  • You all are rude and ungrateful people, nobody is forcing you to follow his advice, at least don’t be a pain in the ass. His advice is actually spot on.

  • I used to find yoga boring, but you make it so enjoyable and even though you don’t know me and I don’t know you, you are able to somehow just make the yoga practice feel so familiar. Thank you for being you, Adriene:)

  • Dont know why most of these comments are so negative. This is a selection of foods that are more towards periods of flare ups or worsening of digestive symptoms. It is not a diet designed to be maintained long term because fiber is important in a healthy diet but it can irritate an already irritated or sensitive gut.

  • With warm regards here we have present a short range of superfoods for
    you to point out https://babyhealthcaree.com/easy-to-digest-foods/

  • Those Sweet Ritual ice cream cones are delicious, but I definitely feel a little too full after eating one haha! Thanks for the video, Adriene!

  • For people that are hungry and looking for a quick healthy meal, PROVIDE THE LIST so I don’t have to sit through the video.

I’ll come back to watch it later but for now I’m just hungry. That’s why I’m here.

  • Conventiinal knowledge. Wholegrain is good. Fat is bad. Wholegrain destroy your gut white rice is better. Egg white has some antinutrients… And so on.

  • I have another easy method which i follow when i do overeating.
Basically you don’t need to do anything just walk atleast 1km. You can walk on your terrace or even in your room. If you overeat in breakfast then skip your lunch. If you overeat in lunch skip your dinner. You can drink a glass of cold milk in your dinner which will help in reduce acidity. Next day when you will wake up, you will see good result and won’t ever see problem like constipation.

  • i also took loads of lemon juice with saurkraut juice and used garlic and pepper and ginger in my meat perhaps its killing my candida i had removed all these spices from my life as i was told they are full of fire and my stomach was already full of fire that i should avoid warming foods

  • Thank you so much for these video clips. They have helped me take stock of what is important and helped me so much through lock down, to make time for myself.

  • Stress is the root cause of many digestive issues. I drink camomile tea and tumeric, take long nature walks and keep away from stressful situation.

  • Our body’s arnt designed to digest meat that well, we don’t have a digestive system like a carnivore. The meat would just sit inside you for ages

  • lucky i found this, it really works, thank you so much, im on fasting month, i eat a lot at night, my stomach always feel like full of air, its hard to breath, my throat feels like choking, thank you so much, it really works to overcome my problems, i just do about 2 3 minutes, i can feel the difference already…

  • 01:00 It is illegal in the USA for the egg/food industry to say eggs are “healthy” or “nutritious” because the science shows they are not, and lying is false advertising https://nutritionfacts.org/video/eggs-and-cholesterol-patently-false-and-misleading-claims/

  • I only need drink half my morning coffee before I get a strong urge to empty my bowels. I’d recommend to any try with constipation issues.

  • O my god Adriene, this was so relaxing. I felt like it was working from the first day also. And the best part I liked is that u spoke, cause most of the people don’t speak and even while doing we have to keep looking at the laptop screen and it is very uncomfortable. Thank you Thank you Thank you ssssssssssssssoooooooooooo much. And the good thing is they are easy and it is not necessary to do this only if you are over weight you can do it normally too. I have one request like if you could post a video every day on what all exercises are good to do and keep your body relaxed and balanced. I mean like everyday you post a video on what exercise to do today! pls pls pls.
Thank you once again and pls try my request.

  • This is my favourite yoga video of all times. I could listen to it even without doing the exercise (I don’t but I could haha) because your voice makes me feel that everything is ok! Thank you!

  • here’s  a few things for treating bad digestion at home
    eat a high-fiber diet
    Use insoluble and soluble fiber
Limit foods that are high in fat
Try adding probiotics into your diet
Eat meals on schedule ie the same time each day
Keep hydrated by drinking lots of water
Skip habits such as smoking and drinking excessive caffeine and alcohol.
Exercise often to help keep food moving through your digestive system,
Manage stress. Too much stress or anxiety can cause the digestive system to go wrong.
(I read these and the reasons they work from Marita bio pro website )

  • My understanding is that kefir is much richer in beneficial bacteria than even the best yogurt! But no one on YouTube that I’ve seen mentions it at all! Why is that?

  • Treasure! This is what you are Adriene! While I couldn’t even move due to stomach cramps caused by overeating, I definitely recovered after this 12-minute flow. You are a miracle! In addition to these, I can feel your sincerity. You have very sincere, peaceful and “from-the-heart” attitudes (unlike many youtube channel owners). I hope this continues like this. Stay with 2G’s! Thank you for providing us such beautiful yoga flows for free!

  • Even tho I have made this practice before now I discover moments and words tha clicked to me different than before thank you for this moment of gracefulness

  • I seriously adore you! I’ve followed you for a couple of years now since starting my yoga journey. Today at a picnic with friends I ate WAY too much and was feeling so horrible about myself so I wanted to do a flow that could help me rebalance, and I just love how you say to instead be grateful for what we have rather than continuously beat yourself about it. Thank you, namaste!

  • I have a stomache ache and doing this practice really helped me feel better. Thank you for always giving us what we need by the tools of yoga. it’s the best way to heal any part of the body in the kindest and most loving way. Love you so much Adriene

  • i was looking for ways to have a better digestion and improve my metabolism, im eating in the right times during the day, and after one hour of lunch im doing a yoga for digestion, should i wait 2h? i think. But i did it the last two days and that totally helped my intestine to work pretty well

  • Problem with egg whites is that many people with IBS has broken gut lining, so they’re very sensitive to food allergens and albumin in egg whites is one of the strongest allergen.
You could add MCT oil as it doesn’t require liver bile to digest.

  • Man I get constipation all the time, sometimes lasting 3-4 days. I pretty much eat all this stuff on the list, but I still have problems. I end up taking laxatives, which isn’t fun.

  • Thank you so much. You don’t know how much that helped. I Just cried for 14 mins straight. It was so relieving. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️

  • Rice easy to digest? I personally don’t find that to be true for me. My digestion is slow and bad. Starches is also difficult to digest.

  • I’m vomiting 7 to 8 times a day. I vomit everything I eat breakfast lunch dinner even water and tea. Please help me I am tired of vomiting. I need your help.

  • Came because my stomach hurt so much after binge eating and felt so bad about my self, but your approach and this routine made me feel so much better, thank you ❤️‍♀️

  • This practice was perfect. The definition of what my mind and body needed. We can be hard on yourselves and you reminded me to be grateful. I am still full, but full of love!

  • I’m currently on my weight loss journey (24 pounds down so far!) and today I had my first cheat day since forever and I felt so guilty about it and this video definitely calmed me down. I’m grateful that I’ve learned to adopt a healthier lifestyle but I don’t want to develop a negative mindset where I think one huge meal will make me gain all of my weight back. Thank you so much for helping me reach my zen mode!

  • Your video just made me feel better, I had a constant heartache since 3 days now (lockdown and overeating!), and after 2 of your videos I have some relief, thank you!

  • I recently found out about this channel through a friend and I am so thankful! All these videos have been great to help with my mental health during quarantine. Thank you so much!!

  • I have a weak digestive system because of a cancer surgery I had a while ago. I am supposed to get bowel obstructions for the rest of my life. Having this video of you helping me is comforting. I watch this one a lot.

  • i started going all meat slince i read a comment here about actually fiber is not so healthy…as much as i have tried to eat it that has been my bloated experience….the two days i did just meat i was able to go each am the third day i had fruit and have been constipated since i also did celery juice first thing in the am i really dont want to eat meat but it does seem to help my emotional centeredness

  • As someone who has struggled with the concept of loving herself or even the idea of self-compassion for most of my life, your approach to, well, everything in your videos is beautiful and refreshing, and makes me actually think that I could manage to maybe even love myself one day. Thank you for the way you encourage self-compassion in all of your practices, and the tools you give us to do so. “Be nice to yourself” isn’t really helpful when you don’t know how, but “don’t feel bad about overeating, focus on being grateful and graceful instead” is. Thank you. <3

  • I ate a banana and felt like I was going to die for a couple days. So in my case, I can’t eat bananas? That sucks because they’re good and so quick and easy to eat on the run.

  • I did this after a huge binge and it made me feel a lot better mentally and physically. Thank you so much Adriene, your videos really help ❤️

  • Hey, I love your videos they’re so awesome but I was wondering if doing this one will help with IBS? I get very bad stomach cramps from it from time to time and I know yoga is supposed to help so I was just curious if you know if this video could possibly help?

  • This means so much to me.. as someone with IBS, chronic illness, and has always struggled with weight issues ever since medicines, I’m always beating myself up about my bloat and body. Doing this helped me relax tonight despite my stomach pains. Thank you so much. I’ll be keeping this one ❤

  • I have to say… this is one of my go-to videos… your words are so kind and beautiful. and the movements always seem to help me feel better too! Thank you!

  • Your dog relaxes and hangs better than me!:) a few seconds in and he’s off! This surprisingly helped me a lot! Most prob caused the food to run thru my stomach and intestines. Interesting. Wind relieving pose hahaha… Glad I’m doing this alone hahahaha…

  • Hey Adrienne, I’d just like to say that your videos have always helped me out but none more than this one right now. I’ve been having some digestion issues for about a week (inciting incident), and my high anxiety has been making the stomach cramping and irritation of it all even worse. Your gentle speaking and soothing voice has helped me calm down and in turn calm my stomach down. This video was a twofer for me, just now. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you validating your viewers and ‘breathing love’ with them.

  • After I did this I wasn’t hearing any noises or anything so I thought I did it wrong but I went to turn and everything started moving and making noises

  • I’m so thankful for this video. I have a digestive disease (gastroparesis) that causes severe pain whenever I eat. Normally, nothing helps. I’ve been practicing at-home yoga with your videos for a couple weeks now (and sometimes my husband joins too and even our cat), and decided one night during a painful flare-up to search “digestion” to see what you had. I did this, and I felt SO much relief in my body not just my stomach. I’m definitely going to be utilizing it more often, especially when I’m experiencing more extreme pain. Thank you!

  • Thanks Adriene for this video! When would be the best time to do this routine: after eating, or before you eat? The general advice I got was to refrain from practicing after food, but I was wondering if it would be different for poses that help w digestion.

Thank u for these awesome videos Adrienne! ❤

  • Hello Adrienne… Just asking, is it possible for you to instruct us by telling the opposite? For example, when you say we need to move our right leg, you move your left leg. So we are imitating you.. Is it poasible?

  • i love how much comfort this video gave me, it calmed me down and it changed my perspective. it felt like you knew exactly what to say to help..a big thank you

  • With all the craziness going on right now, this video helped lessen some anxiety. Sometimes we just need a reminder to breathe and grateful, thank you.
