  • I was getting ready for my job and listening to Bethel “goodnes of God” and I am having this monthly women pain (you know) and all i am thinking is in my pain and my hair that today wokeup horrible. All of a sudden your name crossed my mind and I said a prayer for you. The Lord goodness is running after you. He is. He just is. Rest in that and ask him without fear all what you want because there is nothing about you that He don’t know. Even your must little or BIG question He knows you have it so, rest in that. Have a good day and good video btw.

  • I just wanted to say thank you for continuing to be YOU! I’m so tired of seeing people harass you because of your dietary choices. It just goes to show THEIR character. Been subscribed for years, and will stay subscribed. Keep doing you. Also, great video and very informative!

  • Awesome video:
My aunt found soy sauce with 25% less salt, maybe that’s an option too.
About the sparkling water, in Germany lots and lots of people try to avoid plastic and they are tired of carrying all the bottles and use
    Soda stream
Do you can make your own water sparkling. They also have lots of syrups to add taste to the water.

And In my eyes doing it from scratch is the best. Because you 100% know what’s in your ketchup and bread for example.

  • 1:00 YES! Only using grass fed butter, ghee, coconut oil & coconut ghee.. and a bit of good olive oil every now and then.:) Wondering.. did you just buy the unhealthy stuff for the video?:D YES, would highly recommend a good organic honey as sweetener, lots of health benefits and sooo yumm! <3 Oh and maple syrup.:) I never got instant oats.. like what? Takes like the same time to make homemade oatmeal? Confuses me.

  • I love that you empathize living your best life and eating the cookie but we can’t overdo it and do it every time we have food. Always love you dietician chats babe!

  • I lost it at the “I’m going to eat a salad” part hahaha that was so funny. This video is super helpful! Thank you for sharing XOXO

  • I really loved this video!
Also I can’t flex with Ezekiel bread, I tried it but I really didn’t like it, and I would rather just eat wheat bread I haven’t had white bread in years

  • If I hadn’t started following you and listened to you I would have never gone dairy free, I’ve been meaning to try it but love the taste of dairy. So finally changed four months ago and wow what a difference for me and my tummy!! It not for everyone changing to dairy free but it changed my life!! Thank ashy xoxo

  • I totally disagree. Even though it may be less calories option to use coconut spray, it is definately less healthy than olive oil. There are soooo many studies that prove olive oil contributes to longer life (look at italians) and contains healthy ingredients like fatty acids.

  • Could you possibly do another video for more affordable options that are not from Trader Joes? I dont have one near me and it would be nice to find some items from my local grocer.

  • Lol white rice is not ok but rice noodles are? Pasta and rice are “bad” because they are carbs but tortillas, oats, pop corn and rice noodles are ok? Great work clearing up the confusion about carbs and their role in a healthy diet:P

  • The coconut based yogurt from Trader Joe’s is very potent with coconut flavor, if you’re looking for a good dairy free option Silk has great ones!

  • Clab with Alisha, Ashley, Sara Betts, cookie swirl c, Mia Stammer, Moriah elizabeth, Sierra F, Wengie, Cupcake kids club, Lauradiy contact them

  • So what are your thoughts on the Starbucks creamers? I saw a sponsored post from them but you recommend avoiding artificial creamers.

  • There’s so much misinformation in this video about health and what’s healthy. Please do your research before believing this. There’s no way a nutritionist approved this.

  • I love TJ’s ketchup. It’s a must! I brought the dr. Praeger’s veggie burger and didn’t like it. I love the TJ’s Black Beans & Roasted Corn veggie burger. I’ll have to try the Ezekiel bread. I hated the instant oatmeal…plus it’s frozen. Think Thin bars are good. My two favorite almond milks are the So Delicious Dairy Free Organic Almond milk (with cashew) Vanilla and New Barn Unsweetened Vanilla. They don’t have a bunch of extra ingredients that I can’t pronounce.

  • I really loved this video!
Also I can’t flex with Ezekiel bread, I tried it but I really didn’t like it, and I would rather just eat wheat bread I haven’t had white bread in years

  • Nope don’t like this vid. Saying chocolate is bad what about dark chocolate or cacao? Saying an alternative is your expensive protein ball mixes? Not everyone can afford those and not everyone has a thermo mix…I usually love your vids but this is crud…

  • Hi Ashy, this comment is not intended to be mean in anyway: Sometimes I find it hard to follow your train of thought when you are writing captions for Instagram, Facebook or replying to comments people have posted. This is because the grammar and spelling isn’t the best. It’s fine we all have different priorities and strengths. Rather than just complaining about this, I thought that I’d suggest you might consider hiring a tutor for yourself? It’s never to late, Queen Elizabeth hired one in her 30’s. Although I’m not an expert so…

  • Hi ashy I am a national level athlete and once noticed that some of these food items I am told to eat e.g. rice and pasta prior to a competition so I was wondering if maybe could you do like an athlete eating guide thank you

  • Hi Ashy, I have been watching your snaps and I have noticed in a few of them your little boy is in his car seat. Great car seat choice!! However, the head rest is too low, so the straps would go behind his back. If you don’t use a car seat properly, it’s like just using a seat belt. All you need to do is loosen the straps, pull the red ring up the top all the way up until the straps are at the height of his shoulders. It will feel way more comfortable for him, and much safer for you. Nothing is more comforting to know that whenever he is in the car, he is safe <3

  • Could you possibly do another video for more affordable options that are not from Trader Joes? I dont have one near me and it would be nice to find some items from my local grocer.

  • so many trader joe products haha, can’t get those here. Wish you had included brands that weren’t exclusive to one store in one country! liked the ideas though!

  • Hi James and Jen i love your program, James i order Renadyl im going to try it and i really hope and pray that it will work for me.
Greetings from Amsterdam the Netherlands Shasiekela

  • I’ve lost 45 pounds on keto in 10 weeks but I do eat what I want at times. icecream is my weakness and I will splurge at times. I mean come on….I’m not going to gain 10 pounds by eating some icecream every now and then

  • Hey James, great video yet again just wish that there can be more better options. Do you have a list of portion values of all the veggies and fruit we can have pls. I feel that it would suit me well if I can see and know what half a cup this or that is in value where phos and potassium is concerned as I don’t have this information. I don’t know where or how to get this kind of information. Thanks for the great job you’ve been doing for all of us kidney warriors.

  • Hey Ashy, I noticed that you didn’t rice milk as one of the healthier alternatives for milk. Is this just a personal or taste preference or did you leave it out specifically? I love the stuff:)

  • First time preggo Mum here and loved this video, I am shocked at how much goes into processed food and have now gotten my partner to read food labels at the supermarket. These are great tips

  • so many trader joe products haha, can’t get those here. Wish you had included brands that weren’t exclusive to one store in one country! liked the ideas though!

  • For all the young girls watching this vid, eat all the healthy foods you like and don’t constantly be counting calories. This was 100% a brand deal with Trader Joe’s. Honestly most of the things mentioned were all very processed and probably aren’t that great for you anyways. And don’t think you need a nutritionist to get through life, It kinds scares me that videos like this are being made and people believe they need to relate! So eat that red meat and pasta ect and love yourself!

  • I’ll be honest, i thought this video would be an obvious one, and although I did know a few that you mentioned, overall I thought I learnt SO much from this video and new ideas! Thanks guys ❤❤

  • There’s so much misinformation in this video about health and what’s healthy. Please do your research before believing this. There’s no way a nutritionist approved this.

  • Hi Ashy. I was just wondering I’m severely allergic to animal products. Could you recommend foods I can have to get proper protein and iron etc I don’t really like tofu but I’m up for trying it again if you know a good way to make it taste good haha
    Thanks Nat

  • great video!:) just so you are aware.. think thin bars (although they have good macros) are packed with sugar alcohols and other HIGHLY processed ingredients. just try reading the label.. RX bars are my favorite, they have the same simple ingredients as lara bars but have more protein and i think they taste better!:)

  • This video is amazing!! Loved it especially because 2 weeks ago I decided to start eating healthy and exercise to finally be able to achieve the body that I want, and this video is very helpful, it’s not easy to swap to the healthier option but that’s true eating healthy makes you feel healthy and really really good with your self! I will surely use some of these tips whenever I’m craving something junk and swap it for the healthier option! I would love to see some other video like this! I’m sure I will make it thank you again, love you

  • Hi Ashy! I just wanted to come on here and vent because today I experienced a down right bully at my gym. I won’t go into too much detail but the little area that I arranged for my circuit today, I had an older woman blatantly ignore my little space and push me out of it. When it came time to set down my mat for my last exercise I politely asked her to move to the side (where the rest of that area was perfectly clear of other gym attendees) and she looked at me saying “Oh? This is your area? You OWN this area do you?” I quickly told her no I was simply using this area and there was plenty of space beside me, and as quickly as I was to put in my headphones and lay on my mat, the woman STOMPED her foot right next to my head on the mat I was using. I simply did not have the courage to speak up and continued on with my last exercise and quickly scurried to the change room in tears afterwards. You always mentioning how online trolls ruin it for everyone made me realize you go through this hatred from woman all the time. What on earth is going on in their lives to have to be so malicious and awful to people they don’t know? I just wanted to share this with you and tell you girl, I fucking feel for you. I won’t let her bring me down today and I will spread the love in my heart to those around me because maybe they just need it. Thanks for teaching me that Ashy. Girl power end rant ❤️

  • She literally said “if you are eating white bread right now I beg you to not eat that” as I continued to dip my white bread into zax sauce

  • All those things that u changed it to was great i think i will start changing my foods except chocolate bc chocolate is bæ great video btw ❤️❤️

  • I know this is a super off topic and random question but do you go to a salon to get your nails done? Or just do them yourself? Great video by the way, loved all your tips

  • She literally said “if you are eating white bread right now I beg you to not eat that” as I continued to dip my white bread into zax sauce

  • I actually can’t have dairy all that much. There’s some ice cream I can’t do, I cannot drink regular milk…I tried almond milk and I just don’t like it so I started using soy milk. The only time that I drink it is when I make it chocolate, every now and then I do drink it plain. But you, Alisha and Remi got me started on my fitness journey. I’m only 2 or 3 weeks in and I have lost weight although I don’t like to weigh myself cause I know numbers don’t mean anything.

I love your videos and content Ashy, but I do often find them a little over edited. It makes it harder to relate to you. Hope that makes sense. I prefer more raw content, but maybe that’s just me xxx

  • Clif Bars were made buy a guy who loved long bike rides so he made them so he could stay full for longer while working out.

I wouldn’t recommend eating them if you aren’t working out, but they are GREAT if you like longer workouts. I eat one before I run half marathons and it works like a charm

  • This is such a good video. People don’t know how to substitute when they do want to eat healthier. Marketing is an ugly billion dollar industry and they are good at what they do. I like how you mentioned not to be deceived by what packages show on the front.

  • Lived this video You should do more of these because there are sooo many swaps that can be made! Like soy sauce swapped to coconut aminos, green juices that are in the fridge at supermarkets swapped to greens powder or make your own

I’ve been using a combination of low fat sour cream Dijon mustard and yogurt to make tuna salad and potato salad. My family didn’t even notice I cut out nearly all the Mayo!

  • Hi Kara. Im new to your channel and have already watched quite a few. . I love how u put things into an easy perspective so that ppl can understand. I would love to get ur opinion on this question if u dont mind. I’m 37 and only 4’9. I’ve gained quite a bit of weight and I’m currently at 150. Because I am so small the calorie calculators tell me to eat about 900 cals a day to lose weight but then I hear that a woman should never go under 1200 cals a day. I battle with this because I am literally the size of a 10 yr old. Lol. What would u do?

  • FYI the small plate thing was published by Brian Wansink, a professor from Cornell who has admitted to doctoring his study results (and outright making some up). None of that is based on real data and if anything at this point, it’s placebo.
