  • Oh wow…very uneducated on the Benefits if keto and way behind on their cholesterol research. Hate to break it to you but carbs are one thing you DONT need to survive. Your body makes the few you need for your brain a body must have fat and protein, but carbs are not essential….and the part about FAT causing the inflammation….people PLEASE read the new research and quit trying to live in the 80’s!

  • Read The UN’s Agenda 21 and Agenda 30. This is all part of a global agenda to reduce the population. We are healthier (cholesterol is essential for healthy cells and immune system) and more intelligent (bigger brain) and more focused (without the grain brain fog) when eating meat. To reduce the population we need to be sick and stupid. Why else would the governments promote the wrong diet, make vaccines compulsory and ignore all the evidence…

  • im disappointed to hear you speaking against a plant based diet, i believe that God provided us with plant based foods they are so rich in nutrients that have everything we need to be healthy. you also say that there have been no studies done on a animal versus plant based diet? there definitely have been studies done proving the damage that animal diets can cause including cancer and heart disease, have you read the book by T. Colin Cambell, PhD and Thomas M. Cambell MD called the China study, The most comprehensive study on nutrition ever conducted

  • Wow this one was incredible! So much knowledge in one hour! Thank you for sharing her with us Tom! Keep up the good work! I’ve got a new book to order now!

  • wow. So many, even brilliant people, speak from their intellect and what they have learned…..Dr. Brighten speaks a living stream from her gut…spontaneous, original, connected to her being and though intelligent and studied, her message comes from a place of wholeness that reaches the listener…..viscerally. I listened to her from start to finish without a break to even breathe. wow. such aliveness!

  • One observation worth noting is that all of the proponents of a plant based diet I’ve seen appear to be more fit and healthy looking than Ms. Ede and tend to me of a more advanced age. I do agree that all of the agencies referenced in this presentation are unreliable. I’m all for good science and there is a lot of contradictory theories about diets which has led to me to the conclusion that none of these doctors, dietitians, agencies or organizations know anything for sure though some may think they do. There is a significant amount of evidence that eating meat, eggs and dairy is not healthy for a plethora of reasons. Even though humans have done a a fine job of polluting the planet including pretty much every drop of water, the climate has always been changing. I’m not in favor of any UN agendas, socialism or green new deals btw. There are a lot of sources of research not evaluated here at all that make a compelling argument against eating meat for health reasons.

  • emmie i love you. So much good information. Its so true about intutive eating!!!! Its never been intended to eat highy proccessed food and practice intutive eating. It just doesnt make sense!!!! We are very intutive beings but with our natural whole foods we were meant to have. Emmie you speak what I’ve always felt!!!! Can you be my mentor? I don’t need to lose weight quiet the opposite but i resignate with you so much! Can we touch base?Could use a nutrition mentor with similar view points.: )

  • “The prospect of domination of the nation’s scholars by Federal employment, project allocations, and the power of money is ever present and is gravely to be regarded.
Yet, in holding scientific research and discovery in respect, as we should, we must also be alert to the equal and opposite danger that public policy could itself become the captive of a scientific-technological elite.”

“Universal literacy was supposed to educate the common man to control his environment. Once he could read and write he would have a mind fit to rule. So ran the democratic doctrine. But instead of a mind, universal literacy has given him rubber stamps, rubber stamps inked with advertising slogans, with editorials, with published scientific data, with the trivialities of the tabloids and the platitudes of history, but quite innocent of original thought. Each man’s rubber stamps are the duplicates of millions of others, so that when those millions are exposed to the same stimuli, all receive identical imprints. It may seem an exaggeration to say that the American public gets most of its ideas in this wholesale fashion. The mechanism by which ideas are disseminated on a large scale is propaganda, in the broad sense of an organized effort to spread a particular belief or doctrine.”
Dr. Edward Bernays, Sigmund Freud’s nephew, Time Magazine’s Too 100 Most Influential Person’s of the 20th Century

  • Agreed! As a professional yoga instructor, I try to make meditation more practical and accessible to people. You also are spot on about intuitive eating! Happy New Year!

  • Lol I know someone who spent 14 years in jail & swears he didn’t eat a lot of sugar as a child ‍♀️‍♀️
    Haha! Had to share!
    ✌️

  • I’m so excited to watch this because I want to try the celery juice “trend”…
I wanna see what you think about the celery juice lol
    ✌️

  • Great speech. This is absolutely another level of nutrition science. Have heard many presentations, but this was top class. Georgia Ede is a great personality.

  • Best rules for a PROPER study. 1) define your terms. (compared to what?) 2) eliminate confounders (variables) as much as possible. Start there.

  • Excellent video. I rather eat a whole plants foods based diet so whole celery is more healthy than the juice and I don’t follow health trends because it makes consumer’s indecisive.

  • This is part of why I gave up on becoming a counsellor. I wanted to apply nutrition, exercise and life coaching not just talking and pills. My opinions were incredibly unpopular at the time and we were post graduate level. Maybe the world is ready for this approach.

  • when I found out about prejudiced outcomes about meat, eggs, etc., etc, as far as getting the fat out of our diet. I would see people rinsing cooked ground beef.

  • If there is no research on plant based diet,
so American Dietetic Association based their position on plant based diet on nothing?

  • Interesting information that is applicable and engaging. Thank you both for the wonderful interview and making this information available to the people.

  • If there is no research on plant based diet,
so American Dietetic Association based their position on plant based diet on nothing?

  • Love her for sharing her knowledge and with a bit of humor. Its unfortunate she had to leave Harvard who is recognized as a prestigious institution. Then again Harvard was built on the backs of slaves and continue to support their own propaganda. I greatly appreciate Crossfit for having Dr Ede. We need to support people like this and grow our communities to improve the lives of friends, family, communities, planet, etc. We need to go back to basics where animals ate off the land, cook like our grandmothers and stop putting our dollars into processed foods. Strength in numbers

  • I hate when he says “this is super interesting” 20x in an episode. Like, have some gradation, if everything is super interesting than nothing is

  • WOW!!!! Impact Theory has the most amazing content! Tom Bilyeu is a top class interviewer!!! Thank you again and again for all of these videos!

Also, all she said about birth control…………..I’d advocate for the fact that it might give you depression. I’ve been there!

  • Yes a true women asset. I’m 66 married 45 years; grew up in Mexico City taught to serve the men in your life because that’s what my Mom was taught to do/be.
I never took birth control pills because I had a benign breast tumor removed from my right breast. I wish I could meet you as a patient. You are an awesome strong human being.

  • People are carbo addicts. Constantly brainwashed by MSM. Good work Georgia!
“Insulin performs unique functions within the CNS. Produced nearly exclusively by the pancreas,
insulin crosses the blood-brain barrier (BBB) using a saturable transporter, affecting feeding and
cognition through CNS mechanisms largely independent of glucose utilization.”

  • Okay, this seems to be all about her life story, which us interesting, BUT I’m halfway thru the interview, and so far NOTHING about a ‘high energy diet”…where are the diet details?? Hopefully, in the 2nd half of the interview? So far…just trendy talking points with no real substance.

  • The globe has a dearth of atmospheric CO2 (see Patrick Moore) and authoritarian attempts to “control” climate change come at the expense of human flourishing. Structing a global diet using dogmatic positions and propaganda is not just bad public policy but is simply unadulterated evil.

  • “We all feel like we’re failing, at some point. If you don’t.. you’re probably not doing big scary things…”
Just when i was starting to think that i might move on, and spend 17:35mins elsewhere…. BAM!. Great affirmation/quote.
Thank you Tom & team, for doing what you do.

  • This is feeling like a summary of her book. It’s not an interview. And she’s not telling anything new people. She’s not.that amazing. Shes just selling.

  • Tom, I have severe issues with anger can you cover this topic!? I was abused as a child, I’m estranged from my family and now feel alone as I’m yet to build a family of my own. I get angry easily and it’s so self sabotaging! Please help!

  • Depressed since age 7, ideation at 8. Depression gone three weeks into going carnivore. I don’t know the science on if it was meat or the lack of sugar, grains etc. But eating nothing but beef for a month and so…yeah.

  • Wow what an inspiring woman. I love everything about this talk. So many things you both mentioned have been so helpful this is what I needed right now ❤️

  • Jolene upbringing reminded me of a lot of things. When it comes to nutrition it should be a simple subject. It was turned into a confusing but a very necessary subject in our lives.

  • Wow this one was incredible! So much knowledge in one hour! Thank you for sharing her with us Tom! Keep up the good work! I’ve got a new book to order now!

  • Omg I’m shaking right now! I have this exact same stomach issue and my doctor put me on a proton pump inhibitor. I changed my diet to only baked chicken breast, raw veggies and sweet potatoe… and also started taking black seed oil and drinking apple cider bish at and water everyday! My stomach has never felt better! Lol I’m not even 3 minutes in but I had to share that!

  • Thank you for this great interview. I wish I knew even a tenth of what you know Jolene. I need so badly to change my eating habits. Not for size, but for internal health, but because of time and money, and cooking skills, too many times I resort to Taco Bell or Little Caesars pizza or a quick pasta meal from a box. I’m single and it makes it so easy to do bad when there isn’t anyone else to displease. So after making my bad decisions, I’m full of food, but also full of regret. To have someone with me that wanted the same things, would make it much easier I think. I don’t know. I’m going to subscribe to your channel as soon as I’m done writing this. Maybe that will help. Keep up the great work of spreading your wisdom and helping those in need.

  • Anone with a modicum of knowledge (and sense) will realize that conducting studies of cancer risk associated with varying diets is simply impossible: one would need to give completely controlled and recorded diets to large numbers of people for at least twenty years!

  • Great presentation. The well advanced science of propaganda isn’t understood by most people. It’s definitely a rabbit hole when you study the history of propaganda like the works of Nazi propaganda minister, Goebbels. And how many of his top people went to work for the US government after the war

  • Thank you for sharing this information!! Dr. Leaf you have changed my life and I was able to go through a difficult season and thrive with applying your tools. Now Dr. Ede is a new favorite ❤️❤️

  • Excellent talk!!! I was vegetarian then vegan for years, and did untold damage to my health. Now, keto for 12 months and carnivore for 2 months and lo and behold, ALL my health problems are gone, including psoriasis, depression, obesity, anxiety, alopecia, heart arrhythmia.. I have never felt or looked better. And as a bonus, my hair is getting thicker and darker, and my stamina and libido is simply amazing!
Weight 15 moths ago was 89 kg. This morning? A trim taut and terrific 61.5 kg.
Aside from the ideologically driven vegan BS, THIS is proof for me!!!

  • Excellent talk. One thing….All of the manipulation of data that you refer to in support of the hypothesis that this is propaganda are present in the CO2 climate change dogma. I recognize your not invested in CO2 at the same level as diet, but I think you will find the same issues. CO2 is not a pollutant, for 99% of this planets existence it was much higher in the order of 10 to 15 times as abundant. All of the fossil fuels, coral reefs, rock, etc are composed of sequestered CO2 that was once in the atmosphere. Life on this planet exploded during times when CO2 was its highest. We need more CO2 in the atmosphere than we have. C3 plants are starving for CO2 and their stomata are the evidence. I could go on, but climate change is propaganda and not based on any sound science.

  • Listen to the Dr. Bret Weinstein on Bret Weinstein podcast the transgenic mice studies used for these experiments where he clearly mentions the entire idea about using modified mice is just so wrong on so many spheres and here we are extrapolating the outcomes on human physiology.

  • Wonderful woman and interview. I remember discussing these studies on birth control and attraction in my cognitive psych class back in college and nobody in my day to day life knew anything about it and took it seriously.

Also, my gyno told me that my hormonal issues would not be effected by food and that I should take the pill and stop worrying about it. My severe dysmenorrhea is actually always a bit better on the months that I’m lower carb and eating whole foods / no sugar. Each subsequent gyno has tried to put me on hormones, but I have other hormone issues as well (prolactin and TSH) and I believe it should go deeper than band aiding the issue. It may be a pituitary issue or a host of other things, but I do know that eating more natural foods and lower carb helps all around. Whatever it is, food does help and I can’t believe people straight up deny that food has an effect on these systems. Absolute madness. Thank you Jolene! Thanks Tom! Subscribed to Jolene’s channel for sure!

  • Frustrating that I can only give this one thumbs up! I swear that, if we taught a better level of understanding of statistics in our schools, much of this propaganda would be nipped in the bud.

  • Great points. However the language invokes fear and/or strong emotion in the exact same way as the lancet report. I would wish for a more nuanced use of language on both sides of the argument.

  • Wow! What a fascinating conversation. Leads to many other questions, topics, shows! What do we do with our daughters? Knowing this info now, it kinda puts you in a predicament…

  • While I have compassion for her story and admire her passion, this up talk and down talk, I had to pause at 15 minutes. Let’s see if I can come back later and make it thru it. ‍♂️

  • The healthiest human diet is answered by anthropology and biology. Humans have always eaten meat, as much of it as could be captured. There has never been a vegan/vegetarian society except in cases of extreme deprivation caused by war, famine or living under communist regimes. Humans evolved as meat eaters. Human’s can eat just about every form of animal and thrive, while humans cannot just walk through a field eating whatever happens to grow without suffering extreme digestive issues. The “health industry” is anything but.

  • As a Dietitian that has known all of this for years (reason why I left nutrition as a career for a basic science research one) I find outrageous that such a brilliant doctor as Dr Ede was told that nutrition was outside her scope of practice. Nutrition as a modern science is a JOKE and needs people with a scientific mind like Dr Ede to repair the damage that this “science” has done to our public health and hundreds of nutrition students that have been mislead.

  • Sorry, these two guests need more education on what they speak of. Especially the doctor….she needs to update her nutritional education and what the science is about behind KETO!!! She is absolutely clueless and her nutritional knowledge is based back in the 70’s. So disappointing to hear this very bad information on a program like yours. You should have your producers do their research before guests like these are allowed to preach. You are dispensing harmful information to your viewers, a true disservice. Oh. Y the way, carbohydrates are not a necessary macro, on,y protein and fat are required macros. Do your research! Ugh!

  • Whoa Tom! The fit tho! I cannot stop staring at those pants, the socks, the kicks. Feeeeling that! Really enjoyed this episode. She has a very similar story to me and it really soothed my soul her saying, I had to let those people go for my health. I’ve had A LOT of people negatively judge my decision to not be in contact with my abusive parents. Ya, everyone has pain and I’m not the only one. Great show…. As usual! ❤️

  • Frustrating that I can only give this one thumbs up! I swear that, if we taught a better level of understanding of statistics in our schools, much of this propaganda would be nipped in the bud.

  • Nutritious means full of nutrients. Simple logic might suggest that’s good, but the body only needs so much. What about the nutrient balance? Consuming only lean protein can lead to “protein poisoning”, contrasting the high fat Inuit carnivore diet. There’s also genetic compatibility to consider, in which DNA tests can allegedly be linked to patterns, such as if the body is inefficient at processing carbs.

  • WOW!!!! Impact Theory has the most amazing content! Tom Bilyeu is a top class interviewer!!! Thank you again and again for all of these videos!

Also, all she said about birth control…………..I’d advocate for the fact that it might give you depression. I’ve been there!

  • Listen to the Dr. Bret Weinstein on Bret Weinstein podcast the transgenic mice studies used for these experiments where he clearly mentions the entire idea about using modified mice is just so wrong on so many spheres and here we are extrapolating the outcomes on human physiology.

  • This should be front-page news. The fact that it isn’t is shameful….shows how controlled the media is. Excellent research and presentation here. In a sea of propaganda & vested interest spin, Georgia Ede is a breath of sane fresh air. How she stays so composed in the face of such maddening bullshit perpetrated on the unsuspecting public is beyond me, but I’m impressed and inspired by both her content and demeanor.

  • The problem when these people say things like this is that they are trashing anyone who is a dental assistant telling them they are wasting their lives, at what point do we stop doing this to other people. At what point are we going to stop trashing everyone who isn’t a CEO. People don’t think that through when they say things like that. The world needs dental assistants, and every other position that’s in that range. Is it fair to tell them “That’s good for them, but I’m better than that”.

  • wow. So many, even brilliant people, speak from their intellect and what they have learned…..Dr. Brighten speaks a living stream from her gut…spontaneous, original, connected to her being and though intelligent and studied, her message comes from a place of wholeness that reaches the listener…..viscerally. To reduce the population we need to be sick and stupid. Why else would the governments promote the wrong diet, make vaccines compulsory and ignore all the evidence…

  • The quality of food is also very important, meat is filled with hormones and lots of vegetables are grown using pesticides. One Ukrainian doctor also mentioned a sound idea that we should eat the food that our ancestors in our region ate. For example, my great grandpa did not eat bananas, so they are not so good for us. It is also built in our genetic system. And all of this also messes up our health.

  • Best rules for a PROPER study. 1) define your terms. (compared to what?) 2) eliminate confounders (variables) as much as possible. Start there.

  • All so true. But how can we correct all this? Our school feeds kids veganfood with no alternatives and teach (scares!) them with veganpropaganda.

  • A wonderful exercise in rationalization, what I find really funny is all the things in her list defining propaganda are demonstrated in her speech.

  • Thank you so much for this video! I had a similar story concerning the stomach issues…I could very much relate to your story…Every subject you talked about was super interesting, also the studies about the correlations between the pill and women’s mate choices!! Thanks for the update in this regard. Thank you too Tom for finding awesome guests!

  • Terrific Dr. Ede! Fantastic presentation stating the way things are! Thank you so much for all of your insight and dissection of all of the disinformation we have been “fed”! Bravo!!

  • Keyword propaganda…At 49:00 the definition describes exactly what the Dems have been doing to the Trumps.
    But anyway…
Besides country, county, party affiliation, color, status, this woman has uncovered a major issue with our food supply.
I recently am trying KETO an never felt better. I ALSO HAVE COLORFUL VEGGIES W KETO, but none of the propaganda based boxed fortified flavored crap. 61 and feel the best and not hungry all the time!!!

  • Thank you Tom for having Dr. Jolene Brighten on your show. You have changed my life and the women in my life lives! I’ve been listening to you for 3 years and I’m so grateful for the work that you do. Because of this episode Im able to start healing my body. I also shared this on IG and one of my close friends replied and said she was having issues conceiving so now she’s starting her journey with Dr. brighten. I can’t thank you enough.

  • Wow her story is really motivational!! I can relate to most of the struggles she went through as a young person! If she can go though all that adversity I can too!✊

  • Terrific Dr. Ede! Fantastic presentation stating the way things are! Thank you so much for all of your insight and dissection of all of the disinformation we have been “fed”! Bravo!!

  • Thank you for this. I have always believed in a fully balanced diet that includes meat. To keep my diet healthy I try to avoid processed foods as much as possible, cook from scratch, and keep restaurant visits to a minimum. We have always had a large garden, canning and freezing our produce, and raising our own beef.

  • If a vegan diet will kill a baby, what is the vegan diet doing to adults??? Supplementation should not be the norm, but be rare. Another reason to not be a vegan.

  • If a vegan diet will kill a baby, what is the vegan diet doing to adults??? Supplementation should not be the norm, but be rare. Another reason to not be a vegan.

  • Excellent discussion, thanks. The amount of meat eaten is not the problem, but the quantity of waste of animal life, in industrial farming and fishing.
We should also think about our own portion sizes and the amount of cooked animals/ meat we leave on our plates, uneaten.

  • All so true. But how can we correct all this? Our school feeds kids veganfood with no alternatives and teach (scares!) them with veganpropaganda.

  • The only thing I would add or point out regarding soy milk vs cow milk is that soy is a plant based estrogen that would only affect us if eaten in very high doses, where as cows milk (produced by mama for growing baby cows so that they quickly gain up to 1500lbs) not only has mammal estrogen (therefore closer to us genetically), but often has increased estrogen due to farmers giving milking-cows high doses of estrogen to increase milk production. If you’re worried about estrogen intake, I’d stay away from dairy far more than I would soy products.

  • Great speech. This is absolutely another level of nutrition science. Have heard many presentations, but this was top class. Georgia Ede is a great personality.

  • This Dr. Chin needs to read and listen Dr. Jason Fung and update their dietary knowledge; she’s misleading people saying that KETO is not safe! Huge disappointment!

  • This is part of why I gave up on becoming a counsellor. I wanted to apply nutrition, exercise and life coaching not just talking and pills. My opinions were incredibly unpopular at the time and we were post graduate level. Maybe the world is ready for this approach.

  • bout time i finally hear a woman speaking up for WOMEN!!! yOU ARE ON MY PAGE BIG TIME…AND i”LL START BY SAYING “QUIT CALL EVERYBODY GUYS!!!! I CALLED A GUY GIRL AND HE FLIPPED…
yOU GO GIRL…AND A BILLION OTHER THINGS…YA HEAR THERE NOW FELLOWS….WE ARE GODDESS’S

  • I was vegan/vegetarian for years. I struggled with my weight. I realized that refined carbs/grains/sugars were the culprit and that meat was not what was causing my issues. I am now keto/sugar-free and eating lots of meat. Now down 85 lbs in only 5 months.:) Thank you for this video, it confirms so much.

  • it’s simple people your brain and body needs healthy fats. And people who don’t get enough fats go crazy and are more easily controlled that is all this agenda is about is about control and being able to control people it’s that simple and every year they lower cholesterol demands they lower our vitamin and mineral demands and we get sicker and sicker and sicker wake up people

  • This is feeling like a summary of her book. It’s not an interview. And she’s not telling anything new people. She’s not.that amazing. Shes just selling.

  • George Ede well worth listening to. How long before we start to realise that there are two dietary solutions for healthy living? One end of the spectrum is the very low carb carnivore lifestyle, and the other end is the very low fat starchivore lifestyle, and one can toggle between the two as (some/most of) our ancestors did. In the absence of good science, do what the Greek philosophers and Mr Spock did, use logic. Using emotions to sell it is optional.

My staple foods continue to be steak and chips, just not in the same meal anymore.

LOL since when is a starch (potato/beans/rice) based lifestyle “poor dietary quality”? McDougall might disagree, as would the Incas of old.

  • They use the same fear mongering dogma propaganda to promote climate change action. The government will never denounce the consumption of wheat, being that the wheat industry is a multi-billion dollar entity. The climate change lobby insists that the consumption of meat is a major contributor to global warming.

  • I can probably guess which Corporations these a “Global Elitists” own! now it makes sense that not only did they try to downplay and negate meat by lying in their so-called research and studies, but now they’re going to try to have a whole nationwide slaughter of all the cattle and probably pigs too! In my recent degree and that was less than 2 years ago, we studied Plum Island near New York. Dr. Eric Traub from Germany who did biological warfare and specifically in planting viruses in insects which they did experiment outside with on a flock of birds on the island and it wasn’t Before Lyme, Connecticut which is close by was where lime disease began. I wouldn’t be surprised if the coronavirus was manufactured here. The most insidious thing is that they are experimenting on people and there was another body recently found on the shore of a human. There’s already been some very creepy crossbred animals that were not decomposed washing up on the shore. In addition they’re moving it into the middle of the mainland in tornado alley… It appears as if they’re setting the stage to destroy all the cattle and beef and meat in the United States. (Most likely it’ll be his “weather weaponry” since so many tornados are out there and they can now control weather and have been since Vietnam (HAARP Program) They are now calling it a Defense Research lab and they have added humans and humans viruses in the same facility on a college university in Kansas!! Our study was on whether we thought department of agriculture should resume governance because Department of Homeland Security had failed to keep up the security cameras and more allowing tourist to come by ferries on the island without proper background checks… I noticed that they used our tax dollars to do a recent documentary and they refuted all those truths in their documentary… “The guilty dog barks the loudest!” Thank you for sharing this information!

  • The best propaganda was Nazi propaganda back in 1918 and 1942….and these days it seems that they have come back, people just aren’t paying any attention…..Fortified ready to eat cereals, yeah right, those have no sugars in them………Awesome video.

  • Chili with beans is normally a meat dish with beans in it…chili is just the seasoning…cooked with ground beef & sometimes beans are added…without the meat it would be just beans with chili seasonings..yuck

  • Thank you for covering this topic. Another type of “food” for the brain, in our opinion, is podcasts. One of our favorites is I Can’t Sleep Podcast that revolves around sleep and mental health. If you want to find similar ones, check out the list here https://desktime.com/blog/why-listen-to-podcasts/

  • Dr Ede, I am squarely in your camp (only diet-wise, I’m afraid!), but I find your approach infantile and propagandist. That’s right, just because you have fished out a definition of it by a “French’ person, no less, and presented it to us with verve and vigour, you presume that we would think that YOU are beyond using it as a weapon yourself! A neat piece of psychiatric manipulation of your audience, I must say! And do you mean to say that all the negatives that you are listing the lack of scientific methodology and rigour in experimentation, research, etc. only applies to the vegetarianism camp and the meat camp is automatically excluded from such foibles just because you have chosen to talk about it? Take a breath please. Your desperation is showing. If truth is on your side, you don’t have to protest so much, as if it’s your EGO, above all else, that’s at stake. Advocates of vegetarianism may or may not be wholly wrong, but, despite your disclaimer, you are trying to make them out to be deceitful manipulators, rather than extremely self-sacrificing, committed animal welfarists, who, unlike you, put their money where their mouth is, and I say this, despite being a meat-eater myself. Because I (unlike you, presumably) REALLY believe in choice, though the vegetarians would be right in pointing out that from an ethical, moral, animal-rights point of view, my freedom to choose should end where the animal’s nose begins.
What a narcissistic display of aggression!

  • Wow her story is really motivational!! I can relate to most of the struggles she went through as a young person! If she can go though all that adversity I can too!✊

  • We haven’t grown up in a world where eating meat is bad at all, but in a world where eating meat and dairy was considered essential for growth and health. The more the better! As a result, people have been wolfing down more and more of it throughout my life under the misapprehension that it was good for them. Then, in later life, started having strokes, heart attacks and cancers and the like. The evidence from epidemiology comes from these people. Also, ancient people ate meat yes, but they weren’t factory farmed produce, they didn’t sit around waiting for it to be delivered, but had to go out and hunt it or rear it at least.

  • Sorry y’all so in love with keto, and it isn’t the best. Be disappointed, but that doesn’t make it good for you. Keto is a rehash of high protein, low carb diets. New name, same premise. If it worked that well, everyone would be on it.

  • She is literally enlightening me with lot of information for free, I pay almost 100 dlls in Mexico for an appointment with a doctor and only find a cold, rigid, arrogant face of a doctor that avoid questions and seriously, is hard this days to make a doctor listen to you and as a woman you feel very vulnerable with women health issues and you need someone to listen. She comes forward and tells you absolutely everything for free and with a lot of common sense and empathy. I just love her!

  • Thank you for sharing this information!! Dr. Leaf you have changed my life and I was able to go through a difficult season and thrive with applying your tools. Now Dr. Ede is a new favorite ❤️❤️

  • Fist things first! Why is there a add promoting chicken before your video! Insult to all the plant loving people out there!
My FAV trend this year was coconut water. I started drinking this delicious nectar from the gods only for my local supermarket to increase the price by 25%? I’ve now moved to ginger beer!
Lastly. Drugs are bad MKAY! Don’t do drugs!

  • when I found out about prejudiced outcomes about meat, eggs, etc., etc, as far as getting the fat out of our diet. I would see people rinsing cooked ground beef.
