Not that you’re looking for the top of the top vegan diet, but it’s good to look at it and know where it is. My studies have concluded that the health of a substance (for the body OR soil) is simply measured by fertility or “life force”.This isn’t hippy dippy bro science. It would be too hard to explain on one comment. But grasses are simply the top of the top.(there are many fallacies about humans not being able to digest them btw) Devoid of plant toxins/natural pesticides (that slow down activity) and complete. When you know what you’re doing.growing them, they are unbelievably tasty. There is a balance of the sprouted seed/grain you need to consume as well with it. I know a man who’s been living on it since “62 and is 89 years old and has endless endurance,stiffness and no wrinkles. There’s just way too much too explain but lets talk soon if you want. I’m busy w other stuff a lot but this needs to be out there for many of reasons. Yikes, please make sure to fact check before bringing up the nutrition content in foods… you claim that spinach is high in protein and omegas… yet spinach per cup has 0g of fat and 1g of protein.
Theres still a lot of sugars in this and because they are liquid those sugars will get absorbed faster. I would say cut down the fruit by half everyone and double the spinach.

The air in the blender is incorporated into smoothies as they are blended. This can cause the smoothies to become bubbly or foamy. One of the reasons some people become bloated after drinking a smoothie isn’t because of the fruits or the vegetables but because the drink has a lot of air incorporated into it. I bought the Breville Fresh and Furious blender with the Vac Q attachment and my smoothies are now always creamy and smooth (with no excess air). The Vac Q is a pump that pumps the air out of the bowl before blending. I no longer deal with bloating afterwards and I enjoy the taste and texture of my smoothies a lot more. Any blender that has a pump attachment should work (research and find out which one is within your budget), but I just wanted to put this out there for those of you who shy away from smoothies because you think it doesn’t agree with you.

After binge watching about 5 of your videos, I’m certainly convinced on getting one. I’m a vegan with a regular blender, bad idea. My cheap blender couldn’t even blend 4 well cut frozen bananas this morning…and you should have seen the disaster last week when I tried making a beet juice blend! I’m probably going to get the A2300. Would you say there’s a drastic difference between the A2300 and the A3300? banana and milk, orange and milk, lemon and milk they come under incompatible foods… u cant take them together otherwise u may face health issues or skin problems

Hi….lets talk sometime on an unusual idea about food that I’ve empirically experienced for almost 20 years. Not that you’re looking for the top of the top vegan diet, but it’s good to look at it and know where it is. My studies have concluded that the health of a substance (for the body OR soil) is simply measured by fertility or “life force”.This isn’t hippy dippy bro science. It would be too hard to explain on one comment. But grasses are simply the top of the top.(there are many fallacies about humans not being able to digest them btw) Devoid of plant toxins/natural pesticides (that slow down activity) and complete. When you know what you’re doing.growing them, they are unbelievably tasty. There is a balance of the sprouted seed/grain you need to consume as well with it. I know a man who’s been living on it since “62 and is 89 years old and has endless endurance,stiffness and no wrinkles. There’s just way too much too explain but lets talk soon if you want. I’m busy w other stuff a lot but this needs to be out there for many of reasons. Im not into debates,public attention (nor is my 89 yr old friend for many of reasons)and I have absolutely no commercial interest whatsoever. I sure appreciate your work.

Yikes, please make sure to fact check before bringing up the nutrition content in foods… you claim that spinach is high in protein and omegas… yet spinach per cup has 0g of fat and 1g of protein.
Theres still a lot of sugars in this and because they are liquid those sugars will get absorbed faster. I would say cut down the fruit by half everyone and double the spinach.

I just used an ordinary blender i have had for years and it still works great. I mainly use banana, kale, pear and kiwi. its really good:)
Yes! Finally, 3 green smoothies without cucumbers. I despise cucumber, and it seems like every single green smoothie recipe I come across has them in it.
The air in the blender is incorporated into smoothies as they are blended. This can cause the smoothies to become bubbly or foamy. One of the reasons some people become bloated after drinking a smoothie isn’t because of the fruits or the vegetables but because the drink has a lot of air incorporated into it. I bought the Breville Fresh and Furious blender with the Vac Q attachment and my smoothies are now always creamy and smooth (with no excess air). The Vac Q is a pump that pumps the air out of the bowl before blending. I no longer deal with bloating afterwards and I enjoy the taste and texture of my smoothies a lot more. Any blender that has a pump attachment should work (research and find out which one is within your budget), but I just wanted to put this out there for those of you who shy away from smoothies because you think it doesn’t agree with you.
Seems like all the dairy and fruit would shoot up the sugar levels of these drinks to quite high levels. Do you have any info on what the sugar numbers are per serving?

After binge watching about 5 of your videos, I’m certainly convinced on getting one. I’m a vegan with a regular blender, bad idea. My cheap blender couldn’t even blend 4 well cut frozen bananas this morning…and you should have seen the disaster last week when I tried making a beet juice blend! I’m probably going to get the A2300. Would you say there’s a drastic difference between the A2300 and the A3300? I would primarily be using it for myself, occasionally making things for my girlfriend or my parents when they visit. Also, you have yourself a new sub.
