    -try avoiding foods such as; noodles, fries, ice cream, chocolate, chips, hamburgers, outside food (like, KFC, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, or similar places) or any similar food!
    -Run in the same spot a lot, like when talking to your siblings, playing games (try) or any sort
    -clean. It gets you moving a bit.
    -ask for suggestions by a close friend/relative
    -sleep for at least 11 hours
    -take a walk/run in the city or park
    -don’t look at people with a body shape you have a goal to

    1. Don’t eat processed food
    2. Don’t eat too much sugar
    3. Stay hydrated and drink WATER
    4. Have a proper sleeping routine
    5. Eat from smaller plates.
    6. Find a sport that you might enjoy e.g. dance, rock climbing, skipping, yoga etc
    7. Become pescatarian

    You don’t necessarily need to do all of them but these most certainly help, or atleast helped me.

    I used to be really skinny because I took no interest in food, yea I would eat because my mom made me, but I never enjoyed it. I ended up trying for the very last time using the Custokebon Secrets simply because my cooworker who told me awesome things about it and so far to date I’ve effectively lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks!

  • The part where Frodo is talking about doing the work and getting actual therapy and to just go through things.. That hit hard. Things/this life gets really lonely and we all have our lows but this series has really put things into perspective and idk, but I think somewhere down the line we’re gonna be ok.

  • This show needs to be picked up by Netflix! I’m so jaded and this is one of the few shows that actually made me stop everything and PAID attention!!!
