As I’m sure you can understand from your professional background in particular, self care is something that I absolutely needbut struggle with nearly every day. • Tip for quenching your thirst but not having to go to the bathroom: chew or suck on ice. I also have a very tiny bladder and this little tip helps me not to stop so many times.

  • Where do you buy your ingredients including whole rye bread? This is so awsome! I am trying this week and let you know! Thank you!

  • I remember the first video of this series! A video idea could be different combinations of fruits/veggies/herbs for infused water

  • Your recipes look amazing! I been having a really hard time trying to find the rye bread you are using. I really want to get the same kind because it is just perfect for healthy recipes. I looked online and it said that Walmart has them but I unable to find it in the store. If you can, can you please tell me where you buy yours? Thank you so much! I have been using your everyday food/recipes ideas for a couple of months now and so far lost 20 pounds!! You truly are an inspiration!!

  • I love your work day. I also eat when I first get to work at 8:30/9. I take a mid break at 10 or 10:30 and normally my lunch is at 12 or 1. My problem is I don’t eat as healthy as you.

  • I love the smoothies you make, i try all the time for me and my daughter and i can’t seem tonight it right i need help. My daughter needs focus on iorn smoothies also.. help

  • I wish I could do this but I’m rushing to be out the house by 7:10 am and I’m tired as hell when I get home so I don’t have the motivation my reality is a bit of fruit and cereal bar for breakfast on my 1st break and maybe a rushed sandwich or wrap for lunch then wait till I get home for dinner then pull my energy together to make another lunch‍♀️

  • Lunch club!?!?! Is no one worried that their coworkers cats pee might be in the food or cooking with nasty tap water or then cooking with dirty hands they forgot to was coming out of their bathroom.

  • hi,
your chanel is amazing but since you are a nutritionist please don’t suggest apple cider vinegar to your subscribers since cause serious health issues.
but love still love your content.

  • Good video but in the UK it’s illegal to carry a knife, any knife which just means we need to put all our food together so we dont need to cut anything. Of course you can always buy a knife to leave at work

  • I’m a recent subscriber and have been enjoying your videos. Unfortunately, for someone working in a busy office and large office, I don’t think the communal lunch is possible (and I wouldn’t want to have to carry large portion via subway) or the ability to prep at work. Any way you can do a video like this with everything prepared at home?

  • Wow! Looks amazing: ) I got inspired by this video and decided to make a video about easy healthy snacks on my Rayamao A. channel. Hope you will check it out and give some support <3

  • Thanks for sharing your snack ideas! I work 14+ hr shifts and I like having snack options. I have a major sweet tooth so I’m definitely trying out those muffins.

  • I’ve started eating healthier and do Sports to lose weight and all but I got a problem with the eating. I am really not a regular eater. Somedays (especially when I have School) I leave breakfast out and then I eat Dinner sometimes at 4 pm, sometimes at 8pm and my whole life I’ve never eaten 3 meals a day so I wanna ask you all, at what times do you guys eat because I have no idea how I should bring this third meal in my day (Some people told me that it’s important to have 3 meals because this way you get all the things you need for your body)

  • My mom makes homemade Dot’s pretzels and they are SOOOO much better! She buys the butter pretzels from Aldi’s for the recipe and they are absolutely amazing. They are gone in a day every time she makes them! Definitely worth the time because Dot’s can be a little pricey

  • I’m not English/American but I try to ask! Sorry in advance for mistakes I want to improve my english and listen this video help me a lot, but I’m always searching more and more material to learn and I think also podcast could be good for my aim and you mentioned them in that video! Where do you find them? I mean from which app or website or anything else that I ignore at the moment? because I dind’t find them out nowhere!

  • I think this meal would be better for dinner, because it’s so starchy. For lunch, I wouldn’t eat starch, because it’ll make you fall asleep.

  • Adding flavor to my water will NOT cause me to drink more of it. I want my water to taste like water.
Also…my water needs to be ICE COLD…if I’m going to drink more of it. Therefore, I have a massive insulated cup that I put ice in and refill w/ H2O from the fridge all day long. I now drink 4 16 oz bottles worth of water a day, plus whatever melts from my ice cubes.:)

  • can you do a video on smoothies and serving sizes and amounts for each ingredient. sometimes i feel like i make too much or not enough.

  • An office i worked at in the early 90’s had a lunch club. We did it a little differently than yours. We all contributed a set amount of $ each week. We also decided what our menu was for that week. Then we all took turns buying the groceries each week. Besides having a healthier lunch, it was also very economical. I certainly would have spent a lot more if I was buying my lunch every day. We also had a nice sized lounge to eat in & it had a refrigerator & one of my coworkers brought in an electric fry pan & we could cook tacos or quick things like that. It was a nice way to get to know everyone too. So all the way around it worked out really well.

  • 2:12 The life before being a parent Lol . I wish I had the time to sit outside and relax…I have to wake up and get my kids ready for school lol rush rush. And I’m a stay at home mom, I can imagine the stress for parents who have a reg job

  • I loved your video and going downtown with you and Matt was a treat! I enjoyed seeing where you work, sometimes, and your cute office mates. I love the idea of your lunch club!! Fabulous!

  • I’m watching this during my lunch break at work and the “I always like to have a knife in my purse” cracked me up. Thank you for all the amazing ideas and unexpected gems.

  • I had to mute at 3:40… you said tomato over & over & over & over again then pasta too.
I lay the tomato down, then cover them (instead of tomato again) with spinach. Keeps the bread from getting soggy. (We know from the tomatoes.

It may just be me… but I felt like you thought we’re too dumb to know what you were talking about…

But what I saw was great!

  • These are great, great vid, I’ve subbed! I got a perfect saint laurent bag and i wish recommend this trusted seller to get the high quality reps ➡️ * #checkthebestdesignerbags*

  • We are going on a road trip from Germany to Italy, a four hour drive, and I would looove to pack some of this delicious looking snacks you recommended, but… We don’t have almost any of them in Germany! So envious!

  • I’ve tried to contact you several times via email and even through your customer support line on your website. No one has bothered to contact me. I was sent the wrong size shirt, and now Autumn is almost over.

I was hoping not to need to reach out on your YouRube.

Please check your emails and respond.

Love your videos and your cookbook, but I won’t be buying anything else due to your poor customer service.

  • I’m not a nurse, but I also work night shift. (I’m looking into nursing school though.) Thank you for all these food ideas and awesome products to look into. Eating is sometimes difficult throughout the shift. It has been brought to my attention that I need to workout and need some nutrition/ vitamins in my life.

  • I love how you have a nice balance. Like you have you’re great healthy snacks and drink your water but you still have your coffee and monsters lol

  • I don’t get how some people like to have a bite and drink water at the same time… Like why would you mix your egg salad sandwich with liquids?

  • Im in nursing school and omg eating healthy is a big struggle #1 because I wanna be chewing on something at all times when I’m studying (not just from being stressed but i just need a lot of food) so I just reach for the unhealthy foods and #2 because I do not have time to cook n meal prep. How you guys eat healthy while in nursing school????

  • I usually eat hummus with sweet potato chip, but I will try hummus with carrot. Also I love apples with peanut butter.
Last summer, my family went on a road trip from southern Cali to Portland, Or. This year, we are thinking Lake Tahoe. I hope you and the family have a fun road trip.

  • I have been watching a lot of packing and road trip snacks videos lately and I have noticed that in the US they use a lot of plastic or odd choices for packaging. I don’t remember it being that bad when I used to live in the US when I was a kid or teen. The noise of opening bags and chewing is slightly distracting on video. I feel the noise is amplified

  • I’m curious as to how you prepped your meals or what type of foods you ate throughout nursing school. I start nursing school this week and I’m concerned with my meals since I’ll be on a budget like most nursing students. Love your videos ❤️ you’re a great inspiration!

  • Can I have your opinion about herbal coffee because what I’ve just googled was not very reliable. Really need your recommendation because I’m such a strong coffee addicted:))

  • Literally obsessed with your videos! I passed my LVN NCLEX a few weeks ago and your nursing vids literally helped me get through VN school. I plan on going all the way to my BSN! Thanks for always being a huge inspiration and your motivating vids and instagram stories! So glad I discovered your videos!

  • I just had to come back to say those verb bars are now a MUST for me. Caffeine calms me down so I’m not so hyped up all the time. Theyre super convenient and really good. Thanks for putting me on!

  • Been watching a lot of your videos possibly getting ready to start my nursing career! I’m just waiting to hear back from the school!

  • I’s soooo lucky to find your channel. You are so super natural, emotional and i’m enjoying almost every your video! ) Thanks you so very much )

  • Can you please do a video on savory snacks.. I prefer that over anything sweet.. I legit find it easier to eat more vegetables than to eat fruits..

  • I like your videos. I noticed you drink tap water. Please consider drinking filtered or bottled water. Tap water can have contaminants. I look forward to viewing the rest of your content.

  • I JUST GOT NOTIFIED TODAY I WAS ACCEPTED TO THE NURSING PROGRAM. so excited. I’ve been watching your videos for like a year and a half
