  • The only ones on here I am most definitely not going to eat grapefruit, chia seeds, avocados, and coffee. Most especially coffee. I think it is one of the most disgusting things in the world. Grapefruit is another food item that I truly hate the taste of. Avocados I never have them before. So I don’t know what they taste like. And my mother only buys foods that we know we will eat. The chia seeds I also never had them before. But if they only work best in a smoothie. Then there is no way I can have them. It is because of my little kitten and my mother. My mother does not want me using the Nutri Ninja in the mornings. Because it is very loud. And she does not want to hear any loud noise in the mornings. When she is still in bed.   • Black coffee and berries or an apple helps I always have a banana for lunch and for dinner I can eat what I like just as long I keep it within my calories in take so mabye a steak and salad or a steak and boiled veg and that’s a daily diet to lose weight and to maintain just eat a bit more or eat a bit of oatmeal with full fat milk along with the normal diet. Or even just eat somthing you would class as a cheaty food
