  • There’s a ton of stuff here that has nothing to do with Keto. This is an awful video. You have grains all over the place, you have onions all over the place which contain a ton of sugar, especially when cooked. I hope people aren’t following these and wondering why it isn’t working.

  • Olive oil is used raw to salads because its healthy but when heated is highly toxic. Use coconut oil as, when heated, the toxicity is almost low to none.

  • Remember to eat tomatoes and use salsa with caution in keto as tomatoes are relatively high in sugar being fruit and they add sugar to most salsa brands

  • I think most of the criticizing comments is because parents don’t expose their kids to more therefore kids are demanding processed foods from a bag. Just stick to buying that then and yes don’t waste your time with FRESH cooked healthy ingredient meals like these (black beans and spinach not healthy? Please people). Open your minds and try it. My kids are 11 and 12 and even if they didn’t take to every meal I made they definitely took to most with pasta, chicken and cheese involved. PS They’re not the only ones eating in this house so the adults have to enjoy too if there’s fresh cooking involved.

  • beans and cauliflower can be heavy on carbs, so be careful with these recipes. These recipes are better for a low carb diet rather than keto which has a super strict carb limit of 25 net carbs.

  • Olive oil is used raw to salads because its healthy but when heated is highly toxic. Use coconut oil as, when heated, the toxicity is almost low to none.

  • The problem for me with most of these sites is the recipes are NOT broken down to reflect protein, carbs, fat, sugar, etc. It does matter for certain diets. Low carb keto is not reflected in many of these recipes. I am sure they are all delicious, however adjustments can be made if we know the breakdown. Not sure how many others are as busy as I am, but at 8pm the last thing I want to do is spend time figuring out recipes.

  • Use a smaller pan for cornbread. Normally 1 package of that cornbread I use a small cast iron skillet. FOr the bigger cast iron I use 2 packages.

  • Canola oil is garbage, Quinoa is full of carbs, same as rice. Tomatoes and pepper in such quantities are very risky. Now to that coffee… that is unnecessarily gross. Just put some almond milk, coconut milk, or coconut oil in there and coffee is actually not very healthy as its more addictive then sugar. Try cacao with almond or coconut milk and a little bit of whipping cream.

I’m not eating strictly keto but I sometimes use your recipes with other grains that are not keto recommended and they come out absolutely amazing. Like last weekend I combined the spices you used on the cauliflower rice for the burrito bowl with the spices, coconut milk, almonds and coconut you used for the cauliflower rice on the Moroccan dishes with Israeli pearl couscous and let’s just say that there were no leftovers.

    3.5g net carbs per capcisum (so 7g for 1 shell +1 serving for chopped part)
    7.3g in a red onion
    1.1g per tablespoon of chilli powder
    2g per tablespoon cumin powder
    4.1g per 3 green chillis

  • Everything looks delicious. Thank you. For anyone who likes KFC coleslaw: I turned a recipe from my mother in law to sugar free coleslaw. It’s delicious and quite a lot like KFC. Shred one small head of cabbage with 2-3 carrots. (Of course, you can omit carrots and add some purple cabbage to the green cabbage or just use all green cabbage.) To the cabbage add 1 cup healthy mayonnaise of choice, 1/2 cup of white vinegar ( can also use ACV), and 1/4 cup of Monkfruit sweetener. We have not tried this with any other sweetener so I don’t know how it would be but we love it with the monk fruit. Chill before serving, usually overnight.

  • There’s a ton of stuff here that has nothing to do with Keto. This is an awful video. You have grains all over the place, you have onions all over the place which contain a ton of sugar, especially when cooked. I hope people aren’t following these and wondering why it isn’t working.

  • I think most of the criticizing comments is because parents don’t expose their kids to more therefore kids are demanding processed foods from a bag. Just stick to buying that then and yes don’t waste your time with FRESH cooked healthy ingredient meals like these (black beans and spinach not healthy? Please people). Open your minds and try it. My kids are 11 and 12 and even if they didn’t take to every meal I made they definitely took to most with pasta, chicken and cheese involved. PS They’re not the only ones eating in this house so the adults have to enjoy too if there’s fresh cooking involved.

  • I love the fact that alot of these are either easy to prepare or can be started early in the day and left in the crockpot cooking until later in the evening than just quickly prepared.   • beans and cauliflower can be heavy on carbs, so be careful with these recipes. These recipes are better for a low carb diet rather than keto which has a super strict carb limit of 25 net carbs.

  • I absolutely love your channel! I have fallen in love with cooking again. I’m not eating strictly keto but I sometimes use your recipes with other grains that are not keto recommended and they come out absolutely amazing. Like last weekend I combined the spices you used on the cauliflower rice for the burrito bowl with the spices, coconut milk, almonds and coconut you used for the cauliflower rice on the Moroccan dishes with Israeli pearl couscous and let’s just say that there were no leftovers.

  • I weighed almost 70kgs but then I started a healthy diet and I eat both rice and roti in a proper quantity. Frankly would say I have lost 5kgs in a month coz I workout plus I dance also. She is actually right. Whatever you eat, eat in a proper quantity!

  • Everything looks delicious. Thank you. For anyone who likes KFC coleslaw: I turned a recipe from my mother in law to sugar free coleslaw. It’s delicious and quite a lot like KFC. Shred one small head of cabbage with 2-3 carrots. (Of course, you can omit carrots and add some purple cabbage to the green cabbage or just use all green cabbage.) To the cabbage add 1 cup healthy mayonnaise of choice, 1/2 cup of white vinegar ( can also use ACV), and 1/4 cup of Monkfruit sweetener. We have not tried this with any other sweetener so I don’t know how it would be but we love it with the monk fruit. Chill before serving, usually overnight.

    Another thing I like is u told good story about rice and roti like ramayana. You making people damn confused in this video and next u present ur video in short and simple people can understand you. What u r trying to say. Now in this video is super confusing.
