  • Great video as always but wrong about everyone being able to eat egg yolks without raising cholesterol. Eggs worked great every morning and sometimes at night as I never got sick of them. Actually lost 70 pounds based on egg rich diet. Never had cholesterol issue even when I was very heavy. Then a year after losing the weight I started gaining slowly when I was eating better then when I lost it and was working out even harder and smarter. After routine blood test Dr said my CHL was thru the roof (dont have exact numbers handy) and needed to go on meds immediately. refused meds but stopped eating egg yolks (egg whites only) and lost 20 pounds in 2 months(changed absolutely nothing else in my diet) and my levels went back down in 3 months. Egg yolks are deadly in excess for some people.

  • I don’t meal prep. I just pick fast meals that will take up to 40 min to cook, and something I don’t have to watch every second, so I can do other things in the meantime:o)

  • Make your own spice mixes those little 25g jars that cost nearly £2 a pop from supermarkets are extremely bad value for money. You can get 100g of rajah ones in a packet for 50p

  • You don’t want to lose weight, you want to lose fat. By following stupid diet plans, I was primarily losing muscle mass. Oh god, how dumb I was? You only need correct diet and some kind of training, and the best thing is that you can find both (and much more) on website called *Next Level Diet*.

  • If you meal prep just for one day, the whole point of meal prepping is lost in my opinion. Why prep it for tomorrow when it’s cold, instead of eating it right after you’re done making it? “I’ll eat what I made yesterday, but I still got to make food for tomorrow.” Great video, but meal prepping takes time no matter what, people just have to learn to deal with it.

  • how to cook rice on stove:
    the amount of rice you wanna cook, double it with water.
    For example:
    1 cups of rice = 2 cups of water
    2 cups of rice = 4 cups of water
    3 cups of rice = 6 cups of water

    Bring to a boil and as soon as it boils bring to down to low (number 1 on stove) and put cover on and let it sit until you see no more water. Then turn off and let it steam of 10-15 mins.

  • Well if you go to Romania you can cheat a little, on the Netherlands it will probably be more expensive. Also Portugal is another pretty cheap one.

  • For the chilli, I think you should cook off your spice and tomato paste before, rather than just adding to liquid, like how they did for the chana dahl. You should also season throughout. This recipe wont get a full deep flavour if cooked like that. But really nice idea:)

  • As specialist, I believe Custokebon Secrets is actually good way to lost a lot of fat. Why don’t you give it a chance? perhaps it’s going to work for you too.

  • You are quite lucky, Holland is one of the cheapest countries in Europe when I have the opportunity to travel there I was in shock it’s 4-time cheaper then Filnad and I’m from Poland and some of the stuff that in shops where much cheaper then in Poland even if you count in Polish zloty and we are earning 4 timeless they Dutch people:D

    9.00 am Indian breakfast idly/upma/dosa/poha/vada/puri / waffles with blueberry jam

    1.00 pm 1 chapati with any Indian veg or non-veg curry
    3.00 pm 1 medium glass of buttermilk/ 5 tablespoon curd (since my body is heat body )
    5.00 pm any kind of fruit/ nuts/ green tea/ lemon water
    8.00 pm Suffola masala oats 1 small cup/ 1 chapati
    10.00 pm sleep

    My daily Selfcare:
    8 hours of sleep
    3liter of water
    Fitness chloe tings program
    Meditation for 5 minutes
    no sugar
    no junk food/street food

    Note: If I get a little bit starving in between evening snack and my dinner I mostly eat a small or medium banana
    If you ask why banana? The banana will reduce our food starving and gives instant energy to our body.

I’ve lost two stone doing portion control and an intermittent fasting routine, but want to change what I do, so have been spending hours looking for something new to do and I am going to try our your programs, although I have horrendous knees (can’t do running, hopping, skipping, jumping or twisting it’s agony for me).     I always stock up on items when they’re on sale. When they put boneless, skinless, chicken breasts on sale for a $1 a lb you know I’m stocking up that freezer. I’ve always bought canned chickpeas & black beans but now I will buy try & figure out how to cook them in the Instant Pot.
    Have you tried sprouting your own seeds. If so have you made a tutorial on it? If not I would love your spin on it.

  • what if I work a 10 hr shift how would I break down my meals? I get up at 3:10 am every morning have my break at 7 am lunch at 9am break at 11 am and break at 1:30 pm get home around 4:30 pm

I have lately started to up my healthy fats (from including quality butters) intake. It really makes me feel satiated and well. I eat brown or wild red rice every night.   • Canning your own beans would be even better. The jars are shelf-stable, so they are ready-to-use, just like store-bought canned beans. And this frees up space in the freezer!

  • Those are called, Bento Boxes. I use them, too. I also use a Food Scale and Measuring Cups. One tip from me: When measuring out your liquid’s, DON’T use a REGULAR Measuring Cup, because they’re NOT accurate, for measuring liquid. Use a LIQUID Measuring Cup.

  • Personally, get an instantpot. You can cook rice, make soup, and shred some chicken in it. Takes away so many devices. It is the secret to my success.

  • Guys, do not avoid sugar; all you need is to be on cal deficit… if you don’t eat sugar, you’ll feel very bad and crave food a lot causing to binge eventually. So eating sugar keeps the process smooth and stable; you’ll feel good all around. Consistency is key guys. one spoon of honey x2-3 a day.. no more than 70g. My two cents.

  • Erm warming up cooled rice is sooo bad for you. It can create food poisoning that can kill you.

    Never ever eat ‘left over’ rice.

    “Uncooked rice can contain spores of Bacillus cereus, a bacterium that can cause food poisoning. The spores can survive when rice is cooked. If rice is left standing at room temperature, the spores can grow into bacteria. These bacteria will multiply and may produce toxins (poisons) that cause vomiting or diarrhoea”

    Just buy steam bags of rice.

  • If I had to meal prep everyday I would have not done my diet. I prefer to cook my food everyday depending on what I’m craving for that day instead of eating stale day old food…8 months in and I’ve lost 120lb

  • You hit the nail on the head with the “Giving up the convenient meals” point, and I had never really realised it. As soon as I took away the excuse of “Well I didn’t have anything else handy” I stopped hitting fast food except for that one time a week or so that I planned to let myself cheat and it made a huge, huge difference. Only a couple months in but I alwasy find myself picking up new things from videos like this.

    So if you put two cups of rice, put four cups of water

  • I have the same problem with rice! That’s why the instant pot was a game changer! Also, I don’t “meal prep” either…I batch cook and make extra of whatever I’m cooking already….just more convenient for me!

  • Rice has always been so easy for me! Equal cups water to rice…bring water to a boil, add rice, pull pot off the heat and cover and just let it sit for like 5-10 minutes and your golden!
