  • If you want to see my new VEGAN FAST FOOD CHOICES video check it out here! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WDQgAh0fOBY&lc=z12ywjy44lanzbllv22zg52qgveii5mth

  • Subway Meal: flat bread, turkey/ chicken breast, provolone, onions, spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, light mayo, honey mustard, salt and pepper

  • The shredded iceberg lettuce has as much nutrition as a glass of water. The shredded cheese is coated with silicon to prevent it from clumping. The ground beef and taco shells are loaded with sodium, stabilizers and likely sugars. Fake foodie news by millennials who look like they can’t even boil an egg. Good luck paying off your student loans with that shit salary lmao.

  • No the customers can taste the difference and alas Taco Bell is on the road to anything but your first choice for fast food. See McDonald’s after the food police got hold of their menu for reference. They are all sacrificing the 99% for the 1%…typical.

  • I went on to Subway website and the ingredient for chicken and Turkey both have dextrose, soybean oil, sodium phosphate and natural flavor???

  • This video is informative, but I really don’t understand why anyone would want to do this in the first place. Why would you eat fast food if your trying to be healthy?

  • Thank you for making this video creator because I need chociesCan I get a hi how many I get I will shout out a few people on a video I make soon.

  • This video has great advice, but I am confused about the best diet plan that I should work with, only because I have never taken any. Anyone tried the Custokebon Secrets? I’ve heard many folks refer to unbelivable things about Custokebon Secrets.

  • Chik-Fil-A is never gonna be as healthy as the others til they fuck off about the gay community. Homophobia is more toxic than the other additives to fast food.

  • from a calorie and nutrition standpoint it may be ok to eat fast food. But all the toxins, chemicals, preservatives, and antibiotics in fast food will slowly but surely kill you.

  • Great video, heads up tho, people usually eat at fast food places because of the cheapness. Healthy items fast food places offer are usually more in cost.

  • We have a place in CO called twisters they make THE best grilled chicken sandwich I’ve ever tasted period and I’ve had every chicken sandwich this guy has mentioned and more. There chicken breasts are marinated for their burritos before they shred them and they use them for the sandwiches too. I think there are more of them in NM and AR as well if you are lucky enough to be near one go order the chicken sandwich ASAP and see what I’m talking about.

  • Hey bullyjuice I cant seem to get bigger I’ve hovered around 76 to 80kg for the past 10 years, I’m very ripped, just cant gain size..

  • First of all the guy was fat to start. Secondly….. There is no such thing as “healthy” fast food. Just smarter options if you have to eat it. Obviously it’s still processed and loaded with sodium. He did lose weight. He probably felt like crap because he was losing weight and felt an energy zap. Also some days his calorie deficiency was extreme. Any calorie restriction takes longer than a week to acclimate to. So I’m really not sure what the point of this video was lol. No one is running around saying fast food is healthy. Just that a 6 inch turkey sub from a sub shop is infinitely healthier than a burger and fries. If you want to truly eat healthy, cook your own food, make your own salads with chicken…. fresh boiled chicken, and stop buying processed foods. Most of your groceries should come from the whole foods sections. Meats. Nuts. Fruits. Veggies. And not the planters salted cocktail bins lol. But raw, unsalted nuts they keep by the bananas. Avoid those aisles full of chips, dips, sweets, and candy. I’ve basically narrowed my diet down to chicken, turkey, raw walnuts, cottage cheese, pineapple, peanuts, broccoli, beef jerky, peanut butter, carrots, popcorn, bananas, salads, and bread. I meal prep for work. If I have to grab food on the go I go to a sandwich shop, or may get a grilled chicken sandwich. Nothing from a can, or a bag is healthy. This should not be news to anyone in 2020 lol. Even the supposed healthy options are looooaaaded with sodium. Anything processed is loaded with sodium.. That’s part of the preservation process. Don’t buy taco Bell fresca chicken tacos made with pre cooked chicken in a bag lol. Make your own. This shouldn’t be rocket science with the amount of information in our pockets at all times. Fresh foods good. Processed foods bad.

  • Thank you for posting this We have a fleet of Over the Road Drivers who are limited in their options on the road. Often they have no choice but to grab snacks and meals at fast food chains. Thank you for the clear breakdown! This is being added to our watch -list.

  • The fact that you are still going grocery shopping is incredibly irresponsible. You should have been encouraging people to prepare and stock up so they wouldn’t have to go to the store. Jeez, you have a family that you are endangering.

  • Wait!. so if you get meat on your 700 calories bel grande it’s only 70 more calories?! Wtf?! Btw Del Taco is way better and more authentic but if you want free diarrhea grab some bell

  • This guy be like: “I avoid beans and rice when I get Chipotle food.” Firstly, beans are high in fiber just like the guacamole is. Second, not all rice is high in arsenic, just don’t buy the crappy rice. Also, can we as a society stop villainizing carbs as if they’re the freaking anti-Christ? Yes, the bad refined carbs aren’t too good, but carbs like potatoes, brown rice, whole wheat bread, etc. If you’re a so-called “Health Expert”, then you need to know what are actual facts instead of nonsense created by this uneducated society. Just get educated.

  • If you’re going with the Chic Fil A salad, couldn’t you just add the grilled chicken to the salad and squeeze a lemon on it? (I know they have lemons because they serve iced tea) then you could get the superfood salad without the dressing

  • I can’t make myself eat lettuce I can only but I can eat spinnich, cucumber and tomato. Do you have any tips for what I should eat? also your workouts are helping me out ALOT.

  • Whether you are vegetarian or not, stuffing yourself with meat everyday is just gross. From what I heard it takes about 3 days for meat to pass through your digestive system.

  • Bobby, I saw the yeast extract and spices on the ingredients for the cauliflower pizza. I heard those are cover up words for MSG. Is that true? Thanks!

  • Bobby, I saw the yeast extract and spices on the ingredients for the cauliflower pizza. I heard those are cover up words for MSG. Is that true? Thanks!

  • I go to subway and get:
Italian herbs and cheese six inch with beef slices and cheddar cheese with all the vegetables on the menu except olives, mushrooms and jalapenos.
I go to pita pit and get wholemeal large pita with feta and cheddar cheese, diced steak, and all the vegetables except jalapenos, mushrooms, and olives.

  • Bullyjuice, GOOD LOOKIN out on this video. This gives the people such as my self that’s tryna eat rite something to look forward to as far as healthy fast food options. Still trying to stick a healthy diet while away from the kitchen. Thank you so much, now i don’t have to be tht guy who goes out with friends being a buzz kill, & says i can’t eat this stuff because it’s not healthy for me.

  • What about Burger King grilled chicken sandwich without the sauce/mayo? Plus a small fry is 240 calories.. it’s probably a lot of sodium but it’s still not bad for fast food

  • It’s tough when you live in a small town and there are literally only 5 restaurants total: a McDonald’s, Subway, DQ, Dog N Sudz and a family breakfast diner. Some towns offer even less.

  • Thanks man ive been watching your exercise videos an weight gainer It was hard for me to gain weight i was 125lbs at 19 im 20 now and 150lb

  • i just needed this bc i have restrictions but i’m a teen so i go places with my friends and i can’t JUST have my unsweetened ice tea so thank you lol

  • Appreciate you bully, been subscribed to this you for a min. Appreciate showing us another way to look at fast food. And letting us know there’s different options out there. Love brother

  • I do get the point of this video/expriment. However once you take that this is a large adult male who was eating 890-1460kcal per day there isn’t much of anything you can take away from this.

It’s recommended that the typical male dieter still eat at least 1500kcal a day and meet a minimum protein requirement in order to maintain his overall health, muscle mass, and basic wellbeing.

His experience of feeling subjectively terrible throughout the week isn’t very powerful or telling about the quality of the food he was eating in itself since he ubruptly started eating thousands of calories less than he is used to and his average daily calories was a meager 1052kcal

  • I like to go to panda express because you can get double teriyaki chicken and veggies. you get about 74 grams of protein for around 600 calories.

  • Kinda surprised some of these choices didn’t feature a double protein recommendation… Skipping extra carbs and maxing out on proteins will cost equal or less $ for those who are eating fast food due to financial strain, and if you want similar calories with a higher protein score, doubling up on meat is a fair option. Not a bad video by any means, though.:)

  • Eating 1 meal a day is enough to lose weight 150%.
    I’m currently 6’0 and 255lbs july 4th 2019.
Last year in august 2018 I was 318lbs

  • Not blaming you, but this didn’t help much, because in my country we only have subway and McDonalds and I hate Subway’s sandwiches and in McDonalds they don’t have the Egg McMuffin
    Still a cool video, tho

  • Not bad Bobby.. I don’t mind you taste testing all the foods… but please yeah put all the wrappers and bags away from your counter. I mean to be the safest cook at home for now.

  • Chik-Fil-A is never gonna be as healthy as the others til they fuck off about the gay community. Homophobia is more toxic than the other additives to fast food.

  • Bullshit nutrition. They’re on the wrong end of the curve. The right end is a low-carb, healthy fat diet. Fat and sodium aren’t bad for you. Processed carbohydrates are. Calorie counting doesn’t work. You take out the fat, you take out the satiety. Vegetarianism is a trap. I’m done with Taco Bell’s vegetarian bullshit. Vegans are a plague on society.

  • Really would like to know what you think about this video and also more of the videos in their series/channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8PmM6SUn7Es

  • Thanks so much bro this video is very helpful I don’t make my own food too much so this will help until I get into a habit of doing so!

  • What do you guys think of the recent fast-casual trend? I used to LOVEEE Chipotle but glad there are so many more options now. What is your favorite?

  • If you’re ordering food.. please consider ordering from local places instead of these fast food places. Small family owned restaurants are the ones most impacted and really need our support right now

  • I went on to Subway website and the ingredient for chicken and Turkey both have dextrose, soybean oil, sodium phosphate and natural flavor???

  • I always felt so unsatisfied after eating taco bell. Like I just stuffed my face with air because I’m all bloated and still hungry. So now TB is a hard pass, all fast food is eliminated from my diet. Two things changed my life for the better, stopped eating fast food and stopped drinking soda. I’ll never go back.

  • CHIPOTLE!!! I’m so dumb sitting here like “what can I eat???” Completely forgot about Chipotle. (Or taco Bell had their power bowls which are like rip-off Chipotle.)

  • This guy is clearly not an endomorph because if he was he would not be eating this much food at restaurants This stuff comes down to your body type

  • Can people plz be this freaked out over eating habits all the time plz cause you know corona isn’t the only thing to worry about ever….js

  • Usually eat 2500 a day?You must exercise a lot to stay at your weight,ie a little bit chubby. As for health well the S Koreans have the highest salt intake in the world and the lowest heart attack rate, there another 12 countries with salt intake vastly higher than the US who also have lower heart attack rates.Theres also vast amounts of research showing that intakes of up to 10x what the government advises can be regulated by the body easily but low intake leads to health issues in 6 days.

  • How about a quarantine video of making restaurant dishes at home and healthy versions. I miss Chinese food and I miss a cheeseburger. I also miss McDonald’s french fries. Could you please show us a healthy way to make those. I tried baked sweet potato fries and they kind of scratch the itch for fries especially because I made a good dipping sauce

  • Yeah. I gave up. I’m sick of counting stuff and I’m sick of cooking and cleaning it up too. I drink about 50 grams of protein with pasteurized egg whites every day, then 500-600 calories of junk. I eat fruit in the morning and a serving of veggies almost every day. I’m trying to get my egg whites up to 100 grams of protein a day, but I can’t quite do it. So bloated. I have some meat occasionally.

  • Its still astonish me just how some people have no idea about Custokebon Secrets (search on google) despite the fact that many people lost tons of weight with it. Thanks to my pal who told me about it. I have lost tons of weight.

  • Obviously the click bait picture for this video is of you not flexing what you normally look like when you aren’t flexing and then you flexing

  • Thank you for posting this We have a fleet of Over the Road Drivers who are limited in their options on the road. Often they have no choice but to grab snacks and meals at fast food chains. Thank you for the clear breakdown! This is being added to our watch -list.

  • at the same time, it seems like comfort food is making a comeback in a smaller scale, in the form of homecooked, homestyle “bad” foods.

  • I can’t believe the fat in the In-n-Out burgers! Subbing for ketchup and mustard (my preferred anyway!) for the rest of eternity now

  • As a uber driver, i just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who is ordering from these apps, without you, there would be no runs to make!

  • I started having grilled chicken sandwitch and don’t fell like I’m dieting and it taste nice I keep me satisfied I love it low in caloroes asweel

  • Taco bell is the least most artificial fast food there is. All because they are lower calorie doesn’t meen they’re healthy. It just means you order more to feel satisfied.

  • Bobby, I hope you read this, because I have a sincere request. Could you make a “Bobby Approved” section on your website? My wife and I found your channel and we realized our horrible choices for so many years in what we eat daily. Can you please make this happen?!

  • This was great. It’s obvious that fast food is less healthy than cooking your own food, but like you said sometimes it’s convenient. I watched a couple other of “healthy fast food” but they only focused on calories instead of protein content.

  • I would love to see you recreate some of the favorite fast food restaurants!! I don’t really want to go out right now but missing going out to eat!

  • Come to India we will serve you samosakachori, pav bhaji,dhokla,aaloo paratha,dosa,idli,fish fry,butter chicken,egg curry,bhurji, paneer butter masala,gobi paratha,chole Puri,butter naan,panipuri,bhelpuri,chat,lassi,limbu soda etc….
Pardon me if I missed something

  • Guys. lost crazy amounts of weight doesn’t need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I’ll give you some tips now. Look for a popular weight loss secrets called Custokebon Secrets (just google search it). Thanks to it I have lost crazy amounts of weight. I shouldn’t even be talking about it cause I do not want a lot of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. I am just in a excellent mood today and so I will share the wealth haha.

  • How about a quarantine video of making restaurant dishes at home and healthy versions. I miss Chinese food and I miss a cheeseburger. I also miss McDonald’s french fries. • Americans really had to look up for the meaning of Starving…you just hungry. Me when I was working 2 days without sleep and just water and juice(Sugar and coloured water) and had to walk 12 hours home that’s starving

  • Great fast food options! Good alternatives for when you can’t get in the kitchen. Gonna have to check arby’s out, also almost at 500k! NICE!

  • yo big fan of the videos, i got a question for you you if you ont mind….i work graveyard n i started meal prepping this week. I take lunch around 2-3 AM was wondering wether or not you had any advice on if i should eat full meals or jus take some snacks like fruit that’ll full me up? would appreciate you if you replied…or anybody else advice at that

  • Not sure how I JUST found this channel, but I am not complaining because better late than never! I use to work at Chick Fil A and while there my emotions were haywire… and I felt like the food had a part in it, but now I KNOW it really did! I swear I was normal before that damn job

  • Dude my fridge just broke, and the mechanic can’t make it out to next week. I wasn’t trying to loose progress. This is really helpful. I live in Chicago, so we have chick-fil-a, Taco Bell, and Panda Express.

  • It takes roughly 3500 calories to burn a pound of fat. There is no way you lost almost a pound a day (unless your muscles literally ate themselves) by going from a 2500 calorie diet to a 1000-1500 calorie diet. You were clearly eating much more than 2500 daily, probably around 3.5k. This is just misinformation at this point, and get people who know more than 10 seconds of Google to advise you people on nutrition, because You’re misinforming people who look to this video for information and can pose a detriment to their health

  • I GIVE THANKS TO DR EBHOTA FOR GIVING ME LIFE.
He helped me with a fast cure to fibroid, and the size of it was.7cm, Then I started taking the medication for only one month, and now am completely cured from it. I was able to make it without any surgery, now I can live like every normal human and I can eat any food of my choice If you need such help, contact him via mail on [email protected] gmail.com or WhatsApp his contact +2349035324155 for advice,i hope this also help some one out there.

  • With 12 bucks, you could have bought 2 romaine lettuce, a bag of onions, some tomatoes, some salad dressing and a dozen eggs and made your own salad for a few days.

  • Hey, I dont know if you will ever see this but if you can respond, please do!! For Subway for the order it was only 350 Cal but am I allowed any condiments? Thank you.

  • The ingredients for that keto Pizza had palm oil and it came Before the Extra Virgin Olive Oil smh ‍♂️… what’s wrong with these people man you have all these good ingredients and using good oil then you go and Ruin it by adding that crapy oil..

Don’t buy taco Bell fresca chicken tacos made with pre cooked chicken in a bag lol. Make your own. This shouldn’t be rocket science with the amount of information in our pockets at all times. Fresh foods good. Processed foods bad.

  • Appreciate you bully, been subscribed to this you for a min. Appreciate showing us another way to look at fast food. And letting us know there’s different options out there. Love brother

  • Will Americans ever understand that “fast food” is shit. Companies are not in business to worry about people’s health. They got into business to make more money. They know Americans have a BIG appetite so they sell foods that are mostly high in fat, salt, sugar etc. and it works because Americans keep coming back to it. And the result of this lifestyle is a country that has the most fattest most unhealthy people in the world. Oh say can you see!!!!

  • You’re suppose to throw the take out bag away ugh I can’t! You don’t know who has handled your food at the fast food restaurants. Wash your hands before eating especially with Baby Rose you have to be extra careful

  • You lost a lot of weight because it wasn’t good food eating real healthy good food actually will grow muscle and you won’t lose 6.5 lbs in a week more like 6 pounds in 1-2 months with working out

  • Sooo… this guy prefers ordinal fast food over “healthy” one? Lol… just don’t eat fast food. As a non-American I can’t remember eating fast food.

  • Hahahaa and after eating like shit for a week he says ‘I just want a cheeseburger *eats Mc Donald’s*… daaamn the American diet is so wrong

  • Great video, heads up tho, people usually eat at fast food places because of the cheapness. Healthy items fast food places offer are usually more in cost.

  • ive always felt that taco bell is a little better than mcd and BK, wendy’s and carls. I feel that I digest it a bit better. baby steps….

  • Well, sorry to say that NOT ALL Chipotle restaurants do such restrictions, they provide online and take out and people can still walk in order and there’s a line of people all the time, yes they have 6 feet markers but with the people on line, and people waiting for their online orders the restaurant packs up with people! And with people coughing around you, I visited a restaurant last week and a person who was recovering from the COVID-19 was making line to buy food!!! I know this because I asked the customer “Are you sick?” And he responded “Yes, but it has been 7 days and I feel better” I was like “you are still contagious” and customer still proceeded to be in the restaurant and pay with his debt and put Everybody at risk!

  • This video is informative, but I really don’t understand why anyone would want to do this in the first place. Why would you eat fast food if your trying to be healthy?

  • Why do you all refer to ‘plant based’ products as soybean aka: tofu; which was a trendy hippy food in the 70’s…The bottom linecall it what it is, and see how many people come eager to come purchase tofu products, which can be flavored to any ones liking, being so bland.

  • Don’t think so….Taco Bueno is SO much better than Bell. Taco Bueno makes their own salsa and it’s not in a foil envelope. The food is much fresher than Bell.

  • I started having grilled chicken sandwitch and don’t fell like I’m dieting and it taste nice I keep me satisfied I love it low in caloroes asweel

  • Great job young man I’ve been watching you for a little while I like your presentation and you make it fun this particular episode eating while on the go really hit home I’m always really hungry after the gym so I go grocery shopping but sometimes it do stop at McDonald’s to get their grilled chicken wrap 3 of them they are good and filling but I didn’t notice a couple of other places you went to that I will try great job keep up the good work health is wealth

  • What do you guys think of the recent fast-casual trend? I used to LOVEEE Chipotle but glad there are so many more options now. What is your favorite?

  • I work at subway! We do salads and wraps as well. I usually do a rotisserie chicken salad with no cheese and just a dash of sweet onion. You can make the salad the way you want and you can choose to have a little or lot of whichever dressing or no dressing. It’s my favorite. But be prepared. They’re a pain to make so the worker might get a little frustrated…

  • there are much worse choices you could make when eating out, not only does taco bell have it’s own dietitian but some weight loss/personal trainers actually suggest taco bell from time to time. The beans, the chicken, the way the are willing to customize your meal however you ask, its not a bad place to eat healthy if you are on the lower end of the income scale

  • 31 years on this planet and I don’t recall ever stepping into a Taco Bell. I see the kind of people who go in there. No thanks. Lol.

  • Not bad. Good smart review. But pushing meat the American tradition as a must have in every meal, which is not necessary as a good thing for a lot of reasons in today’s society. Would like to see a new video later given newer trends that don’t involve meat but more veggies and real food.:)

  • I can’t believe the fat in the In-n-Out burgers! Subbing for ketchup and mustard (my preferred anyway!) for the rest of eternity now

  • there are much worse choices you could make when eating out, not only does taco bell have it’s own dietitian but some weight loss/personal trainers actually suggest taco bell from time to time. • Your full of crap!! They brown their hamburger meat with oatmeal so they don’t lose the fat that cooks out. Why do you think the bottom of your tacos sog out???

  • I read loads of good reviews on the net about how Custokebon Secrets can assist you lost crazy amounts of fat. Has anyone tried using this popular weight loss methods?

  • Is it fine to indulge on the fried CFA sandwiches or any fast food after not having it for long? Or does it mess with your body? Thanks a lot! Keep up the great work

  • Im curious Bobby if you only eat Shake Shack once every 6mo why not eat the bun? Thats the best part! I also go once every 6mo but since it is a treat I go all out! Just curious.

  • subway is honestly the worst bang for your buck. people underestimate the amount of carbs they get in a sandwich and how little protein they get. obviously it depends what you order, but generally the average subway sandwich is super caloric and is not very satiating because it’s mostly just bread.

  • I can’t make myself eat lettuce I can only but I can eat spinnich, cucumber and tomato. Do you have any tips for what I should eat? also your workouts are helping me out ALOT.

  • El Pollo Loco has (4 net gram carbs each) Keto Tacos. Enlightened Peanut Butter Fudge ice cream is 1 net gram carb per serving (4 per pint). Mission Tortillas has 5 net gram carbs each tortillas. Support businesses that are helping people lower their blood sugar levels. The more successful early adopters are, the wider of a choice we will have.

  • Guys FYI guacamole could contain hidden ingredients such as freakin orange juice that contain High fructose corn syrup so the guacamole can have a longer shelf life. I work in a restaurant and that’s what they add also chicken regardless if it’s grill can add canola oil. Just tell the cooks to prepare it the healthy way. No oil no added hidden ingredients “. Please.

  • I’m not sure why I see comments saying this is a bad video. It’s interesting because even though it was low calorie they used sodium (and prob other stuff) to compensate which probably just makes you hungrier. He also makes a good point that when you go into these places the smell and the atmosphere alone makes you want to order a burger instead of a salad. People are saying there is no point to this video. i think the point is pretty obvious, the so called healthy options are not actually healthy therefore don’t go to fast food places at all if you want healthy food even if they have a supposed healthy menu. Thank you for making this video!

  • I would be a little careful bringing in containers from a lot of different places. Don’t want to expose your little one or yourselves to anything. Maybe you’ve been cleaning off the bags/packaging prior to bringing them into your home. Just thought I would mention that. Stay safe! Love your videos.

  • Interesting video…it’s funny to see you ordering fast food! Could you do a post about what you do for fitness? Your arms are impressive. I’m always envious!
