  • If you’re worried about fruit affecting your teeth: 1) drink more water to help neutraluze the pH in your mouth after eating fruit and 2) DO NOT brush immediately after eating fruit. Your enamel’s been weakened by the acidic environment, give yourself 30 min after eating/drinking something acidic for your mouth to stabilize pH again before you brush.

  • I pretty much want to thank you. As a longtime fruit & vegetable hater, I was really missing out on nutrients. Your tips worked very, very well. Apparently, it was the mushy taste & texture of those steamed veggies & icy cold fruit, that was the problem all along.

  • great stuff. simple ways! I follow this easily because I love fruit and I love how I feel when I eat whole food. It’s my kids and husband I struggle with.

  • Hello everyone my name is Patrick from USA,am here to testify of the good help that Dr ebharigbe have render to me, I was married for a year, Me and my wife was happy together, until she started complaining that my penis is too small and that i don’t perform well on bed, a week later she started going out with other men which really affected me, and this made me to conclude in giving up with the marriage, one day I was browsing the Internet and i saw a post on how Dr ebhariagbe have helped people to enlarge their penis, and i contacted him and he told me that he will revive my family happiness again,at first I taught he was joking but I gave him a try,and he made herbal medicine and send it to me and told me within one week of using the product that my penis will be big,to my greatest surprise a week after using the product my penis was big and the happiness that was lost in my family was revived with the help of Dr ebhariagbe. If you have a similar case, you can contact him on his WhatsApp number +2349064310416 or visit his Instagram page via @dr_ebhariagbe…,

  • I started making my own salad dressings and they are SO much yummier and healthier than store bought! Like honey mustard dressing: olive oil, dijon mustard, a little honey, pressed garlic, and fresh lemon or apple cider vinegar. Delish!

  • I start my day with 2-3 fruits or veg. And some exercise. I find if I leave it til later it’s easy to make excuses. That way even if I don’t have a great, healthy day at least I did have a good start. And I always carry a piece of fruit with me so have no reason to get something out of a machine or the cake shop.

  • Great video content! Forgive me for chiming in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you thought about Pannmily Intellective Paramountcy (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a great one of a kind product for falling pregnant naturally without the hard work. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate at last got excellent results with it.

  • I eat spinach almost every day… I now have a 14mm kidney stone!! I try to balance my calcium to prevent this, but guess I’m just prone. So can you Really eat as much of your favorite veggie???

  • I hate the fact that you make money from the dairy and egg industries. When is the Happy Pear going to go vegan? The fact that you are businessmen first and vegans second surely has to end at some point. When are you (if ever) intending to go vegan. (At the moment you are NOT vegan because you make money from killing calves and chickens).

  • Thanks for sharing, Jordan! I’ve started incorporating a smoothie a day. Pineapple, blueberry, pomegranate juice, some ginger and lil honey with a whole cup of KALE. It masks the kale flavor so well and I’m getting more green!

  • I hate vegetables. I do love smoothies with them though. Which is what I want to do. Have my days worth of vitamins and veggies in a smoothie then having things like salads for the rest of the day. I also sadly hate the taste of grilled food in general. Especially chicken. So instead I bake lightly breaded chicken tenders and chop them up and put them in a healthy salad. I’m also gonna focus on fitness too which for me someone extremely picky will simply have to do more than the normal person.

  • I get organic boxes of fruits and veg delivered every 2 to 3 weeks and it’s amazing. The produce is so much sweeter and flavourful than the supermarket one! I also buy loads of frozen produce as it’s cheaper and lasts longer. I love your channel and have been watching you for the past 2 years. You have been a great inspiration to going vegan 1 year ago. Love from a vegan Romanian in Prague:)

  • I absolutely love cauliflower(my favourite vegetable), potatoes, tomatoes, okra, green beans, Malabar spinach, pumpkins, sweet potatoes, cucumbers, ivy gourd, cabbage, brinjals, plantains, tender jackfruit, capsicums, kohlrabi etc. I can’t imagine my life without them. I think the reason why some people don’t like vegetables is because they don’t prepare and season them properly. When prepared in a right way, veggies can be really delicious. Sometimes in my home,we season the veggies with salt and coat them with semolina ( we add a little bit of salt and some red chilli powder to semolina ) and pan fry them with little bit of oil until crispy. It is one of my favourite ways to eat vegetables( This method doesn’t work for all veggies). Soups are great too. If you eat fried rice or pasta, add generous amount Vegetables to it. Vegetables can taste great but you should never judge them by their texture.

  • I am 12 and if I’m being honest I hate fruit and vegetables. I’m not overweight at all but I don’t eat healthy I just have a fast motabalism (sorry if that’s spelt wrong). I want to have a healthy equal balanced diet hit I don’t like the foods so I don’t know how I’m going to change it. Any tips?

  • When I was trying to get myself to eat more veg I would find I’d only stick to a handful of types. To finally get myself to retry foods that I previously wouldn’t have reached for, I tried cooking them in a different way (e.g. grilling courgette) and that really helped my diversify what I was eating and open up more options Lucy, London

  • I remember from A&P that excessive heat or pressure denature proteins and enzymes, but, I never thought of that in terms of enzymes I was eating. Really good thought!

  • Putting different fruit and greens in a smoothie helps me a lot, especially if I have days when I can barely eat something.
Also, developing my own recipes helps tremendously. It adds a fun factor and helps my imagination a lot

  • Broccoli salad made with nutritional yeast and blended soaked cashews, paprika, salt pepper, mixed through or on top. Vegan delight

  • And also if you are struggling with the veggies, stop going full veggie!!! A massive soggy aubergine topped with some pathetic lettuce leaves isn’t going to please anyone so make it fun, make it colourful, incorporate veg into your meals instead of plonking them on the side, make use of all the amazing herbs and spices on offer, learn the basics of the 6 flavours and how to compliment them… Go for it

  • I’m loving dips at the minute using Apple as a scoop for your date caramel, or celery and carrot for hummus. Another great way for kids, that let’s be real still gets me excited, is going to the market and choosing something new and unusual

  • I just went to our local farmers market for the first time and it was so much fresher tastier and cheaper than supermarkets so this is my tip go to your local farmers market and stock up on fresh produce there before buying anything else. Or at least buy fresh produce at the shop before anything else with your grocery budget.
We also do smoothies and now juicing as well and that helps in our household.

  • Love it!! I like to eat baked fruit in the fall and winter. I throw my apples and pears in the oven sprinkled in cinnamon and cardomom. Zucchini noodles are fun! I also batch chop and cook a bunch of veggies weekly. Tonight, my mom and I cut up a bunch of veggies and made kale chips, roasted carrots, squash, sautéed cauliflower rice, and made some quinoa in the instapot and steamed potatoes in the instapot as well. Now, I’m stocked for the week! Also avocados (mashed with lemon juice and S&P) are my BFFjust wish they were grown locally and didn’t have to be imported.

  • Great video. I have always loved my fruit and veggies. Just can’t get used to the taste of artichokes but any other veggie no worries. Regards from Australia

  • I hate 90 percent of vegetables. Can’t stand beets, olives, brussel sprouts, peas, baked beans, coleslaw and the list goes on . Now I can eat any type of meat, fruit and I love carbs!

  • My parents have often made and served even forced me and my brother to eat vegetables (fruits have never been much of a problem, most I like some I don’t) but I just don’t like them, I do not like the taste and sometimes the consistency. The funny thing is i do like well even love some vegetable soups and some (like carrots, tomatoes and cucumber) raw, though I don’t find them the best and therefore don’t reach for them very often. Besides the soup I don’t really like vegetables though, which annoys me cause I want to like them and I want to eat them and live a healthier lifestyle, it’s just very hard. I Especially don’t like them roasted My mother once said she doesn’t understand how I can’t love them because she loves them so much and can’t relate and honestly I feel the same way, how come I dislike the so much and find them so bad tasting when others like them so much and some even on the level of candy

  • I never heard of salad cutters! I use a sharp knife and I think I can cut them much smaller with a knife. Another nice touch is shred carrots finely with a food processor.

  • Eat a potato, because it’s a potato, not because it’s smothered in animal-based butter and sour cream. I love plain potatoes right out of the oven or the steamer. Doctoring them with non animal-based products is nice to however just plain is fine with me. Mommy Tang actually talked about this at one point.

  • wow can you imagine have an identical whom you love and who supports you and you get along well with and enjoys the same things in life you do?

  • I eat 3 meals a day and try not to eat anything in between. And when something then some vegetable or fruit. My meal is roughly 1/2 vegetables, 1/4 carbs and 1/4 proteins. I have to minimise simple sugars which means no sweetened drinks, no sugar, but also no orange juice. And just about two handfuls of fruit daily. But basically I eat all I like, just not all the time, only like a treat. ATM that’s ice-cream.

  • They do not agree with me. After eating vegies they ferment in my tummy and my IBS gets worse. The only food that agrees with me is fat, water, and salt.

  • What is Penlargerem System? Does it work? I hear many people increase their size when erections with this popular natural male enhancement.

  • Thank you so much! I’m currently on a very bad diet! I tend to snack a lot and have quite a sweet tooth. I don’t eat enough vegetables. I just told myself one day that I should just start but I couldn’t bring myself to do it and went back to my bad diet. I’m starting slow with fruits and yogurts. I’m going to try the smoothie tip. I think mentality is everything so I’m going to go in feeling good. I’m incredibly picky and allergic (mildly) to certain ones. Any tips on a good starter green vegetable?

  • You guys are really good plant based influencers! Keep it up! Btw please make more videos on veganized Filipino food! Im a vegan Filipino and i miss eating traditional foods like Longonisa, Adobo, minudo, bbq, pinakbet, and aros caldo and more! Thanks a lot guys and again you guys are awesome!

  • My favorite veggie is broccoli.
I used to despise peas. But I had only tried canned peas, which taste nothing like fresh or frozen. To be able to eat canned peas it had to be blended in to a creamy soup. I now eat pea pods like chips, and frozen peas as pesto, dip, and in soups.

  • Kinda confused! I thought tons of this items were a no go on keto. Do these veggies and hummus and beans not knock you out of ketosis?

  • Great video content! Apologies for the intrusion, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you heard about Tarbbatigan Complete Unit Tip (just google it)? It is a great one off product for learning how to get pregnant naturally minus the hard work. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate at very last got cool success with it.

  • Love your work and your energy, guys! For lunch I always prepare a (whole meal) wrap with homemade humus, avocado (with some salt, black pepper and garlic powder) and any kind of lettuce or spinach and for the extra flavor I add pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, and sundried tomatoes making all my colleagues jealous…. I feel so healthy and happy eating this!

  • Seems to me like a fake doc well heat kills speed thrills? I disagree sir…. I live in a city where normal temp is 41 to 45 degrees in sumers mostly and we work whole day most of the time in heat as i am in a construction business… Guess what its been 6 years of my marrige and i have 3 kids 2 boys n a girl:) i dont excersive cuz i dont have that much time. • Nutritional yeast works good 4 me…cant eat cheese, so the yeast is plenty tasty.
Kale is easy to grow…tender small leaves are so easy to chew or blend. GROW YOUR OWN.
    Thanks doctor Berg…big help!!!

  • I personally don’t really like fruit that much unless it’s blended up in a smoothie. The way I integrate more veggies is by fillers, instead of eating plain white rice, eat fried rice with veggies mixed in, then a next step is fried cauliflower rice. Or you can sneak veggies into hummus, you can sneak peppers, raw onion, garlic, cucumbers, etc. If you don’t like a veggie or fruit too much then just blend it or throw it in the food processor. Or sauces you can always sneak a blended veggie into a sauce. Also soups are usually good, sure the nutrition might diminish but it’s better than nothing and a good way to start.

I think it’s mostly just experience, you figure out what you like and how to integrate them into your diet, and you pick up little tricks along the way.

For instance a staple for me is sweet potato wedges with hummus, but my hummus may have veggie filler in it, which help bulks it up, but also adds those raw veggies. So I get the sweet potato and I get beans, and I get other veggies. That is a fairly complete meal IMO. You could also through in some ground flax seed into the hummus. A lot of vegan cheeses use cashews, and carrots, etc. So I think sauces are a good way of getting more veggies in. Stir fries, fried rice, soup…

  • It assisted me conquer a big fertility complication at the age of forty-four. My period delay made me truly glad. • This has helped me enormously: This year I subscribed to a weekly vegetable ration from an organic vegetable garden by three awesome gardeners that I know. Sometimes I join for the harvest. Getting these vegetables grown with love by people that I know, makes them so much more precious. They taste better and I do not want to waste any of the beautiful produce. So I eat a lot more vegetables!

  • i’ve honestly disliked vegetables ever since i was a child:(( i think it’s because the way my family cooks vegetables made me dislike them. but one day my mom made this delicious rich, creamy broccoli soup and it gave me the idea of making homemade soups to incorporate vegetables into my diet and it’s worked really well!

  • I make sure that my main meal for the day contains at least 2-3 vegetables minimum and also that I have 2 vegetables or more at lunch time. I also usually eat fruit throughout the day starting with a banana after breakfast then a bit of fruit as mid morning snack and at least 2 bits of fruit at lunch time and 2 after my main meal. I don’t just eat bananas it includes apples, oranges, pears, plums, berries, peaches, grapes, avocado and my vegetables includes a mixture of raw and cooked. But I also eat seed’s, grains and legumes and drink plant based milks and I love my tea and coffee.

  • You are one of the happiest person I’ve ever seen your are just so I can energetic and enthusiastic about videos and just seem so happy in all your videos.:)

  • Excellent Video clip! Forgive me for butting in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you heard the talk about Dinanlinson Snow White Approach (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a good one of a kind guide for learning how to last longer in bed without the normal expense. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my friend at last got excellent success with it.

  • I like vegtabels like carrots tomatoes cucumbers salad leafs and many more but the problem is my mother cooks them in arabic recipes if I tell her she says just don’t eat it and get it for breakfast tomorrow! When I tell her to cook them I other style she says it tastes not good when we get food at school it’s good t

  • I love that you guys never force veganism down people’s throats, and you instead influence people to eat more vegetables/ plant based/ healthy meals. That’s how I like to approach it, and people respond better to that.

And a way to eat more veggies is try to make your food more colourful (and I try to always have something green, even if it’s just some wilted spinach). If your plant based meal is more colourful then you probably have a range of good vegetables with different nutrients!:)

  • Most of the world has vegetables for breakfast and are healthier than the country’s that don’t. I have been trying to do this myself.

  • Watching your chanel makes being a vegan so much easier for me! Thankyou so much for all your videos, super cool! My motivation for eating veggies is that I can eat as much as a want haha:)

  • How does one deal with multiple diets for various conditions, and make the limited foods varied and interesting?
We are on such complicated eating regime, By the time foods are eliminated, there is very little left to eat.
Candida diet+anti inflammatory/ anti histamine/low oxalates diets+ vegan+ gluten, grain and dairy free. No legumes, nightshades, cruciferous ( thyroid issues), keto ( carrots, peas, beets & sweet potatoes are out )
and we are sick of bone broth and cucumbers. Any ideas on making those more interesting are welcome.

  • Question how much vegetables should we eat daily?
Also I dont understand why cooking a vegetable would “kill” or deplete the nutrients. Please explain.
I prefer steamed broccoli to raw.
Based on what you said this would “kill” it?????

  • A tip I once heard on eating getting you to eat more fruit is to prep it before hand. Like slicing up a few apples and oranges. It helps make it feel more convenient.

  • I’m fucking 18 and I gag everytime i try to eat fruits or vegetables it’s embarrassing going to a restaurant and asking for stuff without the vegetables

  • That is so funny DR BERG i cut up my lettuce just like you and i love paul newman salad dressing too and this is a great video your sharing great ideas on the RECIPES i love the melted cheese one myself thank you

  • Don’t get hung up on organic if it’s not in your budget (ducking behind my hybrid car as you all throw rotten organic tomatoes at me!) Organic is a lovely ideal but it’s more important to get an abundance of produce in your diet regardless. Just my usually unpopular opinion.

  • How can Kale Shakes be a primal way to eat? I don’t think humans were designed to drink and eat so many veggies in a day and the anti-nutrients like Oxalates and Phytate in many plant based foods could actually be detrimental to your health especially if you have leaky gut or digestive issues. I am not a carnivore and eat low oxalate salads with Romaine Lettuce base, but I just cannot get on board with blended veggie smoothies. It can be detrimental for some people.

  • Since last one year I’ve been using my laptop on my lap for couple of hours every day and since then only I have observed the premature ejaculation. Is my PE problem due to the laptop I use on my Lap, Dr can you please answer?

  • When considering eating healthy, you must never fall victim to modern fad diet plans. Extreme diets are a threat for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your everyday nutritional intake. Many of these fad diets work for a short period of time and then the benefits decrease after a while. You should check out Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine since it is not just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • Since I was about 4 I convinced my self that vegetables and fruit were disgusting and horrible so now no matter how hard I try I can’t swallow them

  • I started making my own salad dressings and they are SO much yummier and healthier than store bought! Like honey mustard dressing: olive oil, dijon mustard, a little honey, pressed garlic, and fresh lemon or apple cider vinegar. Delish!

  • My moto has been to keep food simple and easy to prepare, your recipes are great for that. My top tip is to freeze grapes and eat when a craving occurs, although I know longer feel hunger or hungry the way I used to. I try to follow WFPB no oil. Keep the great videos coming. I have taken such inspiration from you guys, thanks.

  • I am gonna say it. If I met Dr Berg I would never suspect he is Keto because he looks like a unhealthy Vegan just from a physical appearance perspective. Heck has anyone seen him eat a steak? I think one of the reason people who eat so much plants sometimes look unhealthy is because plants also have toxins and antinutrients as natural defense mechanisms. We do not have the digestive system of cows to eat infinite amount of plants.

  • How about a nice Cauliflower Mac and Cheese

    1. Sling some chopped onion, garlic, and/or ginger into a hot pan with butter/olive oil, add salt/pepper, cook until onions translucent

Add any uncooked meat into the pan now to let it cook (chicken that’s been marinating in a creamy pesto sauce would be excellent)

    2. Add a good handful of cauliflower florets to the pan, this is essentially the replacement for the pasta
Add additional veggies (mushrooms, peppers, broccoli, etc)
Add seasonings, whatever you want works, turmeric recommended for colour
Cover pan to let cook, mixing regularly to let veggies cook evenly (I sometimes add 1 or 2 ice cubes to help steam the veggies and so I don’t flood the pan with too much water)

    3. Add a nice glob of cream cheese mix well into the pan until melted
Add about a half cup of 10-18% cream mix well
(Add some pesto as a not-so secret ingredient as well)

Add any precooked meat here (Bacon and/or sausages highly recommended!) As well as add some shredded cheese into the dish, mix well

    4. Once done add to an oven safe dish cover with another nice layer of cheese (mozzarella, parmasen, cheddar, etc)
Set in oven to broil on high until cheese is melted or golden.

Top with some Parsley or Cilantro!

    5. Enjoy!

  • Nutritional yeast works good 4 me…cant eat cheese, so the yeast is plenty tasty.
Kale is easy to grow…tender small leaves are so easy to chew or blend. GROW YOUR OWN.
    Thanks doctor Berg…big help!!!

  • Yeah. I just had a veggie burger. It wasn’t fun. But I’m going to try the rest of your tips. I’m really trying to eat healthy again. Currently I’m also feeling a lot of nervous energy from detoxing off sodas and sugar. It’s been two weeks but if I can make it longer and live healthier, it’ll be worth it. Thanks for being on YouTube!

  • Sir im from Bangladesh i Got madre befor 10 years bat not in bebey i have ajospramia my wife is good hes not problem naw ican need to beby hawcan i tratman

  • Question how much vegetables should we eat daily?
Also I dont understand why cooking a vegetable would “kill” or deplete the nutrients. Please explain.
I prefer steamed broccoli to raw.
Based on what you said this would “kill” it?????

  • I read loads of superb opinions on the internet about how Penlargerem System can assist you get more intense erections with natural ways. Has anybody tried using this popular natural male enhancement?

  • Okay but like… would you be able to get 5 servings (or maybe 2-3) from a smoothie? getting 5 servings of vegetables is difficult in my household due to being from an unhealthy home and my mother basically likes none of it, I want to actually eat healthier

  • I have IBS supposed so I did some veggie gassy and irritate my tummy..plus have to watch carbs diabetes and I am.overweiggt. also too much fruit is I am diabetes and have to be careful.

  • You dudes are absolute plant based legends. Favourite recipe videos online and hands down biggest role models for successful community building. Thanks for the tips and all your hard work!

  • Ok I’m probably gonna piss you off a bit and I’m sorry. But everything you said is completely impossible for so many people. The texture the taste the smell. It goes in hand with even most fruits. I am on a journey. I struggle with ibs. My whole life my family would try to get me to eat vegetables and fruits and I throw them up. In smoothies, hidden in ways like cauliflower mash potatoes or banana pancakes. I can’t stand them. And I’ve met so many others that struggle with this too and end up suffering because they aren’t able to get the nutrients they need. The only solution is to hide the vegetables in a way we don’t know of yet. Cook these health foods into safe foods. Idk how but I’m gonna find a way. Its completely debilitating to feel like there’s no way to be healthy and everyone recommends the same things that don’t work. I thank you for trying to help but the problem is so much bigger than cooking vegetables in a tastier way or hiding them in a smoothie when most people that can’t eat vegetables can’t drink smoothies either bc of the texture.

  • Love the ideas! At home when I don’t have time (or when I’m lazy) I go for smoothies! I throw everything in there carrot, apple, banana, spinach, oats, chia seed, orange juice or plant based milk!

  • I love your videos!!!!
I’ve always loved fruit and vegetables. My fav as a kid was lima beans. I used to eat tomatoes like apples. Any fruit or vegetable I devour! ❤️❤️

  • I always gag when I eat them… I’m 18.
    That’s is not good
I try them ALL the time. Yet, it still grossed me out…
It’s so annoying and I really just want to lose weight. But how can I when I hate eating them

  • I’m very picky I haven’t been able to find myself eating fruits or vegetables meats and drink that’s carbonated but that’s a good thing usually when I drink soda it stings my tongue and I’m not a fan of thag

  • I despise the taste and texture of veggies, cauliflower makes me gag just thinking of it, but I’ve never tried doing other things with them this was very helpful

  • i love veggies but this was a really good video. i watched it out of curiousity. my favorite veggies are broccoli, asparagus, and brussel sprouts. im not fond of blueberries either. i will eat them in smoothies, muffins, or pancakes but I dont find them snack worthy

  • In the fall and winter season stews are the best way to eat more veg! and in Romania we have loads of ciorba types [which are basically soups but richer], if you try to make a vegan/vegetarian version of any ciorba you’ll get a lot of vegies from one scoup!

  • Thank you so much for this video. I’m so glad I found your channel! Please do a video on the the cream sauce from cauliflower. I appreciate the help, as I’ve been watching past videos and look forward to those in the future. ❤

  • Im a 32 year old man and ive never liked veg apart from potates, funny thing is i like certain soups and theres mixed veg in that but ive never liked the taste of veg in my mouth

  • I love having a smoothie with breakfast in the morning, recently changed it up and started having a green one with spinach, more veg!!

  • Is it me or is the volume in Dr Berg’s video very low?? I can hardly hear him. I’ve increased the volume on my comp but it is still inaudible.

(i do like smoothies)

  • Hi! I ran across your video after I posted a similar video on how to eat more vegetables & love it! Love running across fellow dietitians spreading the word on gentle nutrition:)

  • For me vegetables and fruit are disgusting. For example if someone dropped an apple on the floor and squashed it or a pea I would gag. I keep on making false promises to myself… when does it stop? When will I be a normal eater?

  • It still surprise me, how some people are not aware about Custokebon Secrets, although a lot of people get good result because of it. Thanks to my cooworker who told me about Custokebon Secrets, I have lost a lot of weight by using it without starving myself.

  • great stuff. simple ways! I follow this easily because I love fruit and I love how I feel when I eat whole food. It’s my kids and husband I struggle with.

  • This is great content! This is the kind of practical inspiration we need more often. Right on so many points. In particular, it resonated with me that food tastes better when you are actually hungry. If it’s “meal time” and you’re not really feeling you have an appetite, hold off. It’s also why I like doing some moderate fasting; helps me appreciate the food I eat and to eat for health, not for recreation.

  • You’re the best!! Great video!! I keep fresh fruits and veggies out where I can see them and plenty of frozen ones in standby! Keep up the community building because you inspire so many!! ✌❤️

  • For me vegetables and fruit are disgusting. For example if someone dropped an apple on the floor and squashed it or a pea I would gag. I keep on making false promises to myself… when does it stop? When will I be a normal eater?

  • I have an easier time eating veggies than fruit. Unless I was eating raw, that’s another story. But I love playing with flavors, so I just throw veggies together and play with it.

  • Hello there, have you considered Penlargerem System yet? Just simply do a search engine search. On there you’ll discover a great tips about how exactly you can get more intense erections by using natural ways. Why not give it a shot? perhaps it is going to work for you too.

  • I tried the greens in the smoothie and I’m living for it. It adds extra flavor and you’re right you wouldn’t know I add more and more veggies everytime thank you

  • Yeah. I just had a veggie burger. It wasn’t fun. But I’m going to try the rest of your tips. I’m really trying to eat healthy again. Thanks for being on YouTube!

  • Thank you so much for this video. I’m so glad I found your channel! Please do a video on the the cream sauce from cauliflower. I appreciate the help, as I’ve been watching past videos and look forward to those in the future. ❤

  • This was great and super encouraging! My trick is to eat greens as much as possible. I find that if my focus is on how to incorporate greens into a meal, then the rest of the meal automatically seems to become more veg-heavy. It also crowds out other less healthy foods if you use leafy greens as a base for whatever bowl you’re making or a filler for wraps, etc. Greens for the win!

  • Can you do a video with faux meat recipes? I’ve heard really good reviews about the Gardein faux meat products. Would love to see what ideas you have!

  • I’m loving dips at the minute using Apple as a scoop for your date caramel, or celery and carrot for hummus. Another great way for kids, that let’s be real still gets me excited, is going to the market and choosing something new and unusual

  • My parents/aunties or any grown up in my family would force me to eat vegetables and I once puked in a cup and yeah I don’t know why I hate them I need helllpp I don’t wanna have diabetes

  • Thanks for the tips, I hope I can continuously get better! I dont like any veggies all that much other than carrots/celery (and of course onion) so hopefully I’m just cooking all the others wrong haha. Some are just okay but I dislike most.. i think cutting them smaller will help me!!

You have beautiful eyes by the way!!!:)

  • Great tips Jordan. We had a couple of veggie wins with our kids in the past. Blended carrots in the pasta sauce went down very well, and we found that ours loved some greens in batter especially if they were allowed to dip the greens in the batter themselves. Think I’ll get more into prepping those veggies, thanks!

  • Can you do a video with faux meat recipes? I’ve heard really good reviews about the Gardein faux meat products. Would love to see what ideas you have!

  • Thought I had heard it all but you guys have come up with some excellent tips some of which I have not considered before so thank you. Excellent tips indeed

  • My coworker is eats exactly like you used to, the way you described it at the beginning of this video. She’s really difficult to take out, invite over or have lunch with. I have always wondered the cause for this limited style of eating. If you were to analyze it, what would you attributed to? I’m really curious!

  • Great point about how many of us have been served vegetables that were overcooked (their color changes can indicate that before we even feel the texture). That’s common in many diners and chain restaurants. I don’t like boiled vegetables (except corn), but roasted is doable. So is lightly stir-fried. The best carrots and squash I ever tasted were prepared in a Thai restaurant. I still eat vegetables mostly raw, and I make lazy-day gazpacho with tomato juice, minced cucumbers and bell pepper, garlic, and fresh salsa (from a tub, not jar).

  • Okay but like… would you be able to get 5 servings (or maybe 2-3) from a smoothie? getting 5 servings of vegetables is difficult in my household due to being from an unhealthy home and my mother basically likes none of it, I want to actually eat healthier

  • Always in my tomatoe sauce I add minced up veggies to hide them from my kids. Onions garlic carrots peppers celery and spinach I just throw it all in my food processor.

  • I was diagnosed of herpes virus and i have tried all I can to get cured but all to no avail until I saw a post in a health forum about an herbal doctor who prepare herbal medications to cure all kind of diseases including herpes virus, at first I doubted if it was real but decided to give it a try, when I contacted this Dr via his email [email protected] com and he prepared a herpes herbal cure and sent it to me via UPS delivery company service, when I received this herbal medicine, he gave me step by direction on how to apply it, after applying the way I was instructed,I was totally cured of this virus called herpes, all thanks to Dr Ozuka contact this great herbal doctor via his email [email protected] com or call or WhatsApp him on his mobile number +2348132172660..

  • Challenge accepted!! My absolute favorite vegetable is sweet potatoes. The way that I incorporate more vegetables is either in smoothies, adding fresh herbs to dishes, or just adding different vegetables to your favorite dishes like you mentioned as well

  • We usually rotate between green beans, broccoli, or some type of stir fry veggie. I would love this summer, especially with the farmers market opening back up to not be afraid to buy veggies like eggplant, kale, and other in season things, even if it’s just one piece at a time lol. Thanks for the tips!

  • Finely chopping up a bunch of colourful veggies I have on hand, adding pumpkin seeds and scoops of hummus and salsa, and stirring that all up for lunch in a big mixing bowl. Pretty to look at, delicious and nutritious! <3

  • Wear boxer shorts. They’re more loose-fitting ergo a guy can stay “cooler”. Be careful on the coffee, try to go with decaf. I’ve read that excessive caffeine can reduce a guy’s count and motility.

It is an awesome one of a kind product for learning how to get pregnant naturally minus the hard work. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my friend after a lifetime of fighting got excellent results with it.

  • I despise the taste and texture of veggies, cauliflower makes me gag just thinking of it, but I’ve never tried doing other things with them this was very helpful

  • Bruh I hate vegetables, i can only eat potatoes and lettuce and celery but thats about it. Like I am a really picky too. But disguising vegetables sound good. But like I see people eat salad everywhere and when I tried it with ranch my breathe smelled so bad. But i know taking gummies for certain stuff doesn’t help. I never liked vegies my whole life and i can never understand why, and makes me sad. Sooo… i highly doubt u read dis but lady i got problems.

Many of these fad diets work for a short period of time and then the benefits decrease after a while. You should check out Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine since it is not just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • To eat more fruit and veg… buy more fruit and veg! I find that what I do have at home, I’m more likely to eat… and then I go for the colour thing: If we have a chickpea curry, I look at it and try to add as many other colours (red peppers or tomatoes, orange peppers or carrots, broccoli or spinach…) as I can find. So tasty, too.

  • Going through cancer treatments for the past 8 months, I have eaten mostly fruit and vegetables, as many things tasted of nothing due to the chemotherapy drugs. I add onions and garlic to every type of savoury food, and lived on soups of veggies and lentils when nothing else tasted good! All summer, bowls of nectarines and blueberries and stewed eating apples with their skins on with fresh ginger, drinking lemon and fresh ginger tea. Here’s to fruit and veg!

  • That first tip really made me wake up. My sperm quality has reduced drastically this last year and I’ve been lying down all day with a laptop on my stomach in bed while doing my hospo cert.

  • Since I was about 4 I convinced my self that vegetables and fruit were disgusting and horrible so now no matter how hard I try I can’t swallow them

  • Im a 32 year old man and ive never liked veg apart from potates, funny thing is i like certain soups and theres mixed veg in that but ive never liked the taste of veg in my mouth

  • Whenever I feel like I’m lacking on veg making soups does the trick, especially in the more wintery weather. Also houmous is great for veggie snacking

  • Has anyone used the Penlargerem System to get permanent enlargement by using natural ways? Simply do a search engine search. On there you will discover an awesome guidelines about how you can get permanent enlargement with healthy ways. Why not give it a chance? maybe it’ll work for you too.

  • YESS! Plz share some recipes! I’m trying to lose weight, but I’m struggling to find food recipes and ones that I actually like… I really want to change, but that’s really hard when I gag even if I smell a vegetable.

  • This video was really helpful. I’m planning on trying to get 5+ fruit and veg into me each day this week, as plant-based diet doctors say that the current five a day is actually too low!! I have IBS that’s triggered by too much fruit and dried fruits, so it’ll definitely be veg heavy but I do want to increase my intake of fruit as well. Currently can’t eat it daily, but hoping to train my intestines to accept this! I’ve been Vegan for a year and has done wonders for my IBS.

  • Sir I have been Masturbating since Long time. Will this be a problem of male infertility…. I am still not married. If I give up this.. Can I be able to produce more semen or become a father must reply??

  • Recently we bought the Oxo Good Grips produce saver boxes for the fridge. Prep loads of veg for the week and they don’t go soft or go off and there is always raw veg to snack on or ready to cook with so no excuses that we are too tired to prep after a day at work. Also the same boxes with fruits and berries washed and ready to eat. It makes it easy for the kids when they open the fridge looking to snack to make good healthy choices.

  • Hey dudes, could you talk a bit about buying/eating organic fruit and veg? I’ve been finding it difficult as it’s harder to get a hold of and often wrapped in plastic packaging, unlike regular loose fruit (which baffles me).

  • If you’re looking for only clean ingredients and don’t have time to consume or buy multiple herbs, please try testboost.best I don’t usually comment but their product is of excellent quality.

  • What is the best product or brand to get more intense erections by using natural ways? I read lots of good reviews on the net about how Penlargerem System can assist you increase your size when erections with healthy ways. Has anyone tried this popular natural male enhancement?

  • Love your work and your energy, guys! For lunch I always prepare a (whole meal) wrap with homemade humus, avocado (with some salt, black pepper and garlic powder) and any kind of lettuce or spinach and for the extra flavor I add pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, and sundried tomatoes making all my colleagues jealous…. I feel so healthy and happy eating this!

  • A good tip is sometime after you’ve bought a bunch of veggies is to prep them all at once, so they’re washed, chopped and waiting in the fridge to be tossed into something. Yes, it still takes some motivation to prep them all at once, but for me, it’s way better than prepping every time I make a meal. And if I don’t have a meal that can easily incorporate veggies, I can just steam some with some seasoning as a side dish.

  • A tip I once heard on eating getting you to eat more fruit is to prep it before hand. Like slicing up a few apples and oranges. It helps make it feel more convenient.

  • Once a month, I buy a fruit or veggie that I haven’t tried before. And so far, I’ve been pleased with choices. I know it’s a vegetable, but who knew kohlrabi cut into sticks was really good with hummus? Also, try it in a new way….slice radishes on a pizza…gives a similar spiciness like pepperoni.

  • I can’t find a cheese sauce on your YouTube channel. Please if you can let me know where to find a keto one please. Thanks don’t want a unhealthy one.

  • Great veggie tips. I used to hate eating veggies, but they are necessary for my health. I tried eggplant and it doesn’t taste good by themselves, but they do taste good when they’re mixed with carbs…lol

  • Most of the world has vegetables for breakfast and are healthier than the country’s that don’t. I have been trying to do this myself.

  • Tomato, banana, eggs, vit C, vit D, Zinc, Lycopene. These are what I take consistently before test. Make sure to also sleep well and cool your balls with cold compress. My last test, total sperm count was 782.6 million. The doctor was so amazed, she even took a photo of my results.

  • Great video! I intermittent fast which as you said makes me hungry so if I have a smoothie or some vegetable soup I will think it is the best meal on Earth. Also I watch what the health over and over to gross myself out so I will eat more fruit and veg!!!!

  • Watching your chanel makes being a vegan so much easier for me! Thankyou so much for all your videos, super cool! My motivation for eating veggies is that I can eat as much as a want haha:)

  • I find cooked veggies better on sensitive tummy or IBS one need to keep a food dairy about which foods bother them too try and find out about for map.

  • Excellent Video clip! Forgive me for butting in, I am interested in your opinion. • Always in my tomatoe sauce I add minced up veggies to hide them from my kids. Onions garlic carrots peppers celery and spinach I just throw it all in my food processor.

  • Try faux mashed potatoes, made of cauliflower, great!

Bit of a tease, but I say “caul,” like the sack covering a fetus, ‘i’, as in ‘if’, and flower. You say “collie-flower.”

What do you call a cross between a cantaloupe and a collie?

    A: A ‘melon-collie baby.’

You’re too young to know the song, trust me, it was funny.

  • Eat the rainbow. As many colorful fruits and veggies as possible. And don’t make a salad out of them, it’s not fun. Make a burrito, a stir fry or any of the recipes from these guys. Tried some, they’re delicious.
Spice it up. Buy some exotic herbs and spices and try to make the same recipe with different ones. Nobody wants to eat plain broccoli.
Make it beautiful. Get a nice plate and plate your food like a chef. Garnish with some sesame (or other) seeds, cilantro, scallions or more herbs or spices.
Experiment with new veggies. Buy something you’ve never eaten before or eat rarely and incorporate them slowly.
Start slow and don’t be discouraged by occasional failure. Make a few tweaks here and there, don’t go ham cold turkey (HEhe) overnight 100% raw tree hugger.
Know your “WHY”. Make a list of all the reasons why you want to eat more plants, get specific and be honest. Maybe it’ll encourage you to research some more. Print it out with some pretty veggies and look at it when you’re feeling weak.
Find some support. Either in real life or online. There are local and global Facebook groups. I recommend http://challenge22.com. There’s a wonderful, positive, respectful, encouraging community and it’s organized as everyday challenges for 22 (or rather 22+) days. And Who Doesn’t Like Challenges.

It’s getting long so I’ll stop here, hope it helps anyone:D

  • Kinda confused! I thought tons of this items were a no go on keto. Do these veggies and hummus and beans not knock you out of ketosis?

  • Whenever I feel like I’m lacking on veg making soups does the trick, especially in the more wintery weather. Also houmous is great for veggie snacking

  • I recently slid off the bandwagon, but am getting myself back on again by watching more of these encouraging videos…thanks, guys! The seasons are slowly changing here in the US, so I’m looking forward to more hearty veg meals coming soon.:)

  • Okay I get that these tips probably are good but I don’t like roasted vegetables or I couldn’t just disguise them bc you can still taste it

  • I love having a smoothie with breakfast in the morning, recently changed it up and started having a green one with spinach, more veg!!

  • Great video! I intermittent fast which as you said makes me hungry so if I have a smoothie or some vegetable soup I will think it is the best meal on Earth. Also I watch what the health over and over to gross myself out so I will eat more fruit and veg!!!!

  • Hey dudes, could you talk a bit about buying/eating organic fruit and veg? I’ve been finding it difficult as it’s harder to get a hold of and often wrapped in plastic packaging, unlike regular loose fruit (which baffles me).

  • I love making mashed cauliflower with heavy cream and parmesan cheese. It taste just like potatoes without the unwanted extra carbs.

  • Where to get good mango’s here lads? I lived in Australia for a bit and over there they’re are fat and juicy, flavour is amazing, here they seem to be hard and no flavour, hard to ripen.

  • Newman’s ranch dressing is mostly soybean oil, with added sugar. I thought Berg hates soybean oil and sugar. How could a very low-grade, cheap dressing like that be something Berg approves of, when he is so very strict about good fats and bad fats (soybean oil! Canola oil!)?

  • I need help pls
I am 32 used to musterbate but in last week i musterbate when sperm come out it comes in vary slow motion
    Is it problem

  • My body won’t allow me to consume ANY fruit except raspberries & blackberries. Carrots, parsnips, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and similar veggies etc. are also off limits. I would be living in the bathroom if I consumed ANY amount of ANY sugar alcohols. Pepper? You mean that hot stuff? I can’t even touch it to my lips without it burning me for an hour.

I don’t “grill” veggies. We used to have an indoor fireplace but no longer do, and I’ll be flipped if I’m going outside during the summer any more than absolutely necessary.

    I guess it’s a good thing I don’t get bored easily.

  • I can’t find a cheese sauce on your YouTube channel. Please if you can let me know where to find a keto one please. Thanks don’t want a unhealthy one.

  • They do not agree with me. After eating vegies they ferment in my tummy and my IBS gets worse. The only food that agrees with me is fat, water, and salt.

  • Great video. I have always loved my fruit and veggies. Just can’t get used to the taste of artichokes but any other veggie no worries. Regards from Australia

  • What is the best product or brand to get more intense erections by using natural ways? I read lots of good reviews on the net about how Penlargerem System can assist you increase your size when erections with healthy ways. Has anyone tried this popular natural male enhancement?

  • How is it possible to add all these vegetables each day and stay within 20 grams of carbs? My carb counter app displays 3 carbs for just 1 3/4 cups of Romaine. Add a few slices of cucumber, green pepper, a small amount of cheese, small bit of a tomato and half an avocado, I am already over 12 grams. That doesn’t include anything else like eggs, full cream, a little greek yogurt that might be eaten with the salad. Then if I eat two meals I am closer to 35 to 40 grams of carbs.

  • I will never understand why people need to make Raw vegetables taste better, when they already taste great.
Most of the time I don’t even bother with any dressing. Just take variety of different greens, cucumber, tomato, broccoli and eat it raw with my meat or fish. Every vegetable have different flavior, sweetness, sourness, tartness and texture I love to eat different one after another. When you eat salad it feels like you eating one thing, when you eat them one piece at the time it feels like 6 different meals.

  • i hate vegetables and even some fruits. if theres a piece of tomato on my pizza i wont eat it. i really wanna live healthier but i just cant. i dont even want to try them. hell, i dont eat anything besides pizza, pasta and stuff like that. i really dont wanna do that anymore, does anyone have tips for me? (i do like smoothies)

  • Try faux mashed potatoes, made of cauliflower, great!

Bit of a tease, but I say “caul,” like the sack covering a fetus, ‘i’, as in ‘if’, and flower. You say “collie-flower.”

  • My parents/aunties or any grown up in my family would force me to eat vegetables and I once puked in a cup and yeah I don’t know why I hate them I need helllpp I don’t wanna have diabetes

  • Sir I have been Masturbating since Long time. Will this be a problem of male infertility…. I am still not married. If I give up this.. Can I be able to produce more semen or become a father must reply??

  • You left out my favorite way: partially cook in a frying pan with bacon fat, then salt and pepper. Mmmmmmm. I can eat pounds of veggies that way.

  • You dudes are absolute plant based legends. Favourite recipe videos online and hands down biggest role models for successful community building. Thanks for the tips and all your hard work!

  • Well I wonder if I’ll ever enjoy eating again. I changed my diet to mainly vegetables/fruits/nuts/rice etc and vegan, but eating vegetables is a challenge for me. I don’t dislike them but once I start eating I get nausea and just scarf it down to get over with it. I tried different ways but it keeps tasting the same. It drives me crazy. No sugar, no flour, no nothing… anything that tasts good I had to cut out of my life. And now it feels like even the last little spark for food is gone, too. Id prefer to not eat anymore vs forcing myself to scarf down these damn vegetables…

  • Where to get good mango’s here lads? I lived in Australia for a bit and over there they’re are fat and juicy, flavour is amazing, here they seem to be hard and no flavour, hard to ripen.

  • I have the same problem with eggplant!! Broccoli is my go to vegetable. Also, when I first started eating kale I made a kale pesto and you can hardly taste that its there with all of the other flavors but now love eating it in salads or soups.

  • You left out my favorite way: partially cook in a frying pan with bacon fat, then salt and pepper. Mmmmmmm. I can eat pounds of veggies that way.

  • I eat spinach almost every day… I now have a 14mm kidney stone!! I try to balance my calcium to prevent this, but guess I’m just prone. So can you Really eat as much of your favorite veggie???

  • Its still amaze me just how some people have no idea about Penlargerem System even though lots of people get permanent enlargement using it. Thanks to my personal buddy who told me about it. I have get permanent enlargement with natural ways.

  • This video was really helpful. I’m planning on trying to get 5+ fruit and veg into me each day this week, as plant-based diet doctors say that the current five a day is actually too low!! Currently can’t eat it daily, but hoping to train my intestines to accept this! I’ve been Vegan for a year and has done wonders for my IBS.

  • Love the ideas! At home when I don’t have time (or when I’m lazy) I go for smoothies! I throw everything in there carrot, apple, banana, spinach, oats, chia seed, orange juice or plant based milk!

  • Recently we bought the Oxo Good Grips produce saver boxes for the fridge. Prep loads of veg for the week and they don’t go soft or go off and there is always raw veg to snack on or ready to cook with so no excuses that we are too tired to prep after a day at work. • Appreciate Video clip! Excuse me for chiming in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you ever tried Dinanlinson Building Athlete Approach (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a great exclusive product for getting fit by mastering short burst interval training without the headache. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my mate at very last got amazing results with it.

  • I thought u can’t have fruit.? I came from plant based eating but noticed my insulin levels high. So I ran into your videos. I went to low carb. Still noticing numbers higher in morning (fasting). And better during day. So large salads and greens not hard for me to eat just getting fats. I was use to high carb low fat. So I was trying to figure out this way of eating

  • I find overnight oats is always a good way to increase the fruit intake, just plonk what you have in it. Apples, sultanas, bananas. The list is endless. soak them in orange juice instead of milk or yogurt increases it even further.

  • I’m very picky I haven’t been able to find myself eating fruits or vegetables meats and drink that’s carbonated but that’s a good thing usually when I drink soda it stings my tongue and I’m not a fan of thag

  • Lovely Video! Excuse me for chiming in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you thought about Dinanlinson Building Athlete Approach (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a smashing one off product for getting fit by mastering short burst interval training without the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my close friend Aubrey at last got cool success with it.

  • It’s texture more than taste for me, but it’s taste as well for things like cruciferous vegetables. I would know there is kale in a smoothie because it’s bitter and takes over. It’s like chewing aspirin.

  • 1:13 Okay here goes nothing…
“You SUCK vegetables. NO ONE LIKES YOU. Nothing about you is appetizing. You shouldn’t even show your face around here. Gross!”

  • Thanks for sharing, Jordan! I’ve started incorporating a smoothie a day. Pineapple, blueberry, pomegranate juice, some ginger and lil honey with a whole cup of KALE. It masks the kale flavor so well and I’m getting more green!

  • If you’re looking for only clean ingredients and don’t have time to consume or buy multiple herbs, please try testboost.best I don’t usually comment but their product is of excellent quality.

  • I put broccoli in my berry smoothie and it tasted bad becuz I added too much banana and I dont like it that much but I didnt taste the broccoli

  • I’m fucking 18 and I gag everytime i try to eat fruits or vegetables it’s embarrassing going to a restaurant and asking for stuff without the vegetables

  • I never heard of salad cutters! I use a sharp knife and I think I can cut them much smaller with a knife. Another nice touch is shred carrots finely with a food processor.

  • I remember from A&P that excessive heat or pressure denature proteins and enzymes, but, I never thought of that in terms of enzymes I was eating. Really good thought!

  • I have been reading the comments and realized that so many are confused with this video.
    Check the date.

  • I pretty much want to thank you. As a longtime fruit & vegetable hater, I was really missing out on nutrients. Your tips worked very, very well. Apparently, it was the mushy taste & texture of those steamed veggies & icy cold fruit, that was the problem all along.

  • In the fall and winter season stews are the best way to eat more veg! and in Romania we have loads of ciorba types [which are basically soups but richer], if you try to make a vegan/vegetarian version of any ciorba you’ll get a lot of vegies from one scoup!

  • Dear Doctor Berg! do you know how much grams there is in a cup? I always eat lots of veggies (the non starchy kind) but I wonder if for keto there is a limit, I add them to my app for macros and the net carbs go high pretty fast. I need lots of fiber but I think I’m not doing the keto thing correctly this way:(

  • I’m 11 and I dont like the texture of some foods. Such as salad. Or lettuce. I feel like are so soft they are not even worth eating…

  • I read loads of superb opinions on the internet about how Penlargerem System can assist you get more intense erections with natural ways. Has anybody tried using this popular natural male enhancement?

  • I’ve never seen someone talk about not liking the texture of food before!! That’s what I’ve always disliked about a lot of veg. I’m going to take the tip of cutting them up smaller for sure!

  • It’s texture more than taste for me, but it’s taste as well for things like cruciferous vegetables. I would know there is kale in a smoothie because it’s bitter and takes over. It’s like chewing aspirin.

  • I really like making curries and stews because its easy to throw different veggies in there and every morning I make a fruit smoothie with soy milk.

  • I love your videos!!!!
I’ve always loved fruit and vegetables. My fav as a kid was lima beans. I used to eat tomatoes like apples. Any fruit or vegetable I devour! ❤️❤️

  • Great veggie tips. I used to hate eating veggies, but they are necessary for my health. I tried eggplant and it doesn’t taste good by themselves, but they do taste good when they’re mixed with carbs…lol

  • I really like making curries and stews because its easy to throw different veggies in there and every morning I make a fruit smoothie with soy milk.

  • I have an easier time eating veggies than fruit. Unless I was eating raw, that’s another story. But I love playing with flavors, so I just throw veggies together and play with it.

  • This is random but it would interesting to see a video of things you used to eat and reasons why you don’t anymore. For people maybe struggling to understand which foods are okay to eat.

  • Challenge accepted!! My absolute favorite vegetable is sweet potatoes. The way that I incorporate more vegetables is either in smoothies, adding fresh herbs to dishes, or just adding different vegetables to your favorite dishes like you mentioned as well

  • A lot of your recipes contain substances that Dr. Steve, forgot his name, but he stresses the evils of pectin. I was really excited about his book a year ago. His ads are ubiquitous. He must be making a killing to advertise so much. Most of your videos have one of his ads. You may want to address lectins.

  • My coworker is eats exactly like you used to, the way you described it at the beginning of this video. She’s really difficult to take out, invite over or have lunch with. I have always wondered the cause for this limited style of eating. If you were to analyze it, what would you attributed to? I’m really curious!

  • Broccoli salad made with nutritional yeast and blended soaked cashews, paprika, salt pepper, mixed through or on top. Vegan delight

  • I put broccoli in my berry smoothie and it tasted bad becuz I added too much banana and I dont like it that much but I didnt taste the broccoli

  • Thanks for the Video! Sorry for chiming in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you heard about Tarbbatigan Complete Unit Tip (probably on Google)? It is an awesome one of a kind product for learning how to get pregnant naturally minus the hard work. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my friend after a lifetime of fighting got excellent results with it.

  • My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for the last five years. My husband has a very low sperm count if any. I have done IVF six times using donor sperm. On the last IVF cycle I became pregnant and lost our baby at seven weeks. After all these lost I was at the edge of committing suicide, because I was so depressed, until one day while I was checking online for new fertility treatment and I came across Dr. Isi of http://ancientspiritualtemple.com and WhatsApp number +254795696876 on how he has been helping alot of women become pregnant with his Traditional work. But after several communications with Dr. Isi he decided to proceed with my work and sent me some herbal medicine and after working with Dr. Isi of http://ancientspiritualtemple.com and WhatsApp number +254795696876 I went for test and behold my result was positive. • Since last one year I’ve been using my laptop on my lap for couple of hours every day and since then only I have observed the premature ejaculation. Is my PE problem due to the laptop I use on my Lap, Dr can you please answer?

  • Okay I get that these tips probably are good but I don’t like roasted vegetables or I couldn’t just disguise them bc you can still taste it

  • Is it me or is the volume in Dr Berg’s video very low?? I can hardly hear him. I’ve increased the volume on my comp but it is still inaudible.

    5. Enjoy!

  • That first tip really made me wake up. My sperm quality has reduced drastically this last year and I’ve been lying down all day with a laptop on my stomach in bed while doing my hospo cert.

  • I find overnight oats is always a good way to increase the fruit intake, just plonk what you have in it. Apples, sultanas, bananas. The list is endless. soak them in orange juice instead of milk or yogurt increases it even further.

I would LOVE to be one of those people who looks at a salad or something with lots of tomatoes etc and says “omg that looks so good its making my mouth water” well wait.. it DOES make my mouth water but.. not in a good way lol

  • I keep the fruit out on the furniture! The sideboard, the kitchen table, the dresser in the spare room all have fruit bowls on them because, if I set foot in that room, I am then mindful that there’s good stuff to eat instead of yearning for bad stuff because the good stuff isn’t visible. Plus, it makes you feel abundant to have fresh fruit scattered about your place! TFP: )

  • I tried the greens in the smoothie and I’m living for it. It adds extra flavor and you’re right you wouldn’t know I add more and more veggies everytime thank you

  • Thanks for the tips, I hope I can continuously get better! I dont like any veggies all that much other than carrots/celery (and of course onion) so hopefully I’m just cooking all the others wrong haha. Some are just okay but I dislike most.. i think cutting them smaller will help me!!

You have beautiful eyes by the way!!!:)

  • I took many medicines and tonics but all in vain. I surfed the net and met #PlanetAyurveda and they gave me Atirasadi Churna and some diet tips that I followed strictly. My count boosted
