  • It seems Sadhguru in all his wisdom, doesn’t know what dreams are or how they can be enjoyable or even beneficial to waking consciousness. You can learn from your dreams, and you can enjoy sleep. Just because you are asleep does not mean you must be unconscious too. Consciousness can be cultivated in the sleep. The distinction he makes between restfulness and sleep is silly. Lucid dreaming is a technique taught in ancient schools of wisdom, yet Sadhguru seems ignorant to this fact. More importantly Sadhguru fails to mention the critical information that “negative pranic” foods as he calls it, are not set in stone. One can take a negative pranic food and turn it Sattva by cooking it in a certain way. Take for example masala chai: Tea on it’s own is cooling, tamasic and “negative pranic”, yet when cooked in milk with herbs and spices like fennel, ginger, cardamom, tulsi, etc. the tea then becomes warming, SATTVIC, and POSITIVE PRANIC. Why does Sadhguru not mention this fact? This goes for ALL tamasic and rajasic foods, they CAN BE MADE SATTVIC if prepared properly. Sadhguru, please address this.

  • Nice to listen to him. But his advice is never practical. Our generation and other country generation have been eating all kinds of food and they all have been doing equally good.
    Finding a balance is the key. Include more of high pranic foods in diet and do not stop eating anything.
