  • Just because they are tiny does not mean they are good for you… the tiny caramel apples are just as bad as a whole caramel apple

  • just tried a modified version of the banana bread and it came out pretty good! I went for more of a protein-packed version of it, adding 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder, then triple the Greek yogurt and a quarter cup of egg whites (the added protein powder dry ingredients needed to be somewhat offset with wet ingredients).
    It came out ever so slightly dry i think i over-mixed the ingredients a little and left it in the oven for about 5 minutes too long, but other than that pretty good

I just can’t see that you could do all this: juicing, enemas, drinking so much, going to the toilet constantly and coping with detox symptoms for 30-60-90 days while you are working and taking care of a family.   • Number 4 is actually good. Just don’t dip it in the chocolate and popped rice. Make the banana mix then eat it ( it’s kinda like soft serve ) or whip in a small amount of cream then freeze it. And bam you have ice cream! No sugar needed!

  • This might be a stupid question but here goes…..can I still have 10 oz of decaf coffee in the morning with a splash of homemade hemp milk? I was thinking that the juice fast is drastic for me and perhaps cold turkey on the coffee would be more to handle and and set me up for failure. Maybe 3 times per week and not everyday?

  • A quick tip for the nutribullet, every so often pull out the rubber gasket around the blade and clean under there. I did the other day and there was mold growing in there ������. Now I clean under there after every use because no matter how well I clean it, some smoothie gets caught under there

  • Cheers for the Video! Forgive me for the intrusion, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you thought about Dinanlinson Elegant Figure Approach (do a google search)? It is an awesome exclusive product for uncovering the secrets behind a highly effective low carb diet without the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my friend Sam got great results with it.

  • Eggs — they’re between 60-75 calories each. They’re also extremely rich in nutrients.
    Powdered peanut butter is also great for a low calorie snack. It’s only 50 calories for 2 tablespoons. So if you use 1 tablespoon on a piece of whole grain bread, it’s around 130 calories.

  • Hello, I did a 55 day cleanse a few months ago before I saw this video. The juice i drank everyday was just like the lemon ginger blast except I added tomatoes, jalapeños, garlic and onion. I didn’t release the mucous plaque. I believe it’s because i didn’t do the husk and clay. If I redo this cleanse can I continue with the tomatoes, jalapeños, onion, garlic…i really like it. Mahalo

    asparagus which are only 20 cal every 100gr, zucchini is 17 calories every 100gr, pumpkin is 26 calories every 100gr, any pepper has around 25 calories every 100gr, Melon only 25cal every 100gr (the one with the green skin and white flesh, I think you call it Christmas Melon)

  • I finally did a 24 hour fast. After 18:6 fasting through the week. And during my eating window I only ate 843 Cals. It’s so hard not to eat the food at home it’s so good

  • Thanks I started eating more fruit and veggies on 29/05/2020 today is 11/05/2020.
    I would eat a lot of cakes, cookies and muffins but now veggies and fruits rule. I do eat roasted peanuts and rasins to help with the cravings.
    I think I will stick to a carb free diet until I reach my ideal weight.
    I confess I still struggle with letting go of sugary drinks ��

  • Why are you spreading such a stupid information? One medium carrot is about 30kcal and one med apple is 100kcal. Eat that two things and it’s 130kcal. Not zero at all. Same you can have 5 rice cakes, banana, yogurt or whatever. This is such a misinformation. Sorry for people who watching this and know nothing about nutrition. They are going to eat 2 apples and 2 carrots a day thinking it is “zero kcal food” in fact getting 250kcal plus

  • Great video! I did a 60 day juice fast with the centrifugal juicer, it was before this video was made. The centrifugal juicer does get the plaque out as I had some nasty stuff come out of me around day 47-48. So for those on a budget, the centrifugal juicer still works but I agree is not as good as a masticating juicer. I think the goal is just to do the juice fast so we can get on a plant based diet. After the long juice fast my tastes changed and I could no longer eat meat and dairy anymore without getting sick to my stomach. Overall great content, and I would advise anyone if they can’t afford the masticator but still want to do the juice fast with the goal of long term diet changes, then just do a juice fast with whatever juicer they can afford. A juice fast is far better than continuing on a diet of meat, dairy and heavily processed foods.

  • I disagree to avoid egg yolks in muffin. There’s no evidence based research says egg yolk makes you fat or gain weight. But it provide omega 3 which your cell membrance and brain need, and it contains many nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, included phytonutreints.   • I’m surprised the list didn’t have celery only 8 calories per 100g, that’s equivalent to half teaspoon sugar (16cal/tsp). Eating celery makes the body burn more calories than what we consumed through it, hence it’s otherwise also referred to as NEGATIVE CALORIES coz you burn more than you eat.

    Also, a very tasty and affordable honorable mention is watermelon (30 calories per 100g).

  • I don’t know enough about vitamins but aren’t A, D, E, and K fat soluble? A serving of carrots has 400% of your daily intake??? Holy smokes…that’s all getting stored in your body somewhere no? Isn’t that why babies who eat a lot of carrots have an orange tinge to their skin?

  • Hey Shane, I just found your channel recently and love your message! I have been high raw for the past year and a half and I can say it has changed my life for the better. I have done 21 days on a gallon of orange juice and grapefruit (every day) with great results. I also did a 14 day half green juice half citrus juice (Gallon a day). The green juice definitely helps bring out more of the stuff that is stuck inside me. lol. A lot of emotions that I had been suppressing unconsciously for a long time came out during this period. I am planning to get everything out the next time I juice feast to really get a fresh start. Would you recommend dry fasting during the juice feast? I dry fasted for almost 3 days in the middle of my orange juice cleanse and seemed to be fine. Im just not sure if this would be considered dangerous or whatever… Anyways, I am glad I found your channel and will be right along with you on this hero’s journey. Cheers

    When starting to do the psyllium and bentonite mixture shall I stop doing the juices for this period? If the juices must continue during this period is it better to do the bentonite&psyllium mixture before or after drinking the juice?

  • Hello Sir! What do you mean when you say brain fatigue?Do they last all day? Should I start the juice fast if I have really productive work ahead, and I need the momentum…or just wait a bit?   • Hello, I have just discovered your channel, its very encouraging, thank you….
    I am about to go on a long juice feast/fast in the hope of changing my lifestyle for the good.
    I’ve tried learning how to cook vegan, but all the beans and legumes and mushy looking food turns me off and at this stage the raw fruits and vegies don’t appeal to me either as my tastebuds crave the high fat foods.
    I hate cooking so much that after the fast, going raw plantbased or whatever I call it, will be a wonderful change for the better.
    I’ll still be cooking my husband’s meat and 3 veg, but apart from that I will look forward to changed taste buds, better health and simplicity.:)
    5 years ago I did go on a 30 day juice fast with an online group and went from 118 kilograms ( yikes, that’s 260 pounds or over 18 Stone) and went down to just under 100 kgs( 220 pounds or 15 and a bit stone).Ideally I could have used that as a foundation to start eating healthy, but some life disruptions followed and I used it as an excuse to treat myself with my old foods for sedation.
    In hindsight I finished the fast too early. This time will be longer and I will keep going until I no longer see anything solid coming out, as this gentleman suggests.

Amazingly I’m on day 12 of my juice fast and I’ve just passed mucoid plaque after using bentonite clay/psyllium. Does this mean that all of it is now removed or could there be more?   • Recepie is very delicious �� but tunica pasta and stuff potato contain many calories…. Are These high calories suitable for w8 loss?

  • I think 3-4 cheetos have the same number of calories and are just as filling �� anything is low cal when you only take half a bite.

  • Won’t do any clays in my next long SFV to be sure the mucoid plaque isn’t the clay. And 4000 calories worth of juice is pretty hard to get in buddy. I couldn’t drink 3 L on my juice fast let alone 8 as John recommends. Fruit juices contain more calories but can’t over do those. Imo 4 L is plenty!

  • I often make a juice 3 5 times a week similar to lemon ginger blast but i also add carrots, beets, kale and sometimes pineapple:)

  • I’ve done 10, 30 and 60 days green juices fast and 10 (x3) and 21 days water only fast, I go through heavy detox symptoms but I am not still where I would like to be still experiencing health problems, its a a long road to health if one has chronic conditions but it gets better and better each time, so my advice is to keep going until you feel well then eat healthy. Great video very informative, thank you

  • Little tip if you use supermarket frozen fruit make sure you check it for mold I’ve found it on quite a few bags from different supermarkets x
