Okay I know this is late asf but HOLY SHIT this is the first I’ve heard of that ice cream method stuff and I am blown away I swear I could make this every day. I have restricted myself to a certain amount of calories but this recipe has saved me today from going over. I added a lil bit too much of the gum stuff and it kinda got very big (I used the large ninga) and I used vegan protein powder which worked fine(vega proteins and greens vanilla). I didnt add much flavour or sugars cause I just wanted to experiment with this today and wowowoowow idek what to say I have been saved. I’ve been having cravings all day and now I’m so full I dont think I could even finish this stuff. Btw, i added up all the calories and it came to 165. This is crazy.

Don’t think of spaghetti squash as spaghetti, it’s too sweet. I found it better to eat with just some butter salt and pepper. Of course if you are one that puts a lot of sugar in your sauce I suppose it would be fine, without adding sugar to your sauce.
I probably wouldn’t have put the avocado or mixed it up, it just makes it dry and turns it into a big heavy block lol. I make these all the time and I just assemble on the day of, it looks prettier and it tastes fresh, just have your ingredients in the fridge and heat and eat then top

People make weight control far too complicated. Here’s how I lost 84 lbs. and have maintained the loss for 10 years after being diagnosed with metabolic syndrome (obesity, hypertension, type 2 diabetes,high cholesterol levels all resolved, BTW) First thing to know, is that if you have heart burn, you need antacid. If you have gas and bloating, you need to ADD acid (the easiest way is to take cider vinegar).. A lot of people who think they can’t eat wheat actually just have digestive systems that are too alkaline. Secondly, people far overestimate their requirement for protein. To give you an idea, one can of tuna or 2 eggs fulfill that requirement for the day. Third, Stick to a primarily plant based diet. Stick to organic products. Lots of foods lend themselves very well to vegan versions. Mexican, Italian, Chinese, to name 3. These foods are just fine without animal products. Fourth, eliminate processed sugars from your diet. Cakes, pies, candy, and soda are now reserved for parties only. You alone in front of the TV is NOT a party. Fifth, exercise. DO SOMETHING EVERY DAY. Walk, bike, swim, resistance training, yoga classes, zumba,…..surely you can find a couple of things you actually LIKE. It’s a lifestyle change that’s required. Not another diet.
Nice job. Weight loss is tough. There is so much trial and error involved. I got pretty lean on keto and it kept my cravings at bay, because of the higher fat percentage. Now that I got to a stall, I think to overcome that is to balance my diet. I switched back to integrating carbs again while hitting the weights hard and doing decent cardio. Now that I opened the flood gate to carbs again, I just have to keep tracking and being careful not to overdo the calories. Hopefully I wish to compete someday in physique. Nice video but cutting at a 1800 calorie daily deficit is INSANE. There’s no way you actually eat that low everyday on a cut otherwise you’d be losing so much muscle.
Per my Apple Watch I burned 200 calories. I really wanted to do Pilates today so I wasn’t was worried about high calorie burn. I’m also concerned about the intensity of some of the HIIT workouts. I feel like I’m putting too much pressure on my wrists

I know I’m late… But when making your ice cream, consider starting with all of the ingredients in your blender except for the xanthan gum! Let it all blend with the water and get all runny! Then once it’s all combined just dump the xanthan gum in and it will thicken real quick (30sec) and be done!

But I’m trying to understand the way you’re doing your macros calculation when I went over to your Web page it said there was like 17 g or 18 g for the chicken and 6 g for the cauliflower rice per serving So that comes out to like 24 g But then you have an attrition of block that says serving as one meal makes 5 servings and your nutritional facts say the meal only has 9 total carbs. So are you subtracting the cauliflower carbs from the chicken carbs?
Love the ideas. One suggestion: olive oil is not the best for cooking. Coconut or ghee is so much better. With olive oil is the best to apply some extra virgin AFTER the cooking is done.

Okay I know this is late asf but HOLY SHIT this is the first I’ve heard of that ice cream method stuff and I am blown away I swear I could make this every day. I have restricted myself to a certain amount of calories but this recipe has saved me today from going over. I added a lil bit too much of the gum stuff and it kinda got very big (I used the large ninga) and I used vegan protein powder which worked fine(vega proteins and greens vanilla). I didnt add much flavour or sugars cause I just wanted to experiment with this today and wowowoowow idek what to say I have been saved. I’ve been having cravings all day and now I’m so full I dont think I could even finish this stuff. Btw, i added up all the calories and it came to 165. This is crazy.

People make weight control far too complicated. Here’s how I lost 84 lbs. and have maintained the loss for 10 years after being diagnosed with metabolic syndrome (obesity, hypertension, type 2 diabetes,high cholesterol levels all resolved, BTW) First thing to know, is that if you have heart burn, you need antacid. If you have gas and bloating, you need to ADD acid (the easiest way is to take cider vinegar).. A lot of people who think they can’t eat wheat actually just have digestive systems that are too alkaline. Secondly, people far overestimate their requirement for protein. To give you an idea, one can of tuna or 2 eggs fulfill that requirement for the day. Third, Stick to a primarily plant based diet. Stick to organic products. Lots of foods lend themselves very well to vegan versions. Mexican, Italian, Chinese, to name 3. These foods are just fine without animal products. Fourth, eliminate processed sugars from your diet. Cakes, pies, candy, and soda are now reserved for parties only. You alone in front of the TV is NOT a party. Fifth, exercise. DO SOMETHING EVERY DAY. Walk, bike, swim, resistance training, yoga classes, zumba,…..surely you can find a couple of things you actually LIKE. It’s a lifestyle change that’s required. Not another diet.
Nice job. Weight loss is tough. There is so much trial and error involved. I got pretty lean on keto and it kept my cravings at bay, because of the higher fat percentage. Now that I got to a stall, I think to overcome that is to balance my diet. I switched back to integrating carbs again while hitting the weights hard and doing decent cardio. Now that I opened the flood gate to carbs again, I just have to keep tracking and being careful not to overdo the calories. Hopefully I wish to compete someday in physique. The recipes are delicious. I tried them all the meals except for the protein icecream since i dont have the food processor or the ingredients. But gawddamn you were not kidding when you said they were large, volume heavy food. I ate half of the frittata just now and im stuggling to finish it. Same with salad and stir fry cauliflower rice xP

My excitement to try weight loss weight is at all time high. My eating habits as well as my consistency of several exercises was not modified and also change. I am confused. That seems like a super aggressive cut. Don’t they say you should want to lose no more than 0.5-1lb per week, and be at a 500 calorie deficient to avoid muscle loss? I don’t want to go to extreme and look skinny fat.

The bad thing is that where I live we don’t have some of the things you use, well, we have but not in the way you have like egg whites, here we don’t have bottles of only egg whites to sell, we can just buy a whole egg and separate whites from yolk… But what do I do with the yolks?
I hate that legally anything under 5 calories is considered 0 cal i count my coffee 2 cal each and 2 splenda pks 6 i have 8 cups of coffee thats 16 plus 48 in splenda 64 cals

Hey Bobby my name is also Bobby. I’m really not trying to bust your chestnuts or anything. But I’m trying to understand the way you’re doing your macros calculation when I went over to your Web page it said there was like 17 g or 18 g for the chicken and 6 g for the cauliflower rice per serving So that comes out to like 24 g But then you have an attrition of block that says serving as one meal makes 5 servings and your nutritional facts say the meal only has 9 total carbs. So are you subtracting the cauliflower carbs from the chicken carbs?
I just made it and it tastes amazing, it tastes a little bit like egg but the texture and the flavour is like a pizza. I rate it 10/10
Love the ideas. One suggestion: olive oil is not the best for cooking. Coconut or ghee is so much better. With olive oil is the best to apply some extra virgin AFTER the cooking is done.

I recommend rosemary, olive oil and and sage for roasting yams for a savory version. But coming from someone who eats only 1 big meal a day and IT fasts for the rest these portions don’t look all that filling.
