    Do you cook for clients who are omnivores? How do you handle that?
    Do your clients select from a “menu” of your specialty dishes, or do they tell you what they want?
    Are your clients regulars, or more like one-off functions and things like that?
    Do your clients know about your youtube? How do you get new clients? Do you work with an agency or something?
    Do you have any horror stories, or stories of the first few times you did this type of work? It’s such an intimate thing to cook for someone in their home!

  • No, steam does not release cake from the pan. If anything, the heat causes the metal pan to expand, making it easier to remove the cake. Just bake propely and grease the pan or use parchment paper
