  • Sir mai gym jata hun or workout karne k baad dambal se gym karta hun or energy turant loose hota he fir mera biceps or triceps tiet nahi hota he mai kya karu sir reply me

  • Well done! Great details and super useful information…and let’s not forget Novak Djokovic is also 100% plant based now!
At 54 I’m playing 2 hours tennis most days and my recovery times are almost nil; but the most important thing: I’m playing totally PAIN FREE and this is after just 9 months of whole food plant based nutrition….with the odd exception of some “vegan junk food” in the form of vegan burgers:-).
The regular intake of beetroot has made the most difference for me.

  • So should I drink some juice as soon as I wake up? It usually takes me 20-30 minutes to convince myself to get out of bed and work out.

  • Hi. I am working out but I am eating more during the day. I am hungrier than ever. Any suggestions what to keep the hunger down…..

  • I love these types of Videos Sadik. Like you’re a teacher and we are your students. Every time you ask “does anyone know” I always answer as if I’m in a classroom. I absolutely love the videos!

  • The oxaletes you are consuming in that much raw spinach is absolute insanity..on a weekly basis. If you do this daily good luck, mate

  • Working out on an empty stomach is actually healthy and helps you burn more fat, people always workout while fasting in ramadan usually an hour before their meal.

  • If I have a pre and post work out, can I still have a breakfast? I’m 22, mesomorph, who is trying to lose belly/ body fat and gain lean muscle. Thanks:)

  • Never understood peoples dislike of pineapple cores, after my mom bought that pineapple slicer and corer gadget I would have to get the core and slice it in half so we could both eat it.

  • Love your channel.. very uplifting and motivational. I just ordered some vital proteins for a birthday present to myself.. can’t wait to try:p xoxo

  • get this insulin fueled bubble gut out of here. he literally cooked rice in a bag and chicken with salt and pepper on a stove. waste of time, mine and yours.

  • Jsoh! U’re A Life saver..Simply Loving all Your Tips..Ontill u mentioned it, i was thinking as a woman my Iso sensation 93 was not Good..Well now i’ll keep it up..Thanks For your time/ Tips

  • Sir
i have seen several videos of Yours, and i have never seen using You garlic. Like in Daals or sabjis.
is it bad for our diet or You just dont like it?

    Thnak u very Much

  • What he is saying is correct, having a high carbs, protein, very low fat post workout meal is better after you workout. There have been science research on this even Dr. Berg and Thomas whatever his name is mentioned this. You don’t what fats or fiber post workout because it slows down insulin and you need that spike in insulin to uptake the protein quicker. The only thing I see wrong in the video is the oatmeal which is a much slower carbs, I would rather have cream of rice or grits instead cause those are much faster carbs with no fat or fiber to slow down the insulin spikes.

  • whenever i watch these videos i never see these guys wash their hands after handling their chicken…
like just because you’re jacked doesnt mean you’re impervious to food poisoning

  • I usually have carrots, apples, or bananas with peanut butter for a before snack and yogurt, honey and fruit for after. Or I just eat a meal if I’m ready for one. Thank you for this! Not sure if this is too much protein beforehand, but it seems to work alright for me

  • Studies have shown that there is absolutely no need for carbohydrates to achieve the same amount of protein synthesis. Theres actually no need for carbs, period. You dont even need to eat right after workout, youve got a good 6-8 hours before theres the slightest negative effect to it. There is no negative effect to.consuming healthy fats right after a workout and absolutely 0 necessity to consuming quick carbs right after your workout

  • INTUITIVE EATING. SEARCH IT. DIEITS/RESTRICTIONS DO NOT WORK IN A LONG TERM. 95 PERCENT OF THE PEOPLE THAT DIETS GAIN THAT WEIGHT AGAIN.DIETS ARE MEANT TO FAIL AND THAT S NOT UR FALT!

  • I LOVE these!!! I’m so going to try them all ❤️ Good to know that I should eat before/after working out I’m clearly still a beginner

  • I’m hoping that you will be able to answer this question. I am currently awaiting shoulder replacement surgery. I also have a form of muscular dystrophy (muscle wasting disease). I suffer from cramp and restless legs. I’m already vegan but I am not healthy because I eat far too many processed vegan products. My question is;would this smoothie help pre and post operatively. I need to lose weight quickly (at least 10lb +++). I plan to swim as this will help my blood pressure which is high due to weight gain. Could you put on some smoothie recepies which will help post op recovery (large muscle in top of arm/shoulder Will be cut lengthwise) thank you
    Claire xxx

  • You are so great Mr ️‍♂️ very very nice work out. you’re food is great nice one ☝️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you are so great

  • What if I do workout after 10 pm, then I take a shower and go to sleep. I don’t eat anything after this. Do I make a big mistake or that’s just fine?

  • 1. Steve butterflied that chicken breast like a pro!
    2. Does it bug anyone else that the clocks on the oven and microwave are roughly 30 minutes apart?

  • omg, you guys are too cute at the end of this video lol. That aside though, thank you so much for all your info. I’ve learnt so much over the past year:)

  • I eat really healthy and work out six days a week. I am training to be on my school’s water polo team. Can I still lower my body fat percentage without counting calories?

  • When i try to take simple shakes which are mix with raw egg, bananas, peanut butter, oats or other stuff to add protein in natural way, i always end up putting lot of fat, yeah muscle size goes big too but why i get extra fat like double chin, bulging belly…. Could any expert answer about that, do i have to do cardio to get rid of that fat while taking natural protein shakes.

  • So should I drink some juice as soon as I wake up? It usually takes me 20-30 minutes to convince myself to get out of bed and work out.

  • Very relevant video with last view of Dieting & muscle building!!
These days really many searchers are out there with lot of confusion of what we are looking for

  • when i work out right when I wake up in the morning, i usually have an orange and then go directly into my strength training and have a big breakfast afterwards. is that okay?

  • I know you didn’t use it in this video but what milk frother do you use? The one from your morning routine video? I can’t seem to find an electric one the froths as good as yours from that video. Ps your an inspiration!!

  • I noticed on your another video which you saying fruit is better eating alone, not with food, but now you saying bread with banana,,

  • Hi! I know people probably have asked this before but I’d really want to know if it’s ok if I don’t eat after a workout. I usually workout at night and I don’t really feel hungry after I finish, also I don’t like to eat late at night because I feel it makes falling asleep harder. I know you guys always tell us to listen to our bodies so I do, but I’d like to confirm that I’m not harming my body. Love you guys. Regards from Colombia <3

  • I usually have my workouts just before dinner and if I had lunch early I would have a banana or any fruit I find and if we have some whole grain biscuit I would have that before a workout also I wouldn’t drink water before my work out (30min-1 h) as it really bothers me during the workout

  • Thank you for your advice Fitnessblender! I’ll try to avoid the processed food as I can. It’s really hard to avoid it if your family is not into real organic natural foods. Also, it can cost a lot of money if I want to buy the organic products while my whole family buys the other products. Plus, I’m not good at cooking XD

  • How can You know so little about diet and nutrition, spread broscience bullshit and yet be a mans physique competitor:D:D. Incredible.

  • I usually eat a banana 20-30 mins before working out and after my work out I make a juice by myself.a real juice from the fruits.sometimes I have theriptin biscuits( protein. biscuits) with juice. U guys are great. I lost 10 kgs.thanks to u both.

  • 6 meals obviously works for Sadik and I believe it will work for any average joe looking to gain muscle or lose bodyfat. Call it bro science but it’s not there is logic to it that fat ass people and sedentary will never get it.

  • I think I’ve been eat not real snacks, usually I love to to drink “laben with straburay flavor “, eat dates with ots or nuts and fruit.

  • favorite post workout meal is one slice of oat nut bread with 1 tablespoon of natural crunchy peanut butter, while I make a whole egg and sautéed spinach, bell pepper and mushrooms

  • You two are my favorite fitness couple.  Your honesty is refreshing.  I’ve been eating as clean as I can for six months now.  It’s amazing how much better my body feels not to mention the the 25 pounds I lost, with daily exercise of course.

  • Once a week I will get me some ice cream post work out but I also immediately have protein shake after every workout. Ice cream follows that. It may not help build muscle but your body will store anything after working out.

  • I usually eat about 100g of plain yoghurt, half a banana and 1 teaspoon of peanut butter as a post workout snack. Then I have lunch a few hours after that.

  • Thank you for the clarification! In East Asian culture especially, eating right after workout is ALWAYS considered as a super bad thing to do. My mum used to tell me off from eating after workout saying I’ll gain a lot more weight if I do that. They believe you can only eat in a couple hours or so after workout. They believe in so many incorrect information that do more harm to their body and yet they refuse to believe the correct ones because it doesn’t ‘sound right’ to them. I just wish I can all make them to watch your videos so they realise how wrong they are.

  • Hi man great video so I’m new to the diets so meal one be like protein oats with fruit, protein shake with carbs, white rice / potato or sweet potato with lean protein, then two meals of red meat or high fat fish veggies with some fat source then a pre bed Greek yoghurt with flaxseeds and berries does that sound about right? Should this look the same on non workout days bar the shake?

  • I’m so confused in other videos they say avoid wheat and also beans and lentils even protein bars thought whole grains are healthy to eat when trying to lose weight what the hek

  • I think I’ve been eat not real snacks, usually I love to to drink “laben with straburay flavor “, eat dates with ots or nuts and fruit.

  • Loved all 5 days, but the last day was going too fast for me so I did everything for longer to feel the burn, now my legs feel like jelly. Great job guys!!

  • I’m going to take a shot for every time you guys say snack……….haha. Just kidding. Hey, I’ve been hearing ranting and raving on the radio lately about Robin Anthony’s Detox Trio lately. I wanted to know what you think about the whole “parasites living in your body” ideal. I figured it was just another detox diet until I went to the website and read further. I was astounded. I have never heard of people claiming to poop out worms and stuff (literally) from doing a detox diet. You should check it out and please tell me what you think!!

  • I work out really late because of my schedule so what would you suggest I eat then I usually do something light like a cereal or a banana because I don’t want to eat a heavy meal before bed.

  • if you need sugars. you should eat fruits like pomegranates. which are good for bones and heart, ect. if you eat icecream you will destroy your bones and heart. plums are also good for bones and heart, ect. these are better options than icecream. even cherries.

i prefer pomegranates as they give more protein because alot of the pomegranate you are eating is seeds, which has protein. it’s like fruit coated seeds. a nature version of chocolate covered seeds.

  • 1. Steve butterflied that chicken breast like a pro!
    2. Does it bug anyone else that the clocks on the oven and microwave are roughly 30 minutes apart?

  • I usually eat some oatmeal made with some milk and a little bit of brown sugar and flax meal and I can get through a strength training workout just fine.

  • when i work out right when I wake up in the morning, i usually have an orange and then go directly into my strength training and have a big breakfast afterwards. is that okay?

  • Namastey Sir.
Can i take masaala oats instead of plain oats bcus masaala oats is very tasty to eat

ALSO wondering if you can buy those packs of dragon fruit somewhere and if you can tell us how sugary it is? Im wondering if they added dye or something because usually the flesh of dragon fruit is white with black seeds.. the outside is pink and green… so im a little concerned as to what that actually is making it pink.?!

  • Hey there. Thank you for all your great advice! I’m new to Fitness Blender but have been trying to incorporate more of your workouts into my routine.
I prefer to workout early in the morning, first thing when I wake up because I have to go to work early and I usually don’t have time or motivation to workout after work. I usually workout without eating beforehan. My workouts are varied, including HIIT, pilates and yoga. I have noticed that my performance is a bit better after I eat a small snack though. Do you have any suggestions for quick snacks to have 5 minutes before a workout and for my routine in general? Thank you so much! I appreciate it!

  • I workout in the early morning around 5:00am- 6:00am. Usually, I don’t feel hungry right before or right after a workout. I listen to my body and I eat when am hungry. So, I get a meal in about an hour after my workout is complete. I love peanut butter and bananas with tons of water. Then around 11:00 or 12:00noon I eat a robust lunch consisting of lots of spinach, carrots, tomatoes, chicken and tons of water. I have a light dinner around 4:00 or 5:00pm. I try to wrap up my eating around 7:00pm. It works for me.

  • Chicken, rice, Pam, salt.damn you bodybuildersi are boring someone needs to teach all you guys how to cook….season your food for fucksake

  • You two are my favorite fitness couple.  Your honesty is refreshing.  I’ve been eating as clean as I can for six months now.  It’s amazing how much better my body feels not to mention the the 25 pounds I lost, with daily exercise of course.

  • Hello Joanna, I have prepared this video on fitness at home during covid-19. I am sure your subscribers will love it. If you like it, please do share it, thanks https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QMRjrtzsUy4&t=114s

  • Love your channel.. very uplifting and motivational. I just ordered some vital proteins for a birthday present to myself.. can’t wait to try:p xoxo

  • Adding salt to water is to speed up the boiling process, not to flavor the rice.

Meal fit for a king.. king of poverty.

    Good video though.

  • Yeah sadik fat slow down degestion, but even veggies does that too, veggies are high in fibers so put them away in the post workout meal
For me personely i go for chicken and rice☝️

  • Sir daily change kre ke Khana chaiye…
    Ya same diet Lena chaiye…..
Is topic ke ek video bna dijiye or ans b de dijiyega……:)

  • I workout at nights because it’s the only time I can fit it in my schedule, so do I still have to eat after my workout even if I’m not hungry? I hope someone that reads this can answer my question.

  • You are my favorite youtuber hands down. So very informative and down to earth. You have me moving my body and wanting to. I love your recipes and workout videos, they are truly changing my life. Thank you for what you do, you’re making a difference in the lives of so many people.

  • I really love your channel, you have excellent recommendations. I will join it with the best nutritional supplements https://ya.co.ve/wQ1 and everything ok. This set has brought me good results.

  • Tom Brady also. Mostly anyway from what I’ve recently learned. Makes sense since in his 40’s he can still perform at an elite level.. just awesome!

  • Hey guys! I know this is an old video but I started eating greek yogurt with cocoa protein powder and I was wondering if that’s good for pre workout?

  • bro your channel are really active and amazing content and quality are really nice….u got new subscriber and i love your channel dude, i will always support your channel keep it up… i hope u will pin ths…

  • Sir mai gym jata hun or workout karne k baad dambal se gym karta hun or energy turant loose hota he fir mera biceps or triceps tiet nahi hota he mai kya karu sir reply me

  • Um working hard, lost 10kg in 3months dnt know from wherejust the scale reading shows it, build some muscles slowly, but the freaking belly so bulzing out n it doesnot seems to go insise

  • Hahahaha she said nuts help u from droping ur insulin level.. Don’t u know that your metabolism still is decreased as long as your insulin level is high

  • Also all gurus nowadays tend to give tooo much info, plain basic diet with good supplements give quick changes for all body types
Rest and grow. Intense, brief and infrequent workouts always give great results.

  • This is fantastic. Really is. Plan on trying it for overall health, and reduce joint pain. But, I’m into bodybuilding, a different concept. We need more protein. So, post workout, will continue to use a vegan based protein shake, unless you can convince me otherwise.

  • You are amazing guys. I was trying lots of different trainings and workouts but since I found yours I don t want to stop training! making workouts has never been so easy for me. Already 6 months training and still couldn t get bored with your exercises. Its really nice to listen to you and it´s difficult not to like you as well. Thanks for making better person and please do not stop doing what you do! cheers

  • Pls can you clear one thing? Some people say stop drinking milk at all if you are on the way to lose weight. How true is this? I’m a mom of twins and always on my toes. Started doing zumba and feel so exhausted and on top of that if no milk intake. Will it not cause osteoporosis?

  • This was great! Thank you for covering a wide range of fitness-related topics:) I personally love apples + peanut butter as a post-workout snack.

  • Sir yadi mai subah subah workout jata hu to mai kuchh kha nahi pata
Isliye mai janana chata hu ki subah mai jata hu to koi nuksan to nahi na

  • favorite post workout meal is one slice of oat nut bread with 1 tablespoon of natural crunchy peanut butter, while I make a whole egg and sautéed spinach, bell pepper and mushrooms

  • WOW! chicken and rice!!! keep coming with these ground breaking videos. Who knew that you would need to actually eat protein and carbs to build muscle!

  • I always thought having all 3 macros after post workout is best. Should I cut almond butter from my protein shake then after my workout?

  • I workout at nights because it’s the only time I can fit it in my schedule, so do I still have to eat after my workout even if I’m not hungry? I hope someone that reads this can answer my question.

  • Dear fitness blender,

Sometimes I get severe chest pain when working on my right side, should I stop and take a break or keep going?

Also, I some times feel very weak ( like low blood sugar) is this a normal thing for first timers

  • Even Oats what you consume with protein shake contains Fibres.. Oats are good source of fibres and you say you avoid fibres after workout LOL

  • Even Oats what you consume with protein shake contains Fibres.. Oats are good source of fibres and you say you avoid fibres after workout LOL

  • I love this channel and you too so much, you have inspired me to think more positively about food and exercise so thank you that also I have the jumper you’re wearing Kelli, good choice

  • Could you give some examples of snacks with carbohydrates before or after workouts if you haven’t (or able to have) a meal? What are your thoughts about Larabars, an all natural granola bar?

  • Hey sadik nice content btw can I eat wheat toast with peanut butter and banana for pre workout? Or like rice cracker? Is any of these ok?

  • Hi there, thanks for everything you are doing for us, if you can take just 5 minutes to answer me its will mean the world. fir, I’ve been watching your video and want to ask you a question cause I’m starting working out seriously and need just a little push from you so that I can do have the best result, I’m 6,4 inch and I weight 285 pounds, and all my weight is on my stomach and up. have no fat on my arm and legs, I m doing cardio and a little weight lifting 3 to 4 time a week since two weeks now, should I use complement or protein shake? I’m not eating anything apart from food, a lot of eggs, vegetable, chicken, meat and fruits, thanks again mate a hope to hear from you.

  • fruit salad with Chobani plain yoghurt, oatmeal with a half banan or half apple, 3 egg whites,or….Malt O Mealmeal with some Herseys sugar free chocolate chips,,,or a half toasted bagel with ham or cream cheese.

  • This was great! Thank you for covering a wide range of fitness-related topics:) I personally love apples + peanut butter as a post-workout snack.

  • thanks for the detailed explaination, this smoothie rocks. one lil thing, though: you can definitely drink that bad boy without a plastic straw.

  • omg…so awkward… “So is it just the milk and the collagen..?” “..no….well I mean so far”

    her friends face kills me…
    “…well… yeah. I know I was just… ” heehee.

  • omg, you guys are too cute at the end of this video lol. That aside though, thank you so much for all your info. I’ve learnt so much over the past year:)

  • Loved all 5 days, but the last day was going too fast for me so I did everything for longer to feel the burn, now my legs feel like jelly. Great job guys!!

  • My favourite after workout snack is two small protein balls with 10gs total of protein. I know you guys say it’s not necessary to take protein supplements, but I don’t meet my daily requirement unless I have these protein balls and I only eat them on my weight training days.

  • Adding salt to water is to speed up the boiling process, not to flavor the rice.

Meal fit for a king.. king of poverty.

    Good video though.

  • I usually have a banana before I workout and then after my workout I have breakfast or if it’s later in the day i have oatmeal or a sweet potatoe since that’s what I usually crave after a workout

  • If I cheat during my diet and eat some pizza, should I workout later in the day for a second time to make up for cheating while on my diet?

  • Halo Top ice cream is an amazing protein ice cream thats low in calories but tastes amazing. Same with Arctic Zero. You can also make banana ice cream which is SO yummy!!! Why would you eat this crap?!

  • I work out really late because of my schedule so what would you suggest I eat then I usually do something light like a cereal or a banana because I don’t want to eat a heavy meal before bed.

  • That seems like a lot of good in formation however if you mention anything other then protein I have no idea what kind of food you are talking about so for me this was a bit of a waist, not trying to be mean because I love you guys, just asking for clarity on the types of food.

Thanks for making better person and please do not stop doing what you do! cheers

  • Erythritol is in the monk fruit though and that has been proven to cause bloating discomfort and many other problems just so you know

  • If I cheat during my diet and eat some pizza, should I workout later in the day for a second time to make up for cheating while on my diet?

  • Thank you for your advice Fitnessblender! I’ll try to avoid the processed food as I can. It’s really hard to avoid it if your family is not into real organic natural foods. Also, it can cost a lot of money if I want to buy the organic products while my whole family buys the other products. Plus, I’m not good at cooking XD

  • I usually eat some oatmeal made with some milk and a little bit of brown sugar and flax meal and I can get through a strength training workout just fine.

  • Hey guys! I know this is an old video but I started eating greek yogurt with cocoa protein powder and I was wondering if that’s good for pre workout?

  • I usually have carrots, apples, or bananas with peanut butter for a before snack and yogurt, honey and fruit for after. Or I just eat a meal if I’m ready for one. Thank you for this! Not sure if this is too much protein beforehand, but it seems to work alright for me

  • Packed with real nutrients. How many times in the past that I’ve mixed milk with whey protein as my after-workout drink…just terrible. Or had a steak or chicken afterwards. This is what the body really needs.

  • I usually have my workouts just before dinner and if I had lunch early I would have a banana or any fruit I find and if we have some whole grain biscuit I would have that before a workout also I wouldn’t drink water before my work out (30min-1 h) as it really bothers me during the workout

  • I know you didn’t use it in this video but what milk frother do you use? The one from your morning routine video? I can’t seem to find an electric one the froths as good as yours from that video. Ps your an inspiration!!

  • Sorry, Sadik! I Enjoy prettu much your content, but… a study by Tsintzas et al. found no anabolic resistance by consuming fats and proteins together during a post exercise muscle protein synthesis. https://journals.physiology.org/doi/abs/10.1152/ajpendo.00344.2019

  • Even though a “post-workout shake” within 30 minutes after working out isn’t 100% proven to be more beneficial than eating later, I just think “if it doesn’t hurt, then why not”

  • Does not want hard to digest fibre to the stomach but consumes red meat etc super hard to digest protein sources…..
Lol vegan protein has a super high bio-availability and greatly superior easyness(is a word:D?) level to digest.

  • I really enjoy videos like these. It’s basic knowledge that a lot of people who workout are lacking. Thank you for always keeping it real and breaking everything down into a science, I love that. Someone recently told me that chocolate milk is a great thing to consume post workout. I’m thinking that’s a myth right?

  • Hey I know u like won’t see this but I was wondering if you still have your old iPhone if so can I have it please I have the oldest phone ever

  • I love these types of Videos Sadik. Like you’re a teacher and we are your students. Every time you ask “does anyone know” I always answer as if I’m in a classroom. I absolutely love the videos!

  • INTUITIVE EATING. SEARCH IT. DIEITS/RESTRICTIONS DO NOT WORK IN A LONG TERM. 95 PERCENT OF THE PEOPLE THAT DIETS GAIN THAT WEIGHT AGAIN.DIETS ARE MEANT TO FAIL AND THAT S NOT UR FALT!

  • I heard Beets are so much better before working out checkout the studies! Nice smoothie though!
Pineapple helps absorb everything better too due to digestive enzymes can also use shilajit/fulvic acid instead of black pepper and msm can be added too maybe a bit of spirulina but if you use greens for magnesium realize that the hemp seeds you added have 3-4x more magneisum on their own than all those greens.

  • Yeah sadik fat slow down degestion, but even veggies does that too, veggies are high in fibers so put them away in the post workout meal
For me personely i go for chicken and rice☝️

  • Dude first video I watch from you. I agree with the most important thing you said: “there is a lot of information, keep it simple”… In the other hand…. I did not like a few things you said

  • Hey sadik nice content btw can I eat wheat toast with peanut butter and banana for pre workout? Or like rice cracker? Is any of these ok?

  • How can You know so little about diet and nutrition, spread broscience bullshit and yet be a mans physique competitor:D:D. Incredible.

  • Halo Top ice cream is an amazing protein ice cream thats low in calories but tastes amazing. Same with Arctic Zero. You can also make banana ice cream which is SO yummy!!! Why would you eat this crap?!

  • Hard working guy, but sorry to say nothing close to amazing like arnold, lee haney, samir banout, shawn ray, flex wheeler, phil heath or even frank zane

  • Aap ki bahut sari video dekhne ke bad Kuchh confusion hai kyu ki me gym morning me krta hu ab pre workout kya le breakfast Kya Karen post workout Kya kre

  • Great video! Thank you for taking the time to make it! For my pre work our snack I’ve been eating 2 whole grain rice cakes with peanut butter and honey and 1 apple. Wanted so more ideas, and definitely got some inspiration!

  • Sir
i have seen several videos of Yours, and i have never seen using You garlic. Like in Daals or sabjis.
is it bad for our diet or You just dont like it?

    Thnak u very Much

  • the problem with this video? not to the point. Any non-vegan will dismiss it immediately. Non-vegans see veganism more and more as a cult, not every recipe has to bring along an agenda

  • Dude first video I watch from you. I agree with the most important thing you said: “there is a lot of information, keep it simple”… In the other hand…. I did not like a few things you said

  • Hello! I have a question. Yesterday I had lunch at 4:00 pm (yes it was pretty much late) And then I started my workout at 7:30pm. What should I eat afer this workout I just ate a banana and an apple because I wasn’t accelly that much hungry right after the workout. Thank you!

  • Hey I know u like won’t see this but I was wondering if you still have your old iPhone if so can I have it please I have the oldest phone ever

  • whenever i watch these videos i never see these guys wash their hands after handling their chicken…
like just because you’re jacked doesnt mean you’re impervious to food poisoning

  • Um working hard, lost 10kg in 3months dnt know from wherejust the scale reading shows it, build some muscles slowly, but the freaking belly so bulzing out n it doesnot seems to go insise

  • Just ate pre work out meal
Toast peanut butter banana and abit of smoothie
    Waoooo its just the best
Let me go out outthe buddy…..
    Thanks dear

  • I’m trying to figure this out right now… My friend and I go to the gym to do your workouts at 8am before our classes start. I’ve been waking up at 6 to down a smoothie made of bananas, soy milk, frozen berries, and spinach, and then giving myself 2 hours to relax and do whatever before I have to begin my day. I still get nauseous (mildly) during high intensity activities. I don’t really know what to do because I have to eat more than just a piece of fruit or else my stomach hurts from hunger. I don’t really want to wake up earlier than 6 to eat, lest I piss off my roommate who prefers sleeping till noon… I don’t really know what to do.

  • I do my workouts around 2-3 hours after breakfast, and when the workout is more intense, I 100% include an apple/banana/peach. And I usually have lunch after the workout, then dinner 4 hours later.

  • Hey everyone, thanks for watching. Please subscribe for more videos like this. Check out Miles’ latest video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jC_FXK9_BA4&t=25s

  • Very relevant video with last view of Dieting & muscle building!!
These days really many searchers are out there with lot of confusion of what we are looking for

  • I was just wondering I workout each morning and usually drink protein shake with almond milk an half banana an hour before my workout.. is that too much?

  • we as vegans have to start pushing some of our family into world wide politics, and this fellow would be a perfect choice, he’s mesmerizing, articulate, fast, witty and stunning!

  • Ste they combinable all those ingredients together? From a chemistry point of view. Do they work well together? Or for some reason would they cancel each other some of them?

  • This is really awesome. I tried it for a week and it has quicken the recovery time and i no longer feel dizzy and sleepy after an intense workout… Thank you v much mate!

  • basic diet plan with a simple ratio of protein, carbs, veggies and fruits
no processed food and no white sugar. If you want something sweet eat fruit.

  • Could you give some examples of snacks with carbohydrates before or after workouts if you haven’t (or able to have) a meal? What are your thoughts about Larabars, an all natural granola bar?

  • 6 meals obviously works for Sadik and I believe it will work for any average joe looking to gain muscle or lose bodyfat. Call it bro science but it’s not there is logic to it that fat ass people and sedentary will never get it.

  • get this insulin fueled bubble gut out of here. he literally cooked rice in a bag and chicken with salt and pepper on a stove. waste of time, mine and yours.

  • Just tried this!!! OMG, I was very worried it would taste real odd because I’ve never had beet in a smoothie. BUT WOW so yum! And it feels so nice to be eating such a fresh, healthy, smoothie. Thanks!

  • So I have been following all your videos and LOVING IT! I am wondering exactly when you take your vital proteins (the collagen peptides) because I bought a container and I am unsure how much to take as well as when to take…like before or after workout? What is best!?

  • Not a bad video but I notice that alot of people that are vegan talk to much! I do not care about hearing the stories of athletes like Venus Williams I already know about this. I just want to hear about the post workout drink that is it! Everything else is unecessary information!
