Thank you. I found the pilot in the depths of my eating disorder before getting sent to treatment. The series has the most truth of eating disorders I’ve ever seen portrayed, and it’s nice to not feel so alone. Because yes, it makes you do shitty things, but there are still people who love you and want you to heal (like Kate) and once you get out of that hole, you become a new person who isn’t quite so shitty. The real way to loose weight with minimal effort: 1. Don’t eat processed food 2. Don’t eat too much sugar 3. Stay hydrated and drink WATER 4. Have a proper sleeping routine 5. This is real story I’m not making excuse, I used to be really skinny because I took no interest in food, yea I would eat because my mom made me, but I never enjoyed it. My initial intent of this comment was to poke fun at Frodo’s mustache and how he resembled a young Matthew McConaughey in Dazed and Confused, but now I find myself brainstorming many other things to say (on a more serious note) and think it’s time I say them. I may be a month late to this, but I simply wanted to say the show is beautifully crafted and incredible. Angela is radiant and talented as ever in the comfort of her own home and with all the restrictions of the pandemic. I first watched BINGE months ago and fell in love with it the moment I saw it. I personally don’t have an eating disorder, but it gave me all the accurate insight I needed. The show is humorous, charming and easily addictive! Thank you for gracing us with your talents.

Great series. This has been on my recommended list for a while but I havent clicked on it because I dont binge anymore and I didnt wanna get triggered but I’m glad I clicked on it cuz it was a great show overall and I can really relate to Angela’s character and also I didnt get triggered so it was awesome well done. I’m so tired right now and I relate so much to how overwhelming it is to try to improve as a person when you’re going through so much but also for some reason I can’t stop thinking about how in one of the zoom calls, angela is in her bathroom and the toilet paper is sitting on top of the empty toilet paper roll and if that isn’t relatable I don’t know what is, I feel like these videos really nail all the little messes of life along with the big ones. I was skeptic about Next Level Diet because I thought that I would have to eat only broccoli to lose weight. I am eating only food I like and still losing weight.
I had been pretty solid in my recovery for about a year and when the pandemic happened, I started slipping up and randomly found this show. It felt validating but not triggering and this (plus a ton of virtual therapy!!!) has been helping and I’m ok. That is a long way of saying thank you but there you go
We need more tho hope this gets picked up and put on Netflix or just supported and funded for YouTube would be great! Yes, I too am guilty of jumping from weight loss plan to others as well, I do believe that I need to have tried every single weight-loss system that was available, however in the end not one of them made it easier for me to shed and maintain the weight off. I Lose Weight without knowing since I always focus in my phone I did not realize that i haven’t eat yet since Morning until Evening, The day That I know that I got Thinner When People Notice That I look so Skinny
Tips:
-Eat 3 times a day
-dance for 20 minutes or less each 2 hours in the daytime
-Drink a lot of water! Like 6 cups a day, depends on you
-if ever sitting, have your belly straight, no relaxing. Only if needed.
-stand straight a lot
-try avoiding foods such as; noodles, fries, ice cream, chocolate, chips, hamburgers, outside food (like, KFC, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, or similar places) or any similar food!
-Run in the same spot a lot, like when talking to your siblings, playing games (try) or any sort
-clean. It gets you moving a bit.
-ask for suggestions by a close friend/relative
-sleep for at least 11 hours
-take a walk/run in the city or park
-don’t look at people with a body shape you have a goal to

The series has the most truth of eating disorders I’ve ever seen portrayed, and it’s nice to not feel so alone. Because yes, it makes you do shitty things, but there are still people who love you and want you to heal (like Kate) and once you get out of that hole, you become a new person who isn’t quite so shitty. I cant eat a lot at one time. But that doesn’t mean I dont eat a lot. I eat small portions of unhealthy food often through the whole day. The days I don’t have school I end up gaining weight but when I go back I lose it bc at and after school I don’t feel like eating
The real way to loose weight with minimal effort:
1. Don’t eat processed food
2. Don’t eat too much sugar
3. Stay hydrated and drink WATER
4. Have a proper sleeping routine
5. Eat from smaller plates.
6. Find a sport that you might enjoy e.g. dance, rock climbing, skipping, yoga etc
7. Become pescatarian
You don’t necessarily need to do all of them but these most certainly help, or atleast helped me.
Please,dont do the step at 3:10,this will cause the food to rot inside your stomach without digestion which may lead to serious problems
