  • I went to the little girls play house.
We finished in a very good time.

At the end I told the guide, “when we had to crawl through that tunnel, and the little girl ran away from us. That was really scary awesome job”. And she’s like, “what little girl?”

  • #sortinghatsquah oh HELL yes to everything in this video! Its funny people over complicate things, and you literally come in here and clear is up in a few sentences

  • When it’s 2020 and he says Ik magic of YouTube I can be there just like that. Skip the 12 hours. But you were expecting to hear about the pandemic. But this was filmed before that.

  • Thank you for this video! New subscriber and this video really has helped me to put the holidays into perspective! Some of the things I was making a big deal in my head really isn’t now since I have a plan with your help. Thanks! #sortinghatsquad

  • Me watching So Yummy, My Dad: What are you watching? Me: So Yummy. My Dad: See! She’s so obsessed with food that she even watches videos about food!

  • I have severe problems with shortbread. Binge the shit outta these because in my head I ‘need’ to have as many as possible because you only get these bad boys once a year. I’ve tried to have a ‘few’ but epic fail every dam time:( And this will be my first christmas in 3 years where i’m NOT cutting, so its even worse. Its easier to be either on or off #sortinghatsquad

  • You’re so f* awesome.
I was starting to feel anxious (like a month bfore lol) but this video really helps. Love xx #sortinghatsquad
    i cant fuck this upppppp

  • thank you for sharing this! I am actually looking forward to the holidays with the knowledge that you provided! #sortinghatsquad

  • Found your videos this week. I really appreciate your realistic approach and your shitty hand writing. I never even heard of a coach before. How do I go about finding one? Is there any reason they need to be close to me or is long distance coaching just fine? Ill search your videos, I’m sure there’s one on this. Thanks for your channel and all the things and stuff.

  • Thanksgiving is about being grateful and enjoying our family, not about stuffing our tummies until we feel sick.  Thank you for this video, Dominique!

  • Did an escape room. One of the clues was BEHIND A BRICK IN THE WALL. IT TOOK WAY TOO LONG AND WE STILL NEEDED A CKUE TO FIND IT, YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW

my cousin broke that same brick, ‘probably’ by accident

  • From 8:50 9:01, the look on Mr. Bean’s face was like he was saying to the violin player “do you have to stare at me when I’m trying to eat?” even though he hated the food especially in a real life situation it would be uncomfortable to be stared at when eating.

  • I notice a lot of people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets (search on google). But Im uncertain if it is good. Have you ever tried this popular diet plan program?

  • @Dominique Sachse, LOL!  I was JUST wondering this afternoon whether you’d be posting a video before Thursday, since that’s Thanksgiving Day. So glad I checked youtube tonight!:)  I always look forward to your weekly Thursday posts. Happy Thanksgiving!!

  • Another great video! Love you so so so so so so so sooooo much, Jordan! Hearing you over & over just helps everything sink in more & more. I just appreciate you so much for helping us with the mental, emotional aspect of food & not caving in (pun intended) to the emotional, anxiety driven relationship with food that so many of us struggle. Your take on addressing this is precisely what makes you so freaking awesome. Love you ❤️

  • I was once in a escape room and in the captain’s cockpit (or something like that, it was a submarine theme) the floor started shaking and I got so scared I almost jumped on my best friend.

  • #sortinghatsquad

Loving the content! I used to go overboard, because I was depleated. I agree, we all need to work on our mindset first. I am not cutting this holidays season, I’ll end the year strong, staying on maintenance and keeping myself active as usual (gym, running, hiking, etc). Great video, thanks for putting it together.

  • some fantastic advice. i have already told myself that i can have ginger bread cookies (one batch made by me) and eggnog when i decorate at christmas and christmas day. knowing i’m going to have my two favorite things and when, really helps me stay on track the rest of the time. this is what i’ve been doing over the last year and i’m about 3lbs away from my goal weight now:)

  • Every video is amazing! Every video directly affects my life. Thank you
Just finished your newest podcast, 90 day challenge of 3 meals, 2 snacks is where I’m at starting tomorrow. This video directly applies to all of that and helped ease some of that anxiety. You are the best. #sweettreat #sortinghatsquad

  • Omg just found this channel, I am enlightened, this has been so useful I was so lost I think nobody cares anymore I don’t have family support but everyone is used to me always on a diet now but they still negative

  • Great advice here Dominique. We’ve also adopted using smaller plates which helps with portion sizes. I also try to leave at least 12 hours between meals. So if I eat dinner at 6:30pm I won’t have anything else to eat until my breakfast at 6:30am the next day.

  • Great advice!  I try to drink a cup of water before my meals, and we went on a post-turkey day dinner walk through the neighborhood to help with digestion.  Thanks to @emilynoel83 for referring us to your wonderful channel!

  • Dear So Yummy channel your ideas and tips are really great and I love them and I made a mug cake by seeing your one of the videos in that cake the texture of it is not so great so plz give me a tip that what can I do to bring the texture more nice

  • Feel more confident going into the holidays with a plan. Wish I had seen this before I went to Vegas last week and ate like an asshole! #sortinghatsquad

  • It is about that time of year again, time to re-watch this so I don’t fall off track with my diet plan! Thanks again Dominique you are the best!

  • Thank you J. Tracking is super triggering for me as I was that 11 year old kid who was taken to Weight Watchers by well meaning family and my relationship to food was severely damaged. My goal is to maintain throughout the holidays. I’m going to try your 3 plate 2 snack strategy and I love it because I know what a good for my body meal looks like! Also going to plan to keep up my regular workout schedule (runner here with strength and HITT to support my running) and treat my days like normal days…cuz they are. ❤ Much love #sortinghatsquad

  • Last scene was amazing I know that episode when bean was in flight and the same thing he done with that little boy.but now it was savage when he done the same thing with paper that little slap him that savage

  • This is the best video I have ever seen before the holiday dinners. I have lost an extra 10lbs just for the holiday dinners. 5 pounds for Thanksgiving and 5 pounds Christmas I knew I was going to eat like a pig. My cousin’s sweet potato pie. My niece’s rum cake. My husband’s macaroni and cheese epic. Jordan, I really don’t have a problem with family pressuring me to eat things because a lot of them can’t cook. I’m not gonna eat aunt Brenda’s fruit cake because it looks and taste like shit. I’m here for the holidays. I have worked out balls to the wall just for the holiday dinners. I will continue to follow my workout schedule during the holidays to stay focused on my healthy goal weight. But I plan to put in an extra 30 minutes on Thanksgiving morning because I plan to really enjoy my family’s company. Jordan, I love your videos they are so informative. I have learned to be more determined and more discipline to get to my forever goals of be healthy for my family.

  • Hi there, have you considered Custokebon Secrets yet? Simply do a google search search. On there you will discover an awesome guidelines about how you can lost a ton of weight. Why don’t you give it a chance? maybe it’s going to work for you too.

  • Gah I just love the first minute of this video! #strugglebusandrelatable

Also thank you for being so real Thank you and love ya

  • Such a great video Jordan and really well presented. I do like your relaxed style of presenting and the no-nonsense approach. eg next question “How to get back on track?”…answer “just get back on f*ck!ng track”…brilliant! Positive take aways for me are definitely the tip for buffets, as in pick my favourite dish, fill one plate and stick to that. I eat a lot of business lunces which are usually finger buffets so I’ll do that next time. Thanks so much for this #sortinghatsquad

  • #sortinghatsquad This video has seriously changed my whole mindset for these next couple of weeks! I will be able to go into this holiday season with so much less anxiety and be able to truly enjoy time with my family and friends. Thank you for all of your hard work with these videos!!

  • Thank you, Jordan! Exactly what I needed to hear before the holidays. It’s not the holiday itself but the days/weeks surrounding it. I also really like the two options you gave regarding sweet treats. It’s a way to give myself structure but not restriction when it comes to my sweet tooth! (And thanks for always keeping us entertained haha)
