I have noticed that if I am really hungry I tend to buy unnecessary food and a lot of unhealthy snacks. And you are right about drinking water most of the time we think we are hungry, but we are actually thirsty. My only downside is that I don’t drink as much water during colder months as I do during summer:(

Another tip that I think helps is when you want to snack combine it with healthy foods as well wanna have some oreos eat it with some grapes and strawberries. Want potatoe chips throw in some celery and hummus. Enjoy your food and get the nutrients that you need.

Nothing happened, but I just don’t feel like going to the gym anymore and everyday begins with stress whenever I start my day.. cuz the first thing in the morning I’m thinking and asking myself is that whether I’ll be making it to the gym or not.. Since then (it’s been 2 weeks I haven’t event worked out for a single day), I’ve been snacking so many sweets and salty chips.. and I can’t stop:(

I haven’t had one in a long time because of counting calories and trying to make healthier choices. But I also know that if I eat a donut, I won’t feel good afterward. If I eat half of a donut I know I will feel like I hardly got to have any donut and feel restricted. What’s a girl to do? lol

I’m actually glad that I can’t eat chocolate, while I do like the taste of dark chocolate I cannot eat it nor lots of sweet stuff because I get anxiety when I eat sweet stuff and then i end up acting like I drank coffee!! I’m more of a salty person ( salt and vinegar chips) with a slight addiction to soda and juice but I told myself that I’m cutting it all out!! After seeing a video where they use cola to de-rust a tool I decided that I probably shouldn’t drink it… I’m currently just drinking water and going thru some withdrawals on soda and juice but I think it’s best to push thru it just to have better health.
Could you do a video based on different juice recipes? I would love to incorporate at least one everyday but would love options to vary between throughout the week. Definitely would appreciate it!

At first I really struggled with myself wanting all the sugary and carbs and that’s because I wasn’t really listening and tuning into my body. I would also suggest while doing this try to be kind and compassionate about your body at the end of the day it’s just food.
It allows us to live a life whether that’s going and experiencing new places in the world or just being happy and content with everyday life and having peace.
I know I would love to live a life free of food rules.

I’m here at the end of the day after eating everything (eggs, oatmeal, nuts/seeds, peppers, celery) and some ice cream and chips. A lot of other stuff, i could still eat more too, but I’m at 2600 calories and more today. I have no idea what’s going on.:/

But I ate reasonably good for the day
For lunch I ate crisps at lunch too but I don’t count it if it is the only thing

I’m here at the end of the day after eating everything (eggs, oatmeal, nuts/seeds, peppers, celery) and some ice cream and chips. A lot of other stuff, i could still eat more too, but I’m at 2600 calories and more today. I have no idea what’s going on.:/
Tell you what i noticed when i used to eat animal proteins when i used to cycle or climb ropes i got loades of lactic acid in my muscles it really affected my stamina,but i don t really ever feel it to much anymore i don t know if you have experienced that
