, and vegan? thanks again for all your hard work. i am trying that peanut butter banana smoothie tomorrow. looks REALLY REALLY good.

  • I’m looking into being a vegetarian in the future and for now I’m cutting down on animal protein and eating healthier. This is super helpful!

  • I toss my pressed tofu cubes with garlic salt, pepper and a tin spray of olive oil and place in the air fryer. Then I can toss the crispy cubes with any sauce I like. This has been life changing for me. Budget, vegetarian and user friendly.

  • Wow. I really should find a trader joes then thats cheap.
i need to get a min fridge for my room so I can prep my food for the week and don’t have to fight for the communal kitchen or end up eating badly what they eat.

  • I made this menu today and it is good! I did add eggplant and 1/2c of rice to dinner with the Asian style tofu. I will absolutely be making these meals again.

  • I ❤️ your channel. I’ve learned so much and have used this to prep for the week! I tweaked the smoothie instead of peanut butter, I used Nutzo butter and also used Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Spice Almond Milk. Lastly, I air fried my tofu. Super delish! Can’t wait to enroll in your course when it opens up again!

  • I got the rice crumbs to try, but haven’t used them yet. I am definitely going to look for the pickles… it’s impossible to find pickles NOT in white vinegar.

  • The link that you provided for the Best & Worst Meal Prep Guide is broken. In your website when we click sub to the newsletter also has a broken link and we can’t sub.

  • If you add quick oats to your smoothie it will be a lot more filling, you just need to add a bit more liquid on the day you’re going to drink it as the oats will of course thicken your mixture over time or eat with a spoon like overnight oats.

  • Funnily enough, green peppers are always more expensive than coloured peppers where I’m from lol. I’ve always wondered why! Sadly green peppers are my fave too. Thanks for a good meal prep:)

  • Thank you so much for this excellent video and for your open minded attitude towards different needs and priorities!!!

  • Ohhhh now I crave fruit salad! Instead of syrup why not add some dried fruits like raisins, dates or figs? Doesn’t cost much more (especially the raisins) and gives some extra oomph to the salad!

  • Question. Do the people who bought your meal prep ignite course in the past also have access to 2.0 when it launches? That grocery list maker would be super helpful for me

  • Great video Bobby and the Flav City team! I’ve learned so much from all your videos and your channel has changed the way I eat for the better

  • Loved this! Hope you can make more meal prep guides focusing on trader Joe’s, aldi’s, and whole foods. Can’t wait to make the smoothie in the morning.

  • Can you show a cost breakdown? It looks like you bought 2 containers of soup which I don’t think would make 8 adequate meals. Even if you ate a bucket of kale with it. Did you buy 4 containers?

  • You’re amazing as usual I appreciate the smoothie tip, I would love smoothies for breakfast but I cant wake up my whole family with the blender I’ll test it out!

  • You massage your kale gently and elegantly like a ballerina moves. I massage mine down and dirty like a WWE wrestler or MMA fighter.

  • You look amazing!! Love the hair color and that necklace! And this video is right on time. I’ve been looking for a new meal prep video

  • Put yourself on the line oh, that’s the biggest joke I’ve ever heard. I’d like to know what I’ve unsubscribed three times and it keeps coming back as subscribed.!!! Is that y’all doing???

  • Thank you SO much for posting this! I asked for this video as a suggestion many months ago and I really appreciate you doing this!
