  • I love how few ingredients the pumpkin pie has! Easy stuff that I have handy in my kitchen ☺️ looks so good too! I’ll for sure be making it later this weekend

  • I love your videos, it’s just honestly so annoying to listen, pause, go type in notes, and go back and forth until the recipes are written down. And with baking in particular there’s not always a lot of wiggle room. Can we get the recipes in the description or insta or at least on the screen during the video or something?

  • These look amazing! Is it possible to use vanilla protein powder instead of pumpkin protein powder for the protein pumpkin pie and just increase the amount of pumpkin pie spice?

  • Have not tried all flavors but just received this one and it does taste like cake!!! Love this flavor!! I do so many recipes from it. My hubby is loving it as well!!

  • Kara! Sorry that this isn’t fitness related, but how the hell do you get your hair so damn shiny & silky looking for every vid?! Maybe you could do a daily hair routine vid one day or within a day in the life kinda video:)

  • Why not use estevia instead of splenda? Estevia is healthier and better. Splenda and equal translates as the unhealthy sugar in the body.

  • Any advice for a young (15) lifter and high volume training (6 months in the game by high volume I mean like 24 sets of 7 for chest)

  • Oh man this!! I need this! I think I get to meet you two at the LA Fit expo, I can’t wait! You guys are like YouTube machines! So much respect ; )

  • What a fantastic consistency,Kara. I love it! Definitely, this is a great idea for something and healthy sweet!

    Have a fantastic week!

    Patricia.

  • Literary how I make my overnight oats. 1/2c oats, 1/2c almond milk. I actually add some chia seeds. Then my protein and whatever. My fav way to make things is take a vanilla type protein because it’s more neutral, add 1 serving of the powdered peanut butter, and in the morning add mashed banana. Literally peanut butter and banana. It’s soo good.

  • A touch of Skippy Natural Creamy PB, and a few drops of flavored liquid Stevia instead of Splenda (so no maltodextrin) are both fantastic ingredients/options as well. Great play on sludge!

  • After watching this video I just have to share this because I spent many years switching from diet to diet without any success until I saw Dianas magic plan (i found it on google). It is without a doubt the best results that I have ever achieved and i have kept it off to this day.

  • I have a feeling i know what ill be spending majority of my tax return on……….. red velvet whey and baking supplies. I dont think my wife or my two girls especially would mind

  • mmmm delicious i dont use splenda are equal i use organic sundried cane sugar are honey i dont cook with honey i add it at the end when i am in the kitchen  it is just a matter of preferance for every person but other than that i loved this video it was great information thank you

  • I am so glad I clicked on this video! Just simple healthy recipe like I like. Glad it wasn’t protein cookies, I’m tired of those! Can we see more fall soups and squash recipes? This time of year is perfect for weight loss because of all the healthy soups and produce available. Keep up the great work!

  • This looks amazing! you should make a dietitian talk about healthy substitutes for recipes (like instead of using butter or sugar)

  • A) is their a cheaper way to get this into canada as its almost 100 bucks after shipping lol and (B) I though splenda was very bad for you?

  • HI Kara
It’s great that you decided to compete again. I always enjoy your recipes especially if chocolate. I’ll have to catch up on trying them now back from 6 weeks in Florida. As you can imagine, it was difficult to deal with sunshine and blue skies everyday.
Congrats on your growing channel. You are by far the most reliable source of fitness information.

  • I need to give this a go! But i need the BDay Cake flavour protein!! I only have cookies & cream and Red velvet so far! My macros are getting real low now (6 weeks out of comp), so volume oats could really help!

  • I was very disappointed by the birthday cake flavoring. Almost a bitter taste. Unfortunate turnout since all the other favors taste amazing.

  • Wow 17 people (and counting ) are mad because they’re not getting any MTS Red Velvet cupcakes…..not even a crumb……

On another note Kara really let loose in this one……making me want buy about 30 of em….

  • Love volume oats! Make something similar to this every morning, but prefer zucchini over cauliflower! Sprinkles make everything better

  • Hey Kara, these recipes all look great! I’m super curious to see how my twins will think of your first recipe especially.:) I’ll tag you on iG when I get the time to try these!

  • In the original video where the ingredients are listed it says 2 Tbsp flour, but in the video you say and add 1 Tbsp. Also in the video you mentioned 1/4 tsp baking powder and some salt, neither are listed. Guessing just an oversight? I like to screenshot your recipes to try later, glad I watched the video again or this wouldn’t likely have turned out! Planning to make it later today. Looks yummy!!

  • Awesome recipe as always!!! Can’t wait to try it!!! Geez you’re killin’ the pan with that fork. Never mind the Teflon flakes in your oats, helps the gains. Camera guy needs to back up or turn the auto focus off. I have a headache now from my eyes constantly trying to focus. All with love guys!

  • not sure if my scale is off i measured out 190grams of riced cauliflower (before i cooked it but didnt think the volume would change much) and I ate a quarter of it and was full haha
