  • Mm I sear the chicken breast without flattening it on an Iron pan until golden, then I put it inside the oven with some chimichurri at 200 F for 5-7 mins (depending on the size). And I end up with an extremely juicy even cooked breast.

  • Take a ton of your favorite spices and the potatoes and toss them in a ziploc bag coating “all” side of the potatoes. Them put them on the baking sheet (the oil is enough for non-stick). Her way gives you hardly any flavor and you can use all your great steak blend spices to make really flavorful fries.

    FYI-
    O type blood is fairly allergic to cauliflower and white potatoes with skins. It causes and inflammatory response (swelling).
    Sweet potatoes and broccoli are fine, use those instead.

She would take canned peaches cinnamon vanilla extract an egg vanilla cake mix sugar salt and butter in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes and then after that u take a scoop of vanilla ice cream and put it on top.     Healthy though they may be, I have food allergies and medical conditions that are agitated by specific foods and try to avoid videos that use any of those even if I do want to be healthier.

  • I have found out that using red wine and a splash of whisky when making a marinade is like a small miracle to the meat. I use 1 day or close to that time to marinade pork or beef, usually pork because beef is much more expensive where I live. And most, not all, of the alcohol gets evaporated with the cooking process, if someone didn’t know.

  • Erwan, can you make a good vegetable dish from local vegetables that can be found in the market? Specifically, something that’s not drenched in oil like most Filipino dishes are. I tried using alugbati instead of spinach on omelletes and they are way cheaper. I think we should be more creative with our Filipino vegetable dishes.   • I have found out that using red wine and a splash of whisky when making a marinade is like a small miracle to the meat. I use 1 day or close to that time to marinade pork or beef, usually pork because beef is much more expensive where I live. And most, not all, of the alcohol gets evaporated with the cooking process, if someone didn’t know.

I stick to green veggies and cayenne pepper seems to help with flavor along with pink salt and black pepper.And yes I choose butter over yogurt any day. Got my blood sugar a1c from 11 to 8. Most people can’t absorb the nutrients anyway. You will know if your poop floats. LOL
