  • make sure you let the chia seed expand for a while otherwise it will expand in your stomach, if you have diabetes or high blood pressure you shouldn’t consume chia.

  • I heard that your body can’t digest chia seeds and absorb the nutrients unless you grind them into a powder. Not sure how true that is. I’m not vegan but I have a vegan cookbook and I use a recipe in it for chia pudding, it’s coconut milk, chia seeds, blueberries, vanilla, and cacao nibs. Yummy x

  • Hello mam… Does vitamin k in chia seeds is not good for people having blood thick problem. I have heard that we should not consume it in this scenario

  • I LOVE to start my day with chia seed pudding. I usually do 2 tbsp of chia seeds, 1/2C almond milk, 1 tbsp of powdered monk fruit to sweeten it, 1 tbsp of cocoa and some natural peanut butter.. sooo good. I just made some with almond milk, blueberries, a sprinkle of cinnamon and some brown sugar swerve

  • Where did you get the little jars? Also do they have lids? I’ve been looking for small glass jars like these for chia pudding or yogurt snacks

  • I would defo soak my chia seeds before putting into smoothies or anything else, not soaked chia seeds may not digest properly, or expand in the stomach which may not be very pleasant. And also soaked seeds will be way more beneficial for the body because of seeds activate and negative properties are removed:)

  • Love these! As much as I eat chia pidding, I need ideas for variety! I only use coconut milk. No sweetener needed & it thickens like a rich pudding.

  • OMG I tried all four! The chai was ok, the strawberry banana was good, I really liked the matcha and the chocolate was bomb I tried with almond milk and coconut milk. Coconut is creamier

  • I’d love to start the recipes but I have to repeat it numerous times. I’m not sure what half grayed carrot is or beans? is it truly beans or another word used where your from. slowing down in the recipe on video and or showing in the comments or websote would be great but I don’t see it in either place

  • I made this with the almond milk, and it’s just as thick if not thicker. Just store it in the fridge for a good 15 minutes or overnight.

  • So you wanna tel me that this amount of chia is for one person??? If you wanna poo like crazy it’s fine, but earing 3 tablespoon od chia seeds every day you will end up on toilet seat all day

  • I make the chocolate raspberry with almond milk, I add about 2 TBSP of my chocolate whey protein powder. to break my 20 hr fast almost daily. So good! I will try the matcha one, honestly all of your recipes are amazing! Thanks so much for sharing glad I found your channel!

  • Another good video… I make chia seed pudding and I find it pretty tasty…use a little cocoa powder and you can even make chocolate pudding.

  • I made the chocolate chia pudding yesterday and, although it’s meant to be a dessert, I tasted it today for breakfast…It was simply divine! I’m glad I doubled the portion size, because in this way I’ll be able to enjoy this recipe even tomorrow…I’m already looking forward to my next breakfast !

  • I eat chia mostly for fiber and if your poor as f*ck like me you can just use water. I’ve tried juices and milk but chia seems to fully expand in water best. Yes, it does not taste as good, but like I said. I’m poor and want the fiber that is healthy rather than buying fiber pills or things like Metamucil. Aside from that, these recipes in the video are nice!

  • Wonderful recipes covering various varities! Roll and chillas can be opted as a light but wholesome and nutritious dinner as well!!! I can’t wait to make it! Loved all the variations!

  • I had a good time! Just got some chia seeds I’m trying to eat better, for your never too old to learn something new. Mahalo ( thanks ) from Honolulu Hawaii

  • I ended up making the dark chocolate chia pudding, but I added in a dollop of creamy peanut butter and sprinkled some cacao nibs and slivered almonds on top. It tastes just like a peanut butter cup! It was so good I made my own recipe video LOL. Thanks for the inspo!

  • Definitely going to be trying the cocoa powder chia pudding! I will probably change the topping a bit and add banana with some walnuts
Thank you for your amazing content! I enjoy ALL your videos!!!!!!

  • You need to presoak chia seeds as they will extract water from your body and cause problems. I soak 1 teaspoon in 8 oz water for an hour before bedtime and drink it just before going to bed. In the morning my blood sugar readings are almost normal (type 2 diabetic). The chia seeds give the digestive system something to work on as I sleep and reduces the pumping out of insulin.

  • I am finding that chia seeds and banana as a egg replacer is sticking to the pan compared to actual eggs. So far agar agar as a egg replacer didn’t stick to the pan much.

  • Love these recipes great job! I am all over these, especially the strawberry cheesecake one! I’m definetely go to recreate the dark chocolate one and I think uplevel it with some peanut butter since I’m such a fan of that combo. I”ll report back on this!:)

  • Not a maple fan. If using honey? Should I use same amount?

  • Great tips! Video link has error code. Would like to make this chia pudding. Can you share how much chia seed, plant-based milk, and sweetener you add? Thank you!

  • Thanks for the info, it sounds like it is beneficial for blood sugar issues too since it is high in protein and fiber. Does it have any negative affects on the digestive tract though?

  • Delicious but too much simple carbs. And milk prevents absorption of some minerals like iron.
There are healthier recipes out here.

  • I really enjoyed your first recipes and these look great too. I like the pumpkin and the chocolate, but I’ll probably try all of them.

  • So I tried the cacao one and it turned out awful. It has to be my fault but I can’t put my finger on what I did wrong. I think it has to do something with these:
I may have put a lot of cacao powder ( it was so bitter )
I used honey instead of maple syrup
I used coconut milk instead of almond milk
My chia seeds were not fresh
I let it for about 30 minutes
I was really disappointed because I thought it would be super easy but apparently I did everything wrong!I really wanted it to work and now I’ll have to eat my bitter chocolate thingy for a couple of days.I am really bad at cooking anything.

  • While I still love ice cream, I really liked this! Especially vanilla topped with fresh strawberries. I used to love tapioca pudding. Didn’t even need the sweeteners. Yum!!

  • I LOVE to start my day with chia seed pudding. • My daughter and I love chia seed pudding! I like to make a fruit salad with berries, pears and bananas with honey, put some granola or similar cereal on top and we use the brand ripple for the milk. It gives a really nice consistency and makes it look nicer than oat milk does. However i love oat milk in my coffee! I usually make a big batch in the evening and let it sit in the fridge overnight. I give it 2 or 3 stirs before i go to bed just to make sure they’re all coated and it thickens up nicely. Thanks for the video!!

  • Since chia seeds are a good laxative, they are best for children with bowel movement problems because some children are hesitant to take medications

  • I just want to know how much you put of everything. I know the base recipe but how much of the spices, powders, maple syrups etc.

  • I made this. Just wondering what the end result is supposed to be. The consistancy is nothing like the healthier version with almond milk. It’s so dense, almost like a fudgy brownie.

  • but u dint tell how to consume it like if not a ladoo….can we do it jn lukewarm water lemon honey n chea seeds….. or milk n cheaseeds..

  • I love chia seeds but they are high in calories which no one talks about so I usually sprinkle them on to smoothies or yogurt but won’t use more than that. The calories can easily add up if you’re not careful. Chia pudding is amazing and one of my absolute favorite desserts.

  • I am finding that chia seeds and banana as a egg replacer is sticking to the pan compared to actual eggs. So far agar agar as a egg replacer didn’t stick to the pan much.

  • My full fat coconut milk was really weird I tried putting it in the blender but it’s like it separated all the coconut from the milk, I used it to make the pudding I don’t know how it’s gonna turn out but it wasn’t Creamy like yours not sure what I did wrong???

  • I ground my chia seeds up for a smoother texture. I used almond milk a little pure vanilla then drizzled pure maple syrup over it when ready and chopped pecans…..For hubby I took angel food cake then put the vanilla chia pudding on top and put chopped strawberries on top of a that….he’s not into Healthy…

  • Thank you so much for NOT using the awful busy music anymore. I have just found your channel and have watched soooo many videos already. They are great but very hard to hear you with the music on. In fact I have to slow down the speed so it helps a lot without music. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I do IF too and it works perfect

  • Definitely going to be trying the cocoa powder chia pudding! I will probably change the topping a bit and add banana with some walnuts
Thank you for your amazing content! I enjoy ALL your videos!!!!!!

  • Hey Alyssa! I make chia pudding all the time and every time I make it, I feel like the chia seeds sink to the bottom. I have to go back and constantly stir it up. I guess it’s not a huge deal because it ends up being okay but wanted to know if you had any tips? Thanks for the video ❤️
