  • They look sooo good!! And since I’m Spanish olive oil and olives are a must have in my house, so I can make thrm with almost no problem at all!!

  • I love cooking for my family but there meat eaters (hence the profile pic) I made that for them, I am vegetarian and would not change at all!! I have been vegetarian for over 6 years (I turned when I was 7) and it feels like it’s been a week!!

  • The video doesnt give any info, like how much protein are we talking? Because most vegetarian “high protein” meals I’ve seen have like 10-15g of protein and that’s not nearly enough for me.

  • I have been diagnosed as pre-diabetic so want to improve my diet. I am trying vegetarian meals but not sure what staple spices/herbs to have. I don’t think I can have too much Carbohydrate. I am also too fat. I have bought some orangy lentils, green lentils & tins of chick peas, mixed beans & red beans. It’s a start but not sure what to do with them. This channel looks really good as I like 1 pot recipes I can put in a bowl with a bit of crunch.

  • I’m going to start up my vegetarian diet again, I did it about 3 years ago but I found it difficult being in school, but I’ve known finished school and have 5 months off as a result of corona, these are great ideas for me to use during food prep! Thank you

  • Its driving me crazy that they dont pick the cutting board up by the handle and dump it all in at once after dicing O_O;;;
    It just…does.

  • Just a question, how many vegetarians here eat eggs?? (Right now I’m a veggie but I eat eggs and I feel kinda guilty and feel like I’m not being a true veggie but I’m also anaemic so I kinda need it but I just want to see if any one else out there does.)

  • Yummy recipes I think I’ll try. Word of advice, you may want a bench scraper, saves dulling knives and transporting cut vegetables to the pan much easier.

  • These look gorgeous and that’s coming from a meat eater, however meat is slowly making me feel a bit nauseous, don’t ask me why but it is and so I’m becoming a flexitarian and I will certainly be giving these a whirl two or three times a week

  • At 42, my metabolic rate has slowed now, I managed to put on 1 stone in 2months!
I find eating meat, my body takes longer to digest!

From today I also would like to be vegetarian. I like eggs, so I wouldn’t want to be vegan. I love beans, nuts, veg and fruits! I hope I ll find better trying this new way of eating!

  • Just FYI Parmesan isn’t vego. Most of it is made with Renent which is made from killing a calf and drying out their stomach lining! I’ve just started being vego recently and I’ve only just found out!

  • One cup of this, one cup of that. And what to do with the many leftover ingredients? That’s no way to cook. I need recipes where I can use full cans and then have the rest of the ingredients balanced with that. Fine with me if that is then for 6 or 8 persons. Some of us will eat it twice then. Since tofu just tastes like plastic, I’m not too impressed here.

  • So, so you make all of these on a Sunday ahead of the week? And store them in the fridge?
Sorry if this answer is obvious, but I’m really new to meal prep

  • I’m going to start up my vegetarian diet again, I did it about 3 years ago but I found it difficult being in school, but I’ve known finished school and have 5 months off as a result of corona, these are great ideas for me to use during food prep! Thank you

  • That’s exactly what we all love. Some relatable but still delicious meals which don’t require 2 days in the kitchen:D Thank you for always keeping it real and fun!
    .
    Sending you lots of love!
Have a fantastic rest of the week!

  • I’m a meat eater and meat eaters shove their views down your throat wayyy more than vegetarians and vegans. I think it’s a lot of meat eaters who are sensitive little bitches

  • Why do you not state the name of the food first? This way I can skip if I don’t care for it…no reason to withhold the name till the end.

  • TheSeriousfitness has the best youtube community around! I watch these videos every time one comes out! I am so glad that I found @t, it helped me not only lose weight but keep it off, hope it helps others as much as it helped me.

  • This is a refreshing video you just focused on the food. You posted the amounts to use of each ingredient and the nutritional value of the dish. The music was a nice touch. Well done!

  • hey guysi see a lot of use of tofu here, and tofu is curdled soy milki just wanna say be careful of eating/drinking soy products. Soy is packed with estrogen-like compounds called isoflavones. that can encourage different types of cancer, infertility, and different thyroid problems. Personally i use chickpea Tofu

  • I consider myself a meat eater although I haven’t partook in a while. Having alternatives like this rather than eating meat every day is not only sensible but for some it could extend your life warding off unnecessary and avoidable illnesses. It’s funny how there’s no medical data showing how eating too many vegetables can have a negative impact on your health. The same cannot be said for the latter. Something to think about.

  • Does Custokebon Secrets really help to lost crazy amounts of weight? I’ve learn a lot of good stuff about this popular fat burn method.

  • Love your ideas but GARLIC is a medicine and for people who are on certain meds will get really sick and possibly other side effects, this is coming from a Chef of 40 years so I hope you think about how much to use. Take care

  • Some time age my friends advertised to me how wonderful vegan cooking is and there are ‘hundereds’ of recepies on yt to check.

So i am trying it. However, i encountered some very, VERY frustrating shit.

See, most of recepies have either tofu or beans. I hate tofu, my wife hate beans. If you subtract any recepies with either tofu or beans… these advertised ‘hundreds’ turn to shy handful.

Next isue, there is like few dozen videos about vegetarian dinners on yt but most of them repeat from each other. And each and every fucking of these video shows me stir fry or broccoli tofu. And every thing that tries to pretend to be ‘meat’ use beans

    I’m done with this shit.

Anybody can give me some advice with what i can replace beans or tofu?

  • Diet Plan called Custokebon Secrets kept appearing here on many videos and I thought they were scam. However after my buddy follow it, and finally lost lots of weight by using it without starving herself. I’m persuaded. Do not take my own word for it, search for Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine.

  • OMG the Enchilada recipe is a “I’ve died and gone to heaven recipe” I am on a weight loss quest so I am mostly eating potatoes, greens and non starchy veggies. But this will be a treat someday in the far away future.

  • Guys! I made the vegan chili last night and it’s absolutely BOMB! I haven’t had chili in years since becoming vegan and it is SO good! I recommend cooking it in a crock pot over night or through out the day so the veggies become very soft and soak up the deliciousness. that’s what I did and it’s to die for!

  • Hi, your the best great dishes, I love my meats but nothing wrong with cutting back on meat, helps clean the bodily system to some extended longevity. Many thx, Many blessings all the bestand be safe✌

  • I can’t find nutritional yeast can i use something different i mean i am not vegan so i am fine with everything i have kidney problem so i have to eat healthy

  • Those enchiladas look amazing! Is canned jackfruit something that a regular chain grocery store would carry…like SuperStore or Sobeys? I need to try these!

  • you look a bit like Amanda Cerny:)) great recipes!! thank you!!! I am a Podcaster and I would like to interview you for my Podcast!! Text me:)

  • the sad realistic part is that NOT EVEYONE IS PRIVILEDGE TO BE ABLE TO AFFORT THIS HEALTHY SHIT, I BEEN VEGAN BUT BC OF THE WAY THIS CAPITALISTIC SYSTEM WORKS, I HAD TO BUY CHEAP UNHEALTHY FOOD, SHIT IS HARD, NOT MANY WILL GET IT, SPECIALLY IF YOU A PRIVILEDGE FUCKER LOL

  • Looks nice but between 240 and 310 kcal is not enough for a meal even if you’re trying to lose weight (unless you do at least 5 meals a day)

  • i loved this video it’s so helpful! i’ve been vegetarian for 3 months now and it has definitely gotten easier but videos like this are why it’s easier! loved this video so much!!

  • You guys are idiots, the title said “veggie” not “vegeterian” or “vegan” so it means these recipes have plenty of vegetables I guess but also sometimes with meat and pork isn’t unhealthy as well.

  • I have one question. What do you think about having lunch with fresh onion or garlic added to your meal, at your workplace? I mean, I love onion and garlic, but I always avoided it when I was going to have contact with people. Of course there are mint gums, but they dont eliminate the smell 100% Do you care about it, or you don’t, maybe it is just me who see the problem where there is no problem at all?:)

  • I’ve been vegetarian for a little over two years, sometimes I get pretty lazy with meals and I’ll just make a pb&j and maybe toss a banana in there. This really helped me to be more creative again! Thank you

  • It would be a waste for you not to get rid of fat while other normal people are able to shed weight quickly by using Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google).

  • The “pad Thai” one is so disgusting holy shit it’s got nothing to do with pad Thai just call it “Asian inspired” spaghetti squash and go

  • if you want vegan sour cream blend a block of silken tofu and add just over a teaspoon of ume boshi paste (idk how to spell it but i think that’s right)

  • Hey guys! I’ve been veggie for 3 weeks now and I have to say, ITS SO WORTH IT. It makes you feel so clean in your body I love the lifestyle. Also, you’re helping the environment which is even better.Im a vegetarian in a non-vegan/vegetarian household and it’s been difficult some times but you have to set boundaries. Especially since my family are hardcore Mexicans, they always still try to offer me chicken or fish but i’ve learned to say no! And yes, I’m only 14 years old but i’ve chosen what’s best for my body. Hope everyone who thinks of going veggie takes this in consideration!

  • Every day I think to become vegetarian but can’t decide to start eating healthy food. Tell me you guys, how did you become vegetarian?

  • Ähm when you said that bowl last me and my friend one week. I thought about John Pinette: “you don’t eat a lot around here do you?”:)

  • Diet Plan known as Custokebon Secrets kept showing up here on many youtube videos and I thought they were scams. However after my cousin follow it, and finally lost lots of weight with it without starving herself. I’m persuaded. • For my own reference while cooking black bean burger:
    2:35
    add olive oil to pan
    1 chopped onion
    3 garlic cloves
    dash salt
    dash pepper

    2 shredded carrots
    1 tsp cumin
    1/2 tsp corriander
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

2 cans rinsed drained black beans mash, add veg
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1/2 cup quick oats

  • It still surprises me, how lot of people don’t know about Custokebon Secrets, despite the fact that a lot of people get good results with it. Thanks to my buddy who told me about Custokebon Secrets, I have lost crazy amounts of weight by using it without starving myself.

  • You’re terrific & those little quick & filling eats r fab Thanks I’m definitely a fan Cant w8 2c ur next video Happy trails ️‍❤

  • Ähm when you said that bowl last me and my friend one week. I thought about John Pinette: “you don’t eat a lot around here do you?”:)

  • I’m trying to become vegetarian but don’t like carrots, tomatoes and I never had an avocado and I probably want like it And I don’t like peanut butter as well cause I seen a lot of people use that in other videos

  • It would be a waste for you not to get rid of fat while other normal people are able to shed weight quickly by using Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google).

  • I am so happy I found your Vegan bacon last week! My 11 yr old gave up meat in March and I’m a big meat eater! We love that your Canadian and you make vegan foods that link with making traditional meat foods. Daughter was missing bacon and had not loved faux meats. My next task is find jackfruit for enchiladas!

  • I just don’t really get, do Americans never eat cooked food for lunch? That would be so much more filling, I mean salads are cool every now and then but something properly cooked fills you up way more and is better for digestion. I would eat broccoli raw for sure, plus the title is misleading, if this was vegetarian you could have spiced it up with eggs or dairy but this was just simply vegan.

  • Pad thai is with actual noodles thank u… Like the other recipes tho!! Id add some form of protein to the pasta to make it more satisfying

  • Where the hell is honey vegan
Oh…now i see the egg and immediately check and then i realize, it’s not a vegan video…. Sorry y’all

  • I’m not a vegan but i would like to try vegan recipe for the first time, all this recipes seem pretty easy and the ingredients also are so simple, definitely going to try

  • The one with the goat cheese and parmesan cheese should be vegetarian. I don’t know much about the vegan diet, other than they don’t eat animal products, but I am looking for a way to add veggies to my life.

  • you know, your hands are a better way of carrying chopped stuff than your knife.. i do understand its a habit of yours, i had it myself just started realising “Why am i stressing with this?”

  • Watching tha video is makkin ma back box av a nervous twitch. Ate this for a week and shatt for 6.cost a fortune in bog roll and the toilet got blocked from the sheer volume of stank

  • In short non vegetarian food with a twist there will not be any spices in it. If summarise half raw vegetables food and half side some boiled food.

Now a days called as “vegan”
    boo
Better name will be ass fool lover food “aflf”.

    Who you are making fool

    People of vegan

Giving different name its not going to change the fact you are still eating food, not weird things. Like eating your own wastage from your own body.

    Booooo booo

  • The vegan diet is missing over 15 nutrients and contains antinutrients. The nutrients in vegetables are poorly absorbed, causes bloating and digestive problems damaging your gut. Meat provides all the nutrients humans need. Meat is extremely nutritious and healthy. Human digestive tract is carnivorous. Plants which humans consume are man made and toxic. Vegetable oils cause hearth disease and acne.. Unhealthy vegetable oils has nothing to do with healthy saturated animal fat. Plants rot in your gut and causes gas.

  • Love these videos. Years ago, you shared how you made spinach pizza with pesto, mozerella and mini tomatoes and it is still a favorite. My mom always wants that one when we’re making pizzas!

  • I decided to be vegetarian since 2 years. I don’t know why but meat makes me disgusted. Peoples need to respect each other. When I tell I’m vegetarian. Peoples attacks me.

  • Love the unicorn mug! Where did you get it from? I’ve been vegetarian for over 22 years and recently converted to vegan. I still like looking at recipes like this because I’ve found ways to sub things easily. This “chicken” noodle soup looks yummy. Thanks.

  • At 42, my metabolic rate has slowed now, I managed to put on 1 stone in 2months!

  • Food bloggers be like: „This is a realistic what I eat in a day.“ but still make recipes with a million ingredients and spend at least 2 hours in the kitchen.

  • *vegetarian not vegan but could obviously easily be made vegan just leave out the cheese or swap for vegan alternative! Thanks for the video

  • Hmmmm seems most of our vegan friends here are not happy with the feta cheese and cream cheese,if am not mistaken, cheese can also be made from chickpeas.please give him some kudos for trying this out for you guys okay.

  • My gosh, you’ve just reminded me of my favourite summer drinka strawberry and yoghurt smoothie. It’s a “milkshake” I used to love as a child. And I will probably have to make some today ;P

  • The only things I see that are missing are cooking times and heat levels to use while cooking. I would think that that would be useful information.

  • It still surprises me, how lot of people don’t know about Custokebon Secrets, despite the fact that a lot of people get good results with it. Thanks to my buddy who told me about Custokebon Secrets, I have lost crazy amounts of weight by using it without starving myself.

  • Thank you so much for sharing!! can you share more Healthy Vegan Dinners for weightloss please! I can’t consume, eggs or red meat:\ so basically have to vegan and i always run out of ideas. I find your cooking videos the EASIEST to follow and they taste good! So thanks again for all your hard work on here:)

  • Has anyone tried out that Pad Thai spaghetti squash recipe?

Oh, btw if anyone’s looking for another vegan variant of t/ chickpea tacos, I tried Mina Rome’s BBQ chickpea-filled pita and it’s absolutely delish https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jwsssiYRHRs

  • if you want vegan sour cream blend a block of silken tofu and add just over a teaspoon of ume boshi paste (idk how to spell it but i think that’s right)

  • This is an awesome video. Please use something calmer for the music next time so I don’t cut my ears off. Like chill EDM or something.

  • I have made the creamy one pot pasta and the takeout style tofu with broccoli, both very easy and dee-licious. Now am making the pad thai but need the directions for the spaghetti squash and don’t see it here. I also am going to make the burgers, and can’t wait to make the takeout and pasta again. My only criticism might be that the pasta was a little dry, just added some more liquid, no problem. Great stuff here!

  • HIIII
I just started being a vegetarian and i have eaten on of your meals every single night and it is absolutely amazing. So thank you so much it has made the world of difference.

  • I think that more and more people are getting environment conscious and that’s great.

Stop buying all my green squash though seriously. People at the end of the world be like buying pasta, TP, ice cream, and MY green squash!

  • I don’t care much about the weight loss part, I just want to thank you for making easy, not overly fancy recipes, with ingredients everyone has at home! Good job

  • Never tried enchiladas but I feel like I am missing out:D Will need to get all the ingredients as soon as possible as they looked insanely delicious!

  • I can vouch for the quinoa salad!! they are super tasty!!
in my experience its nice to add feta oil, or bit of chopped up halomi (idk how you spell it lol)

  • So, so you make all of these on a Sunday ahead of the week? And store them in the fridge?
Sorry if this answer is obvious, but I’m really new to meal prep

  • Trust me, you that want to become vegetarian, but you’re a little bit insecure, DO IT. First thing first there are SO MANY DISHES, u can create whatever u want, then it’s so healthy! And last but not least you’ll save a lot of animals’ life (that I think it’s the principal reason). So there’s nothing wrong to become vegetarian join this big group that I hope one day will enclose ALL!

  • I used to be vegetarian but I was lazy and didn’t find the right meals for protein. I eat meat now, but it’s only chicken and seafood. I don’t plan to ever go back to beef, pork, etc. though, they grossed me out 100x more than chicken lol. But I still prefer vegetarian meals when I have the option, so I’ll try these:)

  • “A lot of people’s ‘What I Eat in a Day’ aren’t achievable.” You nicely said they aren’t honest lol Most of them are straight up ridiculous.

  • “I recommend following this manifestation if you want to get wealthy&healthy: ileo.best/manifestation/7qP it worked in 2020 for me, what I wanted became reality”

  • I decided to be vegetarian since 2 years. I don’t know why but meat makes me disgusted. Peoples need to respect each other. When I tell I’m vegetarian. Peoples attacks me.

  • I love cooking for my family but there meat eaters (hence the profile pic) I made that for them, I am vegetarian and would not change at all!! I have been vegetarian for over 6 years (I turned when I was 7) and it feels like it’s been a week!!

  • You so remind me of Alexis from Schitts Creek. Especially the way you use your hands while talking. I just started binge watching it. I am nit vegan but your videos are so soothing to watch. You are one of my fave youtubers. Love your recipes!!

  • Literally never seen baba ganoush with tahini in it. It bugs me when people don’t clean the processor between recipes but you do you. Cool video!:)

People buy enchilada sauce because making a real one is harder than you think, btw. Yours is by no means authentic, lol. A variety of actual peppers are usually involved.

My eating has been really disordered lately. I enjoyed the inspiration here.:)

  • Not sure if you know but once an avocado feels ripe you can put it in the fridge it makes it last longer. If you use half you can store the other half in the fridge with the seed still in it. Doesn’t get nasty but try to eat it within a day.

  • Just FYI Parmesan isn’t vego. Most of it is made with Renent which is made from killing a calf and drying out their stomach lining! I’ve just started being vego recently and I’ve only just found out!

  • This is a refreshing video you just focused on the food. You posted the amounts to use of each ingredient and the nutritional value of the dish. The music was a nice touch. Well done!

  • I don’t care much about the weight loss part, I just want to thank you for making easy, not overly fancy recipes, with ingredients everyone has at home! Good job

  • I’m confused. Diaya came out with cutting board shreds a while ago maybe 6 months to a year ago?!? Is this a different recipe than that?

  • Love these videos. Years ago, you shared how you made spinach pizza with pesto, mozerella and mini tomatoes and it is still a favorite. My mom always wants that one when we’re making pizzas!

  • Have you tried the Starbucks Toasted Graham K Cups? Super good medium roast! Also, would love to see you do a video like LeighAnnSays of 15 things you no longer buy! Have a great weekend!

  • Love the unicorn mug! Where did you get it from? I’ve been vegetarian for over 22 years and recently converted to vegan. I still like looking at recipes like this because I’ve found ways to sub things easily. This “chicken” noodle soup looks yummy. Thanks.

  • Honestly i used to tell myself that i like healthy food but every healthy vegitarian recipie sounds horrible to me i feel terriable about my body cause i binge eat unhealthy food and am overweight but i love frenchfrys tatertots cerals and highly fatty foods i uss so much butter when cooking veggie cause it tasts gross to me idk what to do

  • I love that you‘ve stuck with a vegetarian diet! I transitioned years ago too, and I’m so glad. Planning to be vegan at some point

  • Hemp seeds is one of my favorite proteins! Love that it contains all of our essential amino acids. I’ve been making hemp milk nonstop for the past few weeks

  • These look gorgeous and that’s coming from a meat eater, however meat is slowly making me feel a bit nauseous, don’t ask me why but it is and so I’m becoming a flexitarian and I will certainly be giving these a whirl two or three times a week

  • These are such good and delicious recipes! I’m not vegan, but these recipes contain everything that I’ve been looking for.
    This is good for lunches.

  • you know, your hands are a better way of carrying chopped stuff than your knife.. i do understand its a habit of yours, i had it myself just started realising “Why am i stressing with this?”

  • I’m trying to become vegetarian but don’t like carrots, tomatoes and I never had an avocado and I probably want like it And I don’t like peanut butter as well cause I seen a lot of people use that in other videos

    Booooo booo

  • I’ve been a vegetarian for pretty much most of my life, but my mom likes to call me a junkatarian so I’m trying to learn to be healthier while I’m still young.

  • Bladdy hell I ate this for four weeks and shatt for 6. All sorts of colours all sorts of smells and as for the turd it bloody stank mun!!!!!

  • Are corn tortillas not very common in Canada? I noticed you said flour tortillas are easier for you and for viewers to find, but where I live in the US, corn tortillas are just as readily available as flour. Just curious!

  • This has given me ideas. I tried going vegan for a day and was pleasantly surprised. I posted my video on my channel in anyone is interested

  • I’ve only just found you and your content is fab x Love the music….and your chopping skills make me envious lol x I’m not vegan but most of the ingredients you use I actually have in and the recipes really don’t look complicated so I’m all in!

  • I tried the first recipe, must say it’s pretty good. Even tho i don’t know why it needs plant milk, i used my selfmade oatmilk and i didn’t tasted anything of it.

  • Only prob with most of these recipes. Onion/Garlic and Black Beans trigger my IBS symptoms pushing me back towards chicken and rice

  • They look sooo good!! And since I’m Spanish olive oil and olives are a must have in my house, so I can make thrm with almost no problem at all!!

  • I love your recipes even if I am not vegan! I wanted to check out your cookbook and clicked the link you gave but it tells me it’s virus! Can you check the link to your cookbook maybe something is wrong with it?

  • I made the tofu and broccoli. It was good! It’s so nice to have so many wonderful vegan recipes to turn to! It’s so easy to be vegan today.

  • I’m not a vegan but I’m going a vegan diet for 40 days, but anyways I just wanted say what the heck is dariy free milk???! Milk is a dariy!!! How can it be dairy free??? Lol milk is what makes cheeses, butter and cream a dairy product!

  • i loved this video it’s so helpful! i’ve been vegetarian for 3 months now and it has definitely gotten easier but videos like this are why it’s easier! loved this video so much!!

  • Every day I think to become vegetarian but can’t decide to start eating healthy food. Tell me you guys, how did you become vegetarian?

  • I’ve been a vegetarian for pretty much most of my life, but my mom likes to call me a junkatarian so I’m trying to learn to be healthier while I’m still young.

  • I can vouch for the quinoa salad!! they are super tasty!!
in my experience its nice to add feta oil, or bit of chopped up halomi (idk how you spell it lol)

  • 0:00 creamy one pot pasta
    1:01 chipotle chickpea tacos
    1:32 Tuscan white bean soup
    2:01 pad thai
    2:36 black bean burger
3:26 take out style tofu and broccli

  • I’m not a vegan but i would like to try vegan recipe for the first time, all this recipes seem pretty easy and the ingredients also are so simple, definitely going to try

  • Great job on these videos. Keep up the good work. The food looks appetizing and easy to make and you can get the ingredients at any grocery store.

  • I must to try out some of These recipes! They Look so healthy and tasty! I starded to be a vegetarian last week and im searching for some Inspiration… Thanks for this great ideas.

  • Its driving me crazy that they dont pick the cutting board up by the handle and dump it all in at once after dicing O_O;;;
    It just…does.

  • I love the vegan enchilada recipe idea. I’ve made something similar before but will have to try this recipe. I appreciate you making this realistic. I have been vegetarian for over 22 years and converted to fully plant-based over the past year and a half. No looking back! You’ve also inspired me to make more smoothies.

  • I can not wait to try making these enchiladas as soon as I can find the cutting board shreds! I hope Diaya realizes what a good deal this video was for them because I feel like there must be so many vegans like myself who swore they would NEVER try a Diaya shred again but I trust you 100% so I’m going to buy them the second I see them! Also, I love the plant pot from dollaramma in the foreground! I have the same one!

  • Why are every one of these vegan and vegetarian videos so similar. Like similar type of dishes? I’m a vegetarian. Have been for 18 years now. I can make alot of variety other than just tofu or moods or try to imitate a job vegetarian dish

  • Have you done a food prep video lately??? I would love to see that. I am trying to figure out a healthy, nutrient dense vegan food prep for my health journey.

Don’t kill me… I left the comment before you finished your intro!!! I’d love to see MORE food prep!

  • Do you think you can make a DIY canned young Jackfruit for people in the tropics who have Jackfruit trees. fresh jackfruit doesn’t have the same texture with canned. I want to be able to make my own canned Jackfruit. I want to harvest lots of them before they get ripe.

  • “I recommend following this manifestation if you want to get wealthy&healthy: ileo.best/manifestation/7qP it worked in 2020 for me, what I wanted became reality”

  • I am a hunter/fisherman, so obviously i eat meat. But i only eat what meat i myself or my family have harvested. So if a hunt or fishing trip is unsuccessful then too bad, no meat for dinner. Out of curiosity I’ve tried alot of vegitarian or vegan dishes in the last year and most of them are absolutely fantastic. Except tofu, i just dont like the texture.

  • I’ve been vegetarian for a little over two years, sometimes I get pretty lazy with meals and I’ll just make a pb&j and maybe toss a banana in there. This really helped me to be more creative again! Thank you

  • strict vegans everywhere “Add 1 raw banana, 1 frozen, 1 fresh mango, 1 tbsp vanilla bean powder, 2 scoops protein powder, 1 scoop spirulina, half cup flax meal with soy milk” etc.
candice “ya I don’t have protein powder or any nut milks soooo, do what you can”
Way to keep breaking the internet, girl!! Lolol

  • As always, amazing videobut we now consider honey okay as the workers for agave syrup are treated badly and beas are not harmed at all in the process of getting honeythey actually need it to be collected

  • I’m soooo glad Daiya updated their cheese formula, the cutting board shreds are a million times better than the old formula of their cheese shreds!

  • Love your recipes, and thanks to you my most pickiest eater loves cauliflower Thank you! I make “cauliflower parm” with all the trimmings. (I am trying, to be vegan) If it weren’t for content like yours, I would not be able to do recipes ware people don’t feel like they are missing something.
    Wish you well❤️

  • I was vegan for 10 years, I’m not anymore but still incorporate recipes into my diet. I’ve gotta say, I got absolutely sick and tired of tomato pasta! I will never eat it again, it was often the only thing on offer if I wasn’t cooking for myself

  • All these are labor intensive and have too much ingredients, some of them hard to find. So i have respect for vegans for this, they choose the hard way to remain ethic

  • “casual, what i eat in a day, easy, whatever you have on hand, lazy, cheater, quick” are all fine really.
But tbh i missed me some challenging experimental vegan cooking that Candice used to dabble in.

  • We are in our 80’s, plant-based, and feeling BETTER THAN EVER! We are all about healthy aging and appreciate this excellent video and your many others!

  • Irrelevant story: so I accidentally messed up my hair after the last few months of dyeing over it with reds and browns and other colors and kinda bleaching but not really so it turned into this orange color and I’ve been feeling really bad about it and like an absolute idiot but while the texture isn’t ruined seeing candice with pretty much the same hair as mine I feel much better so it was a happy accident

  • The new shreds are so much better lol they used to literally smell like feet and not melt and now they’re bomb also a typical day of eating for me starts with coffee and some days I’ll have like homemade muffins or banana bread and some days I’ll have oatmeal or a smoothie instead. Lunch varies widely, I haven’t figured out exactly what I like to eat for lunch lol but sandwiches are good and soup, sometimes even smoothie bowls and stuff that’s not so heavy. Dinner can literally be anything but I personally love Thai curries, pizza, pasta, stir fry, stuff like that!

  • If I could finish watching the video it looks like it might be very good but calm down and slow down I can’t handle the craziness too much busy music and just slow down so people can see what you’re doing

  • Have you tried the Starbucks Toasted Graham K Cups? Super good medium roast! Also, would love to see you do a video like LeighAnnSays of 15 things you no longer buy! Have a great weekend!

  • Im amazed at how your quick enchiladas sauce looks like to the real traditional stuff. Thanks for the short cut. Keep up the good work love your recipes:)

  • I am sort of glad I am not Candice’s neighbor… I do not know if I would be able to handle all the amazing food smells emanating from her house. I would always be hungry.

  • i don’t think you necessarily need to go vegan to help the planet. i think it’s more important that EVERYONE reduces their meat/animal products intake instead of a small percentage turning vegan. i’m currently trying to do 2/3 meals a week vegan. also i never snack stuff like ham and eggs

  • I wanna eat that hummus. We have some catered lunches where I work and they would bring in Mediterranean food. The hummus was like silk. Just like yoursd

  • I also had a smoothie this morning (peanut butter chocolate) but it was rather nice cream consistency which I didn’t mind ☺️

Btw I just uploaded my first what I eat in a day as a vegan if anyone wants to show some support?

  • Those enchiladas look amazing! I’ll have to make that for dinner soon:)
Btw, would you ever consider making vegan carne asada tacos?

  • Beat it still has potato starch in it. It’s hard to find store brands of non dairy cheese with out potato starch sucks to be allergic to potatoes now.

  • I must to try out some of These recipes! They Look so healthy and tasty! I starded to be a vegetarian last week and im searching for some Inspiration… Thanks for this great ideas.

  • HIIII
I just started being a vegetarian and i have eaten on of your meals every single night and it is absolutely amazing. So thank you so much it has made the world of difference.

  • You guys are idiots, the title said “veggie” not “vegeterian” or “vegan” so it means these recipes have plenty of vegetables I guess but also sometimes with meat and pork isn’t unhealthy as well.

  • I LOVE Daiya’s American cheese. It’s so good, I just wish it didn’t go bad so fast. Oh wait, their pepperjack shreds are yummy too.
Congrats on getting sponsored by them!
