But Starbucks is not off the hook when it comes to filling out Americans’ waistlines: a “grande” caffé mocha and muffin can easily top 750 calories.
They are all delicious, of course, but is it the responsibility of Starbucks executives to watch each customer’s nutritional and caloric intake and provide only healthy options?
from Starbucks by Marie Bussing-Burks Greenwood Press, 2009
She reported the following: breakfast: egg and sausage on a bagel, coffee; midmorning: low-fat snack bar from vending machine with coffee; lunch: double burger with cheese on a bun and large fries, ketchup, and extra pickles, diet soda; dinner: frozen dinner that included chicken, rice, and corn.
Tithe goes to your local church or a church. If we were to tithe according to scripture we could not give enough money. I am sure the person helping out as tithe already gives some to the church. In the old testament they tithe money, crops, wool, to local rabbi. Church is our home too. So it has needs, electric, up keep, pastor salary. Etc. Out reach ministry and missionary are suppose to be separate. Give to God according to his Blessing for you with a joyful heart. Not because you have to. Do not believe if you give ten fold back. Christians have hardships and sorrow. If he did give ten fold back then I give my whole pay check that that be a huge return. You can not out give God but do not think the Blessing is the world definition of wealth for Blessing. His wealth is not the world but spiritual. He will provide all our need his people do not beg for bread.
I work at Starbucks and I’m so tired of my daily 4 blonde ristretto shots on ice in a venti cup with a splash of soy milk so thank uuu! (The soy milk is sweetened but it has more vitamins in it than the other non dairy milks also ristretto shots make the espresso taste naturally sweeter so u don’t need that much soy)
I ask for no sweetener in my black iced coffee every time, tastes so much better! Or I ask for an iced americano with no sweetener, crazy caffeine will definitely pick you up in the morning!
Watching this a second time. This has given me so much encouragement. I started saving for retirement late in life. However, after listening to this I feel I am on the right track. Keep low to no debt. Buy the things you need, not just to accumulate stuff. Even if ya need it and it is a good deal, if you are charging it, that is not a good deal for you; it is for the credit card companies, but not the consumer.
Doppio(double shot of espresso), 2 pumps of mocha, 2 pumps of vanilla syrup and coconut milk. If I get it hot, I get my coconut milk steamed. If I get iced, light ice.❤️
Going out to work has an incredible amount of expense, transportation, clothes, equipment, childcare, eating out because you’re too tired to cook, over-spending because you’re working.
Stay out of debt is for me the biggest thing. I’ve only started saving for retirement about 10 years ago, and I’m really close to the end of my work life. Maybe another 5 years, maybe a bit more. Every bit of coin that I can save, I do. I’ll probably move to a cheaper area of my province, Ontario, Canada, when I finally stop working.
The second thing is don’t waste! Food, clothes, water, hydro, etc, etc. Repair stuff, all the frugal advice presented here.
No hate or not trying to be racist but it’s not only white girls that like Starbucks black people do too but don’t get me wrong love white people cause we all the same xoxo me
Trying to be heath conscious and drinking coffee from Starbucks is counterproductive. It’s proven now they have one of the lowest quality coffee’s of the known franchises. This could change store to store I imagine but overall their coffee tested horrible when it came to mould, toxins, etc.. Drinking as much coffee as most people do, and considering the benefits of good quality coffee; you want to make sure you’re getting the right coffee in and not drinking some processed crop every morning. The more you look into coffee the more you realize how few good options there are out there, but the good ones are great for you. Something like 3% of all coffee is actually beneficial in comparison to how it should be as a natural bean. Anyway long ass rant over, Ben Greenfield has more info on this.
Gud morning po Madam, if pwede at my tym ka pati po MANG INASAL din paki review,, subrang helpful po kc ng ginagawa mu, pinapadali mu ung buhay namin na kasalukuyang nasa diet,. We live on less than 35,000 a year, the only debt we have is the house payment. What we feel drags us down is the standard utilities monthly. Most of our money goes to insurance, car, house, business, life. We don’t have cable we don’t have any excess, it gets frustrating not getting ahead.
Every time I use one of those retirement calculators it tells me I need to save a million dollars or close to it. I understand that if I will live off the interest solely…but I certainly can’t take a million dollars with me to the grave. I can comfortable live off 25k per year now, and when I finally get the mortgage paid I could do it off 15-20k (inflation). I could live another 50 years off that million lol. I think people see these huge numbers and they just turn their heads and figure they will never be able to retire so why not live it up.
I just had the venti triple expresso one and omg!!!! It’s sooooo good!! I was so scared to order it tho but the batista was super patient, new favorite drink, thank you, you’re a queen
Personal Tip: Don’t deprive yourself. Eat your favorite food but do it in moderation. All kinds of food is allowed in a healthy diet BUT IN MODERATION. Laban Lang kapatid!
Ha! We live with no AC every summer we are sitting in 85-87 inside and we use fans!! PLUS did Jesus have AC? can you imagine how hot it was in biblical times
I still don’t know the right words to express my Gratitude to the Great Dr Agbonifo. If I did this I would ask what their fav drink was and then order it because there are some baristas who will lie and say a refresher of frappuccino or something becuz it costs more money.
The thing about fast foods is that the cooks don’t weigh all the ingredients of each dishes. For example, the sauce in spaghetti, grams of hotdogs they put, grams of pasta’s they serve. They just do an estimate of each ingredients that they combine hence all the calories in every fast foods is just an estimate and not an exact amount.
We lived in a trailer park for awhile. It was very cheap living-the lot rent was only $125 per month. Once my house is paid off I will still be paying a little over $200 per month for insurance and property taxes. It’s still cheap living!
Saw the video and went to buy #3 the next day. Just FYI if you don’t like your iced coffee too sweet skip the stevia packets or just one because I asked for 3 and it’s way too sweet for my liking.

@ 7:40 okay… hilarious. Yess, our whipped cream is made fresh every day and with 8 pumps of vanilla in every container. So maybe you love our vanilla.
Btw, I’m this girl, even before working at Starbucks. I love asking people their favorite drinks. You get the best service and try something new, hopefully.
My favorite drink of all time is the Strawberry açaí with lemonade and I would love if you found an alternative healthier option. I can’t not order this drink it’s a must for me but there’s so much sugar in it haha Hope you find one for me
i work at a starbucks and this drink has been my favorite for a while and idk if you’d like to try it but it’s a grande vanilla bean frap with extra caramel drizzle and one shot of espresso
Years ago we listened to Money Matters by Larry Burkett, and he would talk about how Social Security wouldn’t be around in the future. What are your thoughts on that? I guess I have always remembered that and worried about it.
What r some heathy under 100 calorie drinks u guys think r DELICIOUS? Trying to find a go to but there’s sooo many choices. I also love coffee but don’t like when it’s so extra. so I’m a sugar person. Thx!
you should try a grande strawberry acai refresher with no water, substitute for peach infusion and have it double blended its sooo good.. also a vanilla frap with toffee nut syrup.. if you like Starbucks doubleshots I reccomend ordering a grande doubleshot on ice with no classic, substitute for hazelnut and almond milk instead of 2% milk
Those drinks looks delicious I want to try them all! But here in Greece they don’t have all the Starbucks drinks and the other day I was asking to get a matcha tea latte they didn’t have it! But I hope they gonna have the iced skinny latte❤️ thank you for all the information!!
People tell me I’m crazy cause I want to be debt free by 40 (9 more years!) I’m a sahm, husband makes 60k, 4 kids, no debt except a house which we are hoping to pay off in 9 years on just his income (sooner if I work!). It’s possible and people need to stop living above their means
Summer time HOTtoday im in California about 30 min. South if Fresno, its104-106 aroubd27% humidity my A/C is at 80 I have 2 fabs going celing& towerbossillateibg, you will surrvive, once its 80 outside the A/C goes off until it hits 81 inside, then the A/C will go bavk on! Quit being babienpeople, grow up,suck it up!
Mackenzie: asked for a pink drink. Starbucks: sorry we don’t have anymore pink drink. Mackenzie: drinking the pink drink*. Me:I thought they said they didn’t have the stuff to make it. Starbucks: *knowing they messed up
My husband is about to retire but without a pension from his current employer. I’m not sweating it though. We are debt free, except for our home. Our mortgage payment is small and we are trying to pay it off early. He has a military retirement, SSI, and I have 2 incomes. We will be ok. But it’s being debt free that makes the biggest difference in our comfort level moving forward.
To make the white mocha REAL good, get pumps 2 wht mocha syrup and 2 toffee nut for a venti iced white mocha. Tastes sweet & like coffee:) I used to work at starbucks and my fav was a tall blonde iced americano w/ 2 pumps toffee nut (v light ice for my sensitive teeth) or a grande HOT london fog w/ only 2 pumps vanilla:*
We come up with it by getting bored and trying shit. We try every random combination, steam everything at least once (steamed strawberry acai is NOT recommended), sometimes we luck out.
i can imagine someone asking me for what i drink while working at starbucks and i’ll just think to the 4am start i had that morning and give them a short 4 shot americano
Ate Kat, maganda po yung mga gantong videos nyo, sana magawa nyo syang parang “Fast Food Guide” Series since mga students, usually sa labas talaga kumakain at napakarami nang fast food ngayon na mahirap iwasan especially with friends.
this is so random but I asked my local barista for their favorite drink and it was the exact same drink from the first day ( the white mocha w/toffee nut etc) is it maybe a thing? lol
I totally agree with you. I didn’t have the means to save for retirement before, being a single woman, widow, with two small children to raise. I will have a low pension when I retire. I will have paid off all my debt, but will probably have a small mortgage left. But, it the payment will be lower than renting a home. We do not have any property tax in my area, and I’m semi offgrid. I do not pay any other bills for the utilities, than the garbage collection. I heat with wood, have free source of wood. Bottom line. Plan ahead, and budget for what you can manage to live off of.
you should get a iced white chocolate mocha with 1 pump white mocha, ristretto with vanilla sweet cream cold foam with 2 scoops of matcha in the cold foam. (i know its really complicated but its really good)
Good grief there wasn’t even air conditioning in cars back then let alone houses and it’s so weird we didn’t have dishwashers let alone clothes dryer’s
Lots of good advice here, particularly reminding people how spoilt we have become! If you are young enough, I would also put some money into retirement savings of some sort. The reason I say this is that at some stage there will only be pensions for the poorest of the poor in most countries due to a rapidly increasing ageing population. If you are ready to retire now you will probably be fine, but in 15 or 20 years I think it will be a different story.
The other thing I believe in is growing at least some of your own food, even if it’s just herbs and salad leaves oh your balcony. I have been growing most of my fruit and veg for years and it has allowed me to be debt-free in my own home at 53. I do it on just under a quarter acre. Being vegetarian, having your own fruit, vegetables, nuts and eggs at your back door saves you thousands are year, not to mention keeping you in great health.
Stupidest title I’ve ever seen. Any Starbucks drink can be as low as 5 calories if you don’t order milk, sugar, or syrup. They literally ask you when you order?
fellow barista here! you have GOT TO try this! get yourself a Trenta passion tea with a with heavy cream, light ice, and 7 pumps of sugar-free vanilla. So light and soooo good!
Seek advice from your plumber regarding minimum water temperatures as if the temperature is too low dangerous bacteria will grow in your water tank. One option could be not to use the hot water tank over the Summer and heat water on the stove to wash or have a cold shower if you live in a really hot area. Similarly, if you live in a very cold area you could choose to turn your fridge off over the Winter and keep your food in a small ice chest or even in a very cold, unheated part of your home. If you eat meat this wouldn’t work, but it’s a great idea for vegetarians to save money.
Thanks so much. I’m retiring in December and paying off my bills now as I get Social Security as well. I have paid off 4 so far. I also sell on the side Ebay and have made about 300 extra a month. I just do that part-time. I have learned alot from both of you. I love canning and have learned not to buy things I don’t need. Stay safe!!
Ok where does she even get these calories from? Like the grande americano is close to the correct calories but on Starbucks nutrition on their website the grande americano is 15 calories and nowhere online does it say calories for their skinny mocha sauce (at least that I’ve found). From what I can see online it ranges anywhere from 5-10 calories per pump meaning this drink is more like 25-35 calories. This is very little details and kind of dumb to mention except for the fact that Brittany seems to just make shit up.
Y everytime a black person go to Starbucks it’s a problem.but the funny part is they know it’s gonna be some shit & they still go to Starbucks stupid ass stay outta there then
guys pasagot po please! nagwoworkout po kasi ako for like 2 months na. mag aalmost 3 months na. tapos napapansin ko na mas pumapayat yung paa at kamay ko kesa sa tyan ko. ano po kayang nagawa kong mali??
This is also a great time to be letting go of clutter and collections so that you can easily downsize your home if necessary in retirement. And you can also make some money to help get out of debt, or get needed repairs, or save for retirement. We made over $5000 selling our Extra furniture, collections, hobby materials and appliances we didn’t even need. We donated everything else we didn’t want, which was actually a good tax deduction.
Hey! I am a Starbucks barista and just want to add that there is no sugar free carmel unfortunately:(
Also a low-cal hot drink idea is a grande americano with SF vanilla or SF cinnamon dolce and to ask for coconut milk steamed on top. You get that latte feel without all the milk!
Hi Dawn! I love your Starbucks hacks with the healthy low calorie and sugar free kicks! I’ve always drank the oh so good but high calorie ‘Iced White Mocha’ but have since switched to your tasty “Iced Grande Americano 12 calorie”. Can you please configure the macros for the Venti size? Please keep the healthy Starbucks drinks coming bc I so really enjoy them!!! Also you are so pretty and inspirational with your workouts and motivations!! Thank you!! ❤️
I know with COVID stock markets are crazy but if you ladies had $50k, would you invest it in a Vanguard index fund? I’m 48 and that’s all the money I have:( I don’t know where the time went and why I wasn’t a better steward of my money….yikes…but all I know is that I’m getting tired of working in the hospital and I want to ext in 7 years but not sure how to.
My goodness Jill I cant believe how young you look and your adorable personality! I work with patients who are 50 and in bad shape! Maybe we should all take Jills advice because she looks happy, healthy and vibrant! Tara your also adorable and thank your mom for good genes:) hope your feeling better with your medical conditions. You look amazing

Throughout the books of Isaiah and Jeremiah in the Bible, God specifically addresses the wrong motives of the sinful people who are giving their tithes, offerings and sacrifices and HE says he will not accept them because of their hardness of their hearts toward Him. I believe it’s the same for anyone trying to figure out how to “get around” God’s system of giving. You’ve missed the entire point of following the character and principles of God as one of His children. How is this possibly proving your love, trust and devotion to our HEAVENLY FATHER?
Starbucks doesn’t have sugar free caramel. If you ever order sugar free caramel and they accommodate, they’re lying. They only sugar free syrups we have are vanilla, cinnamon dolce, and mocha. Not sure about the mocha but the sf vanilla and cinnamon dolce have 1 carb per 2 pumps.
these drinks are NOT healthy. diet culture is so dangerous. low calories =/= healthy. “sugar free” vanilla is probably even worse. stevia has been proven to be bad. please, stop lying to people
Ate Sana mapansin nyo Po ako, pwede Po ba kumain Ng biko, hopia munggo, Malunggay pandesal, and also Apple Shake While on diet Po? And still not gaining weight Po? Ilang Piece Po dapat?? Thank you po
Always love your videos. But I honestly need more proof that anyone can go to college with no school debt. It’s not the 70’s or even the 80’s. College is way more expensive and a minimum wage job will not cover the expenses. I have a son that’s got a full tuition scholarship and still needed to borrow some money because of the dorm and food expenses that the school required him to buy. Colleges are in the business of making money and they nickel and dime you to death with fees and additional expenses. It’s gotten ridiculous what they charge for a college education. I just don’t think it’s as easy to go to school without debt for the average person.
It’s been a cooler year this spring and summer, but I’ve been thrilled to see our power bill drop so much since turning our heat off. We have had a couple of days we have tuned the ac on for a few hours, but overall it’s been off the last few months.
Hi maam…ask kulang po nag workout po ako everyday for my arm, back fat and belly fat..mga 30 to 40mins po araw2…tas sa booty nmn 30 t0 40mins din 4 to 5 times in a week….okay lng po ba yun medyo halos sabay2 cla upper to booty workout?? Tell your readers to buy your book from you not ebay. Ebay sent my book to Texas not a California where I live. Now that this mistake was made the person who received my book refuses to admit the received it. The seller won’t help and neither will ebay. S
.my name, wrong address. My credit card is a Walmart card that I refill every month to pay certain bill so there no help either. Today, I just sat down and cried. I watch all your videos. My medication a medical insurance is high, I saved 3/months for your book. I was so looking forward to making some of your yummy recipes. Do you ever get returned books, damaged books etc. I can’t afford a new book. I was hoping that if a save again I might be able to buy one from you. Who knows when this pandemic will lift at this point. No,library. So frustrated and hurt by people not willing to correct their mistakes and do the right thing.
My dad keeps telling me I’m going to be in big trouble when my husband retires because he’ll be able to get Medicare and I won’t since I’m 6 years younger. I have several health issues and can’t work so we live on his income alone for years. I honestly don’t know what I’ll do. I can’t imagine I’ll be able to afford health insurance. We will be living on social security and a steel workers pension (hopefully it’s still there!) We own our home, no credit card debt, and we have an IRA (not much in it though) plus an emergency fund so I won’t be able to get Medicaid either. I’m very frugal. We raised 3 kids on a blue collar income and our last graduated high school in 2019. So now we are thinking about the future and the only thing I’m concerned about is health insurance. Any suggestions??
Drinking Starbucks with low calories but adding to them a replacement sweetener for sugar which is worse than refined sugar itself. When will you people learn that sugar replacements and sweeteners are worse than sugar??? Stevia and that sweetener that comes in blue, pink and yellow packages are cancer.
Stop adding them to your coffee and drinks in general!!!!
I’m sorry, but doesn’t coconut milk contain a ton of fat, therefore a ton of calories? I’m genuinely just curious, cause I looked up the nutritional value of coconut milk online and it’s HIGH in fat/calories… Thanks!
I Praise God each and every day we live on a Fixed Income my Husband‘s Retirement & Social Security, we always have pay our selves first, tithe, live frugally and pay Cash. Budget Budget Budget….Dave Ramsey way!!!! We just did a brilliant bathroom remodel bathtub out and walk in shower in we chose to do this before one of us fell. We use a dish pan and hand wash dishes we are the dish washers lol We both are on blood thinners we are chilling most the time we set our AC at 78* and in the Winter 74* heat pump thermostat setting.
We are excellent living on a Fixed I come, Blessed Beyond Belief
I really wanna try that chai, but she said dirty chai and the description only says chai! So was it a dirty chai with a shot of blonde and salted cream foam?
the barista sounded pissed. The drinks were a bit complex. They were probably a bit pricy. I always order tall drinks so mine would prob salt be under 50ish. Would you be willing to swap calories for dollars?
Everyone is different so they have to figure out what works best for them. As far as selling your home especially if it is smaller and the right size for you in retirement I personally do not think that a mobile home is necessarily the right way to go. They are not made as well as a stick built home. I know this because I have friends who live in them. It is far better to maintain your small home well and fix things as they need attention. If you don’t keep a well maintained home one would be hard pressed to find a buyer for it if they wanted to sell. Especially to get a decent price for it. We are both retired and have been for 13 years and we are living comfortably. Of course I am fortunate and I am thankful I have a husband who can fix or build almost anything and I likewise do a lot of sewing and fixing things inside our house. It doesn’t happen all by itself!
I have no savings to speak of, but am looking to retire in about 14 months at 58. I do have a decent pension, so that is a blessing. I worked for less pay than I could have if I worked in the commercial world for 25+ years, but it was worth it for that forced savings that went towards the pension. I really didn’t even start thinking about retirement until I was 50, and then looked at my debt and realized I was never going to be able to retire with all that debt. After a few too many Dave Ramsey shows, I started working on that debt. I also did run the debt up even further during that time buying what I would need in retirement days to do what I wanted to do tools, equipment, etc… I wanted it all added into the picture so I knew what I wanted paid off before retiring. So now with about $27,000 still to go, it should all be gone by March 2021. I will still have a primary mortgage going into retirement, but the pension will handle that okay. And if things got rough financially, I could sell the house, and would have enough equity to buy another out of state for half the price, and pay it off. I do also plan to do side projects for additional $$$’s in retirement, and not many plans for travel, so August 2021 is looking like a pretty solid date for me at this point.
Just my opinion but she is like the healthier version of Trisha, I love it. I like them each for different reasons but they also have very similar facial features and makeup.
I just went to your website to see the costs of preordering the 2 cookbooks and the price sheet it would be $56, i put in my address in Kanata Ontario Canada and shipping is more then the books:( at $67. Is there any other cheaper options??
We went from renting a house with high utilities to an apartment and live that we don’t have to worry about any kind of maintenance or grounds keeping. Our utilities are at least 1/2 of what we were paying. We live downstairs and sometime the upstairs neighbors can get on your nerves( they have kids running and jumping all the time) but its worth putting up with. We’ve considering getting back into a house but when we did the pros and cons about it, we decided we’re better off where we’re at now. My husband is 80 and I’m 57. Both retired. Not having a house is so much more relaxing and non-aggravating. We are much happier. No debt either.
Some employers pay a certain amount each paycheck into a 401k for their employees and will match employee contributions up to a certain amount. This is a nice benefit but does not replace frugal living.
Mackenzie big fan of you from India . You look like a cute bubbly unicorn . If anyone asks me how to describe Mackenzie Turner? Me like. # cute # bubbly # beauty #unicorn # kawai etc…. I am Fathma S.A I am actually a 6 th standard student this is my mothers account. I think I am a lil subscriber. You touched my heart like a cute girl ever❤️❤️
Its called marketing. My grand mother lived to be 93 yrs old healthy all those years. She used ammonia, windex, etc. No organic, no essential oil, same with food. No organic, no all natural, its a scam. and to top that off they were farmers and lived where they sprayed. My great grandmother lived to be upper ninety someone is making a large amount of money off green deals. My guess is those who vote in congress and pay commercial and TV,. Who knows though. Its all lies. Plastic straws is a big deal, but throw away appliances like toasters is ok. Plastic for bottles ok. People need to get smart and think for themselves.
The only healthy drinks I know from Starbucks are; Diet Water (just kidding), almond/coconut latte no sugar at all (I don’t add any sugar on my coffee), regular tea without any kind of sugar and a regular coffee
I love this video. I saw your older Starbucks blended coffee video like forever ago and randomly remembered it the other day at sbucks, and now there is this beautiful THREE kinds of drinks!! I’m for sure going to try them all, thanks so much for the video
I would like to thank you for this video. I am in my mid 40’s and I am only now learning how to manage my money. I have watched those videos that say you need to have a million dollars in savings in order to survive when you retire and it has been so depressing. I just finished paying off my credit cards and I am going to pay off my car next. Then, pay off the mortgage. This video has just made me feel so much better. I subscribed to your channel. Thank you to you and your mom!
According to MY life plan, i would be debt-free when I retired; God had other ideas. My health failed when i was 60. Thank goodness I had some savings. A good start to seeing one’s financial situation is to write it on paper. I am the one with the mortgage and the big loan…. and now will be doing something about it.
Both my girls know how to change oil on their cars and change a tire. I’m concerned that they will have to teach their husbands these tasks… Hubs and I have always taught our girls how to be self sufficient and learn new things.
Starbucks barista here, Matcha tea lattes with 2 pumps of white mocha tastes like those green matcha kitkats. Chai latte with eggnog is so delicious but if you don’t like it too sweet, get a custom tea latte with actual chai tea bags and eggnog. and lastly, a mocha with cinnamon and honey drizzled on the whip.
Jill I am your age brackett. I have put all my eggs in one basket, but guess who’s holding the basket. You guessed it. JESUS AND BECAUSE HE IS HOLDING IT I HAVE ACTUALLY MANAGED TO SAVE SOME THIS YEAR.
Ang hirap po lalo pag sa jollibee ka mismo nag wowork we don’t have a choice sometimes anjan na kasi sa harap mo bat hahanap ka pa ng ibang pagkain dba. Hehe pero masarap talaga jollibee, since naka low carb ako, sa everyday duty ko breast part lang I knakain ko then 1 rice lang no softdrinks OK nko doon kasi naman more physical nmn work namin kaya paguran din hehe
Have my retirement plan in place. Paying off all debt ( almost there), selling my home and moving to a less expensive state. Will pay cash for next home, so no mortgage. I’ll be on Social Security with getting a part time job until I turn 65. At 65, will qualify for retirement payments from employer. If I stay in the current state I live in. I would be “house rich”, but would not able to do anything. By moving out of state and reducing my expenses, I am going to be very comfortable.
As a Starbucks barista, this is such an annoying order. Blending without the base makes everything nearly impossible and messy as hell. I get the idea, but still.
i work at starbucks and you should try the iced vanilla latte with light ice, caramel drizzle in the cup, almond milk instead of regular milk, and cold foam on the top. that’s the drink that i have when i just wanna have some fun. but i also get a cold brew with 2 pumps mocha sauce and 1 pump of hazelnut syrup
Tawra and Jill and Dave Ramsey told us what to do we need to get on it. Government/Congress doesn’t give a damn we are struggling with no more stimulus money so what we got we have to do better with it case closed. Unless some relatives are able to assist you are on your own it seems. We got to get it together people Sorry Tawra I got on them with you.
Thank you Jill next door they smoke dope and my house clothes curtains smell police useless because no one answers the door or it no longer smells. Today I found a new spray will get 2fans since smoke comes thru bedroom wall. Well get rid of emotions I will continue this but need to pray also
On the heating and air conditioning, a programmable thermostat can help a lot to lower utility bills. You can buy one at home depot for probably less than $100. For instance in the summer, you can set the tstat to raise your house temp during the day while you are gone, then lower it back down when you are set to return. Vice versa in winter The tstat will pay for itself pretty quickly.
Uhmm may tatanong lang po ako sabi nyo po 360 yung burger without cheese but nagresearch po ako kapag po may cheese ay 360 na iyon at 260 naman po kapag wala
I am 68 and i want to take care of my health with herbs and supplements besides exercise and eating healthy. Should i buy calcium, multivitamin, vitamin D3., omega3, vit c, b complex etc…? I spend about 150 dollars a month for supplements and herbs. I want to save money, but i do not want to have brittle bones either. Jill, do you take calcium and multivitamin, omega 3?etc… Media said food alone is not potent enough. Please let me know your opinion. I have 86 thousands dollars left to owe on mortgage. I prefer to put 150 extra a month to pay off the house than gorging on pills because of fear of being sick. To tell you the truth, eating an orange or drinking a cup of milk help me feel better right away than popping pills. I should not follow the flock of sheeps. But i think calcium is a must. Thank you.
These drinks are good for counting your macros and are keto-friendly drinks as well! People say that sugar-free is bad for you due to slow digestion of these products but it doesn’t affect your blood sugar or insulin levels if you’re used to intaking sugar-free products…it only affects you if your body isn’t used to it which is understandable like any other foreign thing going into your body but if you’re iffy about the sucralose in sugar-free products go for stevia it’s an easy alternative and plant-based!:D AWESOME VID!
Hi Tara and Jill, I love your channel and have your book. Just got done doing overtime at work for the last 2 months, so that our could get rid of credit card. It’s gone. Yaaa! I have been listening about getting out of debt and your talking about air conditioning. I have noticed no one says anything about making it dark in the rooms and the rooms stay cool with just fans. I shut the shades then put a heavy black garbage bag on window then shut curtains. That way the heat doesn’t get into house to make it hot. Sure you might have a lamp on, but that’s a lot cheaper then air cond. Keep up the great work, we all learn something. God Bless
If you’re one of the people who insist on 68 degrees, start small. Move your AC to 70. 2 degrees is not a noticeable difference to the human body, unless you have some kind of medical condition. Once you get used to that, go to 72 degrees and so on. Baby steps forward will always be better than standing still.
Also, blackout curtains for bedrooms work wonders at keeping the room cool.
Hello po, I’m new to this channel pero I can’t help but wonder na sabi niyo is 1200 kcal a day is para sa mga nagdadiet, i think it’s the start of starvation mode and honestly problematic rin po yon. And second hindi po pangkalahating araw ang 500+ calories pang isang meal po talaga yon. I feel like it’s kind of problematic kasi na mimisinterpret ng mga tao kung gaanong kadami talaga ang dapat i-consume shile in reality we can consume up to 2000-3000 kcals a day without getting fat at kung pataba naman ay 5000 kcals a day is isang kalahating kilo lang. Personally di ko marerecommend yung diet where you only take 1200 calories because your starving yourself slowly and coming from my experience with eating disorder and body dysmorphia i just wouldn’t recommend it. Although kung gusto niyo maglose ng weight is meron namang intermittent fasting of keto. Remember lang po na we do diets to be healthy at hindi healthy ang pag cancel ng masyadong madaming calories because not only na ginugutom niyo sarili niyo nasisira nag insulin at Basal Metabolic Rate niyo kaya mas maiibabalik niyo yung tabang nawala and mas madami pang madadagdagan. Yun lamang po stay safe and godbless. ❤
I really understand what you are saying about the thermostat. As a nurse I realized it is not really healthy to have the house really warm in Winter. Dry air encourages colds /flus. Even a plant does not do well in a perfect environmental temperature, and must become accustomed outside of the nursery. I went into homes in my work. I could not afford to spoil myself into being totally comfortable because I entered homes with 80+F. You tell ‘um Jill.
Telling yourself no and accepting you can’t have everything you want is a sign of being an adult. Sadly too many think they “deserve” whatever they want, no matter how much income they have.
3:42 I jumped up and my glasses fell of when you said light ice becuz thats my EXACT Starbucks order. a venti pink drink with light ice and no strawberries
Hi I just watched this video and I totally agree with most of what your saying, I’m 60 and am now looking to retire even though I won’t be eligible for pension for another 4/5 years I don’t have much in savings either, but what I have been doing is totally cutting back on EVERYTHING and I’m now exploring lots of ways to do this and still do have most of what I’ve been used to, the biggest single factor for me was that I had my own home and my son was looking to get on the property ladder so a couple of months ago he brought my house and I now live here rent free, I’ve got no major out goings anymore and obviously me living here won’t be a permanent thing but it’s a good way to solve a problem if you have a family member that is looking to buy for the first time, it’s worked really well for us
OmG! Guilty ako sa chicken with spaghetti. Dati naorder pa ko ng extra rice and regular fries. Tanghalian ko lang yun. Pero payat pa naman ako noon. Grabe pala! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I tried to order the simple blended coffee and they asked me what kind of milk I wanted and I said I didn’t want milk. They looked at me like I was crazy and said they could add a little water but if I didn’t have milk or water it would wreck the machine.what am I missing?
I ordered the a tall blended iced coffee but with 2 pumps SF cinnamon dolce and it was GOOD! But, half of it was ice on the top (as seen in the video) so technically you’re not getting more.
Avail nyo yun meal plan na gawa nya, super ganda ng pagkakagawa. Nag avail ako and I’m planning to cook the recipes she provided. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=2670937746278888&id=1271764659529544 malakas pakiramdam ko na makakatulong sakin to sa weight loss kasi hindi strict at masasarap yun recipes
Trading binary has been my major source of generating income to fend for myself and my family, after my worse experience with con artist that almost made away with all my savings,I regained financial consciousness after my encounter with Mrs Monica, she changed my life for good and I owe her alot..search no more and make good earnings from her
U r literally the only YouTuber who knows the meaning of a “week” cuz every other that I have watched ends the vid at the 5th day…. I mean HOW IS THAT A WEEK??? And I like u already…hope that makes ur day….if u read my comment that is…
Starbucks tastes like wicked strong days old coffee with a soapy taste. I asked for regular coffee which theirs would be mild roast to Tim Horton’s ordinary coffee. I asked for X-Large and was shocked at the price of $3.00. They told me well our size of large is Tim hortin’s X-Large, we don’t sell X-large it is the same size as Tim’s X-Large. Well Tim Horton’s X-Large is 20 ounces the same size as Star Bucks Large is also 20 ounces, but.70 cents more then Tim Horton’s for the exact same ounce size, just a different name size. It tastes like super old coffee and super strong like it is days old. Their lids are open holes, with a ledge before the hole that sipping is harder to do so and the coffee spills and gets cold before you reach the car being an open hole. Their cups suck and are cheap. Tim Horton’s have a raised button that don’t open until you press on it, and it open and closes, with ease to drink and thicker stronger cups. I can’t believe they charge 70 cents more for a bad design lid for the money and wicked awful tasting coffee. Their coffee should be sold on vending trucks only. I bet McDonald’s coffee is much, much better tasting and better cups for the money. I had to spit it out and ask them for their weakest coffee to feel like a normal coffee, even then I had to throw it out it was strong and tasted like soap.
Lovely show! I spend 13/month on make up from Ipsy by mail. They are sample sizes based on your preferences and colors etc. Added to what I already have it’s perfect for retirement:)
Brittany can you try my Starbucks drink: old thread but low carb hack: iced lightly sweetened chai with no liquid cane sugar and almond milk! they are two components to the lightly sweetened chai (the lightly sweetened chai concentrate and the liquid cane sugar) so if you ask for this it’s lower carb spicy chai hack! then add your own stevia or other low carb sweetener (: since each pump of cold bar liquid cane sugar has 2.5g of carbs, 2.5 g of sugar, 7.5 calories and a grande has 4 pumps of LCS.. than you would subtract 10g of carbs, 10g of sugar, 30 calories from the listed nutrition of the grande iced lightly sweetened chai on the website with almond milk to get 100 calories, 15 carbs, and 13 grams of sugar and 3.5 grams of fat! Not exactly keto but a good alternative to the regular grande iced chai! even with almond milk it’s still 180 calories, 38 carbs and 35 grams of sugar!
Kaway Kaway po sa mga nagdidiet pero gusto kumain ng Jollibee. But no worries hehe as long as pasok naman sa Calorie intake tas minsan minsan Lang naman.
Found a more accurate nutritional information at their website here: https://jollibeeusa.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/JB-US-Nutrition-Facts-200118.pdf and the peach mango pie was actually 270 calories!
One year my AC broke and all my candles melted, rubber bands disintegrated, ink cartridges in the printer and in my fountain pens dried out. I thought I was handling it pretty well but am still finding the effects of that summer lol.
Tried the ice americano one exactly how she said to order it and I did not like it. I think it had to do with the sugar free syrups which made it taste weird. Took 2 sips and threw it away.
I’m that barista that would have you try a passion tango tea with 5 pumps of raspberry, 3 pumps of liquid cane, no water, add guava juice. It’s really good, I definitely recommend. a Starbucks barista
I’d have to disagree on the temperature thing too many variables, and people are all different. I know people that live in Colorado and they may be wearing shorts in 40-50 degree weather. My mom lives in Palm Springs, and it gets up to 110+. I couldn’t handle either of those for very long.
I live in Southern California, and had no A/C for a couple years up to about 100 degrees in summer. And it was humid. I was a hot sticky mess during summer, and drained of all energy. Got a new HVAC setup a bit over a year ago, and now I do good all summer. Between 50-90 I do fine. Below 50 and above 90, and I really start to feel it, and it has a big effect on me.
But then again, a guy I work with if the office temp changes by 5 degrees in either way, he’s then too hot or too cold, and I barely notice any change at all. Everybody’s different in this regard I think. Another coworker grew up in Bolivia, and he’s perfectly okay with high heat and very high humidity. But get him into the snow and he’s a mess and wants to get away from it. Also doesn’t do so well with high heat if it’s a dry heat. Then he really feels it.
Could anyone recommend any hot coffees? I don’t mind any iced coffee’s but I live in a cold climate and I NEED WARMTH. Sure you can do stevia w pike coffee and almond milk or coconut milk but I need more options por favor!
I keep my house at 78 to 80 in summer and turn on fans to move the air around. Its perfectly fine. I live in southeast Texas now and am moving soon to Nevada. In winter i do keep temp at 72 but wear winter clothes and its fine too.
This isn’t for everyone but I bought a 5th wheel insulated it and live in it year round. Bought a piece of land 20 minutes to town and put it on there. My monthly expenses are 125 a month. That includes taxes trailer insurance meds. For food I receive hampers once a month and when I pick up the hamper I use my gas to do my running around. I am on ss and doing ok
1) the cookie crumble is literally just a Java chip so if you’re allergic to one you’re allergic to both
2) girl the vanilla sweet cream cold brew actually has a ton of sugar
No hate or not trying to be racist but it’s not only white girls that like Starbucks black people do too but don’t get me wrong love white people cause we all the same xoxo me
My dog cries when im too far too lol. I go out in the hallway of our apt and he will cry from inside the door even if the door is part way open
Like me.. Kaya subrang think full aq kc my isang tulad mu na matyaga na gumawa ng ganyan for us.. Thank you so much. And GODBLESS U..
Can everyone just appreciate how she listed all of the drinks and their specific ingredients/add ons in the description box?
Ha! We live with no AC every summer we are sitting in 85-87 inside and we use fans!! PLUS did Jesus have AC? can you imagine how hot it was in biblical times

You asked for unsweetened americano (which by default americano has no syrup at all) but you asked to put ‘some sugar free’ sweeteners?
If I did this I would ask what their fav drink was and then order it because there are some baristas who will lie and say a refresher of frappuccino or something becuz it costs more money.
In the summer my air is set on 78-80 and winter the heat is 68-69!! I can’t afford a high bill either season……. works fine for me!!
I wish the Starbucks near me knew what these drinks were, last time I tried to order a my coffee blended they looked at me like I was crazy
Looking for a HEALTHY, low calorie drink choice from Starbucks?! Well, look no further because today, I am sharing with you the tastiest low calorie starbucks drinks from the secret menu! Each drink tastes SO GOOD, yet contains limited sugar, less far and of course WAY LESS CALORIES than your typical starbucks drinks. And guess what else? They taste just as good!
And in case you didn’t know (don’t worry, most people don’t) is that the VAST MAJORITY of starbucks standard menu drinks are FILLED with calories. Some drinks have 400-500 calories!?! That is not good if we are trying to lose weight. Nor is it good for our overall health! And just to put this in perspective, that’s the same number of calories as a big mac and frys. Imagine having that for breakfast?!
Making some simple changes to some of your favourite drinks can drastically CUT your CALORIE intake for the day AND week! If you like Chai tea lattes, caramel macchiatos, iced coffee or cold brew, you will LOVE these 4 drink swaps!
So with that in mind, for all the Starbucks lovers out there, NO NEED TO WORRY! Today I will be sharing 4 of my favourite LOW CALORIE Starbucks drinks, all UNDER 100 CALORIES! Not only are thy under 100 calories, they are also SWEET and TASTY too! With these 4 drinks, you can enjoy your Starbucks, without all the calories!
TAG ME IF YOU TRY ONE OF THESE DRINKS ON INSTAGRAM @LEANSQUAD:)
My favorite drink of all time is the
Strawberry açaí with lemonade and I would love if you found an alternative healthier option. I can’t not order this drink it’s a must for me but there’s so much sugar in it haha
Hope you find one for me
i work at a starbucks and this drink has been my favorite for a while and idk if you’d like to try it but it’s a grande vanilla bean frap with extra caramel drizzle and one shot of espresso
Thx!
IF YOU GUYS WANT ME TO DO MORE FULL MENU CHALLENGES PLEASE GET THIS VIDEO TO 10,000 LIKES!!
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE STARBUCKS DRINK?
you should try a grande strawberry acai refresher with no water, substitute for peach infusion and have it double blended its sooo good.. also a vanilla frap with toffee nut syrup.. if you like Starbucks doubleshots I reccomend ordering a grande doubleshot on ice with no classic, substitute for hazelnut and almond milk instead of 2% milk
I know I’m late but I want to try the chocolate milk one but it’s written differently in the description box than what it shows in the video help!:/
Tastes sweet & like coffee:)
I used to work at starbucks and my fav was a tall blonde iced americano w/ 2 pumps toffee nut (v light ice for my sensitive teeth) or a grande HOT london fog w/ only 2 pumps vanilla:*
Very informative. Salamat po sa pagshare sa mga calories sa bawat isa. Now i know ano ang oorderin ko at saan ung mas mababa ang calories
Ate Kat, maganda po yung mga gantong videos nyo, sana magawa nyo syang parang “Fast Food Guide” Series since mga students, usually sa labas talaga kumakain at napakarami nang fast food ngayon na mahirap iwasan especially with friends.
Such a great content! <3 New subscriber here.
this is so random but I asked my local barista for their favorite drink and it was the exact same drink from the first day ( the white mocha w/toffee nut etc) is it maybe a thing?
Girl! Just found your channel and I love it!!! You are so beautiful and spunky ♥️
Will you please tell me what lashes you are wearing???
Thanks
Heat and air 2yrs old. 150 dollars yearly contract. Then replacement parts for routine things expensive. Save for these. So new things not cheap
You look amazing
we live in western australia.. our first christmas here we were renting, there was no aircon.. it was 107.6 (42 degrees celcius).. we survived.. a fan and cool flannels (washcloths).. was uncomfortable, but hey… ofc i now put evaporative aircon now in our house we built, but we can afford it.. so dont be babies you wussy yanks lol
Ate Kat pa request naman po ng belly back exercise diko mahanap sa videos mo baka wala pa. Naadik nako sa mga videos mo at thank you kase yung 65kg ko 55kg na in 28days sabay diet nadin kase

Thank you for this!:) More content like these please. Feature Chowking and KFC please. Also, I hope you feature your meal plan. New subscriber here ❤️
Starbucks doesn’t have sugar free caramel.
Aa butin dinpo ako 1hr or 1:20 mins mag workout everday at 1 day rest day po…sana po masagot nyo maam..always support ur channel..thank you
my suggestion to enjoy junk food be sure to eat them on your workout days, do not eat them on your rest days:) if I go for workout and I crave for Jollibee yun na pre workout meal ko chicken and spag, coke zero and a sundae after workout I eat pwede chicken ulit or iba naman foods but I make sure I also buy fruits before going home and green tea before going to bed
We use a dish pan and hand wash dishes we are the dish washers lol
We both are on blood thinners we are chilling most the time we set our AC at 78* and in the Winter 74* heat pump thermostat setting.
We are excellent living on a Fixed I come, Blessed Beyond Belief
You can ask for a nitro lid OR bring in your own cup people… and anyway, I ordered the first one and it’s pretty good! Thanks Brittany!
“Road work ahead? I sure hope it does!” I’m so glad you referenced that. I just laughed so hard.
EXCUSE ME, LADY IN THE MIDDLE ON DAY SIX: PUT ON. YOUR SEATBELT.
Jill, do you take calcium and multivitamin, omega 3?etc…
Media said food alone is not potent enough.

I wannat try these so bad but I live in VietNam and the jollibee here literal doesn’t have most of these stuff, they don’t even have gravy:(
Brittany can you try my Starbucks drink: old thread but low carb hack: iced lightly sweetened chai with no liquid cane sugar and almond milk! they are two components to the lightly sweetened chai (the lightly sweetened chai concentrate and the liquid cane sugar) so if you ask for this it’s lower carb spicy chai hack! then add your own stevia or other low carb sweetener (: since each pump of cold bar liquid cane sugar has 2.5g of carbs, 2.5 g of sugar, 7.5 calories and a grande has 4 pumps of LCS.. than you would subtract 10g of carbs, 10g of sugar, 30 calories from the listed nutrition of the grande iced lightly sweetened chai on the website with almond milk to get 100 calories, 15 carbs, and 13 grams of sugar and 3.5 grams of fat!
Makenzie the vanilla bean was the same exact drink I tried at starbucks lol I loved it for years but then I went to double chocolate chip
How may Calories is this??? blended mocha coffee ☀
grande iced coffee
coconut milk
no sweetener
one pump of skinny mocha syrup
blended with no base
add stevia
macros: 2F/9C/0P, 6 grams of sugar
Thankyou so much for this! 5weeks nako nag didiet from 74kilos. Im now 56kilo ☺ 800 to 1000 calorie deficit ako a day.. kaya medyo mabilis ang process
I am on ss and doing ok
i doubt na 120kcal lang peach mango pie considering its fried,, kaya nilo-log ko sa mfp un as apple pie ng mcdo kase un ung closest haha
