  • cycling with your calories/macros also helps if you have it very intense on some days and then also having different macros for lower intensity days or rest days. ☺ it also helped me keep my stress hormones down more often that way.
    another good tip is that I add in vegetables in like every meal, not only bc of the fiber content but of how much bigger you can make it and it just makes you feel so full, especially when cravings kick in, you can make so much with vegetables rather than just eating it alone or as a side. ☺

  • Naw I do the carnivore diet like Jordan Peterson and my life has improved massively over the last 2 years. I only eat Red Meat and vitamins and water. A lot of people think that when you are dieting you should cut carbs and everything and only eat salads etc. calories shoukd not be do low you cant eat properly, just have to be smart! i aim to eat low Gi and eat substantial breakfast lunch and dinner with a complex carbs, protein, fat and lots veggies! i always eat a piece fruit, I have fage greek yogurt and this usually keeps me full, obviously I eat other snacks as long as they fit my macros but I always eat these healthier foods first to get in fibre, vitamins, etc. I just basically adjust my portion sizes accordingly to my macros. I think it’s so important to keep hormones at bay, eating regularly keeps hunger hormone grehlin low too, when this rises you may binge and overeat entering binge and restrict cycle x also ladies iron levels may get low at time of month so oats cereal etc fantastic. you should never cut carbs just eat nutrient minimally processed carbs you will feel so much healthier and satisfied x

  • Sleeping at the correct time during night helps loose weight coz when the body rests while sleeping reactions occurs in the body and break down the heavy items that are in taken and after having a gud tyt sleep we could feel a lyt feel in the body and also a gud energy without feeling lazy.     I think these tips are so good, theyre not your average tips and really focus on the physiology in the body, love it! Especially the insulin onesomething that really helps is walking post meals and i notice a dramatic differencefrom folding clothes and doing laundry in the winter to trying to go on after dinner walks.

  • Your point of reversing/cutting calories more if you are not losing weight I am at that point right now. I am actually gaining weight at the moment on macros that I should NOT be gaining on at all. My choice here is either cut calories big time with no treat meals, or reverse diet, which I have never done. Since you have worked with many clients, have you seen them have more success by reversing and then trying to cut again? Or just cut down big time and see what happens?   • Tiptry going one day eating as minimal as possible. Remember what times of the day you actually get hungry, and force yourself to only eat meals at those times. Small snacking is okay. This will put your body in rhythm and hopefully, you will eat less.

  • ok I don’t know where you got your information but as someone who is a certified trainer and nutrition coach I need to drop this in so people are not led down a path that WILL NOT work for them. Eating at night for most people and especially people with digestive issues is not good and you will not lose weight. It is not a myth that eating heavily before bed not only can cause weight gain but also can really mess with proper REM sleep. You digest more efficiently while moving, meaning when you are awake… so if you pack on the calories and then go to sleep you can burn off any of it with any form of activity like walking, its all just gonna sit in your gut while you sleep and be stored as fat, yes you will digest it but much slower, giving your body more time to just store most of it…..EVERYONE KEEP IN MIND YOU ARE NOT HER. Her body may be one of the select few able to handle heavy night meals but a lot of people will struggle to lose weight and experience digestive problems. Not to mention your body will struggle to go into proper REM sleep if you eat and then go to bed right after. Overall eating heavy at night for the majority of people is going to do the opposite of weight loss and could also cause digestive issues and bad sleep. It is actually recommended that you make lunch or breakfast the heaviest meal so that you not only have energy during the day but also so you have time fully digest it before it is time for the body to sleep. Light dinners that are easy for you to digest are best to be eaten 2-3 hours before bed at the least for better sleep and sleep digestion.
    I’m really getting tired of people giving people tips that are just personal and not scientifically accurate for the majority…it is very misleading. The reality is, everyone is totally different and if you want to lose weight it is best to work with a CERTIFIED individual that actually knows you and your body. It comes with a lot of trial and error finding foods and eating schedules that will work for you. DO NOT BLINDLY TAKE DIET TIPS FROM ANYONE, unless they are generalized like “eat more fruits and vegetables” or “drink more water” or “be active fore at least 30 minutes a day”

  • Yes, I have that too!!! At night I’m literally starving. And I ended up eating lighter at lunch so I could include carbs at night. And I haven’t gained weight at all. And I go to sleep with a smile lol.

I have read elsewhere that to build protein one should consume at least 1gm per pound bodyweight whereas you mentioned that 1gram per kilo body weight is enough for most people looking to build some muscle.   • I think that you gave a lot of good advise/suggestions that is different from other diet hack videos that I’ve seen.  You addressed the issues that definitely arise while dieting.  I also get the munches at night, and have started to allocate more of my macros for the evening because I know those munchies are coming.:)

  • She’s not promoting eating disorders…she’s giving personal dieting hacks and tips for people who are on a diet! A cutting phase or diet is short term not forever. She’s a great role model

  • I get the evening cravings too. I tend to try to save a good chunk of macros for my evening meal to ease it and then have some berries to curb the sweet tooth ��

  • can you please make a video explaining if your training at the gym is different when cutting and bulking? a lot of people say to lose weight you do lighter weight and higher reps and others say thats not true. i’ve always been a tiny person so i started my fitness journey bulking and now i’m satisfied for now and want to cut for a bit around may to have a flat stomach (maybe abs) for the summer, bulking caused me to get some in my stomach which sucks. lbvs.
