Your mouth is one of the first places signs of poor nutrition can show up. A lack of vitamin C can cause the bleeding, irritated gums of gingivitis (gum disease). In severe cases, you could even. When you don’t eat enough calories, you’re likely to feel tired most of the time. The number of calories needed for these basic functions within a 24-hour period is referred to as your resting.

You know that because we don’t carry extra weight intentionally for a minute longer than necessary. Holding on to fecal matter longer than necessary requires deadening of the colonic neural network. It’s a learned, trained and ingrained habit by the time we are adults. It can be unlearned.

I’ve been avoiding dairy because I thought I might be lactose intolerant. Now I know it’s not just that. I knew about the hormones, mine are messed up when I have excess dairy, I think a lot of estrogen really. Symptoms are evident.

  • Except for processed supplements, protein tends to come “packaged” with a lot of other substances, many of which a senior-citizen’s body might NOT be better-off getting more of in their attempt to maximize protein intake. Supplements would seem to be the solution, but what SPECIFICALLY should a 70 year old man use to get his extra requirements of protein?

  • Can we trust any trials that r sponsored by the MAN? Use plant or animal foods…to improve your health… experiment..the body will guide you…not a so called study.

  • So if i eat meat once a week, good quality, I am going to be waaay worse than cutting it entirely? BS
I recover so much better after physical stress when eating some meat.
He looks well for 67, i can give him that.

  • Hi, have you considered this diet plan called the Custokebon Secrets? My cousin says it helps people lost plenty of weight. Is that possible? I also noticed numerous excellent review about this diet plan. Thoughts?

  • I see a lot of people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets. But I’m not sure if it is good. Have you ever tried this popular lose weight secrets?

  • Have you read Tom. Brady’s book TB 12 Method? He tasks about training with pliability. Now I have just begun reading this book. But I have a feeling it will look a lot like your MAPS performance and prime.

  • Stress and T type. I have no pinchable anything around my love handles and my booty is also very taut, despite me being 80lbs overweight.

  • Overall good talk, but Dr. Bernard seems to ignore a lot of the studies that says that the body is self regulating when it comes to Cholesterol. He also doesn’t mention that the newest signs shows that one of the biggest factors in heart disease is Sugar, DIABETES and Metabolic Syndrome.

He also states that the body is FRAGILE and things can go wrong with it all the time, actually the body is amazingly resilient, especially considering the chemical onslaught that most people face in there environment every day. Terms of looking younger, fitter I think Rich Roll has Dr. Bernard beat hands down LOL

It would also be refreshing sometimes if these guests if the overall objective is to get people healthier, is to refer them to other sources like Dr. Michael McGregor who’s website is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to plant-based eating. Or perhaps mention one of Rich Roll‘s favourite guess Dr Zack Bush and his amazing product For restoring GUT HEALTH Ion Biome. Also when it comes to Omega 3 I think there could’ve been a better effort to explain that there are good sources of omega-3, I think the overall impression was that people might if I already taking a mega three supplements that they might want to cut it out in fear of CANCER. The next elephant in the closet when it comes to meat eating, which I agree with Rich obviously you can get all your proteins from other sources, perhaps there is some small benefit of eating small amounts of meat

But nobody really stresses or makes the point that if you are going to eat meat try and source it Farms where the animals are treated as humanely as possible, so they don’t have those fear and stress hormones in their blood and meat, and and that they are grass fed in the case of cows, cattle and antibiotic and hormone free

Would love to see Rich doing a podcast with perhaps Markus Rothkranz Who is an amazing biohacker, and also a podcast on PEMF therapy for your health

  • I don’t understand why they are saying that 1 gram of protein / lb. of body wgt./ day is recommended….that seems way too much. They already said that anything over what is used to build or repair tissue is then burned as fuel (or possibly stored as fat)….an inefficient use of protein. Any protein released from cell death and tissue breakdown is recycled which reduces our daily protein intake needs to some extent. From what I’ve heard, the maximum amount of muscle an average drug-free person can add to his body each day from aggressive workouts is about the size of a thimble…so why is so much protein, (i.e., 5 to 8 oz. / day dry weight) recommended?

And Rippetoe describes veganism as a dietary disorder….really? A disorder? Bill Pearl and many other athletes and body-builders have done quite well on plant-based diets. I suppose all of the largest and strongest land animals are suffering from that same disorder…Elephant, Rhinoceros, Hippopotamus, Water Buffalo, Bison, Giraffe, Moose, etc…How do they ever manage to lift themselves up by only eating plants? If anything about the human diet is a disorder, it is clearly the overconsumption of animal protein, and the consequential underconsumption of fiber.

  • I love your longer uploads. I feel that taking the time to explain in detail trumps the quickie videos that rule youtube. Thanks and keep up the informative topics.

  • How do you guys knows this, I know it after 10 years of living it, and doctors don’t have any clue!? Smh this is an important message to get out

  • So the advice that you should drink much more WATER if you increase your protein intake is still valid??
I mean did I understand correctly that if I increase my protein intake and NOT increase my water intake, NOTHING happens, or at least is no huge deal?? No renal issues as a result of THAT particular change?? I drink a 1-1/2 liters of water during workouts, plus plenty of coffee in the morning and drink some during the day… I started FORCING myself to drink MORE water when I augmented my protein intake so….???

  • I get stabing chest pain, and my heart start pounding really fast, neck pain and like tingling left hand, all started again since gyms are closed, walking not helping, I do have high cholesterol, the only thing that scary me is to leave my 3 kids with out my support.

  • Enjoyed the video. So Jason, what would be your recommended amount of exercise per week for an average individual trying to be the best they can be?

  • Very informative! Really enjoyed this one, especially because nutrition is a subject we are covering in my undergraduate athletic training program. Quick question though.
My preceptor told a student athlete that “eating more than 20g of protein at one time is a waste since it won’t be absorbed”. I argued that his statement was false. He didn’t believe me. Can you please help me out with a logical explanation to persuade him?

  • As expert, I think Custokebon Secrets is great way to lost a lot of weight. Why not give it a chance? perhaps it is going to work for you too.

  • My father had a ruptured aorta and insisted on driving himself to the hospital with me in the passenger seat, though I was a competant driver at the time. He dropped me off at the emergency entrance while he parked the car a block away and walked to the emergency entrance where he was met by emergency personnel. He died on the operating table 6 hours later. Men…. stop being heros! It could cost you your life!:'(

  • I’m done with you Dr Oz! He took info from another Dr Berg telling him he was going to be on his show and then lied and said they was going another route but got some other Dr to repeat all the info Dr Berg. sent to them never expected that from you Dr Oz so not cool I’m so not watching you anymore

  • Diet Plan known as Custokebon Secrets kept showing up here on different youtube videos and I thought they were scam. However after my work buddy follow it, and finally lost lots of weight with it without starving herself. I’m persuaded. Do not take my word for it, search for Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine.

  • How do you guys knows this, I know it after 10 years of living it, and doctors don’t have any clue!? Smh this is an important message to get out

  • Wow, Dr. Oz stole this information from Dr. Berg…how despicable. They invited him to the show, and got all of this info beforehand, then told Dr. Berg the show was cancelled…now they’re sharing this info like they came up with it. I guess when you have very few good ideas you have to steal others? I’ll continue watching Dr. Berg and sharing his videos, his calm intelligent demeanor is much more palatable than this guy anyhow:)

  • The creatinine thing happened to me!
When my doctor took blood test a while back she got worried about my high creatinine level. Since it sounded similar to creatine I figured there might be a connection so I told her I was taking 5 gram of creatine monohydrate per day. She was actually aware about this problem and simply asked me to stop taking the supplement for a week, then we retested the creatinine and it was normal.

  • Not loving the animal is a “machine” analogy plants are machines in the same way take up minerals out of the soil and carbon out of the air and process it into leaves and fruits and seeds.

  • Guys, losing weight doesn’t need to be difficult (I used to feel it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan called Custokebon Secrets. • Jordan. For all the talking I don’t think I learned much. Thanks Rip for keeping it simple. You always manage to cut to the chase. Age 67 excuses 0.

  • What is the best way to lost a ton of fat? I read lots of good opinions on the internet about how exactly Custokebon Secrets can help you lost tons of fat. Has anyone tested out this popular lose weight diet plan?

  • No pain, burn in neck and armpits. EKG didn’t show a problem before or after CATH lab showed problem with a 90% blockage in the widow maker. Short of breath doesn’t work for me neither does heart burn and my symptoms were so slight it was a hard guess and I am female. 2 heart attacks in the hospital and fit bit did a reasonable job of showing when it happened. They could see them. On the heart monitor but I rested my way through them. I was walking when the last one happened and I just didn’t feel good so I went and laid back down and tried to get all the oxygen I could get. I got H1N1 and Pneumonia in the hospital and that mad it even harder for me to get the O2 I needed. Yes, that was verified by one of my Drs.

  • I honestly think this only applies to people competing, gym rats who are over 10% body fat saying there overtraining is bullshit. People just want an excuse to add in cheat meals, skip cardio etc because they can’t suffer or feel flat for a few workouts.

  • Does Clegenatur Methods really help to increase breast size without surgery by using natural ways? I’ve read a lot of good stuff about this popular breast enhancement.

  • I went whole food plant based when I was having stomach problems..before I only ate meat at dinner and ate a lot of fruits and veggies..I also ate cheese..when i went WFPB 3 months ago I noticed I didn’t need my BHRT estrogen as much..I only take it now if I have symptoms..so the animal products or the sugar has something to do with this for sure

  • You can try and work out what effect different Vegan diets will have on strength and hypertrophy, but to call it an eating disorder is logically and scientifically incorrect. It’s also fairly insulting o.0 I mean putting it in the same category as anorexia nervosa?

  • 1. Pressure or squeezing in center or left side of chest
    2. Referred pain such as in left, arm, jaw, neck…source of pain is heart. Pain may also be in the abdomen.
    3. Body feels weak, because blood is moving with less fork.
    4. looks discolored.
    5. Dizziness or cold sweats
    6. Shortness of breath, usually more than you usually would get when doing activities
    7. Nausea

  • Have you read Tom. Brady’s book TB 12 Method? He tasks about training with pliability. Now I have just begun reading this book. But I have a feeling it will look a lot like your MAPS performance and prime.

  • I’ve been having chest pains on the left side, but I don’t know if it’s a good idea to go to a hospital now with the Coronavirus going on.

  • Hello am here to give my testimony about how I was cured by one herbal doctor name Dr Akhere am from South Africa when I had a sickness called Lyme disease so I told my friend called Anita then she directed me to this doctor so I called him explain my self how I was feeling so he said I should not worry that if I had believe that I will be cure from the disease I said yes then he prepared some herbs for me and send it to South Africa I followed the instructions written by him after the third week a herd of Lyme no more all thanks to God and Dr Akhere you can also contact him via: WhatsApp +2349017082519

  • Try baking soda 1tsp. In 8oz.of water 1st. It is safer than playing with important enzymes which help you digest your food nutrients. Food can be the greatest asset to health and immunity. Raw, organic is best.

  • About a month or so ago I had very intense chest pain, that radiated to my left upper arm, neck and jaw, as well as between shoulder blades (toward left). I felt a weird lump in my throat, like a burp that I couldn’t get out (despite experiencing intense belching, which was also unusual). I was feeling really winded, and was very dizzy and nauseous. I was scared of calling an ambulance so I tried to sleep it off and went to an urgent care clinic in the morning. Got to the urgent care, my resting heart rate was 118, my blood pressure was 156/105, my heartbeat was irregular. Wanna hear my interaction with the doctor who totally took my symptoms seriously?

    Doctor: How old are you?
    Me: 25.
Doctor: Do you have a heart condition?
Me: Not sure. Not that I know of.
Doctor: Family history of heart disease?
Me: Yes, a few on both side. All 4 of my dad’s siblings have heart disease. My dad has high blood pressure. My maternal grandfather had heart bypass surgery a few years ago. My maternal uncle has high blood pressure as well.
Doctor: Do you have a stressful job
Me: Reasonably stressful. Maybe a 5/10.
Doctor: Well, it’s very common for ladies your age to suffer from anxiety and have panic attacks. I would recommend seeing a psychologist to follow up on this. Anxiety is real, so you should take it seriously.

That’s it. No tests besides a chest X-ray (which was normal). Yay! Time well spent!

So no, I will not be wasting any more time and money when I have these symptoms, only to hear about how common it is for ladies my age to suffer from anxiety then sound like a hypochondriac when I press the doctor about further testing. Sorry. I’m riding whatever this is out until it either goes away or I drop cold on the ground. Thanks.

  • Take that rest day as prevention
Give your body bit more food
Dont stay on low calories for longer than a prep

No reason te be prepping all year round your ruining your physique and cutting into your own skin with power and endurance!

  • You should also take an aspirin asap after symptoms start. That’s the first thing that paramedics give you (anyone suspected might be having a heart attack, (4-81 mg chewable aspirin) in the ambulance. Also, when I had my heart attack, I had right arm pain-not left. Everyone’s different.

  • Here’s the truth all these symptoms could be at least 20 different things if not more that’s why it’s scary cause there really is no way of telling if your having a heart attack of course if you feel like something is very wrong definetly go the hospital better safe than dead but the truth is we all die at some point this reality was never meant to last of course for the “conscious self” it’s scary the idea of dieing or shall I say returning to nothing the absolute. All sudden out of no where 1 month ago started getting sever chest pain…heart racing…sweating…loosing conciousness…pain in jaw and neck…I could be active or be in bed relaxing I went to hospital from work very embarrassing Ekg showed no clots they took blood work that showed I was not having a heart attack but they still dont know why my heart went from 97 to 150 heart beats per min so now I need to follow up with a cardiologist but always worried now that my heart is going to start acting up I also work out alot now I’m scared to lift weights even scared to go to work since it’s a very stressful atmosphere i still dont have an answer to why this is happening to me people are telling me its anxiety…panic attack. To me it feels like I’m dieing like theres something wrong with my heart but this is already taking control over my life and it’s only been a month I cant deal with this for years! I really hope its something that can be fixed or something that can go away cause it’s not worth living a life always in pain and worry about what the pain is…my life is hard enough if it is my heart I’d rather it just have its attack and get it over with I know I’ll be scared shirtless cause I’ll be dieing but once dead free at last…I’m 27 all sudden out of no where I’m having panic attacks? All sudden my heart is about to fail? Hospital dont know…I dont know…this is bullshit

  • You can try and work out what effect different Vegan diets will have on strength and hypertrophy, but to call it an eating disorder is logically and scientifically incorrect. It’s also fairly insulting o.0 I mean putting it in the same category as anorexia nervosa?

  • I wish i had found this video two or even three years ago. A year ago i decided to get better because i felt that something was seriousely wrong. At that point eating no more than 600 kcal was normal even when i did 1,5 hrs of HIIT the very same day, those 1000 kcal burn i did every other day. I used to have these metabolism drop downs right after where i could barely move (literally, not because i didnt want to but i really could not). I was freezing even with two thick blankets after those workouts, felt like i would’t ever be warm again. Also, i had insomnia all along. I only got around 3 to 4 hrs of sleep per night, and even those not in one go. Depression is another thing that often remains unmentionned. Im not saying im such a poor thing and all. Im just saying that was totally normal for me and no one even commented on it once all those years. Im simply stating how it was and partly still is. I want to get better and im looking for advice.

Now after 2 years im still recovering. Recently i stopped tracking how much i was eating because at 1700 kcal, even with training, my head felt clouded and my body felt groce. (I started it because i would not get any hunger signals except from suddenly shaking hands and in worst cases trouble breathing and almost blacking out and murdering headaches the day after) Now one month later, getting back to tracking my food i had to realize that i only ate around 800kcal a day. Seriously i almost made it to 1800kcal per day and now i have to do that whole sh*t again!? Its not like its easy. Just dont know what to do anymore. Nothing seems to work.

Well if you made it all the way to here, first of all thanks for caring enough to read all the way to here. Secondly, please, if you have experienced something similar or know something could help, write. (And please dont write “go see a doctor” I dont have the funds).

  • DO NOT WAIT for symptoms of a heart attack or think eating right will keep you from getting one! KNOW your family history. What killed your parents or grandparents. What killed your relatives. If you find a pattern then get tested for whatever it was. If your doctor seems non motivated GET ANOTHER doctor. When it comes to the heart and cancer relatives are the best predictor of what is coming for you not simply eating right or a few tests! Stay on top of it. Be pro active!

  • What is sometimes forgotten in discussions, research papers and lectures like this, is that the data is often very US-centric, but conclusions and findings are then communicated as if they were universal. Then some American newspaper article or book gets translated and the rest is already pure conspiration theory. Just wanted to remind, that the use of growth etc hormones and antibiotics is actually prohibited in many countries. Also I must say that subjectively I am starting to feel really bad and objectively I am getting even more anemic than usually, if I don’t eat some meat at least twice a month or so.

  • Hi I didn’t have any chest pain at when I had my heart attack. I am a woman. I was 55. I had bad neck pain (I’m always stressed & have anxiety so i thought it was from that) heartburn (which I didnt think much of it because I have gerd.) When it to got to that point i felt like someone was sticking thier finger through my trachea and I felt like I was going to pass out is when I called 911. I had 100 % blockage and a stent put in. I had no other symptoms. Also Those symptoms lasted 6 hrs. I found the whole thing very shocking & quite scary…

  • U guys ramble too much making your video worthless. If someone was concerned about having a heart attack listening to u guys would surely cause it

  • My husband died of a massive heart attack. one month prior he had spaced out while driving and was weak and had to sit in the shade and didn’t look good. He was experiencing oxygen deprivation to the brain that caused the spacing out. I strongly urged him to let me take him to the hospital, but he wouldn’t go. After the event, he was needing to rest more often. He was not forthcoming in what he was feeling, but not trusting doctors was instead trying, different things himself, even after his own doctor had recommended strongly he get a stress test. It may have sent him into a heart attack. His arteries were blocked so badly they could not save him when he finally was overcome with heart failure which left him coughing for literally hours before he would agree to going to the ER. He thought it was some chest thing, is what he called it. He only agreed to go in when I looked online and saw the symptoms he had that night were like pneumonia! It was a horrible painful struggle that even the expert heart failure specialist could not save him from then. I hope this testimony of his demise will help get someone to the hospital or doctor in time to save their life. My husband was The Tinkerer and gifted at fixing so many things with his wonderful ability. It at times make me angry at him for being so foolish as he tried to fix what was wrong with his body, stubbornly denying the direction and help that was being offered him. I hope and pray this will save a life.

  • /\IMPORTANT PLEASE READ/\ You can take a test. The cornary artery calcium score and it cost about 200$(depends from were you from) it can tell you When calcium is present, the higher the score, the higher your risk of heart disease. A score of 100 to 300 means moderate plaque deposits. It’s associated with a relatively high risk of heart attack or other heart disease over the next three to five years.

  • So wait… when the energy (in kcal) necessary for bodily functions (protein synthesis, brain, breathing, etc etc etc) is satisfied, any extra calories FROM PROTEIN is just converted into heat, and NOT stored as bodyfat???

If this is the case, it’s then impossible to gain fat from protein, literally? So if one needs 3000kcal for maintenance, and they eat 2000kcal from carbs and fat, and 1500kcal from protein, what happens? Does the body use the 1500kcal from the protein and 1500kcal from carbs and or fat, and store the remaining 500kcal from carbs and or fat, as bodyfat, or does it use the energy from the carbs and fat first? Like, does the body prioritize energy from one source over another?

In short, are the keto people right?

  • my mom doesnt believe me and i get to the point i get so dizzy, and it feels like i’m having a truck run me over, WHAT DO I DO???!!!!

  • My problem is most of these signs are normal for me.
I have chest pain, arm pain etc all on the left side cuz my spine and neck are messed up.

Recently a lot more foods have been giving me heart burn. The only food I cut out that I commonly ate is applesauce.

anxiety just makes these symptoms feel worse than they are. Plus gives a rapid heart rate and shortness of breathe. Which I’m still not sure how short of breathe is dangerous. Cuz there’s like if you are sprinting or a light jog or what have you.

I don’t get dizziness but headaches and tiredness is pretty common for me as an insomniac.

And doctors give me so much grief if it turns out to be nothing.

My whole life I thought i had a heart issue. I didn’t find out it was my spine and neck until I was 21 or 22 Becuase a doctor thought maybe he is feeling pain and it doesn’t have to be a heart attack. Hit my neck on both sides and on the left side it made my fingers tingle. 22 years and that’s all it took to figure why I was in pain?

So yeah, doctors have made me feel like I’m not allowed to go to them or go to the ER or call 911 unless I have an obvious issue I can point out ahead of time. What happened to I list my symptoms and y’all figure out what’s wrong? Without going right to “it’s all in your head”.

Le sigh. I can see being a doctor and getting a bunch of people with anxiety over and over can get annoying but like with every job you have to push those feelings down and treat every person like you care.

  • I have tested every weightloss guide and this fat loss program is the one that works for me combined with their items to lose weight. I do not feel jittery or perhaps feel a crash, I’m also not as hungry as I used to. Ever since making use of the strategies described in this weight, I shed 15 lbs by now. Find a right program is not easy, you can discover on Google. weight’s name is at the bottom.

  • You should structure your videos and have a plan of what you’re going to talk about. It seems like you’re improvising as you go. Your delivery is inefficient. But I’m sure your content is good. It’s just that it is accompanied by so much noise, for lack of a better word.

  • Wow, this makes so much sense I am a crossfit athlete and I definitely overtrain and I notice in the morning I eat and after 12 I am not hungry until 7 or 8 in the evening so I go without eating but lift and metcon 6 days a week so I know for a fact I am in this boat it has been difficult for me to eat and I am wondering how do I reboot my metabolism?

  • Take that rest day as prevention
Give your body bit more food
Dont stay on low calories for longer than a prep

No reason te be prepping all year round your ruining your physique and cutting into your own skin with power and endurance!

  • I had horrible menstral cramps, heavy irregular periods, and infertility most my adult life. I never used birth control. I miscarried the few pregnancies that were far enough along to register. I went vegan at age 46. My menstral pain went away and my cycle became regular for the first time in my life. I am now 58 and post menopausal. Menopause was fairly easy. Still vegan, and low fat. I wish I had known about going vegan earlier, I might have been able to have children. I am looking forward to reading the book!

  • Just to get two sides of the argument: https://sciencebasedmedicine.org/adrenal-fatigue-a-fake-disease/

Also, are we really claiming that 80% of people on YouTube are really eating not enough and working out too much? I would suspect that it’s probably the complete opposite for health and performance.

  • ill compromise eat more but do the same lol. but i am actually fine most days are good but i did experiences alot of these in the past or eating less and not losing weight. so I try to cycle the video you guys put out on daily undulating calories lol

  • Hello there, have you considered Custokebon Secrets yet? Simply do a google search. On there you will find a great tips about how you can lost a ton of weight. Why don’t you give it a shot? maybe it will work for you too.

  • I am just a person who carries a lot of weight on my lower half. The top of me is a small while the bottom is a large to XL and this video actually helped a lot.

  • As expert, I believe Custokebon Secrets is actually great way to lost tons of weight. Why not give it a shot? perhaps it will work for you too.

  • This 3 year old info re: fasting, insulin, insulin response to fat, carbs, & protein, needs an update. Nephrologist Dr Jason Fung is the authority I trust.

  • WOW! I really really needed this! I watched this twice and everything makes sense. Have been guilty of overtraining, not eating enough and I’m definitely starting to feel the effects of that. Thank you for this video and for having Jason on to share this knowledge. Obvi I’m subscribing and also putting my stubbornness aside as I re-evaluating my current training and nutrition. Thank you for sharing real science in a world full of bs and also in a way that makes sense!

  • could u ask Jordan if he would Link the articles about the Insulin resistance, because I read the opposite of what he was saying in a lot of studys

  • It’s still amaze me just how some people have no clue about Custokebon Secrets even though many people with it. Thanks to my personal pal who told me about it. I have lost lots of fat.

  • Hi! Probably should have asked on the latest rather than one before, so just in case I’ll post it on here as I’d love to get some good insight on this.
Also, great episode! Very informative as always.
I have a question to do with post accident/surgery recovery, basically I broke my left radius and ulna 3 weeks ago (closed break), the cast is off, I have titanium plates and pins in it to keep it together, doctors recommended to do nothing for 6 weeks at least, however I wouldn’t like to loose all muscle in my left arm, have you got any advice on how to slowly and safely start recovering rather than sit around and do nothing? Also I’ve been training to maintain my right upper body, shall I carry on or is the imbalance just going to get far worse?
P.S. my broken arm looked like I am attempting to arm pop, be more than happy to provide you with photos if that helps to answer the question:)
Love the podcast and your videos! Great stuff!

  • I love your longer uploads. I feel that taking the time to explain in detail trumps the quickie videos that rule youtube. Thanks and keep up the informative topics.

  • Thank you so much!Great Lesson! Diet and exercise plus mindset is the perfect combination for weight loss. For free workout please visit my channel

  • I have the t-type and sugar type body and it sucks. My body is not proportional my upper body is fat and my legs are literally stick. I always search how to get rid of those and it always shows run, walk, do cardio and i also do diet and intermittent fasting and my fat stays there while my legs keep on slimming like tf is wrong with my body

  • This was a great discussion very informative. I’m glad you two stuck to the topic at hand. While I appreciate the chit chat sometime s, I come her to get great info.

  • Jordan. For all the talking I don’t think I learned much. Thanks Rip for keeping it simple. You always manage to cut to the chase. Age 67 excuses 0.

  • It would be a waste for you not to lose fat while other typical people are capable to shed extra pounds quickly by using Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine).

  • I was a vegan during my entire pregnancy. Not only my baby was healthy physically but happy and intellectually advance by age 10 months, not a drop of milk, he had all his teeth, not meat, my iron level was good. I live in Texas and BBQ is very tempting here. Healthier without
    meat.

  • Recommend people refer to Benjamin Bikman or Peter Defty for more up to date and accurate information on fat adaptation and insulin sensitivity.

  • 8:07 What is insulin resistance (IR)? The opposite of what he says. What he describes is insulin “deficiency”, which is the main feature of type-1 diabetes mellitus (the less common type). IR means that there is more insulin than there normally would be because it can’t do it’s job due to the “resistance” and the body is trying to compensate by elevating the insulin’s level.
However, I’d like to take this as an honest “tongue slip” since he’s way more knowledgeable to say what he said right there.

  • My grandfather in Brazil had papaya EVERY morning! he grew papaya plants in the back yard and had fresh papaya every day, he told me it was one of his secrets to long life. That and climbing staircases every day.

  • Some regions of yor brain ONLY run on glucose??? Where and how the fuck did you research that? Did you stick a probe into someones brain and feed him 6 months nothing but 100% fat and than conclude that it runs on glucose only and not ketones?(in this scenario that person dies because you need dietary glucose as you idicate)… Are you shure that this assumption of yours made by skechy research isn’t exactly that, an assumption? Did you read latest research on this issue? Talk to Dom Dagostini (I believe that i spelled his name corectly), please do a podcast with him and expand on this please because it seems to me that what you are saying is not backed up by latest research. And the research done years before is veeery (for the lack of a better word in my secound language) non-reliable. Do you remember the “brekfast is the most important meal of the day” shit that has been backed up by a load of research, which than later turned out to be faked(or rather sponsored by some cerial brand)? Hmm… Correct me if I’m wrong, but most of these research seem to be couple of week long. Now, how in the hell were you supposed to give your body time do adapt? I have a client that eats (despite my advice no to) 95% kcal from fats a rest from protein. He didn’t eat a single carb or shugar for a looong time. He literally drinks olive oil. And he is healthier than before. He works as a programer and according to him his concetracion on his job improved drastically when he started this. Ok,this is what you might call “anegdotal evidance” and I agree. But I don’t believe that you need carbs at all. Not a single one. That being said, I’m NOT saying that carbs are bad or even that they wont improve your health or preformance. BUT eskimos live almost entirely on meat and fat. Mostly fat. Just saying that some of these research seem to contradict one another.

P.S. To me it seems that some people in this shitload of papers which, frankly, anyone can write, don’t find themselves critical enough. There are some “old” assumptions that are still passed by some doctors (like myth abot 5 meals per day) that have been debunked more times than anyone can count, and yet here we are still in some casses some (if not many) doctors are saying stupid shit. My grandmother was told by her doctor (medical doctor, the “MD” as you american would call it) that because of her diabetes she should’nt eat bacon while at the same time according to that person bread is fine for a diabetic to consume in non restricted doses… And this happens because this person didn’t really link all the things together. It can’t be both ways. It can’t be that Dom (previousli mentiond individual) “proves” that in kids brains runs 95% on ketones and now all of the sudden someone proves that in that case you would be dead. It is one or another. Or there is a specific reason, whether we are aware of it or not, why some peoples brains or body can or can’t run on ketones….

  • I think vegan and vegetarian can be healthy if done right. You have to be on top of the nutrients/micronutrients/vitamins you are getting from your foods and be monitoring your bloodwork to ensure you are not deficient and supplement accordingly. I think the danger comes when you just go vegan and not be educated and conscientious of what your body needs.

  • So happy to see this ty..going plant based and adding vegan supplements and vitamins. Not only got me out of a dangerous case of estrogen dominance( healed cystic acne, fibrocystic breast, hyper-vigilance, and hair loss).. but put 20 years of endometriosis into remission( with the addition of all natural progesterone cream certain days of a female cycle and myomin). Of course there are other selfcare / mindfulness / stay away from toxic people daily exercises. but I did not know how many other benefits and how many other people this was helping. Also a lot of my Endo sisters are turned away from trying this lifestyle change because it is not a quick fix but I am happy to see that more and more is coming out showing just how beneficial it is. Thank you for sharing

  • The protein-kidney error is largely due the the upside-down version of this issue:  Walter Kempner was able to reverse kidney failure with a low-fat, low-protein, low-salt diet. Some have misunderstood this to mean that the kidney failure had been caused by  protein.

  • As specialist, I’m sure Custokebon Secrets is good way to lost a ton of weight. Why don’t you give it a shot? perhaps it will work for you too.

  • Thank you for this video. Jordan knows his shit! Don’t assume Dr’s know everything. I had TWO cardiologists tell me I needed a pacemaker at age 34 because I had sinus pause. I refused to believe it, went to the Mayo clinic, and they said I certainly did NOT need one. That was 7 years ago, and I am currently at peak workout intensity and strength. Educate yourselves and remember, YOU care about YOU more than any Dr. does.

  • so if you’re consuming creatine, serum creatinine is not a renal health marker. so what would then be the next more trustworthy renal health marker to check?

  • High fiber should be virtually higher in fat, since soluble fiber are digested in the colon by bacteria and give fatty molecule in return, this is why 1g of soluble fiber is 2 Kcal not 0….what you think about that ?

  • What is the best way to lost lots of weight? I read loads of superb opinions on the internet about how Custokebon Secrets will help you lost a ton of weight. Has anybody tried using this popular lose weight methods?

  • today in my “Nutrition for sport and fitness” class I was taught some “silly bullshit” about how creatine is bad for you and how any more than 1.5 g of protein per kilogram of bodyweight was excessive, would be stored as fat, kidney failure, etc… Thank you Rip and Jordan for keeping me in line.

  • As a woman my symptoms were so differant. Upper back pain, extream fatigueand once I got into ambulance severe left arm pain. Thank God my ER doc sent me to cardiac floor not knowing I just had 2 HA. I ended up with stents placed in my heart

  • This is such a great video on all levels. Covered so much information that is super relevant in todays mainstream fitness society. You guys have great camera presence, a lot of these types of sit down interviews end up having awkward moments and momentum shifts but you two killed it. Focused and relevant the whole way through. I wish i understood the importance of nutrition and hormones at an earlier age…the pillars of a healthy lifestyle regardless of fitness goals.

  • I haven’t done regular cardio in over a year, and I lift weights 3 times a week. I have increased calories to 1700 per day to try and come out of years of 1200 or less along with heavy cardio and weights, but I keep gaining weight and feeling unfit as if I have not improved at all. How does one troubleshoot these issues and how do you know when you’ve reached a good point in the transformation out of adrenal fatigue?

  • I don’t normally use weight loss or dietary supplements but when weight keeps you from doing what you want you’ll find any means to change that. I started using this battle-obesity.beaninfluencer.us to help my metabolism in conjunction with going to the gym and only a few weeks after I started I’ve already lost 8 pounds. If this product didn’t work for me then I wouldn’t leave a review like this but it does so if you’re considering a dietary supplement this is what I would consider a tried and true product you should consider purchasing.

  • As specialist, I’m sure Custokebon Secrets is good way to lost a ton of weight. Why don’t you give it a shot? perhaps it will work for you too.

  • What exactly is Custokebon Secrets? How does this thing really work? I notice lots of people keep on speaking about this popular lose weight diet plan.

  • When it comes to eating healthy, you must never fall victim to modern day fad diet plans. Extreme diets are a danger for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your everyday nutritional intake. Many of these fad diet plans work for a short time period and then the benefits decrease after a while. You should check out Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine as it is not just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • This is exactly what I’ve been experiencing! I definitely haven’t been eating enough. And my body no longer responds to exercise like it used to.

  • Thanks to you both for putting this out there! I’m curious to hear Jordan elaborate why vegans would require a different amount of protein per kilo lean mass. Is that only to cover certain amino acids, if you’re doing a very one-sided diet?

  • Rich, you have become one of my role models. Thank you for finding such intelligent, knowledgeable and eloquent guests with truly informative content in your interviews. Your humility in your style of interviewing is also way cool because you make your guests really shine.

  • What is the best way to lost lots of weight? I read loads of superb opinions on the internet about how Custokebon Secrets will help you lost a ton of weight. Has anybody tried using this popular lose weight methods?

  • Very innovative idea for most of the people because they don’t know these facts about fruits and vegetables and vegan diet.I myself also a consultant Physician who has used it for the last two and half years and found it amazing. It is reversal of many Lifestyle diseases. Nearly more than 200 diabetic patients are now medicine free and they are enjoying their life very healthy.

However after my mate follow it, and finally lost a ton of weight by using it without starving herself. I’m persuaded. You should not take my own word for it, search for Custokebon Secrets on google.

  • I had a sharp pain in my chest two weeks ago, I was frightened to death, then I let off a massive fart and immediately felt better.

  • do people actually think about insulin? like they actually understand it based on the gym bro science? just eat a whole food diet and follow a training program, get some sleep. Who even eats 400g of protein when the levels required are 1.2-2g per kilo of body weight?

I do not feel jittery or perhaps feel a crash, I’m also not as hungry as I used to. Ever since making use of the strategies described in this weight, I shed 15 lbs by now. Find a right program is not easy, you can discover on Google. weight’s name is at the bottom.

  • I have currently implemented this particular guide for several weeks by now and the final results are astounding. They offer me lots of energy and also reduce my urge for food, however I do NOT crash when they wear off which I enjoy, and they also don`t make me jittery. I did nothing special on my very own diet regime and I still manage to get rid of my unwanted weight to 7 pounds. Google can help you to research it. Guide’s name is at the bottom.

  • When considering eating healthy, you have to try not to fall victim to modern fad diets. Extreme diet plans are a danger for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your everyday nutritional intake. Many of these fad diets work for a short time period and then the benefits decrease after a while. You should look up Custokebon Secrets on google as it is not just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • Hi, have you considered this diet plan called the Custokebon Secrets? My cousin says it helps people lost plenty of weight. Is that possible? I also noticed numerous excellent review about this diet plan. Thoughts?

  • Its still astonish me just how many people don’t know about Custokebon Secrets despite the fact that a lot of people using it. Thanks to my pal who told me about it. I’ve lost a lot of fat.

  • Anyone tested out the Custokebon Secrets (do a search on google)? We have noticed several awesome things about this popular lose weight method.

  • Hello there, I want to know if Custokebon Secrets, will really work for me? I see many people keep on speaking about this popular fat burn secrets.

  • Guys, losing weight does not need to be difficult (I used to feel it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan known as Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that program has changed my life. I probably shouldn’t even be talking about it cause I do not want a bunch of other guys out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am in a good mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

  • Do anybody know about Custokebon Secrets? Does it really work? I hear a lot of people burn their fat with this popular weight loss method.

  • I notice many people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets. But I’m not sure if it’s good. Have you ever try this popular lose weight method?

  • I’ve been vegan for many years and on mefenamic acid for the past 5 years due to excrutiating menstrual pain. I eat clean and plant based 90% of the time. I couldn’t figure out why I always felt awful, nauseous, bloated etc on a daily basis. I tweaked my diet over the period of one year and the optimal ‘diet’ for me is twice the recommended daily fibre (or more), very low added sugar and no processed oil, just nuts, seeds, tofu, edamame and avocado. Oil was a game changer for me and my menstrual pain disappeared completely within a month. No more mefenamic acid for me and I don’t take any other painkillers. I made my dietary changes without looking into any research on this occasion and only went by what my body was telling me, recording all I ate every day and keeping a pain diary. I’m definitely on team no oil as it simply works. Then I saw this video a couple of days ago and it confirmed everything I experienced during my no oil transition. Thank you.

  • The problem is that valine, leucine and ISO leucine when taken together, as they most commonly are sold, cancel each other out. I’ve found it much more beneficial to take leucine and GLUTAMINE alone. You are getting the bcaa’s you need through a good diet anyway.

  • I’m interested in the topic of insulin resistance and I’ve been trying to find information about what causes IR etc. What I have found both on the internet and from talking to Dr’s in person is that “experts” literally say the exact opposite things depending on which one you talk to.

One expert says that insulin resistance if caused by eating too many simple carbs and the cure is to heat a low-carb high-fat diet. In this theory, the IR is caused by having to constantly produce insulin to keep blood sugar normal, thus flooding the cells with glucose until the cells basically say “no more” and stop listening too the insulin etc. These people tell me that fat is good and carbs are bad. This person claims that there has never been any evidence to support the low fat diet pushed by the mainstream medical community for decades and that all the evidence both anecdotal, practical, and scientific studies support high fat diets.

The next expert tells me exactly the opposite. This one says that IR is caused by fat in the blood and fat build up in the muscle tissue. This fat in turn blocks the insulin response mechanism effectively causing blood glucose to not be received as it should be, leading to high blood glucose. This expert tells me that fat in the blood is primarily caused by eating a high saturated fat diet. So this person’s solution is to eat a low fat diet. This person claims that all of the scientific studies going back a century clearly support a low fat diet and prove that fat in the blood causes insulin resistance.

SO… which one is right? (or are they both wrong?) (Not rhetorical, I’m hoping for a real answer)

My own inclination at this point is to think the following…
#1 I suspect some or much of the problem may be caused by the increase of processed foods, gmo’s, and chemicals in our food, rather than simply by macro-nutrient balance. This is suggested to me by the fact that this problem has dramatically increased in recent decades as we have more and more stopped eating natural/real food.

#2 I suspect that the average American diet probably is too high in carbs due to the over-abundance of simple carbs in our processed foods and soda, etc.

#3 I tend to think that the human body was designed to eat both grains and fats (including saturated fats) so I am dubious of the idea that either one of them are inherently bad for you in their natural forms.

So what ACTUALLY does cause insulin resistance? and is it reversible by diet (and exercise)?

  • The creatinine thing happened to me!
When my doctor took blood test a while back she got worried about my high creatinine level. Since it sounded similar to creatine I figured there might be a connection so I told her I was taking 5 gram of creatine monohydrate per day. She was actually aware about this problem and simply asked me to stop taking the supplement for a week, then we retested the creatinine and it was normal.

  • It would be a waste for you not to lose fat while other typical people are capable to shed extra pounds quickly by using Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine).

  • Everyone I know who eats a light dinner for breakfast does better all day and is thin. I switched to that, can’t believe it, I am losing weight. Instead of oatmeal for breakfast, I have it for lunch and lasts all day. Feel great. Just switching the two meals really did the trick.

  • Ray Peat would pick this apart and have studies to “prove” a lot of this information to be incomplete or innacurate. Which of them is correct? It tortures me not to know =(

  • This still surprise me, how many people don’t know about Custokebon Secrets, even though a lot of people get good results because of it. Thanks to my buddy who told me about Custokebon Secrets, I’ve lost crazy amounts of weight with it without starving myself.

  • The funny thing about Veganism is that it is treated even by Vegans as something important and special, but when you bring up any difficulties as a result of this specialness, you are dismissed as someone who doesn’t understand Veganism or treated as a lazy slob who isn’t willing to drastically alter your entire life for a food cult.

  • I’ve been looking at Neil Barnards argument, which to me seems to boil down to something like: the foods that do give you all the nutrients body needs are unhealthy, but foods that can never give you all the required nutrition, are “healthy”.

Its a tragic failure of what seems otherwise eloquent logic. He seems to end up in the same camp as any random nutritionist, spouting ideology based, cherrypicked epidemiology without any real or mechanical proofs. Just another book salesperson appealing to a kind of readymade audience. Or is this the worse: a christian-cult based diet-ideology, hiding behind a neutral medical-academic facade?

Barnards dairy-lactose-causes-cancer argument seems to be from late 1980’s. Somehow publications like Cancer Research don’t seem to find the same connection. He repeatedly makes vague statements like “Experts” yadayada, “Some people” and “Researchers believe” when in reality its only some fraction of said groups. Faulty generalizations like stating that “plants have Omega-3s”, when in reality (some) plants only contain one single Omega-3 fatty acid, the alphalinoleic acid. Perhaps its just “dumbing down”? And further, are the proposed pathogens here actually solidly proven to be the cause of the pathologies he proposes, or perhaps an indicator, associated with at best?

The major hormonal imbalance we can find on a global scale: insulin, from all the plant sourced carbs. Carb overconsumption has given The World over 400 million T2 diabetics. T2 diabetes is a preventable lifestyle disease that eventually leads to amputations and death. From processed plant carbs. Barnard never mentions this. #StopSugar.

A complete failure to get the landscape he purports to be an expert in? Looks like a book-salesman or ideology-peddler, and to me this con looks more sophisticated than your typical keto-training-salesperson or supplement-salesperson. His audience is probably people who have already “converted” to vegan ideology: I bet the major segment is +55 women. So, this seems too weak to waste time on. I decided to stop around 0:35:00. Also let me apologize for using this as my notepad.

  • The National Academy of Sciences has recently determined that there is no minimum level of trans fats one can safely consume….that means that even tiny traces of it in the diet are likely to cause health problems over time. All animal foods contain naturally occurring trans fats unless they have been processed in a way that removes 100% of the fat. When asked if that meant they would recommend that people not eat animal products, they responded by saying that if their recommendations were based on the science that is what they would recommend, however, they hinted that their recommendations were also based on political forces and that to make the recommendation to not eat any animal foods would be seen as too extreme.

  • Awesome…. Dr. Barnard is great. Thanks, for the Podcast Rich Roll, and thank you for some great guests…(Including Dr. Greger) you are also a cool wellness advocate! These two MD’s in particular, should be part of the National Nutrition education/awakening for Americans and lead an honestly reawakened, empowered FDA and or NIH. It’s unlikely they would be as friendly with the big Ag and Farm industries, which are marketing, contributing to so many of our U.S. National Health Crisis issues at large.

  • @ 33:00 I heard somewhere that’s actually an immune system reaction to toxin released by bad bacteria in the gut. “Leaky gut” syndrome. Basically the bad bacteria attacks the mucose in the lining of your intestine and thus all toxins enter the bloodflow. The immune system then enters this state of constant alert until the antibodies go crazy and attack the thyroid itself and other organs.

  • I have a story for you! I had most of my thyroid removed at age 11 hyperthyroidism. The doctors left in a small piece thinking it might be enough (shows the level of thinking and awareness there!). In my twenties I followed a macrobiotic diet the only vegetarian diet around in my area at that time. It includes daily intake of sea veggies, whole grains, beans and veg. Low fat and high fibre. I was not on any thyroid meds at the time because I had avoided doctors for years since my teens and just hadn’t been tested. By the time I was 30, my thyroid had completely grown back and was functioning normally (confirmed by an ultrasound ordered by a new doctor). I commonly hear about the auto immune diet for thyroid problems. Most of the people who go on that diet were eating garbage before and so they feel better, of course. But we don’t know if people would do just as well or better if they went on a plant based vegan diet. That would be an interesting study. I’m also a long term meditator (since childhood), and I know that also is very important to healing. You can heal if you are willing to change. If you don’t find the food tasty then you don’t know how to cook! Learn how to cook, eat well and love your life! I’m almost 60 now and feel better than I did in my teens for sure!

  • the low fat vegan diet is OFC a super healthy diet. the low fat and no processed sugar prevent these people from the usual vegan pitfalls with soy-isolate meat-replacements and binging on oreos and coca cola.Ppl stop eating processed crap AND increase their vegetable intake. Not only that, the low fat dictate to stop eating PUFAs and not only that people that get lighter of heart and body tend to pick up exercise along with it.

  • The problem is that valine, leucine and ISO leucine when taken together, as they most commonly are sold, cancel each other out. I’ve found it much more beneficial to take leucine and GLUTAMINE alone. You are getting the bcaa’s you need through a good diet anyway.

  • What about the ketogenic diet for epilepsy? It seems to work. Are there studies on epilepsy and plant based? I keep an open mind and study Ayurveda so I don’t rule anything out that works. One thing is for sure though, garbage is garbage and too much garbage protein (toxic and tortured animals) causes cancer.

  • Changing your diet can save your life post heart attack. Stop eating any saturated fat, sugar, nuts, and animal products whatsoever. Dr. Esselstyn has saved lives with diet counseling alone.

  • Love it! Great work guys, these information need to be repeated again and again to the world. A lot of people will benefit from this.

  • i m 25 and i have heaviness on left side of chest, also have pain in left arm it is from last 5 months everyday i feel like i will die what should i do i m fine when i jogg for 30-60 mins i m also chain smoker anyone feel the same

  • As specialist, I think Custokebon Secrets is great way to lost a ton of weight. Why not give it a shot? perhaps it’s going to work for you too.

  • The protein-kidney error is largely due the the upside-down version of this issue:  Walter Kempner was able to reverse kidney failure with a low-fat, low-protein, low-salt diet. Some have misunderstood this to mean that the kidney failure had been caused by  protein.

  • I have been having shoulder pains and neck area. And my left arm is having a small chronic pain that only comes up during night time.

Its like a tingly chronic pain.

Im not sure though im 30 and it could just be because I’ve been laying around for 4 weeks now.

I have sleep apnea so im not sure though

  • This 3 year old info re: fasting, insulin, insulin response to fat, carbs, & protein, needs an update. Nephrologist Dr Jason Fung is the authority I trust.

  • As expert, I think Custokebon Secrets is great way to lost a lot of weight. Why not give it a chance? perhaps it is going to work for you too.

  • Enjoyed the video. So Jason, what would be your recommended amount of exercise per week for an average individual trying to be the best they can be?

  • Hi there, have you considered Custokebon Secrets yet? Just simply do a google search search. On there you will discover that an awesome suggestions about how you can lost lots of weight. Why don’t you give it a chance? perhaps it’ll work for you too.

  • Recommend people refer to Benjamin Bikman or Peter Defty for more up to date and accurate information on fat adaptation and insulin sensitivity.

  • I will forever give my good credit to madidaherbalcenter.weebly/com for curing me of my herpes virus with their herbal medicine…

  • Boat load of information served up here. Dr. JB is definitely well studied. Established in my mind as an expert for sure. Thanks gents.

  • do people actually think about insulin? like they actually understand it based on the gym bro science? just eat a whole food diet and follow a training program, get some sleep. Who even eats 400g of protein when the levels required are 1.2-2g per kilo of body weight?

  • The funny thing about Veganism is that it is treated even by Vegans as something important and special, but when you bring up any difficulties as a result of this specialness, you are dismissed as someone who doesn’t understand Veganism or treated as a lazy slob who isn’t willing to drastically alter your entire life for a food cult.

  • I think I’m Haveing one but say if the pain goes away for a couple of hours and then you go to the hospital can they still tell if your Haveing one

  • This still surprise me, how many people don’t know about Custokebon Secrets, even though a lot of people get good results because of it. Thanks to my buddy who told me about Custokebon Secrets, I’ve lost crazy amounts of weight with it without starving myself.

  • What exactly is Custokebon Secrets? How does this thing really work? I notice lots of people keep on speaking about this popular lose weight diet plan.

  • These podcasts are priceless. The amount of knowledge delivered is imense. Thank you very much for sharing all this information for free. You’re the best!

  • Love it! Great work guys, these information need to be repeated again and again to the world. A lot of people will benefit from this.

  • here are some studies that seem making sense. Does it have any importance for powerlifter diets?

  • My work buddy laughed when I told them I was planning to reduce weight with just implementing Custokebon Secrets, but after I showed them incredible effects after I used it they are begging me to share with them about it. Of course I won’t let them know the details about this diet plan, hahaha

  • Recently my fingers in my left hand are getting numb and tingling. I also have been vomiting a lot. Im an alcoholic and a heavy smoker. When i wake up in the morning im in withdrawal and it takes about an hour to get the vodka to settle in my stomach so that i can stop the shakes. I just vomit over and over again so i have to take small sips to get out of withdrawal and it seems to be getting worse. This last week or so my left hand has become numb and tingling. Yesterday while i was vomiting i passed out and woke up about 2 hours later on the bathroom floor and could barely breathe.

Do you think i had a heart attack? I can’t go to a doctor because i have agoraphobia. I haven’t left house for about 5 years. I dont want to die right now because im not ready for it.

  • Just don’t make governmental guidelines at all. Why should government be involved in everything? Governments are incredibly bad in everything they do.

  • What is the best product or brand to lost crazy amounts of fat? I read plenty of good reviews on the internet about how Custokebon Secrets can help you lost tons of fat. Has any one tested out this popular lose weight method?

  • I have a banana before 6.30am Bodypump (30mins), but if I have 2 hours workout in a row I have a protein shake blended with a banana.
