    That didnt work out too well…its called a Hot Logic….slowly heat up food…plug it into your car or wall.

  • I would like to recommend propane and propane accessories for chicken and also all meat cooking. (Not really a fan of chicken because of the hormones, I like to call it pollo playo…..) Or in winter the convection bake on my toaster oven similarly locks in the juiciness. But propane definitely thee best.

  • If you haven’t tried oven roasted veggies it might be with a try. They are infinitely better than steamed.
    (Veggie of choice) toss in olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast on 425 for 15-25 min (your preference) and viola. Actually tasty veggies.

  • Those frozen vegetables aren’t nearly as healthy as the fresh ones, and you can make your meal with the fresh veggies as fast as you can with the frozen ones, just a little fast wash before

  • Calories intake does not matter “most” because we aren’t a simple calorie burning machine but it’s not even true with machines where one gallon of fuel will result in wildly varying MPG depending on the machine. The human body did not evolve in a test tube but a highly complex natural environment “where” food had a different meaning then the artificial definition we assign today. It we didn’t evolve with the “food” it probably isn’t really food that we utilize.

The stock makes a great breakfast and with the remainder “waste” can be used for composting, but be quick, it does draw pests. “waste not want not”:)

  • Hey I need advice…So I’m dirty bulking…I want to do full body every day for like 6 days a week. Full body for me includes 2-3 exercises for 3-4 sets for these: Shoulders, Back, Chest, Arms, Legs, Core, and I’ll do like a mile in cardio…I don’t want to over do it with volume since it is full body and im going 6 days to workout…I’m 17, about 165 lbs, I’m thinking like 25% body fat….my goals are to Gain muscle and to lose a little a body fat, and develop my entire body.   • you have to put your roomtemperature eggs into boiling water for them to be easily peeled. if you put them into cold water it will heat up slowly and the egg tissues will bind to the shell. If placed into boiling water it weont have time to bind to the shell it will just cook and stay unbound from the shell.

  • Why bother to cook the broccoli? You’re likely microwaving to heat it up. Cook it WITH the chicken in the grill pan… otherwise. good stuff.

  • If you haven’t tried oven roasted veggies it might be with a try. They are infinitely better than steamed.
    (Veggie of choice) toss in olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast on 425 for 15-25 min (your preference) and viola. Actually tasty veggies.

  • Hey I need advice…So I’m dirty bulking…I want to do full body every day for like 6 days a week. Full body for me includes 2-3 exercises for 3-4 sets for these: Shoulders, Back, Chest, Arms, Legs, Core, and I’ll do like a mile in cardio…I don’t want to over do it with volume since it is full body and im going 6 days to workout…I’m 17, about 165 lbs, I’m thinking like 25% body fat….my goals are to Gain muscle and to lose a little a body fat, and develop my entire body.   • Contrary to a lot of people, I find baking to be more stressful than cooking. It takes longer, I have to pre-heat it to a certain temperature, and I have to be more careful that I don’t overcook it or risk burning something more easily.

    I stopped using the microwave years ago and try not to use a lot of foil.

  • When you have acid reflux don’t take “a shot of apple cider vinegar.” If you have taken a chemistry class you might remember pH which is what we use to measure acidity of substances. In the case of apple cider vinegar it has a pH of 3, which places it well within the acidic range. Now, you don’t take out a fire with fire; therefore, we can reason you also would not fix an acid problem by drinking more acid. If you have acid reflux, what you can do instead is drink some milk or good old water, both are considered pretty close to neutral in the pH scale and will help lower the acidity in your digestive system.

  • I work in 3 different shifts. keep eating healthy is one of the struggles coming with that. just imagining eating „dinner“ at 7am/ 3pm and „breakfast“ at 9pm/ 2am isn’t really motivating.

Seriously, that diet plan has changed my entire life.   • I would like to recommend propane and propane accessories for chicken and also all meat cooking. (Not really a fan of chicken because of the hormones, I like to call it pollo playo…..) Or in winter the convection bake on my toaster oven similarly locks in the juiciness. But propane definitely thee best.

    I stopped using the microwave years ago and try not to use a lot of foil.

  • should be using the plastic cutting board for chicken, not wood. wood should be for breads only. it’ll absorb all the gross stuff and can cross contaminate other foods.

  • I work in 3 different shifts. keep eating healthy is one of the struggles coming with that. just imagining eating „dinner“ at 7am/ 3pm and „breakfast“ at 9pm/ 2am isn’t really motivating.

  • Adding cumin to yogurt OMG, that is the most unexpected combination….Cumin in Asian food is only added to lamb or beef, NEVER dairy!!!

  • im more of a fan of getting 500grams of pasta and premade 300gram pasta sauce and then just eating that for dinner. and buy it again the next day

  • 7) Cook enough quantity twice a week, so that the meals stay well fresh and you don’t spend too much time in the kitchen
    8) Make good use of each ingredient, e.g. if you boil a chicken, use that same water to cook your vegetables or quinoa/pasta/rice in…really improves the flavor.
    9) Don’t mix ingredients that go bad quickly with other ones that go bad more slowly, e.g. sometimes tomato juice can get smelly quickly outside of the fridge and can ruin the whole recipe for you.
    10) Don’t cook with too much liquids, or use ingredients that absorb liquids, so that the recipe is not dry, but you can carry it in some container with little chance of spillage.

  • Chicken in the slow cookers (low sodium teriyaki marinade), brown rice in the rice cooker (coconut oil and a dash of Goya adobo seasoning), and steamable broccoli.

  • lol. lub. I’m having fun saying that now. lub lub lub wub grub. I just woke up lol. my favorite tools for meal prep are my slowcooker, huge frying pan, and baking sheet. I usually measure/weigh everything and try to have a variety of color in the meals I make so they look more enticing.

  • I thought I was the only one that loved cold pizza lol. I never bother reheating it the next day. I feel like some foods are better the next day, fried rice and a lot of soups and stews for example. Great video as always bro.
