  • Halo top!!

bought into the hype and got this protein. Consistently AMAZING baked protein treats. (Pricey for the amount you get though)

  • Just made half of this recipe and it turned out AMAZING! I substituted the cookie butter protein powder for regular Hershey’s unsweetened cocoa powder and it was great!

  • This is scary! I hope people don’t believe that high fat is a good thing!!!?!? Fat damages your endothelial lining of the arteries, which is responsible for giving off nitric oxide (a vasodilator) and keeps the arteries and veins in a healthy state. Without it comes heart attacks, high blood pressure, strokes, embolisms, et al. This is a lazy way for fat people to attempt to lose weight. His cholesterol must be off the charts. How sad.

  • Thank you for amazing recepies! I made blueberry muffins yesterday and they were delicious. But mine didnt rise as much and came out as really dense, not airy and fluffy like yours, any idea why (or a trick)? Thank you

  • I’ve been on Keto and omad for 109 days lost 18.4 kg. I’ve been weighing myself everyday and recording the data on the chart. happy to send it to you if you provide me with an email.
best thing I ever did was to go on keto diet.

  • Yes I tried fasting and doing fasting. I went with 16/8 and loved it. I did that a couple weeks with 2MAD. Then I went to 18/6-20/4… I was okay but seemed like it was harder for me and I was hungry. Then I went OMAD and I crashed. I went back to 16/8-18/6 and 2MAD and losing like a mad man. I think people need to do IF on a gradual basis. You’ll know when you’re ready to move the eating window because you’ll go to make a meal and not feel hungry then push it back.

  • I have a question for the you tuber. The protein cookie butter powder looks great and I was about to buy it because it’s advertised as gluten free on the label. I have celiac disease with mild symptoms. However on the back it says made in a facitory where products with wheat are also made. How can you claim these products are gluten free and then warn its made in a factory where gluten products are made? That’s potential cross contamination. Please clear this up for me.

  • Jimmy Moore gained game through weight loss and now that’s he’s once again obese he wants to completely disregard weight as having any bearing, or very minimal, effect on health. He’s irresponsibly preached to his 17 fans to ignore the scale, due to his own obesity, this is detrimental to there health. If he were a healthy weight that’s all he’d be talking about…

  • How is this guy still promoting his lifestyle? I’ve seen a recent video of him and he looks even fatter. So one, he’s not really practicing what he preaches. Or two, what he’s promoting is a horrible path to follow. As a person who has been LCHF for a couple of decades now, I’m leaning towards option 1. Jimmy isn’t telling the truth about what he’s doing in his private life.

  • My blood sugars have been hovering 110-140.I no for a fact I am in ketosis.the breath,no hunger, all signs are there including ketone sticks. So how is this possible?

  • I’ve now found your channel, I’m liking your recipes so far they’re all easy to make and all look delicious.. Only thing is most of them require two types of protein powder is there anything else that can be used instead, if you don’t have or only have one? Right now I only have chocolate protein and it’s vegan

  • I am so excited to try this. I just got an air fryer and am ready to cook all the things.

I think I would add maybe a SF caramel syrup of some sort and walnuts and make them turtle brownies. Ice cream a good vanilla ice cream to off set the intense flavors from the brownies.

  • Congress is allowing these big corporations to poison our food, knowing FULL WELL that our environment is directly contributing to/affecting the health of this country.  All for big profits by these corporations and for the political donations they provide.  Congress is aiding these corporations is deliberate “negligent homicide”.   And what is worse, some member of Congress are doing what they can to prevent citizens from getting access to medical treatment needed to counter the poisonings.  Wake up, we are slowly being poisoned for PROFIT.  That means your KIDS too!

  • I’m sure this gets asked every video. But what air fryer do you use? You should jot it down in your description when doing air fryer recipes! Thank you

  • Such a great video!! Out of interest how many grams of protein/percentage of calories do you have that’s protein daily? Would love to see a video in the future about what your daily macro intake is and what ratios you recommend if any!. Xxx

  • i do 2 because u can put chicken salad on them and have them 4 lunch or put some peanut butter on them and have them 4 lunch x…..

  • Dr. Lustig thanks for your research and for rising your voice about refined sugar & ultraprocessed food consumption. Thanks for generating and diseminating knowledge regarding the huge negative impacts these have on our lives.
I am a huge fan of your work.

  • For those of us, that are in ketosis, everything Jimmy has said is true. Every slide that came up I was thinking, “Yep, thats what happens”. From the feeling of well being, to getting enough fat to stop hunger. I’m coming up to 1 year of low carb and loving it.

  • Commenting to remind myself, the only things I’ll try from this list is the first one(replace with squash) and the one with the tomatoes.

  • Sorry but any of the dishes mentioned above have low calories.. infact the items are delicious and have a good amount of calories in them

  • Brownies and ice cream are my favorite. If I was going all out, I would top it off with cookie dough ice cream and some chocolate syrup with whipped cream on top

  • Why do these low calorie BREAKFASTS always seem to involve onions and garlic? Who wants to start their day stinking of onions and garlic when they head off to work? Tasty? More like nasty!

  • Really loved this video I’m currently making the blueberries muffins ♥️ btw you should check out roz purcells recipes I think you’d really like then she’s an Irish influencer

  • 500 kcal…
    low calories…

That entire thing is NOT gonna fill me up but has the same amount of kcal as on entire well balanced meal.
Sure, it’ll have less kcal as your normal brownie but that doesn’t make it “low calories”

People are gonna think: “Hey, I can loose weight eating that”
    Good luck

  • I am sorry, I try to be open to all diets. I will stick with whole foods, plant-based. My stomach almost turned seeing what you actually put in your system on this diet. Zero sunlight, zero live information in that food. There are such wonderful high fat plant foods, there is no need for consuming the animal product, especially the butters and cheeses. I do not understand how owning measurement tools has anything to do with life and how does someone want to be alive while eating so much dead. Health and healing comes so very naturally on a whole food plant based diet. And then there is the ethical and environmental standpoint. I hope you live a long life! You seem to be a very nice man:)

  • Names for these dishes would be great. I want to google at least 1 to find out more on the internet but I have to come up with some description of my own and hope it pulls up the right dish. Would be better to just know what it’s called

  • The best youtuber there is, thank you for using your platform to help others with their fitness and diet, once some people get a certain fanbase they often take advantage of opportunities which is fair enough but you are so honest and down to earth. All the advise you give is genuine

  • Two important documentaries:

Heart of the Matter: Dietary Villains (Part 1)

Heart of the Matter: Cholesterol Drug War (Part 2)

  • Honestly I have never made any of tasty’s dishes especially in this video, who has the time to make these elaborate items on work and school mornings? I myself am in eighth grade and for breakfast I mostly eat cereal or bread.

  • We owe Jimmy alot. This is an old video. Higher fat worked for him at this time but I dont think it is the answer for everyone. If you eat too much fat you are burning less of your fat. I dont think BG is related to ketone level. Heck a T1 diabetic will have crazy high ketones and BG in the abscence of insulin. Key is to be a fat burner. Now we know fasting and being in a fed state as little as possible helps alot towards this end. See Ben Bickman for great insights on what Jimmy is talking about.

  • Why do these low calorie BREAKFASTS always seem to involve onions and garlic? Who wants to start their day stinking of onions and garlic when they head off to work? Tasty? More like nasty!

  • Is there any simple ingredient that can replace Brownie Batter?? Should i add some unsweetened cocoa powder and some more whey protein instead??

  • Bruh… don’t use other brownie batter protein powders. I have attempted this recipe 3 times with a separate powder then the one recommended and it turned out like overcooked cake every time . Stinks because the recommended powder has been sold out ‍♂️.

  • I replaced the Brownie batter with 10g cocoa powder (non sweetened) and 10g peanut flour. Worked pretty well and the result was like that in the video

  • There is so much you can do to improve.
    1. Instead of using a cast iron use a non-stick frying pan and spray oil instead of pouring a cup of it.
    2. Choose non-fat plain greek yogurt
    3. Instead of whole eggs use egg yolks
    4. Yams are calorie dense, use beets or carrots
    5. Instead of honey or syrup use low calorie syrup
    6. Use 0% fat milk
What ticks me off most is that using whole wheat bread instead of regular bread is marginal difference.
However, the bread pudding was overall a good idea that can be made tasty while these tips do not sacrifice the taste much.

  • why are the instructions suggesting that I cook for a football team? Like why can’t the recipe make one serving size, this is ridicilous.

  • while im all for keto diets, im often appaled when i see these types. all processed foods and little to no plant matter. you dont have to avoid plants on keto damnit!

  • At this point i dont beleive anything tasty posts… low calories my a… stop trying to fool people… sugar, bread, cream cheese, puff pastry.. are you kidding me?????!!!

  • Great to see all those test numbers and interpretation, people need to be informed about what’s what, not just rely on the doctor saying “your tests are OK”.

  • So if his CT scan showed zero calcium plaque build-up in his arteries that means that this is basically a cure for atherosclerosis of the arteries?? This can be a conundrum considering that the substance, called plaque, is made of cholesterol, fatty compounds, calcium, and a blood-clotting material called fibrin. I guess it’s all about trust in ketosis because let’s face it the way w are eating now just isn’t woking and is disease causative!

  • Been obsessing over your channel lately, you are absolutely incredible and truly inspirational. I can tell this is another amazing video ❤️❤️

  • Moore says a green salad with grilled chicken is not a good Keto meal. No wonder Moore still weighs close to 400 lbs today in May 2019!

  • I just made these and they were fudgey and amazing! Never going back to my old protein brownie recipe. Also, I didn’t have the cookie butter protein powder because it’s not available for me, instead I used one tbsp of pb2 (peanut butter powder) and 3 tbsps of unsweetened cocoa powder

  • I don’t understand why he’s saying that he did all this exercise and he felt like some superhuman person but when you look at this guy the impression is quite the opposite? I don’t doubt his knowledge but his body just doesn’t show much. Maybe he was really really obese and he’s lost lots of weight. Mind you I will be doing my own transition to ketosis with advice or knowledge in mind. May let you all know how it goes as I’m fighting disease and so far my transition the way I eat is working. However, I now want to get much more rigorous and aggressive with my diet to loose the extra plateau body fat as I’ve naturally lost some. My body just literally unclothed a layer of fat quickly, it hasn’t put any more on right now it’s plateaued so that’s why I need to get aggressive with ketosis. I too have lost body fat to the point I can fit into some clothes I otherwise could not fit into.

  • Iii love love looovee when you make these videos love, i love all of your content very informative, but i have a big sweet tooth and this helps a lot love youu

  • Hi Olivia! I love that you include macros for your recipes! I was wondering if you could add the suger content with the macros as well!

  • Cheesecake ice cream on top with strawberry as well. Sugar free chocolate syrup on top some peanuts. In the brownie some marshmallows and Reece’s covered pretzels

  • My mother lived to 107 years from NO PROCESSED foods, and after age 60 she stopped eating red meat (she got gall stones). At that time she also started a serious, daily vitamin and mineral regiment, including amino acids. Her only illness was gall stones that she dissolved? through diet, eliminating all bleached white flour, white bread, etc. She also did a major fast after she checked herself out of hospital the morning of the scheduled gall stone surgery. She stopped taking vitamins at 104 because she said age was finally getting the best of her. She was NEVER needed prescribed medication from medical professionals she never needed or depended on them. She finally died because there was not enough oxygen in her blood. I was literally in her bed, with my arms around her, talking her into her peaceful passing..

  • I am absolutely loving these recipe videos Olivia! I started my fitness journey in March and I have now lost a stone and am over the moon! I’ve learnt so much about macros and calories and I stumbled across your channel a couple days ago and seeing these ideas really motivates me to continue trying to live a better, healthier lifestyle. Keep doing what you’re doing, you are smashing it x

  • Dude, I seriously recommend you to see the episode of Sesame Street in which Grover explained the difference between “loooow” and “hiiiigh”

  • Custom brownie: fudgy dense warm brownies with chunks of peanut butter or reeses pieces and vanilla/cookies and cream ice cream on top

  • Friendly comment….It would be easier to follow your videos if you left the slide on the screen and just continued to talk. It is tough to follow with it flipping back and forth between a slide and then you, and a bright flash on the screen….just a thought.

  • “His cholesterol must be off the charts.”

You didn’t even watch the video or you would have saw the part where He reveals his lab work for his blood lipid levels.

  • Tasty responding to all the comments: I can explain…
After 5 hours of failing to explain: Well, it’s not like any of YOU can do any better
My mom: hold my frying pan-

Please don’t take offense I love you guys pls don’t hate me bye-

  • Firstly, who has 60 minutes to bake breakfast in the morning? Prep time not included. And what I normally eat has fewer calories than these. Puff pastry, sugar and cream cheese? Low calorie? Compared to what?

  • I’m literally binge watching your videos love them!❤️ also I have a question can a young teen have protein powder is it dangerous or is it safe?

  • My favorite brownie add on is any vanilla ice cream with chunks so moose tracks, cookie dough, cookies and cream. Have loved the rebel brand ones as well normally no brownies but I’ll crumble a pure protein chocolate deluxe bar and pretend.

  • One comment?? 2,226 views (Sept 2017)?? Much to little attention to such an important subject matter. Houston, we have a problem.!!!

  • Great talk except don’t have your children take pills for vitamin C they can get that from fresh vegetables. Failing that, an orange a day has fiber and vitamins without the accelerated sugar.

  • Custom Brownie: Scoop of Peanut butter cup or sea salt caramel dairy free halo top, a few oreos, and cascadian farms cinnamon toast crunch cereal

  • good vid, basics seem ok, am doing roughly the same, lost over 35lbs already and gained muscle in same period. been on keto 3 months with a 14day holiday in america also inside that. I train 3 mornings a week and IF 16|8 on 3 days a week, lifting days I go with 14hrs, hunger dependant. this process def works, its simple and sustainable. also I do have veg and salad for nutrients, just be smart. I am on 4% carb 17% protein 79% fat, although I do leave a deficit as the fat is a maximum not a hit like carbs and protein. nice video xx

  • good think lunch is around the corner!! i was so hungry looking at all of these desserts!! im def gunna try the peanut butter cups!! reeses cups are my guilty pleasure

  • Best kind of brownie:
*Moist (whoever thinks this word is gross, FIGHT ME! ), decadent, savory, rich.

Custom would be…. an avocado & chocolate based brownie, topped with a creamy, not-too-sweet cream cheese based frosting.

  • I drink a TON of water, and my sticks are always in the “large” amounts of ketones.
The logic about being dehydrated doesn’t compute.

  • How can they give calorie count with dishes that has bread/cream cheese in it, it gonna vary from brand to brand or if its homemade bread

  • so I made them and they were incredible!! I added walnuts and I used mixed berries bc I didn’t have j blueberries and after trying one batch my family made me bake another!!

  • Hey Olivia just wandering how many degrees do you put the oven on for the second lot of muffins? Thank you and keep up your amazing work you are doing.

  • Made the blueberry muffins tonight and they look and smell amazing. However, I lost quite a lot of the muffin cos it got stuck to the paper did you have any issues getting them out or did I do something wrong?! Thanks x

  • They obviously dont cook on a budget blueberries everywhere most expensive berries you could find…!!!! Raspberries and strawberries are next…luckily i can get raspberries from my friend s garden!

  • Once I made boxed blueberry muffins and thought I knew what I was doing… It came with a CAN of blueberries I added the ingredients and the canned blueberries and it turned the MUFFINS BLUE! like a smurf blue turns out I was supposes to drain the syrup that the blueberries were in and didn’t. Yeah they tasted weird

  • How the banana pancakes has only 168 calorie,1 banana has 172 calorie 1 egg has 70 calorie, 1/2 cup oats has 222 calorie,
This is just rouh estimation, but these calorie in pancakes arent that less I think

  • There is a scramble I’ve messed with you guys might like. Nova Scotia Scramble…. eggs (scrambled) with 2-3 oz of wild caught salmon and an ounce of cream cheese. Try it!!! LOTS of fat delicious.

  • They think just because they added some fruits on top is ”healthy” loool. The ideas are not bad but definitely not good for a person trying to lose weight o maintain a healthy weight.

  • On poultry: If you can find ‘real’ chickens raised outdoors on pasture, preferably heritage breeds or a crossbred like ‘Freedom Rangers’ will have more fat on them than the 8wk old confinement raised chickens sold in grocery stores. Bone-in skin-on chicken has a LOT more fat than the boneless & skinless chicken. ALSOduck and goose naturally puts on a lot of fat. Again, they should be raised on pasture. (Goose can be 100% pasture raised, at least during the pasture season.)

  • The toilet paper fact should have came at the I pooped today portion of the video. Keep up the good work man! You’re an inspiration.
