  • Obviously you don’t understand food addiction. You come from an anorexic place, not a binge eating place. I can binge eat all the junk food I want and still want more and more. No disrespect, just telling you not everyone can “just eat” a few bites after giving permission to eat the junk food.

  • these tips are helpful!!! thank you for thisss, you can eat so clean for your meals but you’ll throw it out the window with all the snacking!! (you as in me LMAO)

  • I only eat vegetables like once a month because my grandparents buy them only for broth aka meat and vegetable stew or for Christmas dinner.
I really want to eat more vegetables than junk food.

  • Junk Food list
Refined sugar in blender Vegan candiesFrench bread PizzaBurritos
Oh… I just described FA’s daily diet.. Nice she can share her diet advice

  • Thank you for this video. I certainly understand your sweet and salty dilemma I am exactly the same. Another very useful tip is to avoid grocery shopping when you are hungry. I have noticed that if I am really hungry I tend to buy unnecessary food and a lot of unhealthy snacks. And you are right about drinking water most of the time we think we are hungry, but we are actually thirsty. My only downside is that I don’t drink as much water during colder months as I do during summer:(

  • I ate a white bread bun w/ jam and Nutella

But I ate reasonably good for the day

For lunch I ate crisps at lunch too but I don’t count it if it is the only thing

I am in a recovery of anorexia so I once I my period back I will cit it out

  • Does anyone else buy food compulsively? i.e. before I go to work I feel the need to stop and get something even though I don’t need anything.

  • i needed this, thank you! i’m such a sucker for biscuits with my tea especially in the evening but i’m going to stop buying the biscuits

  • You’re lovely as always, Krissy! I start my days with your videos and it really help. I feel motivated and prepared to kick-start my mornings. Thank you! ❤️

  • Honestly. You are amazing! I’m going through a looong journey about mind and body health and seeing this videos helps me so much, you spread positivity all around you and you can make all the girls out there believe they can reach their goals and their dreams. Simply thank you, you are my inspiration everyday!

  • Another tip that I think helps is when you want to snack combine it with healthy foods as well wanna have some oreos eat it with some grapes and strawberries. Want potatoe chips throw in some celery and hummus. Enjoy your food and get the nutrients that you need.

  • You are my actual spirit animal. If that is your boyfriend behind the camera i know the exact look you are getting once you pull all of the snacks out of the cupboard hahaha XX

  • For now i cant afford anything and i cant go anywhere because its a hard time in my life, and thats why i snack a lot:( for now i cant do anything but i hope i will grow up and will go to the gym and work my ass out:(

  • Krissy I am soo excited for your vlogmas! I would love to see some holiday inspired meals/ healthier food options with a twist! Maybe a healthier pumpkin spice drink or something. Also if you could include more video footage of buttons I would soo love it

  • Thank you for making this video Krissy! I really really needed this at the moment.. I had pretty successful fitness journey for about three months and then suddenly I’m just so over with it now.. Nothing happened, but I just don’t feel like going to the gym anymore and everyday begins with stress whenever I start my day.. cuz the first thing in the morning I’m thinking and asking myself is that whether I’ll be making it to the gym or not.. Since then (it’s been 2 weeks I haven’t event worked out for a single day), I’ve been snacking so many sweets and salty chips.. and I can’t stop:(

  • thank you for the tips:) it would be awesome if you could make a video about when or why you should (or shouldn’t) use protein powder and how to incorporate it into meals or snacks! (also so excited for krissmas vlogs)

  • Number 2 really struck a cord with me. Many times I over eat “bad” foods and realize when I’m done I didn’t actually want all of it.

  • For me junk food is a problem:D I just love to eat outside… burgers kebab pizza fries I love them all I just cant do one week without eating out.. but i try to go for “diet pizza” with reduced CH or diet burger but still I wish I could give it up

  • I don’t crave “junk” food too often but I immediately thought of a chocolate donut and now craving one. I haven’t had one in a long time because of counting calories and trying to make healthier choices. But I also know that if I eat a donut, I won’t feel good afterward. If I eat half of a donut I know I will feel like I hardly got to have any donut and feel restricted. What’s a girl to do? lol

  • Hi Krissy great video and keep doing you and stay motivated and I like your hair style it looks gorgeous and your outfit looks beautiful and you are a gorgeous woman and keep up the great work and stay positive and thanks for the advice and have a great day excellent job on the video

  • My girlfriend made me watch this since it was just Thanksgiving For me not for her… it’s good advise though. It’s not harsh! It’s the truth.

People want bodies like a Ferrari, but fuel it with 87 unleaded garbage! You’re a product of what you put into your body and this Krissy is obviously proof of that.

  • Everyone is saying “just don’t buy the unhealthy food” but it’s not that easy when you are 13 years old and your mom grocery shops and buys junk for siblings that don’t gain weight

  • Im definitely a sweet tooth! That why i like to add my chocolate protein powder in my porridge in the morning so i get that little kick of sweetness that satisfies me for the rest of the day love your videos!!! ❤

  • Great tips I also found that if I don’t eat enough food during the day I tend to eat a lot at night time even before going to bed. So these tips went directly to my soul..

  • What a great video! I’m gonna clean my pantry now and get rid of bad snacks. I’m actually glad that I can’t eat chocolate, while I do like the taste of dark chocolate I cannot eat it nor lots of sweet stuff because I get anxiety when I eat sweet stuff and then i end up acting like I drank coffee!! I’m more of a salty person ( salt and vinegar chips) with a slight addiction to soda and juice but I told myself that I’m cutting it all out!! After seeing a video where they use cola to de-rust a tool I decided that I probably shouldn’t drink it… I’m currently just drinking water and going thru some withdrawals on soda and juice but I think it’s best to push thru it just to have better health.

  • Could you do a video based on different juice recipes? I would love to incorporate at least one everyday but would love options to vary between throughout the week. Definitely would appreciate it!

  • I love you and your message. BUT life’s too short not to have an unhealthy snack. BALANCE. I get a little stressed watching this. Love <3

  • I am also a snack lover. And it is so difficult for me to stop eating snacks and throw them away. And I really love sweet food. Usually I eat snacks when I feel bored or tired and even when I am working on my reports.

  • At first I really struggled with myself wanting all the sugary and carbs and that’s because I wasn’t really listening and tuning into my body. I would also suggest while doing this try to be kind and compassionate about your body at the end of the day it’s just food.

It allows us to live a life whether that’s going and experiencing new places in the world or just being happy and content with everyday life and having peace.

I know I would love to live a life free of food rules.

  • Krissy, every day I’m out at work for lunch and I feel like this is the situation most people and viewers are in! It’d be super helpful if you could film 5 prep lunch ideas to take to work if you get chance because lunch I find the HARDEST meal to do when out! Just an idea! Love uuuuu ❤️

  • I tend to binge eat and I live with 5 other people and they buy all kinds of junk food I just need to really discipline myself.

  • Cleaning up the house of snacks and meal prepping. Definitely not prepping is the worst, I end up eating any junk when I’m hungry! Let’s see how it goes without junk at home. My husband is going to get mad!

  • Yay! I’m so excited for your vlogmas. I need someone to keep me on track with all the goodies going around! Also, I LOVE your vlogs. I think you are great at them! Love you Krissy!

  • Did you really throw out all the sweets you had in your cupboard? There were some goodies in between it:D

I don’t have much of “unhealthy” snacks except dark chocolate but I tend to forget that I have since I put it in a box on the highest shelf in my cupboard. It actually helps because I am usually too lazy to climb on a chair to get that stuff down:D

Loved the video and so excited for Krissmas with Krissy!:)

  • Personally I used to crave for chips and sweets….but the chips here are way saltier and the sweets here are much sweeter than from where I grew up, so problems solved lol.

  • I really hope you know how amazing you are! I was getting depressed being so careful around food that it started to make a huge foodie like me even more unhappy and cause me to not enjoy life as much. Your content is so loving and supportive and just the real deal!

  • It’s so hard to stop snacking and avoid it since I’m trying to lose weight and my sister is recovering and trying to gain weight so all the things that she buys to gain weight is just taking over the fridge and cupboard and it just puts me in such a bad mindset

  • I’m here at the end of the day after eating everything (eggs, oatmeal, nuts/seeds, peppers, celery) and some ice cream and chips. A lot of other stuff, i could still eat more too, but I’m at 2600 calories and more today. I have no idea what’s going on.:/

  • Tell you what i noticed when i used to eat animal proteins when i used to cycle or climb ropes i got loades of lactic acid in my muscles it really affected my stamina, but i don t really ever feel it to much anymore i don t know if you have experienced that
