  • This was such a great challenge! Pilates sure aren’t easy but they allow us talk ourselves past the point of giving up. Thank you for the profuse sweating haha ❤️

  • Okay I know this is late asf but HOLY SHIT this is the first I’ve heard of that ice cream method stuff and I am blown away I swear I could make this every day. I have restricted myself to a certain amount of calories but this recipe has saved me today from going over. I added a lil bit too much of the gum stuff and it kinda got very big (I used the large ninga) and I used vegan protein powder which worked fine(vega proteins and greens vanilla). I didnt add much flavour or sugars cause I just wanted to experiment with this today and wowowoowow idek what to say I have been saved. I’ve been having cravings all day and now I’m so full I dont think I could even finish this stuff. Btw, i added up all the calories and it came to 165. This is crazy.

  • That ice cream recipe looks fire , I’m going to have to find that specific protein brand so it comes out the same. Thx Will really helps with my cut Bro.

  • Yo Bobby, I like your channel I like your spunk and your energy, you cook with charisma you remind me and my grandma, keep up the good job and keep those good recipes commin, peace!

  • Guys. lost a ton of fat doesn’t need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I’m going to give you some tips right now. Get a popular fat burn diet plan called Custokebon Secrets (do a search on google). Thanks to it I have lost lots of weight. I probably should not even be talking about it cause I do not want a lot of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I am just in a excellent mood today so I will share the wealth lol.

  • Had more in the tank while continuing to quarantine and #stayhome so I crushed this again. So humbling!!! The V-sit 3 step lowers. Holy burn.

  • Hi @Zach! I didn’t see on your cooklist of utensils which nonstick pans you use! I bought a pair of copper pans a while back and they have not lasted at all and even without oiling them are not nonstick. eyeroll I need to get some new ones to be making all your recipes!

  • So I screenshotted the recipe from the drop down and I added 240 GRAMS of egg whites not 250 ML!!!

Do not use 240 GRAMS guys! You’ll literally never want to eat egg whites again in your life!!

I had to lay down afterwards and think about what the heck just happened! I couldn’t finish it!

  • When considering eating healthy, you have to never fall victim to modern fad diet plans. Extreme diet plans undoubtedly are a danger for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your daily nutritionary intake. While they might induce fast weight loss, these diet plans are never a long-term answer for your waistline. You should search Custokebon Secrets on google search engine as it isn’t just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • Will…
I stumbled across your channel about a weeks ago. Been trying to catch up, you’ve got a great screen personality and you make all the videos fun and interesting to watch. It’s really helped motivate me at the gym and with my diet following an accident that left me with severe back pain last December. Long story short, I broke my back and put 5 stone on over lockdown.

    I just gotta ask…
In this video you said it’s about 9pm (about 11 mins in), but your kitchen clock says 7.35?

  • Don’t think of spaghetti squash as spaghetti, it’s too sweet. I found it better to eat with just some butter salt and pepper. Of course if you are one that puts a lot of sugar in your sauce I suppose it would be fine, without adding sugar to your sauce.

  • I probably wouldn’t have put the avocado or mixed it up, it just makes it dry and turns it into a big heavy block lol. I make these all the time and I just assemble on the day of, it looks prettier and it tastes fresh, just have your ingredients in the fridge and heat and eat then top

  • What the hell is a gram? I’ve tried googling it doesn’t come up. My measuring spoons says tsp, tbl but no grams. I know it’s stupid but I have no idea

  • Hey, Handsome. Does it matter what type of Greek yoghurt? Low fat, 0 fat, etc.? Dont worry. I’m almost old enough to be your great grandmother. Still see well enough to recognize handsome, though. Ok, Gaston? Lol. Everything looks so good! You too…Okaaay, I’ll stop now…Great content!

  • I did some googling and 240g of egg whites is about 1 cup and 28g of coconut flour is about 1/4 cup… just in case anyone else doesn’t have a scale

  • Do you mostly use EVOO for your meals? Isn’t it not good for 450 degrees when you made the squash? I’m trying to learn here:) also where do I get the kosher salt you use? Thank you for all your videos! New subscriber here

  • People make weight control far too complicated. Here’s how I lost 84 lbs. and have maintained the loss for 10 years after being diagnosed with metabolic syndrome (obesity, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol levels all resolved, BTW) First thing to know, is that if you have heart burn, you need antacid. If you have gas and bloating, you need to ADD acid (the easiest way is to take cider vinegar).. A lot of people who think they can’t eat wheat actually just have digestive systems that are too alkaline. Secondly, people far overestimate their requirement for protein. To give you an idea, one can of tuna or 2 eggs fulfill that requirement for the day. Third, Stick to a primarily plant based diet. Stick to organic products. Lots of foods lend themselves very well to vegan versions. Mexican, Italian, Chinese, to name 3. These foods are just fine without animal products. Fourth, eliminate processed sugars from your diet. Cakes, pies, candy, and soda are now reserved for parties only. You alone in front of the TV is NOT a party. Fifth, exercise. DO SOMETHING EVERY DAY. Walk, bike, swim, resistance training, yoga classes, zumba,…..surely you can find a couple of things you actually LIKE. It’s a lifestyle change that’s required. Not another diet.

  • Nice job. Weight loss is tough. There is so much trial and error involved. I got pretty lean on keto and it kept my cravings at bay, because of the higher fat percentage. Now that I got to a stall, I think to overcome that is to balance my diet. I switched back to integrating carbs again while hitting the weights hard and doing decent cardio. Now that I opened the flood gate to carbs again, I just have to keep tracking and being careful not to overdo the calories. Hopefully I wish to compete someday in physique. Thanks again for the info and good luck on your shredding journey as well!!

  • No hate I’m just wondering if he never eats oats, real rice or pasta? Not even a portion per day? Your body also needs complex carbohydrates:(

  • It tastes kind of like a pizza omelette rather than a regular pizza but I find myself making this way too often. It’s strangely addictive and the spice blend for the crust is really good

  • Anyone tried the Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine)? I’ve heard many amazing things about this popular weight loss system.

  • Nice video but cutting at a 1800 calorie daily deficit is INSANE. There’s no way you actually eat that low everyday on a cut otherwise you’d be losing so much muscle.

  • Per my Apple Watch I burned 200 calories. I really wanted to do Pilates today so I wasn’t was worried about high calorie burn. I’m also concerned about the intensity of some of the HIIT workouts. I feel like I’m putting too much pressure on my wrists

  • That parmesan seasoning is not actually 0 calories. You can tell it is rounded down from 3 or 4 calories because you can see underneath that there is 0.2g of fat (every gram of fat is 9 calories) and some protein. Plus the serving size is one half of a teaspoon so a few tablespoons contain like 50 calories or so. At that point you may just add a few pinches of actual cheese.

  • Something is different with ur stove I put mine on a 6/11 and it burned halfway into the 5 minutes I saw the iron muskets video and his burned too

  • Wow!! I’m just about to start Whole30, and you make it so exciting and yummmm!! I’m going to meal prep exactly these things from this video.

  • yes to dill pickles because LOVE but oh my lanta sooooooo much sodium. I know this is for weight loss, but I can’t help but chime in about health too:P looks delish

  • Does the “Ice Cream” still taste good if you make a big batch, put it in the freezer, and then pull it out of the freezer a few days later?

  • This video is definitely great! It helps me recall of times when my cousin used Custokebon Secrets to get rid of 15 pounds and enjoy being healthy again! Most of us want to lose fat, but we also need to stay healthy and balanced, and that is what exactly Custokebon Secrets gifted.

  • I switched mashed cauliflower with the cauliflower rice, also I steamed the broccoli with same seasoning. It was super delicious and crunchy Thanks ☺️

  • So like the cauliflower meal said 60 g of carbs per meal is that proportion per person or everything you prepared so if I’m serving it for 4 people is it 1/4 of the 60 I’m not sure exactly how that’s working I know that I’m only supposed to have 33 g in A-day.

  • Hello I am back..I always remember your yummy recipe..Now I will go back to healthy food..Thank you for sharing your healthy recipe..

  • I mean I liked your creativity with the cauliflower and parsnips but uh…you can still have steak AND potatoes on Whole30 IJS ‍♀️

  • Dude, what do you recommend being the MOST ACCURATE way of finding your maintenance calories? Every website/calculator will be off by 200-500 calories off from one another. Super confusing.

  • This was rough!! I thought you said this was a pilates workout! I wasn’t expecting any of this. However, I crushed it!! Thank you for another awesome workout!!

  • Hack: If you want to lower the calories use full grain tortilla bread instead. And be careful when choosing the tomato pizza sause because some contains a lot of calories and sugar…

  • Get some capcaisin extract and eat that. You will be shocked by how much weight you will lose in a day. ( I lost about 2 kg or 4 pounds

  • That was a burner! Tough in a totally different way which I loved! Very humbling how 3 pound weights can feel so heavy but I still crushed it! Goal is to complete every RC 90 workout.

  • I know I’m late… But when making your ice cream, consider starting with all of the ingredients in your blender except for the xanthan gum! Let it all blend with the water and get all runny! Then once it’s all combined just dump the xanthan gum in and it will thicken real quick (30sec) and be done!

  • Sorry for asking… Im new here and just subscribed to you, so can you give some tips to counting calories, protein, carbs, fats etc… Im getting lost here

  • Isn’t olive oil bad for baking? I heard it becomes toxic when heated with high heat. I read to use avacado oil or coconut oil or ghee with high heat

  • Wow that was hard! I can’t believe that you never stop to rest, and you’re talking while doing it. You are amazing! Thanks for an awesome workout!

  • Haven’t done Pilates in years! This was tough!! But, I crushed it. My goal starting this week is meal prepping and cut way back on bread and sugar intake!

  • Sweets and just unhealthy food all around are a big deal in my family as well. I’m making a point to bring a healthy dish to all family get-togethers. Not only so I will have a healthy option, but to also share with others what healthy food can taste like. This will be great for the holidays!

  • It doesn’t matter if you lift. Bags and bottled water is the death of all of us xD
I love that you eat for volume. I am ‘always’ hungry and I have had trouble finding ways of eating enough but keeping calories low to get a deficit. Out of all the years of research and reading, I never through of the swaps you do. THANK YOU.

  • Bro the yogurt Cesar dressing idea sounds delicious! Have you tried using some canned/paste anchovy? Id assume it wouldnt have much fat and give you extra protein.

  • Half of video:

  • Back from a week off on vacation but completed morning yoga and stretching, pretty competitive beach volleyball and water aerobics daily!! Much needed R&R but stayed very active! Happy to have this amazing Pilates with weights workout this morning! Thanks Sydney!

  • The recipes are delicious. I tried them all the meals except for the protein icecream since i dont have the food processor or the ingredients. But gawddamn you were not kidding when you said they were large, volume heavy food. I ate half of the frittata just now and im stuggling to finish it. Same with salad and stir fry cauliflower rice xP

  • 4:57 Those used to be my go to…. But one day I opened the bag and a giant hairy spider crawled out. I fled, I screamed, I cried, I cursed at the sun. To this day, I’ve never bought premade salad mix again

  • My excitement to try weight loss weight is at all time high. My eating habits as well as my consistency of several exercises was not modified and also change. Over a period of a month, I lost around 6 lbs. With this this approach, I did notice that I ate less and also filled up quicker. Google should help you to discover it. weight’s name is at the bottom.

  • Hello:) I don’t have a slowcooker. How can I alternatively cook the chicken without a slowcooker?
    Greetings from Berlin Germany:)

  • Wondering what can you use instead of eggs for meatballs. Loving your channel btw. My elimination diet is wheat/gluten, dairy, nuts, fish and eggs.

  • Pilates pulses are so hard and challenging but I love it!❤️ I crushed it even though it felt like I was being crushed at times! November goal: honing in on my macros and food scale/portion control of my food. Preparation and consistency were my words for 2019….time to finish strong!

  • Your looking fit and beautiful already but can imagine what your goal is, I must get back down to 220-245 for weight lifting/strength goals because I weigh 320 / 6 feet tall but don’t look like a mountain lol wish me luck

  • I am confused. That seems like a super aggressive cut. Don’t they say you should want to lose no more than 0.5-1lb per week, and be at a 500 calorie deficient to avoid muscle loss? I don’t want to go to extreme and look skinny fat.

  • Hi i want to lose weight but im not sure where to start, what do you think about this site? is it legit? https://weightreview.home.blog/

  • Hello, have you thought about this kind of diet plan known as the Custokebon Secrets? My buddy says it helps people lost a lot of weight. Is that possible? I also read a lot of excellent review relating to this diet plan. Thoughts?

  • Question for you. In your marinara for Zoodles and Meatballs, there is honey in the sauce. I don’t believe honey is permitted on Whole30. Could you clarify?

  • Pickles are a dieretic? never heard that before…I thought the salt made you retain water more? Also, I bet it’s way cheaper to chop the carrots and sweet potatoes yourself instead of getting the pre-prepped stuff. But keep up the great work, I like videos like this!

  • Got bored of ground turkey and chicken breast. Thanks for this! Will be meal prepping all these! Loved the part where you said you spilled it because you’re 5

  • I knew I was going to be watching intently when you said “hook a brutha up” I’m like “yup, he’s my whole 30 guy fa eva “

  • I believe it was your Quito on a budget chicken and cauliflower rice meal. Honestly I’m so sorry I was watching your video tired and I do have dyslexia. I literally looked at the 3 or 4 times trying to do the math and now that I look at it this morning with fresh eyes I was reading the number underneath the carbs I was reading The wrong number. So you did ascension I just add the 2 together

  • It still surprises me, how lot of people are not aware about Custokebon Secrets, although a lot of people get great result with it. Thanks to my buddy who told me about Custokebon Secrets, I have lost lots of weight with it without starving myself.

  • Bobby my man how are you loving your meal prep videos very simple nothing extravagant so how do you do a grocery haul for your dishes a grocery haul video would be nice keep up the good work thank you and God bless

  • The ice cream is game changing. Just made it and it was so filling and satisfied my sweet tooth. Cravings won’t be an issue anymore

  • The bad thing is that where I live we don’t have some of the things you use, well, we have but not in the way you have like egg whites, here we don’t have bottles of only egg whites to sell, we can just buy a whole egg and separate whites from yolk… But what do I do with the yolks?

  • I hate that legally anything under 5 calories is considered 0 cal i count my coffee 2 cal each and 2 splenda pks 6 i have 8 cups of coffee thats 16 plus 48 in splenda 64 cals

  • @will the whole billions thing id probably the number of bacteria in a pill. I am not big on supplements, but i do work in molecular biology and thise numbers would make sense if they were numer of bacteria

  • What is the best way to lost crazy amounts of fat? I read a lot of superb reviews on the internet about how exactly Custokebon Secrets will help you lost a ton of weight. Has anybody tried using this popular fat burn method?

  • Tired today but finished!! Had to modify a few things and didn’t use weights the whole time but I’m glad I did it thank you Sydney for always keeping me motivated!!! Love your workouts

  • I assume that it is meant to be for at least 3 people, in that case it might be about 500kcal. Would appreciate the exact calorie count and how many people it´s supposed to be for.

  • Hello, have you thought about this diet plan known as the Custokebon Secrets? My cooworker says it helps people lost crazy amounts of weight. Is that possible? I also noticed many good review relating to this diet plan. Thoughts?

  • I’m a new subscriber and your recipes are giving hope that I can accomplish Whole30!
You and your team make great and informative videos, thank you!

  • Hey Bobby my name is also Bobby. I’m really not trying to bust your chestnuts or anything. But I’m trying to understand the way you’re doing your macros calculation when I went over to your Web page it said there was like 17 g or 18 g for the chicken and 6 g for the cauliflower rice per serving So that comes out to like 24 g But then you have an attrition of block that says serving as one meal makes 5 servings and your nutritional facts say the meal only has 9 total carbs. So are you subtracting the cauliflower carbs from the chicken carbs?

  • I just made it and it tastes amazing, it tastes a little bit like egg but the texture and the flavour is like a pizza. I rate it 10/10

  • Love the ideas. One suggestion: olive oil is not the best for cooking. Coconut or ghee is so much better. With olive oil is the best to apply some extra virgin AFTER the cooking is done.

  • Which series vita mixer do you have will? By the way subbed your my new go to for anything fitness related because you’ve been through the ups and downs and show ways to improve ourselves through your own trials

As soon as I actually began following it the excess weight just lowered 15 pounds. Find a right program is not easy, you can research on Google. Guide’s name is below.

  • Hello there, I want to know if Custokebon Secrets, will really work for me? I see a lot of people keep on talking about this popular fat burn diet plan.

  • My mate laughed when I told them I was gonna lose weight with just using Custokebon Secrets, but after I showed these people unbelivable results after I used it they are begging me to tell them about it. Of course I won’t tell them the details about this diet plan, haha

  • I am so thankful for your and your channel, your recipes are so easy to make. I was told to do the whole 30 and i had no idea of what to eat. But thankful i found you! Thank you❤️❤️

  • I recommend rosemary, olive oil and and sage for roasting yams for a savory version. But coming from someone who eats only 1 big meal a day and IT fasts for the rest these portions don’t look all that filling.

  • Yay spicy workout! My goals for the month continue consistency to crush every RC90 workout! Eat fruit/veggie for snacks. Moderation with sweet treats!

  • Just found you! You are hilarious that sweet treat at the end, wow! What the heck its huge! #amazed. Totally trying all meals I am from Australia, and new to macros and calorie counting, but you are inspiring!

  • That was tough! Glad I am not the only one it’s amazing that pushing 30 lbs versus pulse 3lbs is so hard!! But I did it and I crushed it!! Happy Saturday!
