Provided they eat a variable diet of lettuces, salad greens like rocket, spinach, watercress, chard ECT. Add a few soaked nuts or seeds to your daily diet, then bingo. I also added coconut oil as I thought they were a little dry☺️ and a little advice to every beginner: get a food scale! Honestly a life changer!   • You should seriously consider making your own nut butter. You already have a food processor and it is WAY cheaper and also healthier because you can control what goes in it.

    Something went seriously wrong. The end product wasn’t sauce but some grainy mixture of cheese and pepper.Damn, I had to throw it all.
