  • Time in a microwave depends on the power rating. For curiosity sake, Fouad, what is the power of your microwave? They all have a rating printed on the chassis, usually on the bottom, but certainly in the manual. I found a conversion chart on Google: it is a godsend, and indispensable.

  • I’m not scared of food I’m scared of dying from heart disease and heart attacks from high cholesterol and supraphysiological amounts of saturated and trans fats.

  • For the ifbb pro, eating 5-6-7k calories makes sense having to maintain such large physiques! But the avg bodybuilder, eating more than 1k cal above maintenance (high end), is so unnecessary! The old adage of eating that much to “pack on mass” is not true at all! If you eat you’re protein, and train like you should! You don’t need that many calories! Not to mention that extra size you put on, you just end up losing when you cut anyway! Might as well do it a little more controlled, don’t gain nearly as much fat, make the cut easier and retain pretty much everything you build! Maybe it’s easy for me to say because I put in size so easy! But I feel like this is the new way of doing it! Like I said, I’m taking about the AVG BODYBUILDER! Not guys like fouad! They need that many calories

Why even eat stuff you hate or taste like crap? it is so simple to make it taste good with only herbs, pepper and salt. Wont add alot to the total nutrigen but a shtload on the easyness to eat what is needed. Awsome video again man, straitup words, no bullshit. love it!

  • Tofu scramble is far superior than eggs, way higher protein content with lower calories and much healthier for you too. You’re also able to get more experimental with seasonings and really push the flavors. This still however, is inferior to the might donut for breakfast.

    Eating less or eating Nothing is even healthier, you burn fat yes but you still build more Muscles.
    Eating a lot is not Healthy at all no matter what it is. If you are on Roids it is possible. He is on Drugs.

Your breakfast should not be 934 cal unless ur gonna have smaller meals through out the day. cause in the end if u hit your protein level for the day and your calorie level while being in. A small defecit u will lose weight but when ur not him n ur not eating 3k cal for a defecit but eating like 2k to 2400 having a 934cal brealfast makes the rest of you day prettyyyy slim since remember 5 meals a day every 3 hoursish for best results

  • Lol inside tip: egg yolk color has nothing to do with quality, just gets modified by what the chicken eats. Companies buy marigold (in the U.S) to color the yolk to whatever they think their market desires.

  • I love John and all his knowledge but this video is pretty worthless from the standpoint of usable knowledge for a bodybuilder looking for improve. There’s probably less than 20 grams of protein in that meal.

  • I would definetly listen to someone with a face like John meadows “Liver spotted Mountain dog face 101” somethings not working out in his diet or steroid stack because he gets uglier everytime I see him. He is definetly skilled in getting rid of a case of hiccups. I’m just saying it…
