Easy 5 Minute Breakfast Burritos

Video taken from the channel: AINT B KITCHEN

This Five Minute Breakfast Burrito is going to be your new go-to healthy breakfast! The other day I took my son to the grocery store to get the monkey balloon he had been hoping for on his birthday. I had been going back and forth on whether it would be best for me to go by myself and surprise him with it or take him with for a special adventure. Our 5 minute Breakfast Burrito has just 4 pantry staple ingredients and is easily customized with your favorite mix-ins (cheese anyone?).

Servings: 1. Prep Time: 5 minutes. Nutrition Facts: 362 calories / 31g carbs / 27g protein / 13.5g fat. Step 1. Coat a small skillet lightly with olive oil or cooking spray and place over medium heat. When pan is warm, add eggs and spinach. Cook, stirring, until eggs are soft but fully cooked and spinach is wilted, about 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in salsa. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Advertisement. 5-Minute Breakfast BurritoIngredients: 2 large eggs, lightly beaten. 1/4 cup baby spinach.

1 tablespoon salsa. 1 high fiber wrap (such as La Tortilla Factory Smart and Delicious Wraps) or flour tortilla. 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese. Coarse kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Five Minute Breakfast Burrito. A Five Minute Breakfast Burrito cooked completely in microwave using leftover cooked meat, scrambled microwaved eggs, cheese, salt and pepper all wrapped up in a tortilla and microwaved to melt the cheese. I usually use egg whites, but whole eggs work great as well. Mix them in, season with some salt and pepper, and then pop them in the microwave for 1.5-2 minutes.

Take them out and let them rest for a minute. Meanwhile, smear 1/4 cup refried beans on the tortilla and microwave it for 30 seconds. LOW CARB BREAKFAST EGG BURRITO RECIPE Duration: 3:07.

The Protein Chef 121,571 views. 5 MINUTE BODYBUILDING TUNA PATTY (LOW CARB) Duration: 2:28. Michael Kory 123,647 views. Sharing today, a 5-minutes magic sauce which is way more than just burrito sauce! With flavorful chipotle en adobo, earthy cumin and oregano, and healthy touch of non-fat yogurt this sauce is my go-to condiment on a lot of fresh summer foods.

In a greased 4or 5-qt. slow cooker, layer potatoes, sausage and cheese. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, seasoned salt and pepper until blended; pour over top. Cook, covered, on low 3-3/4 to 4-1/4 hours or until eggs are set and a thermometer reads 160°. Uncover and let stand 10 minutes. A breakfast burrito is traditionally filled with ingredients typical of an American breakfast like eggs, hash browns and sausage or bacon to start, and it all gets wrapped in a flour tortilla.

Thanks to this easy recipe, you can make a batch of breakfast burritos on Sunday and stash them in your freezer for a quick grab-and-go breakfast.

  • Wish I could cook like this. Just made this as a “party” for my roommate who is a nurse. His friends said it was okay but not the best. Hopefully I can redeem myself by investing in some better pans

  • I notice that when im dieting, spicy seasoning’s really make up for the lack of salt and fats. im talking about fresh chillis to my food and hot sauce.

  • You made me laugh when you said you had no intentions on making it that big lmfao..the innocents lol..I love it and it looks yummy!

  • Can you please make a video longer than 5 mins??! You boys are in such a rush!!! I’d love to see you both chilling, chatting the camera and cooking comfortably!:D X

  • Mixing scrambled egg with the chorizo is better then having them separate don’t know why this dunce cooked the eggs with the onion

  • Just made these: SO GOOD! Even liked by my teen son who doesn’t like lime. I was surprised I had all the ingredients on hand. Sort of. I didn’t have a tin of corn, so I used frozen. And I love bell pepper in everything, so I added some of that to the beans, too. I had a fresh batch of soy yogurt on hand…. the real kicker is I’ve never made Cous Cous but a friend left a box here, and it has been sitting on my shelf. So, I decided to use it. I liked the Cous Cous so much better than rice in a burrito what a GREAT idea, and the spices were excellent. Thank you for this!! Took me 15 minutes, not 5 (there is only one of me.) But, hey dinner in 15 minutes that is healthy and really good who doesn’t want that?!!

  • This looks really yummy! I found this video, while searching to help me get a better idea of how to make a veggie burrito, with the stuff I currently got in my kitchen. I have never tried couscous, I will have to add it to my next grocery list. Thanx for the helpful video.

  • If you really desire to get you a well-defined body, you might want to Google the term “SSM Muscle Method”. You are bound to get the body you should have.

  • your recipes look really delicious. dont make that 5 minute pressure. Sorry, but it was really difficult to understand your accent, especially when you are talking under pressure sooo fast..wish I could get the written recipe here

  • Ok I don’t really leave comments on YouTube videos but I had to leave one after trying this. I wanted to buy a burrito from über eats and then I thought let me try and make one. I didn’t have all the ingredients like the tamari sauce, coriander and lime and soy yogurt or couscous so I used soy sauce, lemon, parsley, brown rice and Caesar salad sauce as my topping. Oh my gosh it was amazingggg.. I was sceptical at first but once I took that first bite I finished it all in less than a minute!! Thank you! I am now a fan.

  • SAM. WE JUST STARTED WATCHING YOU A FEW MONTHS AGO, WE TOTALLY LOVE YOU. • You made me laugh when you said you had no intentions on making it that big lmfao..the innocents lol..I love it and it looks yummy!

  • Have changed my view completely on nutrition since watching Gamechangers. The only problem I have with veganism is the trouble you have to go to to make recipes tasty and varied Most of us don’t have time to bless ourselves. I’m sold, however on the health benefits of going vegan.

  • I used to watch your lean body lifestyle channel and what I have noticed is that every other bodybuilding/fitness channel ended up being a complete sellout and turned bull shit (not including scooby haha) but you’ve stuck to it, good on you. You’re a genuine guy Michael, i’d buy you a pint! *ehem* protein shake:P

  • You can buy frozen hash browns just like the one’s McDonald’s sells from the frozen section of Walmart. I’m sure other grocery stores too.

  • Taste great? Frozen peas with hot sauce and mustard? So if I want to get bigger I first have to cut out my tongue or burn my taste buds? Why?

  • Hey mike I don’t like spicy foods and didn’t listen to your advice about not adding the hot sauce if you don’t like spicy foods. I added the hot sauce and the food was spicy and I don’t like it. What gives man?

  • Mustard is an unusual thing for me to hear go on a breakfast burrito, but you know what they say: “don’t knock it til you try it.”:) Keep up the recipe videos my brotha!

  • I just found your channel, I love you guys. Recently started a plant based diet your videos and recipes are amazing fast and quick. Ingredients are really easy to find or mostly in my pantry. I do wish you guys would add your list of ingredients to your videos. A stop watch is now required for all cooking lol.
    Thanks from South Africa:)

  • Ah yes, we are all going to only eat things with eggs in them for breakfast because vegimite on toast and pankcakes don’t exist

  • He’s right that a hash brown inside a burger makes it better. In Austria we have the Big Rösti Burger. A Rösti is basically a hashbrown and it’s the best burger. People here go crazy in the one month in the year McDonald’s offers it.

  • smoked paprica isnt a thing in my country, i‘ve ordered from abroad. wanted to bake some chickpeas, accidentally dumped too much of the spice in it, but thought to myself „ah its fine“. phu boy was i wrong! next up: burritos! thank you!

  • If you are trying to teach people how to cook healthy food, you should really drop the non-stick and go with cart iron or stainless steel cookware.

I assume you already know the health risks behind non-stick, but if not, please educate yourself.

  • Man,you’re so inspirational person.

  • 5 minutes my vegan ***. Every thing is set water is boiled they are with two and cut like pro’s but hey…… that doesn’t stop me! Cheaters! Hahaha

  • i used to like those high fiber wraps…until i found out the fiber fillers they use in them give me death farts. great recipe tho, i used to use marinaded chicken breast, avocado, lettuce and maybe some mustard/balsamic reduction in mine. if your body can take it, its a great tool in your diet arsenal.

  • I’m soo buying the cook book. Have you made any high protein+fat and low carbs meal? For those days when carbs are filled up at luch LOL.

  • Hi Michael, could you do some low calorie recipes for the people with a sweet tooth 😉 something like the protein sludge only problem is I have no protein powder lol.

  • Wish I could cook like this. Just made this as a “party” for my roommate who is a nurse. His friends said it was okay but not the best. Hopefully I can redeem myself by investing in some better pans

  • I hate living in the uk because the wraps we have are all junk and shit! and packed with calories and no protein whilst over in America you get so many amazing low calorie wraps.. the best wrap we have in the uk is a weight watcher tortilla which is 107 calories…. and no protein and 22g of processed carbs ffs… I WANT TO LIVE IN AMERICA! any ideas michael what i can use for the wrap in the uk?:(

  • Hey Michael, when cook in bulk in the slow cooker, how do you know how many of servings of chicken you are getting when you eat some later??

  • Mixing scrambled egg with the chorizo is better then having them separate don’t know why this dunce cooked the eggs with the onion

  • I suggest making your own chorizo that shit is full nasty lift over cuts. Being from New Mexico that would be considered Blasphemy I have family from Cali and they said he’ll na your full of shit that’s not even close to being a great burrito. That shit reminds me of a burrito I got in Massachusetts and New York.

  • 14:43
Are you seriously telling me how to make French toast in the form of a Simple yet Delicious Breakfast Ideas video? Yeaaaah, I’m sure nooobodys, thought of that before…

  • Hey Micheal, would it be possible for you to do a video on your complete training program, like what you do each day, cardio if you do any and how many sets per work out should you be doing. Not sure if i do too many sets when i go to the gym and whether that makes it harder to gain muscle.
Many Thanks, Keep making the good videos.

  • Needs green chili and sour cream on top too but looks amazing. Mouth watering. Where can we get good tortillas? Store bought are terrible.

  • Doesn’t cook bacon on the grill

Thereby doesn’t cook eggs in bacon fat

Uses cheap chorizo and doesn’t cook it enough to make it not wet and gloopy

    Doesn’t make hash browns

Puts tortilla on grill for not long enough (should’ve been steaming when he pulled it off)

Let’s it get cold again before he rolls it up

Doesn’t press burrito or put it back on grill to get color on it after it’s rolled

But he got money tho right guys?

    What even is this show

  • The recipe:

  • this dudes got a nice ass house, that all i keep thinking while watching this video, lol. He has a nice laid back personality also.

  • I’ve got an idea for a Tex Mex take on an English breakfast and it’s just a breakfast burrito on a homemade or fresh tortilla with eggs however you want them, refried beans, tocino, chorizo or maybe an adobada, half a roasted red pepper instead of a fried tomato, and instead of regular mushroom maybe huitlacoche.

  • Nah man, after all of that resting and cooling down, that tortilla is soggy and lukewarm at best and all of that extra cheese you threw in there at the end couldn’t have been melted. Also, you earn a thumbs down by bringing McDonald’s into the mix. Shame on you….

  • If you really desire to burn fat, I suggest you Google the term “Aston Fat Furnace”. You are going to end up getting the beach body you deserve.

  • This was delicious! I threw them shits in the toaster oven after they were rolled for a few minutes and were toasty, warm and gooey in the middle.

  • Can you please make a video longer than 5 mins??! You boys are in such a rush!!! I’d love to see you both chilling, chatting the camera and cooking comfortably!:D X

  • Lemme tell you, I’m not Vegan but I’m following all these recipes and putting chicken them. They are amazing good job guys, killing it

  • Nice burrito (and amazing kitchen setup). As a fellow San Diegan, where is the hot sauce and avocado (or use American guac instead of sour cream)?!

  • Since subscribing to your first channel years ago, I have been looking for Fiesta Lime. I cannot find that particular spice in any Walmart, grocery store, anywhere here in Ontario, Canada! I’m dying to try it because of someone 😉

  • Hi Michael! I have a quick question about your book, I live in Australia and Im wondering if you would be able to ship it here? Thank you, love your videos!

  • Doesn’t cook bacon on the grill

Thereby doesn’t cook eggs in bacon fat

Uses cheap chorizo and doesn’t cook it enough to make it not wet and gloopy

    Doesn’t make hash browns

Puts tortilla on grill for not long enough (should’ve been steaming when he pulled it off)

Let’s it get cold again before he rolls it up

Doesn’t press burrito or put it back on grill to get color on it after it’s rolled

But he got money tho right guys?

    What even is this show

  • Wow this is so tasty and healthy recipe
Thank your for sharing let us support each other let us grow together ❤
    Honestly I love this recipe

  • I suggest making your own chorizo that shit is full nasty lift over cuts. Being from New Mexico that would be considered Blasphemy I have family from Cali and they said he’ll na your full of shit that’s not even close to being a great burrito. That shit reminds me of a burrito I got in Massachusetts and New York.

  • Hope everyone is staying safe during these troubling times, and i hope no one you know is being affected by this virus. We will get through this.
