  • I haven’t been too impressed with the frozen dinners I have tried. The fried rice is OK, but the meat dishes seem to have cheap meat. The best items in Trader Joe’s seem to be nuts, chips, and candy. They have the best chocolate bars and trail mixes.

  • Hi Katie OMG!!!! LET me first say I just love your channel Everytime you come on I hurry up and click on you have made me fall in love with Trader Joe’s the only problem is we don’t have a Trader Joe’s I live in Odessa Tx and we don’t have one the closet one is 4/6 hours away I’ve been trying to figure out a way to get to either San Antonio or to DALLAS TX just to go shopping or if I move I would move close to a trader Joe’s. Anyway Katie thank you. You and your family are awesome. Once again you have made my night.

  • Thank You So Much for all of your video’s!!! I really enjoy them and have learned so much!!! Chinese food is my favorite…I can’t wait to try the Mandarin Chicken & Potstickers from Trader Joes!!!! Oh, and I LOVE the LIPSTICK and EYESHADOW that you’re wearing! Can you tell me what they are? Thank You Again!!!

  • Great tips Dani, I don’t have a Trader Joe’s in my town. This town I live in is large, but has no variety of groshies. Uh! Do you have to mix the oil in the nut butters! I usually pour it out.

  • I subscribed:) I can’t find the supplements you recommend in my country therefore would like to know if the ones I am using are good I use Nutriaf with Ca & vitamin D,K and Mg to remineralize teeth, a combination of Biotin 1000mcg from now (the company name am guessing) and seven seas oleum morrhuæ cod liver oil plus omega 3 & vitamin A 4000 IU, D 400 IU, E 10 IU for hair growth… would really appreciate your response

  • Boby Parish,
Yes, would like a video on Farmers Market produces, which are not organic, but taste surprisingly delicious!
And why are the fresh raspberries, and blueberries tastier from farmers market then grocery stores??

  • I’m flying back to San Juan, PR from LA in just a few hours and my suitcase and carry-on are stuffed with goodies from Trader Joe’s. Lots of dog treats included.

  • we are coconut growers…i dont know but all coconuts are organic…its a lazy crop..since we dont do anything just wait for harvest every 3 months

  • I LOVE Trader Joe’s! During the holidays is such a wonderful time to go there. Their non food items are great….the list just goes on and on. If I was only shopping for myself, I would shop there almost exclusively:) Looking forward to the pantry video. Have a great day Kim!

  • This is a very interesting video about Costco. Seeweed and protein bars are also in Korea Costco. But you are a very caring father. The baby is so nice and cute.

  • Kim! I love that your son was helping, so sweet it’s making me all misty eyed for some reason, what’s wrong with me!? Haha! I love Trader Joe’s! They also have the most beautiful selection of flowers! I wish they had one a little closer to me! Wonderful job on your into my dear! Thank you for sharing these favorites, it’s good to know what is good! Those small pizzas look like the perfect grab n go snack or meal for kids! Nikki

  • Love your shirts. I love the savory corn pie. It’s so good. Stopping at trader joes tomorrow to pick up a few favorites. I love the toffee coated pretzels and peanuts. I have to try the mandarin dried fruit. I’m still looking for the pumpkin spice creme liquor. Thanks for another great video. Your husband made me laugh with his facial expressions.

  • How did I miss the fan meetup! I live in ATX. Make sure y’all come back. Oh btw love HEB! They are the best and are always giving back to the community.

  • Happy Friday! How do you cook your frozen pot stickers? I don’t have a Trader Joe’s but I’m going to check them out at Sam’s Club. Was wondering if they come out as good as the restaurant ones because I love them just not sure about cooking them. Have a great day!

  • Hi Dani, I have a suggestion for your snack seaweed wraps you should try the Kirkland from Costco they are the cleanest ones I could find in the market and great price, I loved it.

  • Yayyyy finally the HEB video I’ve been waiting for. Thanks Bobby & team for pointing me in the direction of healthier food choices at my HEB:-) Hope Ya’ll had a little cool down in Austin like we did in San Antonio:-)

  • Those broccoli/cauliflower patties are actually really good when you put a fried egg on top. Sometimes I also add avocado or spinach.:)

  • BobbyCan you please do a Jewel-Osco video? We have Acme here in New Jersey and they are related. Similar products I’ll be available around the country at the sister companies.

  • Your make up looks so good in this video, Kiki! (I love that nickname ) can’t wait for TJ to expand in North Texas! My nearest one is about 30 minutes away, so not too convenient. Gonna love this series! Thanks for sharing!

  • I make bagels (no fat plain Greek yogurt and self rising flour) and top them with the Everything but the bagel topping. Delicious!

  • We have Trader Joes here. They suck. The food is over priced and tastes like hell. Don’t know about the trader joes in your area but around here the workers are unhelpful assholes and think they are better because they buy the over priced craptastic food.

  • Dani, Trader Joes has fresh wild caught Soceye salmon in the fridge section for $11 a lb, its the best price I’ve seen in stores so far. But I like the canned tip if you are on the go.

  • Dani, thank you so much for this video!! I appreciate all of the tips (especially the one about the coconut milk-blending it up and storing in a mason jar)!!!

  • Even if I’m slightly sensitive…Pistacho Squares r soooo good…I believe Costco has their cashew version, they’re alright…‍♀️

  • Great video! I’m curious about the avocado oil. I used the spray of the same brand and it has 0g of fat. I have always wonder how is that possible if it’s made from avocado! Does somebody know?

  • I love your videos being vegan this helps me a lot… I learned a long time ago to read labels and find out what things actually are… I’m sure even in the vegan product realm There is not the best stuff in the ingredient lists of many products…

  • I used to love Trader Joe’s tahini than about a year ago they discontinued it for a minute due to manufacturing issues. When it came back (same packaging) it just wasn’t as good. Kind of a bummer but still pretty good.
Random question… Do you know if they’re going to ever bring back the peanut butter with flaxseed and Chia? They discontinued that a few months ago and ahhh soooooooooo disappointed. It was the best ever!

  • I want you to cook with me for a month! I LOVE cooking and healthy cooking is my drive!! I absolutely love your channel. Brilliant ideas.

  • Trader Joe garlic aioli and wild-caught no-salt sardines packed in water, I have multiple in the house at all times. The aioli is perfect when something needs oomph and it never disappoints. Also pistachios. I buy a bag of no-salt, a bag of raw no salt, and a bag of 50% less salt, throw them all in a big cloth bag and it takes me a few months to go through all 3 pounds of pistachios. If I’m weak, I buy the sliced yogurt cheese which I love. I never buy the Ezekial bread because I don’t trust myself. It will call out to me and I’ll finish it in a week and bust out of my size 4s. I buy everything you mention except the rice pasta. I’d rather make a grain salad (farro, spelt, wheat berries with sardines and veggies). Dani, you’re fabulous! Your chocolate zucchini snack cake is still my favorite and most made treat ever. I think I’ve made it 12 times!

  • Love the videos.. but not putting things back correctly IS KILLING ME bro. Haha sorry had to say something. Thanks for everything you do

  • Giving you another thumbs up if I could. I love that you are clean and know all the latest in what’s good and what’s not good for you

  • If there’s less than 0.5g of sugar in a serving, they can claim 0g on the nutrition facts label. That’s why the olives say 0 sugar:)

  • If it says there is no sugar probably no sugar, except Glucose which can be a type of sugar but not much sugar into it. They are olives.

  • ManI wish you guys had a vegetarian cookbook. I’d buy that so fast. Or just a book that has health basics in a readable format of ingredients to watch out for.

  • very cute..Rose ..all the snacks you recommend been buying it’s tastes great 38 years been shopping at Costco Mountain View,CA we love it..please more videos at Costco Thank you

  • “People are obsessed with Trader Joe’s frozen foods” I think a more accurate title should be “Actors read scripts about Trader Joe’s frozen foods”

  • Dani I said it once and I’ll say it again…I love you! Lol thanks so much for showing me good things to eat…a million thank yous for the coconut milk idea…by storing the rest in a tight mason jar in the fridge. I didn’t know I could do that. God bless you

  • Spinach and there lettuce and chicken sausages and there pepper jelly would go great on your turkey sandwich if you switch out avocado

  • So incredibly helpful! Thank you! I have a Safeway AND an Albertsons within walking distance from my home…I don’t go to either of them. Ever. I drive all the way across town to the Trader Joe’s because I am obsessed with their delicious food. My pantry looks very similar to yours-I always have the brown rice pasta and the kalamata olives. Also, I love all their dried fruits but I am currently loving the golden berry mix. YUM!!!

  • I love this video, thank you. You made the comment that you drink the protein coffee before going to the gym, it made me think I would love to see your daily work out routine… I am having trouble finding time between work and kids to get my work out in.
    Thank you! Kate

  • I have found that brand of avacado oil at Costco in a big bottle. I don’t remember the exact price but I thought it was reasonable.

  • It’s possible the glucose is added to the brine, and it might be so shall that it doesn’t effect the total carbohydrate of the product. Olives are also considered fruit, so they are natural carbs. (Food science and Nutrition Student)

  • Please check with your pediatrician to see if it’s good for Rose to be sitting with her hips in that position on that seat on your waist. I don’t believe so!

  • Quick question even if its cold pressed or expelled pressed. Once you use it for cooking and it gets hot isnt that refining it and breaking it down.

  • Love your videos! My go tos are the pecans, edamame hummus, strawberry banana juice, anything that’s gf, and their hand soaps! My daughter likes the two buck chuck but heard the price went up. Ha ha. Oh we get their butter lettuce too.

  • On Amazon we get the trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning it’s very versatile for a lot of different recipes! My grandson is allergic to milk! So we try try to incorporate different flavors into his diet through seasonings an I feel trader Joe’s has some of the best!

  • I bit the bullet and purchased the turkey burgers. I’ve had them before, but they were so bland. Holy cow. These are great what a pleasant surprise! On to the little pizzas tonight.:)

  • you must have a huge fridge ours isnt that big so storing ( almost non perishables ) in fridge is not always easyi do keep in sealed containers and buy smaller quantities oh i wonder have you ever tried (black bean brownies) they are the best ive ever had

  • I am a diabetic, therefore very concerned with carbs. When you zoom in on ingredients please show the entire nutrition label, this would be extremely helpful. I love your channel. Keep up the good work! Thank you

  • And the dates with almond butterOMG!!!! Yes!!! Thank you for sharing, I’ve been having it almost every week and yes 100% satisfies my sweet tooth and I don’t eat candy or cookies!!!!

  • I don’t eat meat and Trader Joe’s has so many yummy vegetarian options:) I love the frozen vegetable lasagna and the frozen vegetable fried rice:)

  • Unfortunately at my H.E.B. store way down south in McAllen Texas/ Pharr, Texas…..they don’t have many of the cool products you showed.

  • Love your Trader Joe’s healthy staple items.
Re Everything Bagel seasoning…. finally someone else other than I feels that the salt is a little too much. Still love it

  • Honestly, I’ve tried most of Trader Joe’s frozen foods and to put it politely, it’s like eating plastic. No flavor. No sazón. Bland.

  • Question regarding the salmon. Is it already cooked in the can? so no need to cook it before putting it in salads etc. or do you cook it before using it in your recipes?

  • The butternut mac and cheese is phenomenal!!!!! Also that maple ginger ice cream no words!!!! The Organic tomato and red pepper soup is one of our favorites! Love your videos and have to watch them before I go to Trader Joe’s. I wish that it was closer to us, but willing to drive the hour occasionally to get there.

  • we are coconut growers…i dont know but all coconuts are organic…its a lazy crop..since we dont do anything just wait for harvest every 3 months

  • I always have at least one nut butter, Ezekiel bread (buy frozen and keep frozen), & almonds. + coconut oil I might try the seaweed (never had it). I would also like to start using canned salmon again…been awhile. As someone mentioned below, I would like some of your canned salmon recipe ideas.

  • It’s possible the glucose is added to the brine, and it might be so shall that it doesn’t effect the total carbohydrate of the product. Olives are also considered fruit, so they are natural carbs. (Food science and Nutrition Student)

  • Picked up Ghost pepper potato chips and they were good. My two favorite items are chocolate/ vanilla macaroons, and Organic wood fire Sicilian style pizza.

  • you must have a huge fridge ours isnt that big so storing ( almost non perishables ) in fridge is not always easyi do keep in sealed containers and buy smaller quantities oh i wonder have you ever tried (black bean brownies) they are the best ive ever had

  • I can’t wait to try the little pumpkin ice cream cones, they look so yummy! Btw, your makeup looks so good in this video! PS, i think your husband is cute.:)

  • I love your videos. I’m trying to eat healthier and your recipes look easy and fun to make and tasty. My first recipe I made was your banana oatmeal cookies. So tasty and quick I love them

  • I just read an article this morning 1/11/2020 listing the top grocery chains in the U. S. And HEB knocked Trader Joe’s off its #1 held position. I came on to YouTube to see who is this HEB and Bobby has a video covering the store

  • I LOVE Trader Joe’s! During the holidays is such a wonderful time to go there. Their non food items are great….the list just goes on and on. If I was only shopping for myself, I would shop there almost exclusively:) Looking forward to the pantry video. Have a great day Kim!

  • The mandarins are awesome and we also love the unsweetened mango. Was very sad that the pumpkin bread was sold out for close to a month.

  • I love how she says for under $4! Um no $3.99 is $4 with the consumer thinking it’s less. They take a penny off so you think your somehow paying less than you really are.

  • Great video! I’m curious about the avocado oil. I used the spray of the same brand and it has 0g of fat. I have always wonder how is that possible if it’s made from avocado! Does somebody know?

  • Very helpful! Would love to see maybe a recipe with pantry only items. I use the seasoning for the Greek yogurt bagel on the skinny taste website. Delicious

  • I’m flying back to San Juan, PR from LA in just a few hours and my suitcase and carry-on are stuffed with goodies from Trader Joe’s. Lots of dog treats included.

  • I find the alcohol section at Trader Joe’s overwhelming. I like when you show different items. How about a video just about alcohol. Would be a easy reference to go back to instead of searching different video. I love your videos. I watch before I shop. Thanks keep up the good work.

  • The dried figs are excellent and have always wondered why people buy Fig Newtons with all the artificial ingredients when you can get a better taste experience with a whole food.

  • Love the orange chicken but i ise the jasmine rice ugh the mac and cheese is liiiife ih he pits pico de gallo on his mac an cheese

  • I’m a new sub love your TJ hauls!! I’m vegan, so I like that you say when things are vegan. I only wish a few more things would be vegan. I love your nails and your wedding rings gorg!!

  • I’m not a big Halloween fan (it was my mother-in-law’s birthday and she passed away six days before her birthday three years ago and we were very close). But, now that I’ve bummed everybody out, I really like seeing how you celebrate and decorate for Halloween! I like all of your t-shirts and of course I love your videos! I go with list in hand to T.J.’s after watching your videos! Your family is so cute! Love the sourdough bread (thanks to you), the ciabatta rolls and the radiatore!

  • Those broccoli/cauliflower patties are actually really good when you put a fried egg on top. Sometimes I also add avocado or spinach.:)

  • Hi Katie, I’m not sure if you feel comfortable answering but is it okay that I have those soups from the cold case and finish the entire thing for one meal? Are they supposed to be broken up into 2 meals? Idk if my portion idea is off or if it’s normal… the soups are just an odd size

  • A toddler like likes cheeses and hates ice cream?! You win

I’ve been waiting to try the cheesy spaghetti squash casserole you showed in the large seasonal haul video, but my Trader Joe’s said it was discontinued

  • I make the everything but the bagel seasoning on my own. And don’t add salt to the mix! The I can control my salt intake without limiting the flavor!!

  • Make sure you put the tahini in the fridge…it will go rancid if you don’t.  I learned that the hard way!  HA  First time watching you, very enjoyable.

  • I tried the butternut macaroni and cheese and the butternut risotto. I could see myself purchasing them again. They’re good. Now for sweet treat, butter toffee pretzel and toffee Virginia peanut. I need to tries those two. I like toffee. Thank for great haul.

  • La Colombe is my favorite coffee of all time. It’s pronounced like “cologne” (but with a MB sound at the end…you dont pronounce the e):)

  • Thank you for your Costco videos. You are the reason why we went with Costco instead of Sam’s. We even sprung for the executive membership. We really enjoy your videos. Rose is always the highlight!!

  • Hi Bobby. Thank you so much for informing us of the good, the bad and the ugly. Red and yellow lakes Sugar? What the devil are colored lakes? What? We can’t take a vitamin that’s not magically delicious?
Question? Why are vitamins companies allowed to produce GARBAGE SUPPLEMENTS & VITAMINS AND MAKE MILLIONS OFF THE PUBLIC? YES, I’M YELLING. THIS IS NOT RIGHT. Okay I’m calm.

  • I tried the butternut squash mac & cheese for the first time tonight. Oh my gosh, it was fantastic! Is that a seasonal item? My nearest TJ’s is a couple hours away, so I don’t get to shop there very often. Getting to go to TJ’s is a very special treat for me!

  • You’re right about the quiche, disappointing, had thick crust and very little filling. I love everything else at TJ’s though so I guess it’s okay 1 item isn’t awesome:)

  • That is a great price for organic tahini. The tahini I buy is organic but it’s 6.00. I’m going to TJ for my tahini now. Thanks for the shout out! That was awesome.:) I hope your hummus is delicious. Just remember it takes 3 times to perfect a recipe so your first batch will be your trial run and then tweak the recipe until you get it the way you like it. Next time I make it I’m going to add more fresh garlic because I love garlic. Once you perfect your recipe you’ll never buy TJ again. The chili is on my list too. I love your Halloween shirt. Looking forward to your vaca vlog

  • They have the hail merry chocolate cups at Walmart at my store for $1.98. Got some last night and all I can is wow. Definitely my go to when I’m craving something sweet.

  • Dani I said it once and I’ll say it again…I love you! Lol thanks so much for showing me good things to eat…a million thank yous for the coconut milk idea…by storing the rest in a tight mason jar in the fridge. I didn’t know I could do that. God bless you

  • Dani, you did it again. You gave me great ideas. I love my local trader joes I love the frozen brown rice, the seaweed snacks an the frozen pot stickers. All excellent choices at affordable prices.

  • Hi Dani, this was so fantastic! I live about 5 minutes away from a Trader Joe’s in Edgewater, New Jersey. It is small, but I like that as I do have a bit of social anxiety. I have been in the Trader Joe’s 2 * since I started following you about a year ago. I love when you do videos like this as I can go into the Trader Joe’s with staples that I wish to buy. It is such a help because I can feel overwhelmed at all the wonderful products they have. I too love the giant chocolate bars. I buy the dark chocolate as I like that it has the 72%. I agree with you that it is wonderful for baking, and it melts so beautifully. I recently purchased several of their dried fruits and I love them. To me they are not as sweet as some of the dried fruits that I have tried. I made a recipe for some healthy cookies and decided to use the dried oranges. They were a big hit! I love that they have so many varieties of dried fruit also. They also have some good sales on Fresh Produce and I have found that it last longer then at other stores. Thank you for doing this video and for not only showing us your Staples, but for giving us ideas about what we might like as Staples and how to use the Staples. I remember I used to buy canned salmon when I was a teen. Now I am very excited and I love the examples of ways that you mentioned to use it. Also one day I will go to the big Trader Joe’s I think it is in Paramus. Again as always thank you so much and sorry for my long comments. Lots of love and gratitude ❤❤

  • I love the Trader Joe’s tortilla chips. I’m not sure if you have a Walmart near you but the Walmart value “hint of lime” tortilla chips are pretty awesome!! You’ll have to try one day

  • make your own fresh salsa. Try making siracha bacon jerky. Cook bacon in oven low and slow, add siracha sauce on top in thin layer.

  • This is a new video for me:) loved the info I actually purchased the vitamins there at Costco and not approved by you…lol. The vitamins that you recomend Naturewise I saw a comment about the manufacturer being misleading because the vitamins were bottled in USA not made can you tell me a little about that and in regards to the reviews they were very positive which makes me feel good about taking them. Please let me know your point of view. Thanks in advance:)

  • Costco now has Barnana plaintain chips, 20 oz size, for $7.99. Only 3 ingredients plantains, coconut oil himalayan pink salt organic and non-GMO.

  • I do not have a traded joes but a store in my area has everything but the bagel hummus. It is good you can see if any of your stores have it.

  • I love their Palak Paneer in the frozen section. So good with Jasmine rice and/or naan! It does have dairy though. Another is their soy chorizo. It’s yummy with fried potatoes and eggs. One of my favorites that they don’t have anymore is the jalapeno baked cheese crunchies! They were so good!

  • Trader Joe’s loves to discontinue things I love . But…. I still go there every week
Try the turkey meat lasagna in the fresh section, near the pre-made salads

  • I did the hummus and rice and it’s awesome. I’ve never had plantan chips but had banana chips and they aren’t very nice. I could tell I bought them from a health food shop. Sorry I can’t spell.

  • Greek yogurt is a lower lactose. 4 grams of lactose per 6 oz. so I don’t think that dip would bother her, unless she eats the whole tub in one sitting.

  • I was eating those seaweeds foreverrrr until I found out the oil was bad for me. So disappointed. Please Costco get an EVOO Seaweed and I will buy them faster than people are buying toilet paper.

  • Love your videos! My go tos are the pecans, edamame hummus, strawberry banana juice, anything that’s gf, and their hand soaps! My daughter likes the two buck chuck but heard the price went up. Ha ha. Oh we get their butter lettuce too.

  • You are definitely THE BEST on YouTube! Regarding Kalamata olives, I get mine at Costco. The ingredients are Kalamata olives, water, red wine vinegar, sea salt, extra-virgin olive oil. And the brine is delicious. I often use it to flavor other meals or salads. We are Ezekiel fans, too. My husband LOVES the cinnamon raisin English muffins, and he has one (or two) every day.

  • I’ve never shopped at Trader Joe’s. Danny puts crushed Ritz on his mac and cheese. It’s good…I tried it because of him. Happy Weekend! Love you Phillips family!

  • HE’S GAY AND ART IS HIS REAL BOYFRIEND, AND THE LADY WIFE JUST MARRIED HIM FOR EXCHANGE FOR VISA AND BABY….. THIS GAY IS A FRAUD.

  • Hey guys long time silent subscriber, I’m coming to Vegas soon and really want to go to that barbecue place you guys love and the fancy Italian restaurant you guys go to were Danny always gets the chicken parmigiana. Can you tell me the names of those places please. Love your channel!!!

  • My son does not eat icecream, too. I want to try the pizza. I was hoping a taste test on the soup, but I will pick some up. I look forward to your videos.

  • Love the content.. im learning a ton about nutrition on a deeper level. Thank you.
Just a suggestion since you mentioned spending 200+$ on this snack haul. Maybe next time you and art go to a store ( that doesnt allow filming) take pictures of products you are referring to ( front of package and back / ingredients) then you can just do a voice over during editing.

  • Would you guys ever consider putting prices up on your hauls?? It would really help me plan out grocery trips. Love the videos thanks for posting them ❤️

  • I haven’t tried these but the cornbread bites are in the frozen appetizer section. Y’all should look at Katie Hespe channel on YT. She lives in CA. And works for Trader Joe’s and she goes hauls and taste reviews! She is so informative and fun and just a great channel! You’ll love her! Great video❤️

  • Danny has to have his Ritz crackers on his mac&cheese for the crunch. Nice haul, Tina try frying your own plantain chips then you can add as much salt as you would like. You can also boil the plantains..

  • Danny loves ritz on his Mac and cheese which I still haven’t tried. Have you guys had the everything but the bagel seasoning? It’s good on everything. Also the cauliflower gnocchi is really good.

  • Love these hauls! Ethans comment about Idaho was hysterical cuz he even did an accent with it LOL Tina you do look really look lately. You seem like you’re back to yourself again! Hope you are feeling better.

  • Awe the cornbread bites are a frozen item! It’s okay tho!! At least you enjoyed what you guys got!! Btw I just got super excited and shouted to my husband that you guys said my name Hahha fambam you guys are awesome and made my night

  • We love the orange chicken but we buy the vegetable fried rice to go with the orange chicken. And we love their frozen sweet corn kernels . And we like the frozen hash brown patties.

  • hi Tina, you can can make your own Everything but the bagel dip, just get a dairy free yogurt (i use forager or daiya plain greek yogurt) and add everything but the bagel seasoning from Trader joe’s. you can add more dried garlic and dried onion and it tastes way better than the actual dip.

  • Thanks for your video Dani! I have tried other brands of canned salmon & they have tiny bones in them. Does the TJ brand have them?

  • Straight from my anatomy and physiology text book: “organic molecules contain carbon and hydrogen atoms bound together by covalent bonds. Monosaccharides are the basic building blocks of other carbohydrates. Examples are ribose, deoxyribose, glucose, fructose, and galactose. GLUCOSE IS AN ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT SOURCE OF ENERGY.” My professor emphasized that glucose is the primary sugar for energy production for the entire body, especially for brain function. It is carbon based which makes it an organic molecule that occurs in nature (for example, honeycontains fructose, glucose, salts, oil, etc.). You are correct in stating that it is a simple sugar (monosaccharide), however, it’s not something we should avoid ingesting. Our body NEEDS the simple sugars for basic physiological functions. It is the REFINED or PURIFIED sugars that we should avoid. Refined sugars are not found in nature, so our body reacts to them differently than organic glucose.

  • I love the Dutch inspired stroopwaffle tin! My sister lives in the Netherlands and I’ve been there twice. Nothing beats a fresh street made stroopwaffle hot off the press ✨✨. But those looked mighty tasty!

  • Tina yogurt has dairy. The corn bread bites I bought this week haven’t tried yet but saw on a taste test and had great reviews. They are in the freezer section.
Danny you love Ritz on the Mac and cheese.

  • I find the alcohol section at Trader Joe’s overwhelming. I like when you show different items. How about a video just about alcohol. Would be a easy reference to go back to instead of searching different video. I love your videos. I watch before I shop. Thanks keep up the good work.

  • So you talk about all the pesticides on wheat… you need to check out one red mill in Lynn mass
Make their own wheat pesticide free!!!

  • Those protein bars may be the healthiest, but they do not taste good at all. Go with the RX Bar for a similar product. It tastes a bit better but it is a little bit more pricier.

  • I was eating those seaweeds foreverrrr until I found out the oil was bad for me. So disappointed. Please Costco get an EVOO Seaweed and I will buy them faster than people are buying toilet paper.

  • So I feel like the biggest shit ever because my 8 year old is autistic and Refuses to eat if it’s not his 3 food choices so for years I’ve been giving him his chocolate milk (we make it half water but still I noticed for the first time today the second ingredient is corn syrup *smh), his amy’s meal (thankfully that’s not too bad but expensive considering they’re over $4 and he eats one or more a day), cheese slices, kraft mac n cheese and Pediasure which has a ton of vitamins but probably not the best ingredients. My 2 year old is on the chocolate milk habit too.Thankfully he will eat healthy foods though, veggies and fruits. I am going to do a whole revamp on my kids, pray for my sanity.

  • What’s the seat sweet Rose is seated on? Would you recommend? I have a 15lb, 5 month old daughter and my back and wrist are starting to hurt from holding her all the time. Rose’s seat looks like a great idea!

  • Like your information but seriously it’s hard to listen to you while you are eating and SmacKing. Very irritating. We don’t need the example of you eating crunching and most definitely smaking. Not very professional. I gotta move on.

  • Single serve ghee? Why, for bulletproof coffee on the go!
ITOEN OCHA makes all kinds of great green tea products, from tea bags & single serve matcha powder to loose-leaf tea. All can be found online &/or at Amazon.
BTW, 100% Grassfed/Grass finished is considered organic, because there’s no need to spray grass (hay.)

  • Thank you for your Costco videos. You are the reason why we went with Costco instead of Sam’s. We even sprung for the executive membership. We really enjoy your videos. Rose is always the highlight!!

  • I wish we had all these goodies here in my country, I have always wanted to get gummies for skin and hair and others but they’re not here

  • Hey Bobby! My sister showed me your videos and I need your help. My sister lives in US but I am in a different country, got no access to Costco. I had a Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy and need protein asap. What protein shake or whey do you reccommend for Bariatric patients? Thank you for your time!

  • My daughter has eczema too and I definitely notice a flare up when she’s eaten a lot of candy. I always attributed it to the sugar, but I didn’t really think of the dyes! Duh! Tfs that, Mama!

  • But why does that canned salmon label look like it came straight from the 90s? . Agreed on the bean pastas easy to overcook to the point where they turn mushy . Thanks for another great video Dani!

  • My son does not eat icecream, too. I want to try the pizza. I was hoping a taste test on the soup, but I will pick some up. I look forward to your videos.

  • This is a very interesting video about Costco. Seeweed and protein bars are also in Korea Costco. But you are a very caring father. The baby is so nice and cute.

  • that’s why you were banned because you put everything back the wrong way and was so rough touching everything lol. felt bad for the chips when you would grab them like if they were a soccer ball.

  • I’m just saying those pure fruit bars are the best fruit bars taste wise on the market in my opinion. I’ve eaten them for years. I personally don’t care about natural flavors though in my diet. Anyone in the comments who isn’t as crazy against them as Bobby and loves fruit bars… GET THE PURE BARS over any other, specifically the passionfruit/pineapple one. Lol sorry to disagree on this one Bobby but they’re so good!

  • La Colombe is my favorite coffee of all time. It’s pronounced like “cologne” (but with a MB sound at the end…you dont pronounce the e):)

  • Straight from my anatomy and physiology text book: “organic molecules contain carbon and hydrogen atoms bound together by covalent bonds. • “Penned up by the pandemic, Montanans try to get well by getting out”

     Helena Independent Record Article Headline
This is from the end of the article in Helena Independent Record.
Should have stated “LOCKED UP Montanan’s trying to STAY WELL BY GETTING OUT.” This idea that everyone is SICK is what the fear mongers want us to believe. HEALTHY PEOPLE GO TO WORK, SICK PEOPLE STAY HOME.  Essential/Nonessential is dividing and dehumanizing the people. Instead of making face masks, I should have made Jewish, Star of David, arm bands for the officials to mark us. I have three German American friends here in Montana, THEY ARE SCARED TO DEATH as they have seen this attitude before in Germany.  Germany teaches the Holocaust in their history classes. They want their people to NEVER repeat history again. Most of our High School
Students don’t even know their God given rights that are protected by the constitution of the USA. UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL, GET UP PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!
PROTEST COSTCO’S MANDATORY FACE MASK POLICY STARTING MAY 4 2020

  • I drove a hour away to Try Trader Joes and now been there 3 times. I dont want to shop anywhere else . Thank you im allergice to Sunflower oil and sesame seed oil. But i found some much i can have and the food is so good.

  • Hi Bobby!! How about doing a video featuring THE WORST items that are out there? Sort of like a Top Ten of The Worst list. It’s great to show us what to buy, but I’d like to see a video that shows us the #1 items to avoid buying at ALL times.

  • OOhhh, girl, why have I not noticed the Gyro slices? Gotta try those. Yes! The Mandarin Orange Chicken makes a great meal for our family. And just barely enough. Phew! I do it with broccoli and rice, too.

  • Those protein bars may be the healthiest, but they do not taste good at all. Go with the RX Bar for a similar product. It tastes a bit better but it is a little bit more pricier.

  • Talc in a vitamin? Carbuna wax? Propoyl? dicalcium dioxide? Soy anything????? Silicate (sand)???? silicone? I read the FOOD Babe!!!!

  • I like

I usually pick organic Persian cucumbers, organic mixed herbal salad, organic avocado, organic red onion, and organic cherry tomatoes when I shop at trader joe. It is my daily lunch………….. By the way I love your video. It is simple and healthy!

  • Newbie! I’m obsessed! Have you talked about turmeric at Walmart?..I live in NY. With winter being here I’d love to try the turmeric shots!

  • Most natural flavors are no chemicals or not dangerous at worst. My daughter is a chemical engineer for the biggest flavor company in the world. I know for sure

  • If there’s less than 0.5g of sugar in a serving, they can claim 0g on the nutrition facts label. That’s why the olives say 0 sugar:)

  • Consider buying sesame oil and oyster sauce for you fried rice. It makes a world of a difference. You can find the oyster sauce in the 99¢ only store. The one with the red top is the best one.

  • Good price on the Tahini!! Share the recipe for the Hummus!! Oh MAN do I love that stuff! I ventured out to a different TJs this week it was really different it was cold and rainy and they had the Autumnal soup and corn bread at Demo. I grabbed it and checked out tried it in the car and went RIGHT BACK IN to buy both!! So great on a cold cloudy fall day in Illinois!
It’s funny you work there and can buy stuff every day but you STILL get excited about it!

  • Tina Danny thank you for sharing this video love watching it thank you for doing the Trader Joe’s whole again do you know glad that you’re feeling a little bit better love you all #ChooseYourDay #PrayForBreadAndEveryDay #ContinueToPrayFor10OfEveryDayIsYourFeelA00PercentBetterLoveYouAllHaveAGreatDay

  • everything with spice is a no for me I’m the whitest person ever lol but still feel hungry after the video, some things look really good

  • I legitimately think business insider is getting paid a fuck ton of money to basically advertise for different things is it not a lil fishy how all their opinions are positive not one was negative

  • can you only stick to buying n showing us the items you like….and do not include n show items that your not really into!!! your video becomes muddled

  • Soooo… gyoza, shredded cabbage, and carrots, a full on dinner meal??? Uhmm that shit doesn’t sound filling at all, more like an appetizer than anything else. I feel bad for her husband.

  • you have to try the regular and garlic fries at TJ! amazing! we love fries and every brand we have tried never taste good. either too soggy or just don’t taste good. but the ones at TJ are my absolute favorite!

  • People who shops at trader Joe’s r stuck up working class people with tons of $. There was this lady i knew talked about my lil sister not working n the lady shops at trader joe’s. Well my sis may not work at that time. But at least she had 5 jobs in the past.

  • Actually as someone who eats at health stores because my body is very sensitive to certain ingredients I have to say I have gotten sick from some of trader joes foods, usually it’s one of their meat products, luckily my immune system is strong enough to fight it off but I’ve learned to stay away from certain products they carry, plus they carry a lot of foods with carragen

  • I like a lot of things from trader joe’s, I’ll mention one here its the gnocchi…they’re under two bucks and yeah there’s some wheat in there but its what I use as a side or snack instead of pasta. Fresh fennel, olive oil, garlic and a small amount of pecorino romano.

  • “A meal that’s probably as good as what I could cook because I am a horrible cook” Ok, so you’re saying it’s horrible? That’s enticing.

  • Dani, thank you so much for this video!! I appreciate all of the tips (especially the one about the coconut milk-blending it up and storing in a mason jar)!!!

  • can you only stick to buying n showing us the items you like….and do not include n show items that your not really into!!! your video becomes muddled

  • Even if I’m slightly sensitive…Pistacho Squares r soooo good…I believe Costco has their cashew version, they’re alright…‍♀️

  • Please check with your pediatrician to see if it’s good for Rose to be sitting with her hips in that position on that seat on your waist. I don’t believe so!

  • OOhhh, girl, why have I not noticed the Gyro slices? Gotta try those. Yes! The Mandarin Orange Chicken makes a great meal for our family. And just barely enough. Phew! I do it with broccoli and rice, too.

  • In the olives this is a way for TJ to add sugar without listing it as sugar. Sneaky. Thx for mentioning storing suggestions such as the coconut milk!! Always need those tips! Always buy TJ canned salmon love love yr a great cook! Yr family is so lucky you can buy a 12 pack of seeweed snacks at an Asian market for way less than TJ BTW if you love those! Good for the thyroid too

  • I always pick up the orange chicken when I go to TJs. I pair it with the rice that is right next to in the case. Thank you for the vid and love the extra hands you had.

  • Hi Kim, after a while watching your cooking vid, i admire how simple American people prepare their dishes. I mean, you know, we Asian have more complicated way to cook a meal, with all those herb and seasoning, lol.

  • It’s not a trader joes video without the mandarin chicken:) we don’t have TJ in our country but we are visiting the US next year and I can’t wait to go

  • Couple things you should so film a tea review video!! Second I put the garlic spread on the butternut squash pizza crust with caramelized onions and spinach and grilled chicken. So yummy.

  • Your make up looks so good in this video, Kiki! (I love that nickname ) can’t wait for TJ to expand in North Texas! My nearest one is about 30 minutes away, so not too convenient. Gonna love this series! Thanks for sharing!

  • So funny-my son doesn’t like ice cream for the exact same reason! I love Halloween also and think it’s awesome that you all are getting into the spirit. I belong to a ‘Vegan Trader Joe’s ‘ group on fb and heard a rumor that there’s a vegan Mac and cheese coming out…!!! I hope it’s true and if so I hope you all taste test it!

  • As an employee, i check the products out all the time and read the ingredients. Let me give y’all a small list of buy & avoid
    Buy:
MALK Organic Almond Milk, way cheaper at HEB priced at $4.99 sometimes as low as $3.49
    Central Markets Dark Chocolate Bars
HEB Shredded Wheats, No nasty BHT! Tocopherals are present
Kashi Oatmeal Cookies, only $2.98 and by far the best cookies to buy
Freshly grinded peanut butter/almond, buy these over the HEB organic version
HEB Organic Stevia Packets (30 or 40 ct)
HEB Organic Greek Style Yogurt, super clean but expensive at $5.98

    Avoid:
HEB Organic Peanut Butter, avoid all of them they all have cheap palm oil in them
HEB Organic Stevia (70 or 80 ct), no idea why but these larger packs have Dextrose instead of Erythritol in smaller packs
    Anything by Hill Country Fare
Sadly, the freshly squeezed juices, overpriced at $8 and there really isn’t anything healthy about fresh juices. I’ve made the lemonades before and when we make a batch in a big gallon we use up to 10 cups of refined cane sugar.
HEB Organic Strawberry fruit bars, laundry list of ingredients enough said

Not sure about the HEB Organic dressings because just about all of them use Soybean Oil, but the description online says GMOs are prohibited so it might be Non-gmo soybean oil.

  • Consider buying sesame oil and oyster sauce for you fried rice. It makes a world of a difference. You can find the oyster sauce in the 99¢ only store. The one with the red top is the best one.

  • I always pick up the orange chicken when I go to TJs. I pair it with the rice that is right next to in the case. Thank you for the vid and love the extra hands you had.

  • I don’t eat meat and Trader Joe’s has so many yummy vegetarian options:) I love the frozen vegetable lasagna and the frozen vegetable fried rice:)

  • HE’S GAY AND ART IS HIS REAL BOYFRIEND, AND THE LADY WIFE JUST MARRIED HIM FOR EXCHANGE FOR VISA AND BABY….. THIS GAY IS A FRAUD.

  • I make the everything but the bagel seasoning on my own. And don’t add salt to the mix! The I can control my salt intake without limiting the flavor!!

  • The dried figs are excellent and have always wondered why people buy Fig Newtons with all the artificial ingredients when you can get a better taste experience with a whole food.

  • I make bagels (no fat plain Greek yogurt and self rising flour) and top them with the Everything but the bagel topping. Delicious!

  • Greek yogurt is a dairy product made from milk and the addition of a bacterial culture. However, in the making of Greek yogurt the whey is strained from it. The process of making regular yogurt does not involve this step…. However, Greek yogurt can be high in saturated fats.

  • Why didn’t you give Rose something she could eat on when you are eating everything on the table,,,,,shame on you Bobby….and why not give Art one also to taste same time you do and get his comment…..so now who is going to eat all this snacks…..as you didn’t like several of them.? I doubt Desi will eat them…… that seems like such a waste of money…..the way you eat I don’t see how you are not fat……you eat all the time…..you can’t talk for eating Bobby….watch one of your videos and see how you are always feeding your face……why are you so nervous…..? You are a nervous eater…..Food doesn’t seem to both Desi….and she seems to bake a lot…..next time please give Rose a Vanilla wafer or something she won’t get choked on….and let her eat while you eat…..:) Be cool Bobby and include Art in your treats…..

  • I love your videos. I’m trying to eat healthier and your recipes look easy and fun to make and tasty. My first recipe I made was your banana oatmeal cookies. So tasty and quick I love them

  • I like

I usually pick organic Persian cucumbers, organic mixed herbal salad, organic avocado, organic red onion, and organic cherry tomatoes when I shop at trader joe. It is my daily lunch………….. By the way I love your video. It is simple and healthy!

  • We love TJ! My son loves the naan bread, butter chicken, chimichurri rice and the chicken enchiladas to name a few. I love their fresh carrot juice. So many great things there.

  • I love TJ’s and I love almost all of their products… but I don’t enjoy the tahini. I love tahini but TJ’s tahini is too thick. I need it runnier! Other than that, awesome haul!

  • I want you to cook with me for a month! I LOVE cooking and healthy cooking is my drive!! I absolutely love your channel. Brilliant ideas.

  • I am a diabetic, therefore very concerned with carbs. When you zoom in on ingredients please show the entire nutrition label, this would be extremely helpful. I love your channel. Keep up the good work! Thank you

  • Giving you another thumbs up if I could. I love that you are clean and know all the latest in what’s good and what’s not good for you

  • Hi Costco carries a Kalamata olive that does not add any sugar or chemicals.  I believe the brand is Pantheon or something along those lines.  Interestingly enough, I only buy Trader Joe’s green olives because it doesn’t list any chemicals in its ingredients.  And it’s the only brand I’ve found that is like that!

  • Try blending up dates, tahini, and cocoa powder! Sometimes I eat that alone or spread on apple slices. Thank me and hate me at the same time lol, so good.

  • You should do a video recreating TJ items! So like the frozen egg frittata muffins or the cutlets and you can freeze them just like the thing you buy from the store

  • Hey Katie, always a pleasure to watch the three of you together your hauls are always fun to watch. I’m so glad you’re going to make your own hummus I’ve been wanting to make some. Let us know how you liked it. Im going to buy the tahini at tjs. I’m so excited for this year’s holiday treats. Thanks Katie for all you do.

YUM!!!

  • If it says there is no sugar probably no sugar, except Glucose which can be a type of sugar but not much sugar into it. They are olives.

  • I have found that brand of avacado oil at Costco in a big bottle. I don’t remember the exact price but I thought it was reasonable.

  • I hope you and Art had a great time in Austin and you got to check out our beloved HEB. We are so blessed to have it. Excited you and Art were here.

  • One of my favorite snacks there is the ABC bars! They are dairy free and gluten free. Since I can’t eat dairy they are a staple in my house.

  • Amazon sells an oil spray bottle that you can add your own oil variety in. This way you can choose your own healthy oil, but also reduce packaging waste

  • Hi Bobby!! How about doing a video featuring THE WORST items that are out there? Sort of like a Top Ten of The Worst list. It’s great to show us what to buy, but I’d like to see a video that shows us the #1 items to avoid buying at ALL times.

  • Hi Dani, I love your focus on clean eating and balance. I’ve been a follower of yours for years and regularly make your recipes. I wpuld really love to see an inclusion of green. By that I mean ways to reduce packaging and unnecessary plastics as part of clean living. Please and thank you!

  • Congrats on 1 million subscribers! I’ve been busy and just noticed. You guys have changed my life for the better and I just want to say “thank you!”. I have never felt better in my life thanks to these videos. I am in my mid 50’s and thought I knew alot, but these videos have been a real ejumecation

  • Thanks for your video Dani! I have tried other brands of canned salmon & they have tiny bones in them. Does the TJ brand have them?

  • Quick question even if its cold pressed or expelled pressed. Once you use it for cooking and it gets hot isnt that refining it and breaking it down.

  • Very helpful! Would love to see maybe a recipe with pantry only items. I use the seasoning for the Greek yogurt bagel on the skinny taste website. Delicious

  • Love your Trader Joe’s healthy staple items.
Re Everything Bagel seasoning…. finally someone else other than I feels that the salt is a little too much. Still love it

  • I bit the bullet and purchased the turkey burgers. I’ve had them before, but they were so bland. Holy cow. These are great what a pleasant surprise! On to the little pizzas tonight.:)

  • Question regarding the salmon. Is it already cooked in the can? so no need to cook it before putting it in salads etc. or do you cook it before using it in your recipes?

  • Dog! Also thanks for helping me curb my sweet tooth with your healthy sweets recipes. Starbucks will no longer reap the reward of my dessert and tea addiction. <3

  • Dani, you did it again. You gave me great ideas. I love my local trader joes I love the frozen brown rice, the seaweed snacks an the frozen pot stickers. All excellent choices at affordable prices.

  • This is so helpful as Trader Joe’s is only a few minutes away and I bike there almost daily in summer. They also say that all their foods are GMO free so I am making effort to buy more and more of my groceries from them.
More of this type of video would be helpful. Thanks so much!

  • I really like how you prepare so many of the Trader Joe’s items and taste test them in one video….very impressive. Thanks for sharing!

  • Aw, all 3 of you are so cute together n your Halloween shirts! Kind of glad to get a break in new items. I don’t know why I feel like I have to try them, but I do, lol. Only at Trader Joe’s.:) The wine bottles are fun and so perfect for you.

  • everything with spice is a no for me I’m the whitest person ever lol but still feel hungry after the video, some things look really good

  • This is Communism and Socialism…..Limits…When to buy….Rules…When to shop…Returning the stuff when thecable bill is due? That credit card bill is coming…Paying it on time???? Dumb.STUPID.Folks. Trump was Running things perfect for the USA…Still want Socialism Folks..Communism 2021????

  • Can you do some air fryer recipe videos? I have an instant pot and love it. I’m always on the fence about an air fryer. They look like you can’t fit very much in them, but seems like you’re able to fit meals for your family in there…would love to see some:)

  • Can you do a cake/cookie mix review? While I do love to bake, I was looking for a mix because I have a lot of bdays coming up. Also, I’m having such a hard time with frostings too! Would love if you could do a video on this!

  • Yeah…..this crappie store allows employees to verbally, and physically attack LGBTQ customers!
This is a homophobic company! Stay away!

  • Just a correction on the spring crossing ground beef. The butcher was incorrect, it is in fact grass fed and finished. http://spring-crossing.com/faqs/
We love the taste and quality more than the HEB brand which is also grass fed/finished like you mentioned. Try the spring crossing beef I highly recommend it! Thank you Bobby, my girlfriend and I enjoy your informational videos!

  • Eggplants cutlets looks amazing. I can’t wait to get! I don’t drink much coffee anymore either, just more of a treat.
Your choices of tea sound delicious. 19 crime sound so cool. I love your passion for Halloween, your shirt look so cute

  • I just discovered Traders Joe’s and I’m loving it especially for the convenience when I just need a lil break. I bought the Mandarin chicken and made my own sauce and it was so great with rice and 10times cheaper than going to take out.

  • I just discovered Traders Joe’s and I’m loving it especially for the convenience when I just need a lil break. I bought the Mandarin chicken and made my own sauce and it was so great with rice and 10times cheaper than going to take out.

  • I use the everything but the bagel spice on everything, it’s really good on eggs. *’ll definitely be trying the dip. I also love TJ Gorgonzola Gnocchi (frozen) and they have two roasts in the cooked section between the produce and the cheese one is a grass fed sirloin roast and the other is a braised beef roast. They are both great and so easy to heat and serve.

  • If you really really love a Trader Joe’s product that has been discontinued, write to Trader Joe’s. They do bring products back that customers miss

  • It’s not a trader joes video without the mandarin chicken:) we don’t have TJ in our country but we are visiting the US next year and I can’t wait to go

  • I can’t wait to try the little pumpkin ice cream cones, they look so yummy! Btw, your makeup looks so good in this video! PS, i think your husband is cute.:)

  • I wish these stores would come to the eastern side of the country… thanks so much for these videos though. Hopefully more stores will get smart about carrying healthy products.

  • My daughter has eczema too and I definitely notice a flare up when she’s eaten a lot of candy. I always attributed it to the sugar, but I didn’t really think of the dyes! Duh! Tfs that, Mama!

  • You should do a video recreating TJ items! So like the frozen egg frittata muffins or the cutlets and you can freeze them just like the thing you buy from the store

  • I must be in the minority, because aside from fruit snacks, I don’t much like snack foods. I’d rather just get my calories from my three meals. For crunch I love organic Thrive Brazil nuts or walnuts… any not will do in moderation. But I just don’t crave paleo crunchy snacks, because truth be told most of the time they taste pretty awful and aren’t worth the money. That deal on those Bare organic chips is fantastic. Those I use on salads.

  • BobbyCan you please do a Jewel-Osco video? We have Acme here in New Jersey and they are related. Similar products I’ll be available around the country at the sister companies.

  • You’re right about the quiche, disappointing, had thick crust and very little filling. I love everything else at TJ’s though so I guess it’s okay 1 item isn’t awesome:)

  • Can you do some air fryer recipe videos? I have an instant pot and love it. I’m always on the fence about an air fryer. They look like you can’t fit very much in them, but seems like you’re able to fit meals for your family in there…would love to see some:)

  • The mandarins are awesome and we also love the unsweetened mango. Was very sad that the pumpkin bread was sold out for close to a month.

  • Great haul! I was so glad to see Benson he is such a Handsome little boy and very good with taste testing. I’m going to have to try the La Colombe and the pizza. I will be going to trader joe tomorrow. Katie  TFS your video I really look forward to watching them every week. And as for Tim he really makes me laugh. 3 thumps up.

  • I’m a new sub love your TJ hauls!! I’m vegan, so I like that you say when things are vegan. I only wish a few more things would be vegan. I love your nails and your wedding rings gorg!!

  • Dr Kellyann Petrucci says that sugar lowers immunity by 40% for up to 5 hours. It takes approximately 2-3 hours for most foods/meals to even leave the stomach. Then it begins it’s long journey through the intestines to be absorb into the bloodstream to benefit the body (natural raw plant food travel faster of course). But it’s easy to see out why many have issues.

  • Eggplants cutlets looks amazing. I can’t wait to get! I don’t drink much coffee anymore either, just more of a treat.
Your choices of tea sound delicious. 19 crime sound so cool. I love your passion for Halloween, your shirt look so cute

  • He should shoot us out that popcorn the purple bag it’s sweet and salty it’s good I find God cuz you are shown to us that the guy said it’s a bomb it’s good I like it I’m going back to BJ’s to get four more bags stock up so I give her let me know if I got popcorn

  • Video suggestion: orange juice? I know they’re mostly sugar filled, thats why i dont buy it ever. But wondering if there are any alternatives or just make your own…

  • Try blending up dates, tahini, and cocoa powder! Sometimes I eat that alone or spread on apple slices. Thank me and hate me at the same time lol, so good.

  • So you interviewed people who have no fucking idea about cooking, about foods that need no cooking.

Unsurprisingly they focused on price, primarily, and made random comments about SPINACH and displayed a staggeringly uninformed level of understanding about basic nutrition.

I feel you intended to highlight how stupid these people are regarding nutrition. Or actual flavour.

  • A toddler like likes cheeses and hates ice cream?! You win

I’ve been waiting to try the cheesy spaghetti squash casserole you showed in the large seasonal haul video, but my Trader Joe’s said it was discontinued

  • I can make a 10lb pot of pasta with tomato sauce, cheese and penne pasta for $3 that lasts me a whole week of Lunchs so I like my plan better

  • please don’t have a baby on here I feel like I’m on romper room it’s annoying if I want to see little kids I’ll go to some toddler channel this is not what I expect to see when I’m looking for health information

  • I love TJ’s and I love almost all of their products… but I don’t enjoy the tahini. I love tahini but TJ’s tahini is too thick. I need it runnier! Other than that, awesome haul!

  • I love this video, thank you. You made the comment that you drink the protein coffee before going to the gym, it made me think I would love to see your daily work out routine… I am having trouble finding time between work and kids to get my work out in.
    Thank you! Kate

  • collagen supplement won’t boost the collagen in your body FYI, it doesn’t even synthesis the collagen and elastin production too. It’s just a scam

  • Beautiful family… however personally my frozen and chip consumption is soooo limited due to there high sodium… glad to see a normal family haul..

  • Couple things you should so film a tea review video!! Second I put the garlic spread on the butternut squash pizza crust with caramelized onions and spinach and grilled chicken. So yummy.

  • Dog! Also thanks for helping me curb my sweet tooth with your healthy sweets recipes. Starbucks will no longer reap the reward of my dessert and tea addiction. <3

  • It should be illegal to put corn starch in prenatal vitamins. The same country who wants to be pro-life but think it’s fine for harsh ingredients in woman vitamins is okay?

  • I used to love Trader Joe’s tahini than about a year ago they discontinued it for a minute due to manufacturing issues. When it came back (same packaging) it just wasn’t as good. Kind of a bummer but still pretty good.
Random question… Do you know if they’re going to ever bring back the peanut butter with flaxseed and Chia? They discontinued that a few months ago and ahhh soooooooooo disappointed. It was the best ever!

  • Another Costco with far more diversity of items than the Costco near me. Regarding Turmeric. It needs to have black pepper extract to boost absorbancy.

  • IThe “glycemic load” is more of a true indicator than “glycemic index”. A good example is carrots. They have a high glycemic index, but this is grossly misleading because you could never eat enough carrots to suffer from their glycemic load.

  • Hello from Pleasanton, TX. You had me at HEB. Lol. HEB is the Best!!!! Thumbs up

  • Bobby, they have a Different kind at my Costco in Northern California and it’s online as well it is Further Food Collagen Peptides Protein Powder, 32 oz and it’s $38.99 and is Grass-Fed & Pasture-Raised Can you PLEASE tell me what you think of this particular brand versus the one you use. Thank you, Leanne

  • Honest question what are your qualifications, does anyone know? You only showed kids gummies and prenatal gummies and gave no better option for your viewers.

  • Love all your tutorials thanks for sharing with us every week Benson is adorable as always you and Tim are inspiring and uplifting again thank you MARTICIA

  • I watched this video and most of the multivitamins you didn’t recommend to buy. Could you please suggest which one to buy? I am basically looking for multivitamins for adults and seniors. Thanks

  • I was informed by an eye surgeon to never take any kind of Centrum. Can’t believe people swear by it. Said all of it doesn’t dissolve in your body properly, so your not getting any good from it.

  • Aw, all 3 of you are so cute together n your Halloween shirts! Kind of glad to get a break in new items. I don’t know why I feel like I have to try them, but I do, lol. Only at Trader Joe’s.:) The wine bottles are fun and so perfect for you.

  • “Liquid collagen gets absorbed fast and gives a better result”… not sure if I am right. If so, I can consume ” APPLIED NUTRITION LIQUID COLLAGEN” from Costco. Pls advise.

  • I see Magnesium Stearate and Titanium Dioxide in the other ingredients in a lot of supplements. Should supplements with those ingredients be avoided?

  • Why buying Troyans has to be embarrassing? It’s more embarrassing and risky having unprotected sex. Do you give explanations for using them? The checkout is the least of my worries.

  • 1. This is a commercial
    2. Did he really say a glass of milk with a fucking burrito this man child doesn’t eat burrito or anything aside from mac and cheese

  • About the vital protein collagen peptiles, is it ok if I take collagen peptiles in the morning with my coffee before going to the office and then in the evening after workout I take another kind of protein (whey)? It would really help me a lot know that

  • Picked up Ghost pepper potato chips and they were good. My two favorite items are chocolate/ vanilla macaroons, and Organic wood fire Sicilian style pizza.

  • Love your videos❤ maybe strange but a tip for tina, i hear that there are a lot of vegan dips or substitudes for dairy products, maybe that will help you‍♀️ hope you feel better❤

  • This is so helpful as Trader Joe’s is only a few minutes away and I bike there almost daily in summer. They also say that all their foods are GMO free so I am making effort to buy more and more of my groceries from them.
More of this type of video would be helpful. Thanks so much!

  • I am surprised that turmeric products are becoming so popular in USA now.. In India people have been using turmeric in almost everything and have been drinking milk with turmeric since birth and we have been drinking it for the very same reason u mentioned in your video.

  • I wish you could taste the fresh big warm stroopwafels here in the netherlands sooo good. Try warming up the ones you’ve bought in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds. Makes them even more delicious

  • Costco now has Barnana plaintain chips, 20 oz size, for $7.99. Only 3 ingredients plantains, coconut oil himalayan pink salt organic and non-GMO.

  • Dani, Trader Joes has fresh wild caught Soceye salmon in the fridge section for $11 a lb, its the best price I’ve seen in stores so far. But I like the canned tip if you are on the go.

  • People buy what they think they need. But age wise recommendation guide lines should be there.plzmake a video on gluten free vitamin too.

  • Enjoyed watching this! Everything looks delicious. Have had Bulgogi before but I am Korean and some Korean friends have made it for us several times. My Mom and I were the only ones that ate the Seaweed when we bought it. Love the flannel Tina, was a farmer still am kind of still have 1 duck, a dog, many cats, and lots of wildlife. We don’t have a Trader Joe’s near us but have been to one before when we were near one though.

  • And the dates with almond butterOMG!!!! Yes!!! Thank you for sharing, I’ve been having it almost every week and yes 100% satisfies my sweet tooth and I don’t eat candy or cookies!!!!

  • Happy Friday! How do you cook your frozen pot stickers? I don’t have a Trader Joe’s but I’m going to check them out at Sam’s Club. Was wondering if they come out as good as the restaurant ones because I love them just not sure about cooking them. Have a great day!

  • So you talk about all the pesticides on wheat… you need to check out one red mill in Lynn mass
Make their own wheat pesticide free!!!

  • you have to try the regular and garlic fries at TJ! amazing! we love fries and every brand we have tried never taste good. either too soggy or just don’t taste good. but the ones at TJ are my absolute favorite!

  • Can you do a cake/cookie mix review? While I do love to bake, I was looking for a mix because I have a lot of bdays coming up. Also, I’m having such a hard time with frostings too! Would love if you could do a video on this!

  • Great tips Dani, I don’t have a Trader Joe’s in my town. This town I live in is large, but has no variety of groshies. Uh! Do you have to mix the oil in the nut butters! I usually pour it out.

  • What’s the seat sweet Rose is seated on? Would you recommend? I have a 15lb, 5 month old daughter and my back and wrist are starting to hurt from holding her all the time. Rose’s seat looks like a great idea!

  • What is his credentials? I’m curious.
Some of the things he says are incorrect and misleading.
Really pisses me off when people go on YouTube and run their mouth.
I am a second year nutritionist so it ticks me off when unqualified people make claims and then use their kids to attract more viewers.

  • The barkThins make me sad… I went to check my bag because I wanted to ensure it doesn’t contain the sunflower oil and it doesn’t! I know in the pass you approve that snack. Guess I won’t be buying it anymore.

  • A friend just mentioned she got cauliflower fried rice, and loved it, was going back to buy them all…going to have to try that one next time I am there.

  • I absolutely loved this video! I’m a loyal HEB shopper and you definitely showed me products to look for on my next trip. Glad to know I was already selecting good ground beef and eggs! Hope y’all enjoyed your visit to Texas!

  • So many frozen foods here are loaded up with fat and salt. The marketing is great, the packaging is beautiful, taste is usually pretty ok, but watch the nutrition! It’s a shame we have to sacrifice health for convenience.

  • What kind of Helen Keller move was that??? How do you zero in on Feel Good turmeric and the one below it and then walk right past that big orange Qnol turmeric display without even so much as a comment? Was the braille on that product not big enough?

  • Hi Dani, I love your focus on clean eating and balance. I’ve been a follower of yours for years and regularly make your recipes. I wpuld really love to see an inclusion of green. By that I mean ways to reduce packaging and unnecessary plastics as part of clean living. Please and thank you!

  • please don’t have a baby on here I feel like I’m on romper room it’s annoying if I want to see little kids I’ll go to some toddler channel this is not what I expect to see when I’m looking for health information

  • Vitamin C PLEASE PLEASE BUY IT BUT ONLY WHEN IT CONTAINS ASCORBIC ACID WITH ANOTHER INGREDIENT like flavonoids. If its only ascorbic acid then its useless. Buy Vitamin C complex ONLY and never buy vitamins that contain safflower oil, sunflower oil, soy, gluten, etc.

  • We love TJ! My son loves the naan bread, butter chicken, chimichurri rice and the chicken enchiladas to name a few. I love their fresh carrot juice. So many great things there.

  • I’m just seeing this but glad I am because going to TJ’s tomorrow. The orange chicken and fried rice def on the list. Thanks for sharing!!

  • But why does that canned salmon label look like it came straight from the 90s? . Agreed on the bean pastas easy to overcook to the point where they turn mushy . Thanks for another great video Dani!

  • Trader Joe’s many not want anyone vlogging so they don’t lose business to other grocery stores with less expensive prices. In my opinion you don’t get as much for your money as you would at Costco or Sam’s Club.

  • I really like how you prepare so many of the Trader Joe’s items and taste test them in one video….very impressive. Thanks for sharing!

  • very cute..Rose ..all the snacks you recommend been buying it’s tastes great 38 years been shopping at Costco Mountain View,CA we love it..please more videos at Costco Thank you
