  • I get a cup of milk instead of a bowl, add a handful of cereal, wait a couple seconds, & scoop it out. The cereal doesn’t stay in the milk long enough to get soggy but does absorb some of the milk.

    Eat your cereal till the milk has become flavoured by the cereal
    Then scoop the remaining cereal without the milk and eat it then sip the milk. ��

  • The problem with the Mix Master method is you would probably end up eating more than a bowl of cereal!  

    How about this way (my preferred method): Pour a glass or so of milk. Pour a bowl of cereal. After each spoonful or so of cereal, drink some milk. This is a good way to ration both milk and cereal. This also works with water really well if you don’t like or can’t drink cow’s milk and don’t care for milk alternatives like soy, almond etc.

  • I like my cereal with banana slices, pecans/walnuts, and pitted dates (I usually pit 2-3 on the spot). When I was a kid as a special treat we used to get that Reese’s cereal though, that’s where my heart lies <3 oh man that was so good

  • Thank you for your video, it is excellent. Yesterday I had constipation so bad that it led to an anal fissure. The previous day I had eaten lots of popcorn, a large raw apple, cheese and pasta. I drink alot of tea but no water. Is it possible to eat TOO MUCH fibre? So that rather than fixing my constipation, a high fibre diet is actually CAUSING my constipation? Thank you.

  • Dan you didn’t quite get there with this tip. How about pouring milk in first and then pouring cereal on top of the milk. Even better, put milk in a cup and cereal in another cup, a spoonful of cereal dipped in milk and into your mouth. That will give the greatest bite evrytime.

  • Hello there, been taking softeners (Senna laxative) since April and I can’t really poop not unless I’ll take some softners until now. Gone to a doctor last week and I was given another type of laxative to take but it doesn’t work well to me (I don’t poop after taking it) I think Senna laxative is my best softner but I don’t want to take it forever. I just simply want to poop regularly so bad�� I’m eating lots of veggies and fruits and do walking ang indoor bicycling but I think it’s not helping I still can’t poop not unless I’ll take Senna laxative. Can somebody help me please ���� do we have the same problems? I’ll take all ur advise, promise. ����

  • Hello! I’m late but I have tried a powder to help me empty and it worked, but I still am having it and I don’t want to take that powder all the time, I’ll tell you what I had to eat today
    Breakfast: Oatmeal
    Lunch: A sandwich with lunch meat
    Dinner: Some French fries

I’d only feel the urge to poo once a week. two weeks ago i tried adding fruits and veggies to my diet, as well as prune and grape juice but the initial poop is still quite hard, and it hurts. So I have since increased veggies and water intake (4-5litres) alongside medication prescribed by a doctor, also reduced meat and unnecessary carbs. Just one day I decided to eat one burger! BOOM CONSTIPATED FOR 2 DAYS AND I BLED POOPING AGAIN! do I have to turn vegetarian at this rate �� and I’m starting to breakout…. could this be a gut issue???

  • 24 oz Almond Milk, 1cup cream rice raw, 1/2 cup of oatmeal raw, 1tbsp of MCT oil, 1tbsp Honey, scoop of peanut butter, choice of fruit bananas or blueberries, egg whites if you want crushed ice mix in blender….. Done in less than 5 minutes. Are you kidding me on salt intake salt is horrible for blood pressure, kidneys, and makes you retain water. The cheese is also not necessary. Where did this knucklehead come from. Lol

    Hello everyone. Here is quarantine too, in Indonesia. I have been quarantine for almost 4 months, suddenly got constipation a month ago, yes, quarantine has been changing our daily routine. At first, I used kind of laxative to make the process easier, but I got blood instead. It’s more painful.
    I changed my mind to get healthier treatment. I take only water no tea, coffee or alcohol, may be your body is dehydration, don’t wait until thirsty, you should not dehydrating if your urine is clear. So, check it regularly.
    Keep do exercise, I do jogging 3 times a week with Covid protocol.
    Get enough rest/sleep.
    Last but not least, I do food combining to fix everything that I consuming, what is it? You can googling it. Here, I have been reading books from Erikar Lebang, he is a food combining practitioner from 1999.
    Now it’s recovering, I have a normal poop with an easy process, too. Thank God.

    Remember, one thing happened to your body, it means some things happened too.

  • I’ve tried to eat lots of fiber foods everyday and went on a colon cleanse very 2 weeks and took mirlaax and exlax. But my poop is still hard. My constipation is mild and it’s not that I don’t poop it’s that it can be hard and I’ll have the return to the toilet and poop little bits out throughout the day. It’s just annoying because it interferes with daily activities and I will get stomach pains every now and then. I hope you can answer and help me out a bit. My poop can range from pebbly, hard chunks, or very stringy.

I get more than 50 gr of fiber a day. The only time when I had zero problems was when I was 100% raw vegan but it’s not sustainable ��

  • I seriously live off cereal, pretty much eat it more then any other thing. I Usually just put a small amount of cereal in my bowl with a little bit of milk. Then I just keep adding fresh dry cereal as I eat. Pretty much same concept as the one in this by. My husband always hears me adding more and more cereal making him think I just had 10 bowls of cereal.

  • The problem with the Mix Master method is you would probably end up eating more than a bowl of cereal!  

    How about this way (my preferred method): Pour a glass or so of milk. Pour a bowl of cereal. After each spoonful or so of cereal, drink some milk. This is a good way to ration both milk and cereal. This also works with water really well if you don’t like or can’t drink cow’s milk and don’t care for milk alternatives like soy, almond etc.

I eat lots of vegetables and only one or two pieces of fruit a day. I limit white grains, sugar and processed foods. and I drink 1 2 litres of water a day. I eat milk kefir about 2 litres a week and cheese, do you think that is bad for my poop?     1: by all means avoid refined wheat flour products this is your real enemy
    2: avoid all types of meat go vegan
    3: avoid dairy products instead use substitutes like soya milk
    4: avoid fast foods strictly
    5: try to add clarified butter in every meal possible this helps to soften the tool this helped me
    6: try eating wheat flour products I’m Indian so I use to eat roti instead of rice and if you want to have rice have Brown rice it’s rich in fibre.
    7: drink water double the amount you use to drink before, drink hot water everytime and drink 2 to 4 glasses of hot water slowly in the morning in an empty stomach.
    8: avoid fried foods, avoid potatoes.
    9: have seasonal fruits increase the amount of fruit intake but avoid banana it’s a strict no, peach can do wonders for constipated stool.
    10: atleast chew food 25 times and increase if possible cause most of the digestion took place in the mouth itself.
    11: have cucumbers alot and water rich fruits like watermelon it’ll help in digestion.
    12: avoid cabbage as when I used to eat cabbage I would see little spikes on my hard constipated poop which lead to anal fissure. So, I avoided cabbage it’s my real enemy.
    13:avoid chocolates it’ll slow down digestion.
    14: even if the problem pertains after all this effort go see a physician ASAP and you should see if the blood in stool is very frequent in large amount than its alarming go see a physician you could die of it if you won’t.
    15: after the medical prescription follow the things mentioned above as it won’t harm you anyway.
    I Hope each and every one of you gets totally recovered and be healthy as you were before
    I’ve been getting this problem again after having cabbage so I am starting again hope I get well soon.

  • I ilked your ideas, but I found that there was way too many carbs and sugar in four out of the five recipes. I would be in a zombie state if I ate that much fruit in a sitting. I like the almond butter with an apple as an option. I also think maybe you could try some quinoa in there. Those rice breads are really bad for you, total high in simple sugars. I messed up my health eating fruits and gluten free breads..You seem very good at this and I would love to see some low carb/hi protein ideas

    9: have seasonal fruits increase the amount of fruit intake but avoid banana it’s a strict no, peach can do wonders for constipated stool.
    10: atleast chew food 25 times and increase if possible cause most of the digestion took place in the mouth itself.
    11: have cucumbers alot and water rich fruits like watermelon it’ll help in digestion.
    12: avoid cabbage as when I used to eat cabbage I would see little spikes on my hard constipated poop which lead to anal fissure. So, I avoided cabbage it’s my real enemy.
    13:avoid chocolates it’ll slow down digestion.
    14: even if the problem pertains after all this effort go see a physician ASAP and you should see if the blood in stool is very frequent in large amount than its alarming go see a physician you could die of it if you won’t.
    15: after the medical prescription follow the things mentioned above as it won’t harm you anyway.

  • i used to have regular bowel movement but ever since the lockdown due to pandemic started, i started being constipated. I’d only feel the urge to poo once a week. two weeks ago i tried adding fruits and veggies to my diet, as well as prune and grape juice but the initial poop is still quite hard, and it hurts. Idk whats wrong w my digestive system

  • a great example is a few minutes ago (literally) i learned of a great and easy healthy breakfast idea. spread some penut butter (preferrably the organic stuff if you want to be really healthy) over a whole wheat tortilla, and put a banna on that. then simply roll it up and if you want, you can even cut it up to make rolls. prepare a night before and stick in the fridge, grap it on the way out. take this concept and experiment with other ingrediants, ill be trying this one for sure.

  • I eat tonnes of fruit, fair bit of veg, eat mostly healthy food, drink lots of water, tried the moo to poo technique and still NADA… wtf is wrong with my bowel. I can basically only go once a day and at around the same time every day and if I dont get it out during that time window then thats me done for the day. And also I always feel like Im just getting the overflow amount of turds out. Like not a good full bowel clear out. Always loads of pressure. Very annoying. Today was one of those days. Laxatives work but eventually stop working. Im training for a marathon now and noticed long runs get my bowel working but even those have stopped working as well now. Its like my bowel has a mind of its own……. ITS ALIVE!!!!

    Put milk in fridge then pour cereal and milk in bowl and wait for cereal to soak a bit then when I bite into it it’s still a bit crunchy but cold and refreshing

But remove all the shits from inside you’ve to take hot water and cloth and massage your anas with your finger to hot water omg you will see big monster will come out from inside so then no tension anymore!     Hello everyone. Here is quarantine too, in Indonesia. I have been quarantine for almost 4 months, suddenly got constipation a month ago, yes, quarantine has been changing our daily routine. At first, I used kind of laxative to make the process easier, but I got blood instead. It’s more painful.
    I changed my mind to get healthier treatment. I take only water no tea, coffee or alcohol, may be your body is dehydration, don’t wait until thirsty, you should not dehydrating if your urine is clear. So, check it regularly.
    Keep do exercise, I do jogging 3 times a week with Covid protocol.
    Get enough rest/sleep.
    Last but not least, I do food combining to fix everything that I consuming, what is it? You can googling it. Here, I have been reading books from Erikar Lebang, he is a food combining practitioner from 1999.
    Now it’s recovering, I have a normal poop with an easy process, too. Thank God.

    Remember, one thing happened to your body, it means some things happened too.

  • I’ve tried to eat lots of fiber foods everyday and went on a colon cleanse very 2 weeks and took mirlaax and exlax. But my poop is still hard. My constipation is mild and it’s not that I don’t poop it’s that it can be hard and I’ll have the return to the toilet and poop little bits out throughout the day. It’s just annoying because it interferes with daily activities and I will get stomach pains every now and then. I hope you can answer and help me out a bit. My poop can range from pebbly, hard chunks, or very stringy.

  • Thank you for your video, it is excellent. Yesterday I had constipation so bad that it led to an anal fissure. The previous day I had eaten lots of popcorn, a large raw apple, cheese and pasta. I drink alot of tea but no water. Is it possible to eat TOO MUCH fibre? So that rather than fixing my constipation, a high fibre diet is actually CAUSING my constipation? Thank you.

  • Hey man, that looks like a ceramic skillet. Fat like Pam degrades the pan and reduces its life. Just put your food in without any fat to prevent sticking because the pan itself is designed to prevent sticking already. Just wipe with a paper towel afterwards and wash with soapy water lightly after use.

  • Hello there, been taking softeners (Senna laxative) since April and I can’t really poop not unless I’ll take some softners until now. Gone to a doctor last week and I was given another type of laxative to take but it doesn’t work well to me (I don’t poop after taking it) I think Senna laxative is my best softner but I don’t want to take it forever. I just simply want to poop regularly so bad�� I’m eating lots of veggies and fruits and do walking ang indoor bicycling but I think it’s not helping I still can’t poop not unless I’ll take Senna laxative.
