  • I’m 29 and prediabetic. Without giving too much detail, the work I do causes me to sweat a lot and lose water. I was told I was dehydrated. But the liter of water a day doesn’t really help. Most people say don’t drink more than 2 Liters a day but I notice that when I drink a gallon of water within a 24-hour span, I get my blood sugars under control.
