  • Thank you for this video. I certainly understand your sweet and salty dilemma I am exactly the same. Another very useful tip is to avoid grocery shopping when you are hungry. I have noticed that if I am really hungry I tend to buy unnecessary food and a lot of unhealthy snacks. And you are right about drinking water most of the time we think we are hungry, but we are actually thirsty. My only downside is that I don’t drink as much water during colder months as I do during summer:(

  • What a great video! I’m gonna clean my pantry now and get rid of bad snacks. I’m actually glad that I can’t eat chocolate, while I do like the taste of dark chocolate I cannot eat it nor lots of sweet stuff because I get anxiety when I eat sweet stuff and then i end up acting like I drank coffee!! I’m more of a salty person ( salt and vinegar chips) with a slight addiction to soda and juice but I told myself that I’m cutting it all out!!   • I am also a snack lover. And it is so difficult for me to stop eating snacks and throw them away. And I really love sweet food. Usually I eat snacks when I feel bored or tired and even when I am working on my reports.

  • At first I really struggled with myself wanting all the sugary and carbs and that’s because I wasn’t really listening and tuning into my body. I would also suggest while doing this try to be kind and compassionate about your body at the end of the day it’s just food.

    I don’t have much of “unhealthy” snacks except dark chocolate but I tend to forget that I have since I put it in a box on the highest shelf in my cupboard. It actually helps because I am usually too lazy to climb on a chair to get that stuff down:D

  • Personally I used to crave for chips and sweets….but the chips here are way saltier and the sweets here are much sweeter than from where I grew up, so problems solved lol.
