4 Late-Night Kitchen Hacks to Eat Better All Week. by Lentine Alexis. November 3, 2019. No Comments. But, the truth is a few minutes of prep before you get into bed at night helps you to eat better all week.

The four hacks below are simple ways to maximize those sleepy hours. 1. Late-night cravings can be hard to fight. Your body is hardwired to reach for junk food during those evening snack sessions, but you don’t have to. Sure, your metabolic rate slows down a bit, but it doesn’t stop, says Langer.

Yes, when it comes to weight management, it’s better to eat your biggest meals around the time of day you’re most. Plus, little pots of fresh herbs—think basil, oregano, thyme, and mint—make beautiful kitchen decorations and are harder to kill than you think. (No green thumb required!) Hack your butter. Warm chocolate chip cookies are one of life’s greatest pleasures but they’re not all created equal. But instead of searching endlessly for the.

4 Late-Night Kitchen Hacks to Eat Better All Week. by Lentine Alexis November 3, 2019. There are few things we feel like doing when we get home after a long day. Cooking an elaborate dinner or meal planning for the week wouldn’t likely make the cut.

But, the truth is a few minutes of Read More. No Comments. October 27, 2019. A recipe roundup of big-batch breakfasts, like egg sandwiches, yogurt cups, oatmeal, and more to make ahead of time and eat throughout the week. Make big-batch breakfasts part of your meal prep routine, and your future self will thank you.

And the latter—going nuts on the weekend because you’ve been on point with your diet during the week—is never a good idea. A solid diet and exercise program will help you lose 1 to 2 pounds per week—a deficit of about 3,500 to 7,000 calories. Sure, trying the local fare is part of experiencing the destination, but on an all-day coach tour, your stomach might be thanking you for grabbing a snack.

15. You don’t have to eat. Over the years, many of my clients on quests to eat healthier and lose weight have told me, “I do great all day, but at night, everything just seems to fall apart.†Sometimes this.

  • Lately (since the start of corona quarantine) I’ve been eating at least 3,500 calories a day (I maintain at 1,600). And it made me gain more than 20 pounds and gave me super bad skin because of all the junk food… I watched this today and I will use these tips. I’m super optimistic and hope I can actually go back to eating normally (not have 8 chocolate bars and half a jar of Nutella a day!). I’ll come back in a month and let y’all know if these tips helped or not, thanks for the video!

  • …BUT, if you have Diverticulosis, you’re not suppose to eat some berries because they are seeded AND If the seeds get stuck in the sack, it turns into Diverticulosis and is very painful, CORRECT!?

  • I have been told by my Consultant that Avocado and Brown Bread are absolute No No’s Fish yes! So sorry not sure where she gets her Info, but according to my Consultant she is just so wrong about somethings. Don’t get me started if you have two things or more wrong because the advice would be terrible. Her recipes sound lovely BUT not for everyone.

  • I`ve had eczema for nearly all of my entire life; just a couple reddish colored spots within the sides of my elbows as well as legs. If my very first few days of making use of it, I can see my skin area flakes. There is certainly no more irritation soon after testing this eczema guide. On the 4th day, I recognize that my very own cheek don`t have any flakiness as well as the section has fully remedied. I just researched Google to find this guidebook, it calls Kαmden Koladoz
    hope you get it

  • I’ve been trying for years to workout and eat 3 meals a day with maybe 2 snacks.. idk what’s wrong with me tho..no matter what I NEED TO EAT 24/7 and its sucks:(( I started working out this week ( 3 times a week) and I’ve been binge eating more than before…

  • I’ve been feeling kinda blah lately. My body is telling me it’s my diet. I need to get it together. Fast food is not healthy food. I need vegetables in my life.

  • Great info. It’s a no brainer that nature has the cure to every ailment we suffer. I got a firsthand experience when I was diagnosed of cancer in 2015. I tried everything possible to get rid of it, all to no avail. I almost lost hope when I came across Dr. Aliyu from a testimony I read online. He is a herbal specialist. He prepared a herbal medication which was very effective against the cancerous cells. Today I am cancer free and I have Dr. Aliyu to thank for saving my life. This may not be for you but anyone who wishes to reach out to Dr. Aliyu, he can be reached at perfectherballife(@)gmail(dot)com. I hope you find solution to any health challenge you suffer. All the best!

  • Anybody tested out the Custokebon Secrets (just google search it)? I have noticed several awesome things about this popular diet plan program.

  • This video has great advice, but I am confused about the best diet plan which i should use, only because I have never used any. Anyone tried using the Custokebon Secrets? I’ve noticed many people mention amazing things about Custokebon Secrets.

  • Thank you so much. I’ve found so much support from your channel it’s really brought back the joy of cooking for me. I am so enjoying making this beautiful nourishing food. Thank you for the difference you are making in my life.

  • You are wrong about omega 3 there’s it cause oxidative stress in the body. Because once you heat it up in the pan or the body. It is no longer beneficial to you. It’s come from the cold water for a reason. Don’t buy in pill form it would be no good because of the heat.

  • i lost weight last months thats why im binge eating right now and i cant stop thinking that i deserve it because i did great. now im back to zero

  • Really enjoyed this as I tucked in my bacon and sausage bap… my family keep insisting I should try a vegan life style? So I have subbed and notified and will give these a go, as i work away from home for 5 days and the veggie in water in Jars is a great idea that I can do. Thanks…see Im practically a vegan already..lol

  • I recently recovered from this and I wanted to say that to whoever is going through it, it will get better. But just trust your body, trust that you don’t need to be skinny and also try intuitive eating. Try to eat when you are hungry and include everything in your diet, fat, protein, carbohydrates, veg, fruit, If you look. Just know that you don’t have to overthink eating, just eat and make what you binge normal. If you binge biscuits and cookies and cereal like I used to then I suggest you try to have your usual breakfast and then a biscuit at the end. You may get triggered and binge sometimes but if you feel normal and you want the cookie eat it and enjoy it and show yourself some love. Just have everything in your diet so instead of having “cheat days” you have sweets anyway and veg and fruit and everything in between everyday so that you don’t feel the need to binge because your body realises that it gets what it wants. In the process of binging try to realise that you are doing it and try to investigate why you are. This really helped me. It took me around a good month to quit for good. Be patient and be kind to yourself. You have to binge eat to quit binge eating. Also this video is really good but please Sadia talk about the meaning of beauty because body image influenced me a lot and I thought I was not good enough so I would love to see someone to say that beauty is what you make it. You decide the definition of beauty to you.

  • Show me your birthday party and I’ll go to your birthday party whenever if you have a big old pool that I’m going to be deciding that I can see Beto

  • PLEASE provide recipes for those of us whose gut is so damaged we’ve become intolerant of, & suffer severe inflammation/pain/illness from almost ALL foods including half of the ones in ur recipes. Many ppl, like myself, can’t eat grains, eggs, nuts, seeds (spices, oils etc), onion/garlic, legumes, solanaceae (chili, tomato, potato, etc), as well as common food sensitivities of auto-immune sufferers (gluten, dairy, sugar, etc). Neither can many of us access wild-caught salmon, & cant eat toxic farmed salmon. Title them “Extreme Anti-inflammatory Recipes” or similar PLEASE!

  • I’m newly diagnosed with autoimmune disease age 29. And still waiting to see the rheumatology department….. it’s hard to know what to eat so it’s not boring lol the avocado egg salad sparked my interest. I took a test in the past and tuna, banana, beef, chicken, algae, etc was on it. So may some healthy items but not good for me. Though its been a few years I need to retake the test. When the salmon was on the avocado I was like oh damn…haha -Anyways I need to find the anti-inflammatory avocado egg salad recipe.

  • better check your broccoli lol. In almost every head of broccoli I buy there’s a bunch of caterpillars. Don’t know if that happens in the US with the amount of pesticides they use but still it’s better to be safe than sorry:D

  • My obsession with food is a punishment to me. It’s not fun or cute, it’s not a “i love food” trend.. I can’t stop eating, I unconsciously bury my face in huge amounts of food & eat way past fullness. I eat till it hurts and i feel disgusting. And after that it doesn’t take me long till my next meal ( mind you that i consume about 4 meals a day, each meal is big, excluding snacks). Also I don’t eat because I’m hungry most of the times. And I feel guilt on a daily basis, regularly, after eating and after looking at the mirror.
The past five months I’ve gained crazy amount of weight (about 8 kgs). My struggle with food have started a long time ago but I just didn’t notice because there was no obvious changes in my body. I am currently above average weight for my height and age. I can’t fit in 90% of my clothing. I keep comparing myself to my skinny friends on daily basis and that brings a lot of mental destruction for me and it adds up to my low self-confidence, meaning that it makes me more self-conscious and hateful towards my body. I believe I have binge eating disorder because I have all of its symptoms. I’ve been trying to start recovery on my own but it’s just so hard because I find myself giving up to food before even starting. I also believe that my relationship with food is very toxic, it is literally the meaning of love-hate relationship. Eating makes me happy but I’m unhappy when I eat.

  • Appreciate video content! Sorry for chiming in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you considered Peyarper Peerless Preponderance (probably on Google)? It is a smashing one off guide for eliminate your uterine fibroids minus the hard work. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my good mate called Gray finally got astronomical results with it.

  • OMG’ thank you, thank you from Australia.. i was about 295lb and riddled with Arthritis at 55yrs old, now 195lb and pretty much medication free. Just needed some help from someone smart as you to show me how too eat healthy! thanks again… Dave

  • Actually too much ginger can cause constipation & wind & flatulence common knowledge in traditional asian medicine. It has to be used in moderation. But i guess all food eaten in moderation & have a variety if one can afford it.

  • Nice Video clip! Sorry for the intrusion, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you tried Dinanlinson Muscle Rebuilt Approach (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a good one off product for saying goodbye to your gout minus the normal expense. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my old buddy Taylor after many years got astronomical results with it.

  • thanks for ur tips. hope u could answer these questions asked by the viewers so we could learn even more. Thank you. All the best

  • Thank you for this educational, easy to follow, and helpful video! I have RA as a young adult and my doctor put me on an anti inflammatory diet but it was hard to know what food does what and why. Thank you!!!

  • Hi there, great video up until you recommend garlic…garlic should only be used for healing ‘if’ you have any health issues. Garlic is actually poisonous to our digestive systems if eaten regularly. ‍♀️

  • That was very informativeI used all of those last summer and was healed of my stomach troubles. I continue to work on eating these weekly and have dropped in weight and reversed pain associated with rheumatoid arthritis

  • This video is definitely wonderful! It helps me remember of the time when my sister used Custokebon Secrets to lose 18 pounds and enjoy being healthy again! Many people wish to lose fat, however we also require to remain healthy, and that’s what Custokebon Secrets given.

  • My anxiety and OCD have
become a LOT worse since we watched my Mom die a horrific death from cancer last year. So anorexia in my early twenties has now shown up as binge eating disorder at 40 and I am so lost. Working with a therapist but not seeing much progress so far.

  • Do anyone know about Custokebon Secrets? Does it really work? I hear many people burn their fat with this popular fat burn diet plan.

  • it’s been one month (yesterday) since i’ve been diagnosed with lupus.. i only just turned 17 so recently i’ve been getting into healthier eating and changing my lifestyle, your videos have been so so so helpful to me!! Thank you so much!!

  • My mate laughed when I told them I was going to reduce weight with just using Custokebon Secrets, but after I showed these people incredible results right after I used it they’re begging me to tell them about it. Of course I won’t tell them the detail about this diet plan, lol

  • Like bruh you can just put the cheese stick inside the pan like that why you need oil cook and trust if you just cook like your playing it wont turn out crispy it just turn out into hard cheese stick like-

  • Such a great channel! Thanks for all of your healthy, delicious recipes and educational information. Wonderful resource! You are helping us with our journey to thriving health.

  • Ottimi consigli… ma la patina bianca sulla pasta è inguardabile. Immagino già in bocca il gusto attaccaticcio e scotto. Dopo che l’acqua bolle va buttata la pasta, non prima… dai.

  • I had 44 kilograms last summer, and I haven’t checked since then. I am turning 12 in November. I am 148 centimetres tall. I worked out this year, 5-6 times a week.. Is that bad? Should I workout more? I have an hour glass figure, but I still have a wide tummy.
I am not thin, but I have a tummy that I’d like gone:(

  • Garlic is not good for auto immune disorders, according to Johns Hopkins.org
It boosts the immune system -opposite of what is needed

  • Lately (since the start of corona quarantine) I’ve been eating at least 3,500 calories a day (I maintain at 1,600). • I just ended watching the video and I couldn’t help but cry cause I really wanna go out of this, I really want to get rid of binge eating cause it’s so tormenting and it is making me feel more weak every time and I just want it to stop. I want to live a day where I don’t have to worry about how am I gonna feel after every meal. Thank you so much for this, words really encourage and motivate, I’m gonna give my two hundred percent to be stronger.

  • I have the strict twin and all or nothing twin. It stars with me restricting myself to not have anything that’s too unhealthy, but then someone in my family will offer me something sweet like a pastry or ice cream and it becomes hard for me to say no. So then because I’ve restricted myself so hard, I really want that sweet thing. So I think to myself “I’ll only have this small pastry and then no sweets for a few weeks”. But after I’ve had it, I’m like “well… I’ve already eaten unhealthy today…might as well get over with it and start fresh tomorrow”. And I just keep on thinking like “I’ll eat what I want this week, but when school starts I’ll quit” but then after going to school for like a week I eat one unhealthy thing and it all goes down hill. And then I feel like shit after because I shouldn’t have ate all that unhealthy stuff. And I restrict myself once again and then it starts over, like an evil circle. The hardest part is when I’m trying to eat better but my family keeps offering me sweets and unhealthy stuff, and then I feel pressured into eating it. I can’t say no. And I don’t want them to know that I want to loose weight because I feel like it’s a taboo thing.

  • Something that instantly got rid of my binge eating disorder was just to stop weighing myself every single day. I never knew that it would be so easy for me to stop binge eating. Since I stopped weighing myself I haven’t had a binge eating day at all and I am so proud .

  • I am eating healthy but am living in a house with people who have very bad eating habits. There is junk food everywhere in the kitchen. The problem is that I don’t have a lot of ideas of what to eat to stay healthy. And sometimes I am hungry and binge and then feel so guilty.

  • Great video. I’ve struggled with binge eating and bulimia most my life. Most people dont know because I train for Ironmans and I walk around with muscle at less than 6% bodyfat. I can stay in a calorie deficit and work in “junk” food into my diet and stay inshape. But then something will happen and the all or nothing side of me will trigger me to eat 15,000+ calories. Then the next day I’ll eat nothing and ride 100 miles on my bike or go run 20 miles and make myself throw up and it’s a never ending cycle. I say all of this because I want anyone reading this to know eating disorders dont stop when you reach your “ideal” body type. I’m absolutely shredded and have a similar body to zach effron from baywatch and I still deal with this. These issues are very deep and hopefully my comment will help others realize it doesnt just end when you get “inshape”.

  • Yum, I’m feeling inspired…today’s lunch will be a spinach pizza on a flatbread base with tomato paste, oregano and vegan parmesan cheese, served with some lovely lemon water and for hubby a side serving of homemade oven fries

  • You have such a beautiful smile and its making ME smile! Me; a sad potato who has a resting bitch face 24/7! Have a great day u absolutely gorgeous angel

  • Hey Sadia, would you consider giving us a basic nutrition course: Like how to understand what to eat or how to create a meal plan

  • Just don’t buy unhealthy food or snacks. There won’t be any temptation if there isn’t anything for you to eat.
I often find myself eating when I am bored or watching a TV show, its hard to stop. I will try hard to have a healthier diet and mindset

  • NOBODY AND I MEAN NOBODY would look at me and think I overeat and binge. It makes sense like I look skinny and I guess I would say I am but that’s after a few intense workouts throughout the day, But the only thing on my mind is food. Ugh fuck life at this point

  • Thank you for the tips. While I have heard all of them before, you presented them in a clear short summarized version that makes it seem pretty simple (not easy…). While these may not work every time I feel a binge cooking on, I think you’re right when you say with time and practice it will eventually yield results. Thanks again!

  • When I actually made an improvement like taking a desert when my day was going wel,l I do not know how to celebrate it, I feel like I messed up and so feeling down and so eating to tried to get better…

  • It’s hard to not eat stuff when you’re just depressed i mean. Feeling happy is rare for me, most of my day is just a mirky gray sludge of time i want to pass so i can go to sleep.

  • Omg i just love u soooooo muchhhhhh for making this video!!! OK like most of the stuff u said applies to me and oh gosh u make so so much sense I can’t waittttt to put these helpful tips to action! Thank you so muchhhh!

  • Hi sorry if it is a lot to ask but I badly needed a support person. You see I have no many friends so if your willing then you are a God sent angel to me. Don’t worry I won’t do anything to offend you, I just really need you.

  • your videos are awsome. If one has no thyroid can one be 100 % vegan?Cannot eat alges seavegetables and iodine?Love your talk of minimalism. And that you only use coconutoil on you face,Do you use sunscreen? What do you use to wash your hair with and body?

  • My dad read “how not to die” two years ago and suggested it to me.So for the last 2 years I have been sticking to its tips like a Bible

  • I’m actually the opposite. When I’m really down or depressed I tend to not eat for hours. I struggle with binge eating when I start to eat something, but I find it so delicious that I can’t stop.

  • Oil pulling, yoga, vitamin C,D, sunbath for 2 hours saves u frm covid as God Jesus saved all sinners by His death n ressurrection on 3rd day. C ‘Ressurrection’ in Google..

  • I don’t drink soda. Only water.
I don’t drink fruit juice. Fruits are yummy and those satisfy my cravings.
My mother would kill me if I used my phone during meals.
My mom rarely buys cereal or any snacks but wholewheat biscuits unless I get good grades for my exams (there’s like only four exams throughout the school year so you can imagine how little I eat those, and theres still a 20% chance I don’t get the A she wants due to some stupid mistake or I happen to forget the material I need) so there’s nothing to even put on the countertop
I don’t eat at school so I don’t need lunchboxes, I cook once I get home. My body’s used to it already so even on weekends, I’m not really hungry until around 12 in the afternoon.
My bedtime is 9 and I fall asleep at around 10… I think that’s pretty early. Also I wake up at 5:30 for school without an alarm cuz I think I somehow programmed my body to do that lol

Also this wasn’t mentioned but I drink at least 8 cups of water daily, eat a spoon of disgusting raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar as soon as I wake up (well after I use the bathroom and have a cup of water)

But im still so fat TwT

Edit: I’d like to mention im fat probably because I eat a lot of meat and I literally dont move. At all. A quarter of my day is spent asleep, the next quarter would be school, at 12 I get home and then I’d take a bath and the next quarter of the day (well around 7 hours but whatever) would be me doing homework, household chores that I was assigned or studying, then when my mom gets home at about 7 im free to use my phone if all the chores are done. Yea so basically I dont move at all. This is probably as unhealthy as a 12 year old can get lol-

  • When you buy your organic baby spinach at Costco you have no choice but to throw it into everything! I personally think it make meat sauces much more appealing to eat.

  • Thank you for this video. I find that few videos address the emotional side of binging. My big issue is evil twin number 2. If I am going to fall off the wagon, I might as well fall off completely.

  • I just came here because I am trying to lose weight and I wanted to have nothing but the 2 meals and a snack for a day, but I was really craving some bread and butter, so I went ahead and took 2 slices with butter. Now I feel SOOOO guilty…

  • With me it’s not even craving food, it’s just like something takes over and I just start stuffing what ever is easy into my mouth. I’ve gotten better and I keep easy to eat fruit and vegetables on hand so when it happens at least I’m getting something nutritious in, instead of crisps or something.

  • Sadia’s Video is amazing but personally when I was recovering I found this one helpful. I love Sadia though her Chanel is so amazing a also if you see this I love your Chanel and message https://youtu.be/SQFPaEQpcv8

  • thanks for the tips. however, I just checked on medical website and also yoga websites for the side effects of all the herbs you mentioned, and all of them have some very serious side effects, especially with the heart, and almost all of them actually cause acid reflux and cramping as well as increase gas production.

  • Sube pet saaf ni ho to bhi vajrasan krskte h?? Ye harm to ni krega. Kuk roz mera pet saaf ni hota to yhi problm h kya ye remove krdega??

  • I know I have a problem now I just don’t know how to fix it. I’m to afraid to tell anyone. I’m hoping I’ll have the courage to tell my mam when I see her tomorrow.
I know it’s become an emotional problem I don’t think I can fix it myself. I breakdown every time I watch these videos or I see or read anything about eating disorders. I think I might have one but I’m too afraid to say.

  • Its a miracle that I am alive today. I encounter HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS (HSV1/2) for good four (4) years, six (6) months and twelve (12) day with my calculations, before I meet the great Dr. Abumere. I am Tina Richard from Fresno California, united state of America and I was affected with herpes virus.Herpes is a viral infection cause by the Herpes simplex virus, marked by painful, watery blister in the skin or mucous membrane or on the genitals. This was what I suffered for good four years. I have visited CVS Pharmacy in Fresno for treatment but no improvement. I meet Dr.Abumere online while I was searching for herpes cure I read a testimony about his work. I give a try that now becomes a testimony in my life. I contacted Dr.Abumere on Email: [email protected] or WhatsApp: +2349021975055

  • Why can frozen berries sometimes be more nutritious than fresh berries? Many fresh fruits, like berries, and some vegetables too, are picked before they are ripe. This allows them time to fully ripen during transportation, but it means they had less time to obtain and develop a full range of vitamins, minerals and natural antioxidants with help from the soil. Berries destined to be frozen, on the other hand, are picked at peak ripeness, when they’re most nutritious. Both fresh and frozen berries are wonderfully nutritious, and incredibly antioxidant rich; include these little gems in your meals and snacks whenever possible:)

  • Ethical arguments against veganism:

    1. If someone doesn’t feel pain, is it okay for us to break their bones? If not, vegans shouldn’t eat plants either. For example, people born with congenital analgesia cannot feel pain and are far more susceptible to life-threatening injuries than others. Even though they can feel discriminative touch and have normal cognition and sensation.

    2. Plants are sentient or self-aware by the same standards animals are deemed to be self-aware. https://royalsocietypublishing.org/doi/full/10.1098/rspb.2015.1379

    3. If a higher intelligence is the reason why animals should be spared from being eaten and plants shouldn’t, then there’s nothing wrong with eugenics either.

    4. What should we do about the problem of obligate carnivores? Should we sterilize them en masse and make them go extinct in the process? In a world free of carnivores, herbivores must face a stiffer competition against each other to procure food for themselves. In a world of limited resources, death and suffering is inevitable either way. A herbivorous species must either ward off, maim or starve a rival species of herbivores to death in order to fend for their own and secure territory. How is this any better?

    5. If it’s okay for animals to eat other animals including human beings, but not the other way round, then why are we applying any moral standards at all? If animals are incapable of moral agency and can’t form a social contract with humans, then it’s preferential treatment for animals which is inherently unjust towards and discriminatory against human beings. In nature, those who make the best utilization of whatever resource is available for them as food have a higher chance of survival and get to reproduce more.

    6. Humans are obligate carnivores in nature. Even if it’s in the narrow sense that we get our B12 from animal products and in some climates, our vitamin D (D3) as well. Our bodies were designed to break down meat. Why is something natural wrong, even if it has features that are unpleasant? Should we get rid of gender too since men have unfair physical advantages over women?

    7. Meat is required for optimal health. There are nutrients in animals that we simply cannot find in plants. Then there’s the fact that we can more readily absorb essential nutrients from animal products than from plants due to the lack of antinutrients, which in some cases, can be lethal. Plus, animal nutrients exist in a more bioavailable form in comparison to the plant variety. For example, retinol vs beta carotene, heme iron vs non heme iron etc. Why should we consume a prohibitive amount of nutrient sparse food which is time-consuming, uncomfortable and unhealthy due to its high fiber content and can even ruin our guts?

    8. If both plants and animals are off the menu due to ethical considerations, should chemically produced food alternatives and nutrient supplements be the future of “food” for humanity? Why should we substitute food with chemical goo when our bodies are best adapted to and have evolved over millions of years to their current state fueled by an omnivorous diet? The potential consequences could be disastrous for our species in the long run.

    9. In the near future, the already existent cultured meat will become commercially available at an inexpensive price for mass consumption. If a human donor can donate a pound of their flesh to feed a small town in the process, why is it unethical to procure it from animals instead? If altruism is a good thing, why are humans to blame for the shortcomings of animal cognition? A portion of cultured pork meant for human consumption can be fed back to pigs as well.

    10. Why should it ever be right to prevent a man from raising his own animals for food? Why should we infringe on individual liberty? Both cultured meat or a supplement aided vegan diet is dependent on big corporations and the expertise of a small, elite group of specialists. Why should people from other walks of life throw their most basic right away to the whims of a powerful minority? If they get to control our bodies, they get to control our policies as well.

    11. Is animal exploitation wrong even when it saves human lives? If it is, doesn’t it imply that the life of a few animals are more important than that of a human patient? Is this needless? Should we let nature take it’s course? Then why is it wrong to eat meat? Isn’t it natural too?

    12. If vegans really value animal lives, including that of rodents and insects, shouldn’t they adopt a lifestyle that causes minimum harm to them without being outright misanthropic? Shouldn’t vegans avoid fruits and vegetables that depend on beekeeping? Shouldn’t they take a more anti-civilization stance in general and be more closer to nature like those of the uncontacted tribes of the world? If not, how is the impact of civilization upon non-human animals not tantamount to ethnic cleansing through population displacement in a human context at the very least? Not to mention crop deaths, pest control, uprooting wildlife habitats etc. Isn’t it grossly inconsistent to be vegan while reaping the benefits of modern civilization at the same time? Is the life of an earthworm or a fruit fly less valuable than that of a cow or a dog? If so, is this a morally consistent position?

  • Hello from Alaska. I am a new vegan, and I’m struggling a bit. But your videos are extremely calming and informative.
    Thank you. Lisa.

  • What is the best way to lost lots of fat? I read lots of good opinions on the internet about how Custokebon Secrets will help you lost a lot of weight. Has anyone tried using this popular fat burn method?

  • Good stuff! I consume all these except chia (flax is cheaper and has even more Omega3) and broccoli (tight budget) on regular basis. I also have at least 3 autoimmune disorders and manage chronic pain with diet. I would like to add some more inflammation-fighting SUPERSTARS that I eat every day… Turmeric (way better absorbed when combined with black pepper and E.V. olive oil [both of which also fight inflammation]). Hot peppers (capsaicin) is a powerful anti-inflatatory and painkiller by triggering hormone (dopamine, others) response, also makes the brain ‘run out’ of the pain hormone ‘Substance p’ from the intense burn. Your brain gets used to the heat as you work your way up from weak jalapenos all the way up to ghost peppers, Scorpion peppers and beyond! Several healthy fats like you mentioned, but also olive oil (same family as avocado but with other benefitsavocado can be cooked with, but NOT olive oil) E.V. organic unrefined coconut oil (a very unique energy giving and weight loss medium-chain saturated fat that can attach to excessive saturated fats and bacteria and flush them out!) Organic Green tea and onions are also very high in quercetina very powerful antiinflamatory, plus they both have numerous other different antioxidants. Diatomaceous Earth is a dirt-cheap fossilized mineral used as a natural parasite killer, but is criminally overlooked remedy mainly consisting of silicacrucial for collagen formation (the glue of new cells) in the bones, hair, skin, muscles, etc. Very effective for arthritis, muscle pain, wound healing, skin health, bone health, etc. Its also a very effective blood clotter (outside the body) in the event of a bleeding emergency. I used it to save my life when I lacerated an artery before the ambulance camewould’ve been too late! Its also antiviral and antimicrobial. I created a recipe (drink) that I make every day for an incredible energy, brain boost, anti-depressant, very effective antiinflamatory and pain killer, etc. but is not for the ‘faint of heart’ I call “Rocket Fuel”. It boosts you into another dimension and is very potent, but is remarkable for pain relief. Each ingredient works ‘synergistically’ with each other to create a powerful ‘fuel’ against inflammation, etc. Contains fresh garlic, ginger, 3-5 habanero peppers (or 1 ghost or scorpion pepper, or whatever based on my current or expected pain levelYOU start with much less hot [like cayenne] based upon your own heat tolerance and work your way up), turmeric, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper, Coenzyme Q10 powder, rosemary optional, raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar optional, and pure water in blender. No room to list every quantity, but reply if you’re interested. Side effects are few but may include slight stomach upset (based upon all the ‘heat’best combined with food), laxative effect, and weight loss. The latter two are good for most people, but any slight side affect is well worth the incredible benefits!

  • Nutrition is still in its infancy. It doesn’t account for many factors that shape what and how people can actually eat. Here in The United States there’s a tendency now to just discard all or most animal protein and toss in all sorts of allergenic foods into recommended diets that cause chronic rhinitis or even sinusitis sometimes. For example, wheat, especially whole wheat, is one of the most allergenic foods in existence. Millions of people worldwide have allergies to wheat, some severe. Most berries, except bananas, are also very histamine inducing, especially when consumed long term. And flax seeds and chia seeds are the worst. Most people on earth have never even encountered those foods in their genetic group until now. That is a huge potential for a severe allergic reaction. It just bothers me that allergies are always treated as an exception rather than a fact of life. And people basically have to get their own private consultation to have any basic idea or sense of what to eat. And Including allergies information in food products does not count. That’s just a disclaimer to protect the industries from lawsuits.
This isn’t a tantrum. This needs to be accounted for and not everyone can or should eat the same things.

For starters, nutritional information should encompass propensity to cause allergies. There should be a statistical index proportionally worked out with the current American population. And it should be understood that not everyone traces their lineage back to groups of people rich in berries diets or people rich in rice diets. Everything has its place.

Understanding nutrition the way it is learned now is like teaching Psychology everywhere the same. Psychology is a field that is very dependent on the culture. Some cultures deal well with intellectual deconstruction of emotions, others don’t. Some deal better with strategies to feel better without deconstructing anything. And those cultures coexist many times in one place, one country. This is the same thing with nutrition. Do we think the US is so vast that it is the only valid place on the planet. Many cultures far more ancient have tried and true methods of nutrition that don’t include all those nuts smoothies, and dipping on hummus or yogurts as foods, but rather plates eaten at the table with a variety of choices.

This whole snacking thing is unthinkable for more of human history. Except fruits, snacking is a very recent and lazy thing.

Let’s dive deep into nutrition beyond just looking at nutrient density or proteins. Lets look at amino acids and which foods offer which. I bet the majority of people can name many antioxidant rich foods and in the correct order, but probably have no idea which amino acids are present in which proteins, and how much starch actually promotes a healthy weight instead of discarding things like rice as only belly promoting foods

  • I think you are a nice woman, and You make some good points but I know your video stems from metaphysics and I don’t believe or agree with those views but thank you so much.

  • What exactly is Custokebon Secrets? How does this thing really work? I see a lot of people keep on talking about this popular weight loss methods.

  • 123GO: “Ever wish you can elevate your eating experience?” Me: Ever wish you can just bite the ends or just slurp the noodles like a normal person does? It’s not that hard to do and no offence by the way, who agrees? Edit: How do you eat the noodles? The cutting way or the regular way?

  • My legs are really fat, can you make a video about how can I loose legs fat. I don’t feel comfortable with my two legs. It’s too big and fat, sometimes I wish that I listen to myself not my stomatch.
Thanks and have a nice day:)

  • hello everyone… I also posted a video about this and how I overcame binge eating! Would love it if you checked it out! Send you all the best xxx

  • When you buy your organic baby spinach at Costco you have no choice but to throw it into everything! I personally think it make meat sauces much more appealing to eat.

  • The only way I can stop binging on junk food or food that is not nutritious is not to buy it or have it in the house or else I will binge on it until it is gone.

  • I can do so well one week, eat healthy and not starve myself, but then I just find myself eating and eating and eating and eating and I don’t know what to do anymore, I’m stuck in a cycle, why can’t I stop myself, why?? I seriously see myself gaining weight, and cry and cry and cry, yesterday I just planned to go back eating well, but ended up eating a ton, now writing this about to sleep thinking the exact same thing, that I’m going to go back eating healthy and I know I will not be able to control myself again, I hate the number on the scale, I hate the image in the mirror, yet I’m the one preventing myself from achieving happiness, I’m my worst enemy.

  • This eczema guide is actually fantastic and truthfully a life-saver. This promptly show effectiveness in managing my eczema that brought burning sensation as well as discomfort. I make use of it almost everyday to be safe to help keep the eczema from ever even appearing.. Google can be used to get this guide, name of it is Kαmden Koladoz
    hope you get it

  • I just ended watching the video and I couldn’t help but cry cause I really wanna go out of this, I really want to get rid of binge eating cause it’s so tormenting and it is making me feel more weak every time and I just want it to stop. I want to live a day where I don’t have to worry about how am I gonna feel after every meal. Thank you so much for this, words really encourage and motivate, I’m gonna give my two hundred percent to be stronger.

  • I told my husband today I think I have an eating disorder and what I think caused it. He just said I need to let it go. I proceeded to eat 3 snack cakes and a bag of chips
Now I’m thinking about how I cant eat any food tomorrow.

  • what i understand from this is that we need to pause and think about every move and try to make it a healthy move until its natural
    wow

  • Hi I saw you have tiny magnets that hold your paper to the refrigerator….I’ve been looking for something like that…. where did you get yours? Thanks

    1. Watch your words to stop self-identifying with binge eating habits (ego prevents you from giving up your belief of self-identity)
Use past tense: “I used to…” instead of “I am…”
Visualize what the ideal you would do something realistic that you can consistently keep up
    3:10
    2. Avoid trigger food when down
Alleviate your state: talk to someone, watch a comedy, make a drink,…
Enjoy the “trigger food” when you’re happy to break the association between feeling down and the food
    4:56
    3. Separate yourself from evil twins: strict twin, all-or-nothing twin
Listen to your inner dialogue: the twins are not you
Use the word “nourish”: will the food nourish me?
    6:49
    4. Don’t “Should” on yourself you would rebel yourself
Say “could” (option) instead of “should” (demand)
    8:02
    5. Talk to someone you trust
Emotions, feelings, triggers, what worked before

  • Great video.
    However.
Don’t tell people to talk to a doctor or a medically trained nutritionist about a healthy diet.
Neither has training in healthy nutrition.
The medical mafia doesn’t want us healthy.
    HEALTHY PEOPLE COST THEM MONEY!

  • I’m allergic to strawberries,
I don’t have any popcorn in my house atm,
I can’t have yogurt because it makes me sick,
My parents don’t want me having weird powder smoothies,
I can’t have milk (lactose intolerant) I can’t have honey either,
I literally ran out of eggs today,
I can’t eat pumpkin seeds either (makes me itch a lot)
My parents don’t want me to eat protein bars,
    I can’t eat blueberries either,
I don’t have carrots, and I only eat one type of hummus that we don’t have atm. WHAT NOW D:

  • When I actually made an improvement like taking a desert when my day was going wel,l I do not know how to celebrate it, I feel like I messed up and so feeling down and so eating to tried to get better…

  • It’s hard to not eat stuff when you’re just depressed i mean. Feeling happy is rare for me, most of my day is just a mirky gray sludge of time i want to pass so i can go to sleep.

  • I love that idea of losing weight with fruits and a good little bird, especially I will combine it with what I am doing (3d7x6HK) to improve my result

  • I love your videos so much that I watch them over and over again:) I’ve also shared them with my family and friends.
So inspiring and calming:) Thank you for your great work!

  • Changing my vocabulary has been a game changer in lots of aspects of my life. That is sooooo powerful!
Thanks for your work, tips and tricks. Your videos are always a pleasure to watch.

  • Thank you for the tips. While I have heard all of them before, you presented them in a clear short summarized version that makes it seem pretty simple (not easy…). While these may not work every time I feel a binge cooking on, I think you’re right when you say with time and practice it will eventually yield results. Thanks again!

  • I’m actually the opposite. When I’m really down or depressed I tend to not eat for hours. I struggle with binge eating when I start to eat something, but I find it so delicious that I can’t stop.

  • Thank you!! These were the best tips ever. Am looking to start eating healthy and these tips are the best because you’ve shown me a lot of meal prep hacks.

  • i lost weight last months thats why im binge eating right now and i cant stop thinking that i deserve it because i did great. now im back to zero

  • I think you are a nice woman, and You make some good points but I know your video stems from metaphysics and I don’t believe or agree with those views but thank you so much.

  • I guess not exactly the right advice for me. I don’t drink soda daily, I don’t drink fruit juice at all, and I don’t eat in front of the TV.

  • Hi there! I’m new to your channel and glad I found you because this is relatable to me. I just gave birth to my 2nd child about 6months ago and like you, I’m trying to manage my weight. I’m encouraged to not procrastinate and just give it a go.

  • I would be able to lose weight if I still lived with my mum but now that I’m on my own and left to take care of myself, I binge on soda coffee and chicken. And I’m on my phone 24/7

  • All of that sauce on the baked salmon? Why not just wrapped w/lemon, olive oil, dill +rosemary?? The fresh avocado? Raw on the side. Overly elaborated recipes.

  • Many good tips to boost our healthy and to save our time. I especially like your smoothies and peanut butter with seeds. They are so good…. These are new things that I’ve enjoyed since I watched your channel. Thanks a lot.

  • AMAZINGLY (as in every other diet plan I’ve seen) NO MENTION WHATSOEVER OF ALCOHOL as though it doesn’t actually exist in people’s lives!!!! Yet everything I read about alcohol tells me it’s fattening.

CAN ANYONE OFFER SOME EXCELLENT INFO ABOUT THIS…??? Thanx.

  • To keep your teach white make sure when having dark foods such as berry smoothie to swirl your mouth with fresh water after, don’t brush your teeth you remove the enamel causing your teeth to be more yellow

  • Okay, ill come back everyday and see if i see any difference in my weight or anything, btw i dont have a scale since it makes me wanna stop eating, but anywayys

    DAY 1:

  • I don’t do most of this. I lost more than 10 kg in less than 2 months but ate less than 1000 calories a day and worked out every day for 40 minutes

  • I dont want to show any videos in wrong way…..but, my best suggestion is we can eat as much as we want..and we have to do exercise to digest that amount of food just like KIM SEOK JIN.He,obviously eats a lot and and do a 4hr full exercise…Really,Armys are everywhere, since i am an army….

  • I am doing really good on my weight loss. I have lost a total of 32 pounds so far.I totally recommend this plan. It has really good information, resources and content that is easy to follow, understand and apply. @t

  • I love your voice.. I saw your channel recommend by some youtube comment and I’m not originally vegan..
But I guess I’ll try when I can

  • Please don’t feel self conscious about the different lengths of your videos. Trust us, we’re engrossed. We keep watching. So many great YouTubers apologise for a slightly longer video than normal and it’s always so strange to me. It’s like saying ‘Oh no, this box of chocolates I gave you has three extra chocolates in it, I’m so sorry…’

  • I lost over 5kg without exercise in a month during quarantine. Here’s what I do:
-i STILL eat pasta, rice, fast food BUT i reduce the portion. I eat only 1 -1.5 portion a day, divided into 2meals a day
-I almost DONT eat snacks at all. Particularly avoid sweet snacks
-i STILL drink coffee with milk BUT only put max 1 teaspoon of sugar or no sugar at all
-I drink tea 1-2 cups a day after meals
-Fruits and veggies are good for your digestion system

  • nutrients deficit leads to certain diseases, cutting down carbs is so enough to get your weight melted, with a little bit of activities your body burns more fat if you deficit carbs so better plan sensibly and if you want it more concrete you can try “mummy magic weight loss tea” this way you won’t need to have a strict diet plan, this herbal tea helps fat melting to a great extent.

  • this is a valuable take away. thanks for sharing. Im a new Mom and want to learn how to be at a healthy weight. let’s grow together.

  • Im so glad I found your channel! I have not had a flare up in 10 years and I am lost as to what to eat during a flare up. Thank you so much for this video. Have a wonderful day!

  • Sadia, this is my first time watching your video, your smile is so impressive! You are gorgeous! Plant-based recipes is so interesting as I am a big fan of cooking and all kinds of western herbs. Your tips is very helpful to me, thanks for sharing.

  • Hi would u consider doing a 14-day challenge with us, where your viewers can follow along when u make meals each day, esp those who want to learn how to eat cleaner?

  • Hi I saw you have tiny magnets that hold your paper to the refrigerator….I’ve been looking for something like that…. where did you get yours? Thanks

  • LOVE this! LOVE all of it. This is what I eat.

Only thing is, berries and avocados can get expensive, I usually get organic. For me berries have to be organic!

Does it matter if avocados are organic? They have a thick skin but I personally prefer them organic, they seem to look better especially on the inside (?).

When there’s a sale on any berries or avocados, I stock up!

Do you recommend freezing any of the berries? Like, if I buy a lot because there was a sale and I cant eat it all that week.

  • Awesome ria seen some of the tips on high on antioxidants will it be possible for you make a special video how to increase fibre intake once again Thankyou really inspiring videos

  • I love your voice.. I saw your channel recommend by some youtube comment and I’m not originally vegan..

  • My anxiety and OCD have
become a LOT worse since we watched my Mom die a horrific death from cancer last year. So anorexia in my early twenties has now shown up as binge eating disorder at 40 and I am so lost. Working with a therapist but not seeing much progress so far.

  • I see you have dried fruit in jars…did you dry them…I just bought myself. Nesco dehydrator and would love to dry fruits.
I’ve been making green powder out of broccoli and cauliflower and beet leaves, lettuces, spinach, kale in the dehydrator….but my Cusiniart doesn’t process it fine enough…..what else could I use……?

  • My dad read “how not to die” two years ago and suggested it to me.So for the last 2 years I have been sticking to its tips like a Bible

  • What is the best way to lost lots of fat? I read lots of good opinions on the internet about how Custokebon Secrets will help you lost a lot of weight. Has anyone tried using this popular fat burn method?

  • Everything looks so good and fresh! I don’t eat as healthy as I should bc it feels overwhelming to come up with tasty options. Thanks for making it look/feel so simple!

  • your videos are awsome. If one has no thyroid can one be 100 % vegan?Cannot eat alges seavegetables and iodine?Love your talk of minimalism. And that you only use coconutoil on you face,Do you use sunscreen? What do you use to wash your hair with and body?

  • I see you have dried fruit in jars…did you dry them…I just bought myself. Nesco dehydrator and would love to dry fruits.
I’ve been making green powder out of broccoli and cauliflower and beet leaves, lettuces, spinach, kale in the dehydrator….but my Cusiniart doesn’t process it fine enough…..what else could I use……?

  • I will change NOW. Not tomorrow or next week but now. Reply to this comment to encourage me or to ask me for updates:)) I have 50 lbs to lose

  • please tell me how to eat uncooked vegetable!:(( bcoz here in my country is unusal for people eating spinach, kale, and other greens uncooked

  • Ottimi consigli… ma la patina bianca sulla pasta è inguardabile. Immagino già in bocca il gusto attaccaticcio e scotto. Dopo che l’acqua bolle va buttata la pasta, non prima… dai.

  • I really love your recipes and advice helping me kick start a healthier diet. My husband has high cholesterol and has been told to stay away from coconut oil. Just wondered what you think as i use it a lot in cooking?

  • My girlfriend is so fired I’m eating my cup of noodles tonight and she is gone now I know why all the other guys I’m so happy they’re going to sea tomorrow LOL

  • Diet Plan called Custokebon Secrets kept appearing here on different youtube and I thought they were scams. However after my work buddy follow it, and finally lost plenty of weight by using it without starving herself. I’m persuaded. Don’t take my own word for it, search for Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine.

  • Somehow the snack word is misunderstood. Some foods here are really disgusting as snacks. Popcorns are literally cancer food, even with that lemon stuff, and if you have to intake 100 cal of Greek yoghuty, do yourself a favour and have some dark chocolate 65-70% is still sweet and good) or have a fruit bowl (orange and apple would keep you burning fat, so put a tbsp of honey inside)… The snack would be not just “healthy” but satisfying!

  • Everything in the video was really great
But, something’s wrong popcorn is unhealthy. Why? Because the microwave popcorn can give you higher risk of cancer if you eat too much because of the the microwavable paper used.
It contains chemicals that can affect a persons’ body.

Overall this video was great and keep it up!

  • when are people going to realize that fat free is horrible for you and that the healthiest part of the egg is the yoke! my God get it together.
