  • Not that anyone cares, I’m just writing this for myself. There was a goddamn bowl full of Cadbury eggs in my hall all week. Each day I watched the bowl empty as my family ate until today when the last one was eaten. An hour ago I stumbled across 3 full size bars of Lindt Milk Chocolate and they’ve been on my mind since. I was searching the Internet and I saw a picture of a brownie and I nearly died. I literally started shaking, my heartbeat quickened, and I felt myself getting really hot.

I felt frustrated as I switched back and forth in my own mind not to eat it, I literally started talking to myself. I think I’ve calmed down now but I feel like sh*t.

  • The longer I sleep, the longer I’m not hungry. If I sleep 9/10 hours of sleep, it’ll be another 5 before I’m hungry once I wake up. It’s pretty good.

  • I went WFPB a little over a year ago. I cut out all dairy. I have seen an incredible improvement in my sinuses! I have always had a hard time breathing through both nostrils at the same time, one side was usually completely blocked from getting air and often the other side was only slightly able to take air in. I was a very shallow breather. Also, my nose ran constantly and I usually had post nasal drip going on. It took about a year but I finally noticed that I can usually breathe well through both nostrils! I do have a deviated septum so I may not be 100% in the amount of air intake that others naturally have but the change is amazing!

  • Ops wrote in Portuguese, sorry! I meant wow! I slept 8 hours!! Can’t believe it! This is the first time I do it and will be back to tell the results

  • I’ve tried listening for two nights in a row and can’t get past 2 or 3 hours. However, I have noticed a change in my cravings. I don’t have the desire to constantly snack. So I guess I’ll keep trying to get through the full video.

  • Water is the best drink. You can have cirtus water. Do sugar free and non fat milk in your coffee aka skinny. If you cheat, cheat in moderation.

  • im frustrated with my personal life and find food to be comforting until i cannot fit into my clothes:( hope that will help to cut that vicious circle.

  • I have really weird..not bad..but weird dreams when I listen to this. I’ve listened the past 3 nights…I’ve been eating less and less each day. Today I havent even been hungry yet and I’ve been up for 5 hours. Maybe I should stop listening for a while so I don’t end up like the guy from the Stephen king movie, Thinner. Lol.

  • Thank you so much. I am recovering from a 7 year homeless stretch… sleeping in my car listening to your vids has been HUGE. I look forward to financial ability to help support your channel very soon. In the meantime just know your value is immense

  • Try this tip. Drink one to two cups of coffee and then exercise till you are over your cafienne (can’t spell ) buzz. If you are hipoglycemic this buzz is increased and hits you like an hour after you drink coffee.

  • 1: knows what triggers you
    2: drink water
    3: picture your payoff
    4: give up artificial sweeteners
5: give yourself a cheat day
    6: replace instead of restrict
    7: avoid getting extremely hungry
    8: eat proper meals
    9: mindful eating
    10: incorporate healthy habits
    11: keep your mind occupied
    12: reduce stress
13: get a good nights sleep

    hope this helps!!

  • What do you crave? Do you have any tips for getting rid of cravings? If you enjoyed this video, please give it a like and share it with your friends!

  • I know this isn’t really a “secret” but find a sport. It’s so simple, for me, hockey and synchronized swimming and netball are the best. Even if you don’t think so, there will alway be a sport out there you love, guaranteed. Go on an intense week of different after school sports clubs or gym clubs or whatever and in that week, I’m pretty certain you will find at least one sport that you love, then continue doing it! Also, if you are doing an intense week of different sports, you will also loose some weight too. Bonus:) I don’t know any other tips apart from the ones listed in this video, so just have a nice day:) you will get that perfect body soon.

  • My problem isi dont like sugary foods… like fruit… i rarely can eat that… i always want bread or cheese or something… I buy a lot of fruits and veggies but i end up throwing away most of it… ugh.

  • Great Monday motivation tips! I really needed this because I am starting my fitness program today. This really hit the spot! I really appreciated it, Coach K!

  • I started the 30 day challenge last year around this time but gave up quick, and i’m going to attempt it again, but i recently had carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand and soon to be the left within a month i’m 22 years old do you have any recommendations for a workout where i cant really use my hands

  • First you say to get rid of sugar and artificial sweeteners, and in the next tip you’re saying to give yourself a cheat day?! Where’s the point in that? Sugar is addictive. When you made it through 6 days of sugarfree eating and basically detoxing, then have your cheat day and stuff those donuts and chocolate down your throat, you start that whole sugar detox again and again and again every week… Absolutely pointless. Just cut sugar out completely. Cheat days are the biggest crap ever.

  • actually eatin before u sleep doesnt do anythin for me, its just suposed to make u fatter since ur not burnin off the fats in ur sleep

  • @MiamisDog I came here to learn something, but I watched it all the way through and I have no idea what was said. God she’s amazing…

  • Regarding the question about gall bladder disease and rapid wt loss. When in nursing school studying gall bladder disease they taught the 4 F’s: Fair, Fat, Forty and Female. Well….. I’m a male lost 50lbs quickly and had a gall bladder attack with elevated liver and pancreatic enzymes with a subsequent cholecystectomy. In my reading, I found a fifth reason for gall bladder issues…. rapid wt loss. It’s rare. And honestly probably wouldn’t have done my wt lose without changing a thing. It’s rare, and I wouldn’t necessarily be overly concerned about it. As a matter of fact, I’m the only one that I’ve heard it ever happen to.

  • I was living 4 months raw and kinda fell off of it the last month and it was so hard to get back on. This has helped so much. I am feeling major mind over matter. I listen every night. Thank u for this. I am trying to cure myself

  • i have no self control and a very low metabolism…. and i’m always hungry and start picking at food…. so i really hope this works

  • Since I have been listening to your subliminal. I eat more veggies, I actually had the desire to workout.
And my doctor said I lost 21 pounds in ten days. And this was before I started working out. It’s has made me determine to lose more I’m kinda obsess. Thanxs so much Thomas you are a angel.

  • Has this helped anyone? I did WL hypnosis with a local therapist a few years ago, and it worked. I was losing a lb a week it was greAt because I didn’t feel like I made any changes. My boyfriend noticed I was eating about half of what I used to eat. A few years out and I’m back to old habits and up 20lbs. I’m active and work out but I eat way too much. Need something to help with my over eating…. I eat pretty healthyI just eat way too much

  • I finally got comfortable, fell asleep and my evil ass obnoxious kid woke me up slamming doors, turning on lights at 2 am. She’s destroying me

  • Thanks so much for all you do. Great team effort and so very informative. This was very helpful. I’ve been plant-based for six months and am getting anxious at weight creep. I’ve gained 3 lbs over that time, and while minimal, I couldn’t figure out how this could be the case. I’ll be getting Chef AJs book. Have been watching a lot of her videos lately, and I LOVE her food/cooking knowledge as well as her personal experience with weight fluctuations. I will be rewatching your salad prep video now that I’m ready for it!

  • I thought I’d give this a listen whilst waiting for my cooking and burnt the pizza to an inedible state. Works already didn’t want pizza anyway

  • My experience with your recordings have been great. I have tried 3 and this one is the charm. I don’t have a binge problem or anxiety, or a motivation problem regarding food as I have discovered here. I just chase carbs all day due to my brain thinking this is what I should be doing for some reason. Now, my brain wants to do other things and I have to actually remind myself to eat. I plan to try others. For some reason I am figuring out how to play the piano on my own and my attention to my Italian language lessons is better. I had used a professional hypnotherapist while struggling with accounting in college many years ago. I always had faith in hypnosis and now I have found you. Thanks!

  • Watching this because I’m pregnant and have a glucose test in the morning so I can’t eat for hours…I’m starving Hope this works for all of us here.

  • I listen to this while I work (freelancer with long periods of time alone), layered with soft classical music, and this has worked wonderfully! I also eat low carb, which has already been incredibly helpful to my lifestyle change efforts, but your recordings (this and others) definitely takes the edge off when I have stressful deadlines that used to drive me to snack. And even if it was a low carb-friendly snack-and not too excessive-I simply didn’t need the extra calories or to continue that unnecessary habit. I believe the impact extends to times when I’m not listening, as well, but I’d rather not take chances when possible.:)

    Thank you so very much!

  • Wow. I did wake up well rested. granted I also woke up hungry lol. And had a weird dream, but that’s nothing new. But I’ll keep at it and see if it helps more and more. Thanks

  • Watching Chef AJ calorie density was such an eye opener. Much of my way of eating was how this is healthy to eat but never thinking of the caloric density. We are not taught that in any school. Today they push commercials to get negative points across and people buy into. Everyday I am still learning. Tami thank you for this great information.

  • Dude your on a public website right? Because thats some werid crap to put on where little kids could be watching.:/ Im dissapointed in you.

  • i’ve been doing that second to last tip for a while and it has helped. i know that if we don’t get our comfort foods to some degree it can release cordisal and cause us to store fat so if i’m craving something i just have a little bit of it and that tends to take care of the craving. Some of the other ones on here i’m going to start doing for sure. i’ve actually been having more issues with cravings lately. i think i’m gunna start walking around with granola bars so i have a little something to eat when i’m running around everyday.

  • Which studies are they citing? It’s easy to say: “In a recent study…” and make it an accurate fact. For that matter i can make up facts if I wanted to, sooo i could say: “In a recent study, videos use real findings from actual scientific research and twist them in such a way that they become distorted and unrelatable with the main topic of research. Not to mention, making it easy for the maketing of products and a increase in sales of such products”.
