  • Awesome tops, Amanda…bubble baths, with lights off (or dimmed), scented candles, soft music & wine…walking around your home in soft, silky PJ’s & a tiara (for extra pizzaz)…solo DJ-ing (playlist of favorite music)…the Danish call things like this Hugge…the art of self-soothing.

  • A successful life is being able to look back when it’s time to take your final bow and seeing you did your best in pursuing your dreams/accomplishing your goals. A failed life is one of so-so effort or none at all; where you lived someone else’s life.

  • Watching Alux videos (am not trying to butter up) have been one of my best ways to stay motivated and focused. Others are spending time with successful people in my field, reading, exercising.

  • I have an annual planner. I write down my daily weekly monthly and annual goals. I find it’s very comforting at the end of the year, when I look back and I see how much I had accomplished.

    It helps to get the most beautiful planner you can afford! This ensures that you will enjoy writing and keeping up in your planner.

    What also motivates me, is knowing that no one we’ll make my dreams a reality. there is no damn Prince Charming.

  • I like the idea of writing down the “why”, but here’s a great tip that works for me:
    Write down big, past successes and how you felt. When you’re not doing well or feeling down, you can go back to the “wins” and you’ll remember how you felt then. It really re-motivates me.
