  • Recipes look great, except the burger. The cauliflower bun is a fine idea, but that is NOT how you cook a burger. You do not mix anything into the meat, only s&p on the outside. Do not press down on the burger and do not flip more than once. Let sit for 5 minutes before plating and eating. Thank me later.

  • Dude, all these people with their fad diets saying that you ABSOLUTELY have to eat low carbs to lose weight bullshit…What you really need is a balanced diet, you need to be in a hypocaloric state (burn more calories than you eat) to lose weight. For example, I eat 2000 calories a day, and I burn more than that if I count the workouts, the usual energy your body spends to breathe, eat and all that stuff. Trust me, go check out these lean athletic people like Athlean-X, Fraser Wilson and you will see that diets such as Keto are not what you’re supposed to do. Besides, who here is going to do Keto for the rest of their lives? Because if you aren’t, then again, what you need to have is a lifestyle change, not just a temporary bullshit diet. Have I lost fat thanks to what I wrote? Yes. Did I gain muscle mass? Most defenitely.

  • i start 3 days ago today is my day 3 of this diet for 3 days i only eat Apples in day 4 four i take poiled potato for 5 days after that i change my diet rotin becoz everyday take some meal is boring so i take 400 kcal in day with different meals i do lucy and chloe ting exercise i do for 63min in day i will update after 14 days and i do this diet for 30 days wish me good luck ❤️

  • Honestly speaking idli is my favourite breakfast.I used to have 2 idli in the morning and 2 idli in the dinner time and in lunch I don’t require anything but if I need then rice and dal.or only curd and I lost 30 kg.i never focused to lose weight that I was 21 and college going girl so2 km walk or then sidhi chadna I guess excersice ho jati thi.

So your low carb pad thai is actually a fairly high carb meal. Why the heck would you falsely advertise it as low carb? This just fuels misinformation, and it’s honestly quite annoying, when your general recipes otherwise are quite good and entertaining.

  • I love the preparation but please learn about alkaline diet by Dr. Sebi, blood and starch foods will klll you. White rice, meat, etc, broccli is unnatural. It’s a hybrid food created in a lab.

    Prove it!
    The average human body requires roughly 2000/2300 calories a day. One kg of fat is 2.2 pounds and a pound of fat is 3500 calories. so multiplying 2.2 x 3500 gives 7700 calories. Just how do you lose the excess 5700?

    1 cup sweet potatoes = 15g carbs… CARBS ARE SUGAR!
    4g sugar = 1 teaspoon sugar… nearly 4 teaspoons of sugar in 1 cup sweet potato!

  • That’s way too many meals to keep in the refrigerator and expect them to taste fresh after a few days!! You didn’t say how long you cook the vegetables so I suspect when you warm up these meals after they’ve been in the refrigerator for several days they will probably be too mushy.

  • I definitely need to start doing this I am disabled way overweight with heart issues and lung issues I have a friend that’s going to start doing this for me cuz I can’t stand 4 any more than 10 minutes I broke my next several years ago and tore shoulders Beyond repair and 4 years ago broke my ankle Beyond repair did you not used to put a price in the comments I have to live on $1,300 a month the rent is $710 and electric usually runs me 150 a month and I have miscellaneous is probably another 200 I’ve been getting junk food at the food bank the rather fill you with cakes and cookies than give you anything that’s worth a shit to keep you healthy as they can or what they do give you that’s healthy is half rotten not their fault it is what it is I’m 57 years old with a body of an 80 year old I think if I lost a lot of weight roughly a hundred 50 lb I would be in a lot better shape that would be my goal I know probably not a very good goal but it would get me down to a hundred and fifty pounds since I am at three hundred and some change I love how easy it looks but like I said being disabled and not being able to breathe and heart issues as well as just physical pain my friend said he would help me make these meals I just need to know the cost I love this one and I don’t mind eating the same stuff for a week or two that’s not a problem I think portion size is a lot of my issue and lack of exercise because I can’t exercise cuz of my heart and lungs and physical disability I can’t walk and I can always stand but I think if I lose the weight I’d be able to do a lot more than I can now going to give it a try I’m glad I found your Channel keep up the good work

  • There is very little protein, no greens other than watery lettuce and a tomato salad, no vegetable.!!! Not a well balanced diet and not good for weight loss!!!

  • I Began this diet the 4th of April with 94,5 kilos and today I’m down to 90,4 kilos in just one week! The first days were difficult especially the days with 400 calories but it gets easier. I plan to do this diet 3 months. I will give updates 😉

  • The second one, the omelet thing, looks horrid and there is no reason not to make a fluffy, regular omelet. That would also be low carb.

  • That’s way too many meals to keep in the refrigerator and expect them to taste fresh after a few days!! You didn’t say how long you cook the vegetables so I suspect when you warm up these meals after they’ve been in the refrigerator for several days they will probably be too mushy.

  • Only diet plan never helps in losing weight…that to in 10 days 10 kg….I won’t think so…
    Plan physical activities along with diet plan…surely we can loose weight 4 to 5 kg in 2 months not in days..

  • Recipes look great, except the burger. The cauliflower bun is a fine idea, but that is NOT how you cook a burger. You do not mix anything into the meat, only s&p on the outside. Do not press down on the burger and do not flip more than once. Let sit for 5 minutes before plating and eating. Thank me later.

  • TIP: Carb = Sugar… Low-Carb = LOW SUGAR

    1 cup sweet potatoes = 15g carbs… CARBS ARE SUGAR!
    4g sugar = 1 teaspoon sugar… nearly 4 teaspoons of sugar in 1 cup sweet potato!

  • I noticed the ice in the wine, have you tried frozen grapes or other fruit to keep it cold. I love frozen strawberries in my moscato and it doesn’t water it down at all.
