  • OMG! I used vegan protein and almond milk. As a topping I used some peanut butter and dried apple chips. It was really a yummy. I love it. I’m definitely not doing this for the last time. Thank you for this great recepises.

  • I feel like this needs some sweetener like stevia or something. I subbed egg whites for almond milk like homie below. Didn’t add any coconut oil though, so as to keep the calorie count down as much as possible. Added some Walden Farms zero calorie chocolate syrup to the mix and also on top. It was decent. More like a chocolate cake than a brownie. I might make again if I’m on a strict calorie deficit plan.

  • i tried this. the texture…not a fan… tried it a second time.. added half a banana, an egg, and a 1/4 tbs of honey. popped it in the microwave for 1 minute, cause 30 seconds was still watery. and it passes as a genuine brownie in my opinion. Still thanks for this recipe ^^

  • These desserts are NOT healthy at all. All of these recipes contains flour wich is one of the foods you not allowed to eat if you want to lose weight.. and the honey also contains lots of sugar. If you want to lose weight you should not eat any carb ( flour or sugar as in these recipes).

  • I just made the peanut butter cookies. I didn’t want to use a blender so I mixed the wet ingredients with a whisk but the mixture was became really viscous in comparison to the runny mixture in the vid. also I used all purpose flour instead of wheat flour. when I mixed the wet and dry, my dough was superrrrr crumbly so I added 1 more tbsp of honey and 1/4 more tsp vanilla extract. I’m not sure what role my flour choice or the viscous wet mixture contributed to that…anyway I put the dough in a conventional oven instead of an actual bigger oven and I baked them for 20 mins and the cookies were actual ROCKS. i don’t even think they expanded in size at all. I think it’s my fault for not paying attention to stopping the baking process when the cookies turn golden brown bec the bottom of the cookies were a bit burnt…but they were sooo absent of sweetness that I ended up eating them with vanilla ice cream/peanut butter/nutella so next time imma just use a regular recipe ��

    the good news is that I can just crumble up the rest of my cookies into bread crumbs for any next dessert I make ��

    chocolate chips/chunks
    -bake in a loaf pan for 20 minutes at?350°f / 180°c i assume

    cookies
    90g oats
    35g peanut butter
    150g bananas (ripe, mashed)
    60g protein powder (cookies and cream)
    choc chips
    bake for a few minutes at 350/180

The whole point of weight loss is to be in a caloric deficit, meaning you eat less than you burn. To know how many calories you need to sustain your weight, calculate your BMR and count calories from activies throughout the day. If you do not exercise at all, the average BMR is around 2000 calories. For example if your BMR is 1800, you need to eat 300-500 calories less. You can go further if you can persist, but don’t go below 1000 as that is too dangerous for your health. Exercise isn’t what makes you lose weight. It’s a tool to help. If you eat 2000 calories and burn 150 through exercise, you’ll lose 7*150 Calories a week, which in total is a third of calories in half a kilogram ( 500g/1pound is 3,500 Calories) That means, weight loss is 80% food, 20% exercise.

  • If you put on your calendar the meals you want to eat that week and do the prep work, then yes it is quick. Meal prepping makes a big difference in the time it takes to prepare a meal. I made turkey meatballs stuffed with boiled eggs on a salad and though the meat was already seasoned because I froze it from a prior meal, it still took some time to chop onions, boil the eggs and gather the ingredients especially since some of them I didn’t have in the house. You really have to plan it out your calendar.

  • I would not really call them “PROTEIN brownies” since the protein rate is rellay low compared to what to expect per servning… expected would at least be 20 g protein for 200 kcal…

However after my cooworker follow it, and finally lost a ton of weight by using it without starving herself. I’m persuaded. Do not take my own word for it, search for Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine.

  • When i tried it for the first time i was like yuck but then… well i gave it another shot but changed up a thing or two. I first let it cool down and fall so it isnt that puff when it comes out of the microwave then i put it back in for another 30 seconds and wait till it falls back down and then? Oh. My. God!   • Thing is, maybe the brownie was good, 100 calories per serving. But most of the others were so bad, I mean That little stuffed biscuit in the end has 210 cal… LMAO i could easily eat 5 of them to feel I had dessert. They are healthy definitely but not optimal for dieting..

However after my cooworker follow it, and finally lost a ton of weight by using it without starving herself. I’m persuaded.   • Guys, build muscle doesn’t need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan known as Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that program has changed my life. I probably should not even be mentioning it cause I do not want a bunch of other folks out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am just in a good mood today so I’ll share the wealth haha.

  • I feel like this needs some sweetener like stevia or something. I subbed egg whites for almond milk like homie below. Didn’t add any coconut oil though, so as to keep the calorie count down as much as possible. Added some Walden Farms zero calorie chocolate syrup to the mix and also on top. It was decent. More like a chocolate cake than a brownie. I might make again if I’m on a strict calorie deficit plan.

  • I would say if you want better texture skip the milk and add an egg white (or a whole egg) and a small tsp of coconut oil. It will not only give you better texture but better flavor!

  • instead of draining the chickpea water into the sink, use it in baking!! Its called Aquafaba (I think) and can be used as a vegan egg substitute!! Also, in any recipe you can substitute 1/3 of the flour for protein powder and will get the same results. I like to do this in my recipes just to make them more nutrient dense and filling!!

  • Shrimp has the lowest amount of protein. All the shrimp would be around 15-20G of protein so you would need to eat the entire batch tasty just made not 3 or 4

  • Not what I was expecting. I’m carnivore, I’m intolerant to most of those ingredients, I make my brownies with just protein powder, chocolate, cocoa powder, eggs and coconut oil or butter.

  • If you put on your calendar the meals you want to eat that week and do the prep work, then yes it is quick. Meal prepping makes a big difference in the time it takes to prepare a meal. I made turkey meatballs stuffed with boiled eggs on a salad and though the meat was already seasoned because I froze it from a prior meal, it still took some time to chop onions, boil the eggs and gather the ingredients especially since some of them I didn’t have in the house. You really have to plan it out your calendar.

  • these deserts will still help with weight loss cuz they get rid of cravings and they can be filling for less calories than normal deserts. Just remember to count your calories and macronutrients.

  • These desserts are NOT healthy at all. All of these recipes contains flour wich is one of the foods you not allowed to eat if you want to lose weight.. and the honey also contains lots of sugar. If you want to lose weight you should not eat any carb ( flour or sugar as in these recipes).

    chickpea cake
    240g drained chickpeas
    120g smooth peanut butter
    30g protein powder
    34g banana (ripe, mashed)
    1tsp baking soda
    1tsp baking powder
    almond milk as needed
    chocolate chips/chunks
    -bake in a loaf pan for 20 minutes at?350°f / 180°c i assume

    cookies
    90g oats
    35g peanut butter
    150g bananas (ripe, mashed)
    60g protein powder (cookies and cream)
    choc chips
    bake for a few minutes at 350/180

  • I just tried your creps recipe and…they are delicioooous!! Besides, it’s so easy to prepare and if you want to low down the caloric index even more you can use oatmeal flour instead of white wheat flour. Also, I love the music! Well done you!!!
