  • Hello, How do you know how long of time to cook things at? How do you know when the meat is done? Do you have a video on how to can some of the things that you did cook? This is suppose to be a canner also isnt it?

  • Please, stop doing this videos… I beg you… I’m italian and while watching this video I cried… Is this really how all the world sees italian food? If I would ever cook something like that in front of my family or friends I would really get insulted… what am I saying, I would start by insulting myself. In Italy there are some rules to respect to how handle food. Simple things that we are do since kids like knowing: to wait for the water (ONLY water or maybe broth in exeptions like minestra) to boil BEFORE putting pasta to cook; to respect the cooking times on the pakage of the pasta; in my opinion and in the place where I’m from we NEVER combine two different kinds of meat like bacon (pork) and chicken; alfredo sauce is NOT italian, it was mada by an italian (now hated by every italian) in america… I personally tried it and I didn’t like it; the last thing that I want to say is about the exagerate use of butter, in Italy we almost never use it because we have extravirgin olive oil but I understand that this video was obviusly made for not italian people in countries where the oil can cost quite a lot so for this little thing I’m not going to judge much…
    I know it can seem like I’m crazy and I swear if you are still reading I am sorry. This video broke me, it was like watching someone put fish in a custard pie. I hope you understand… again I’m sorry

    In un piatto non si mettono MAI due tipi di carboidrati: pane e pasta.   • Pre soaking your rice beings out the vitamins and minerals and is easier to digest. I always wash my potatoes instead of using straight from the bag. Wash your chicken too.

  • The first one is a good meal. Another way to finish it is to pour it into a baking dish, with 1/2 cup each crushed saltine crackers and cheese mixed up and sprinkled on top.
    Bake at 375 just until the cheese mix is melted and slightly golden.

  • When I used the saute function on my pressure cooker it must have over heated it and it ruined it. It was working fine on all the pressure cooking functions but saute made it burn out and we had to buy another one. I read on google search results that a lot of people have had this happen to them and it doesn’t matter what brand it is. I love pressure cooking but won’t risk my new pressure cooker from burning out again by using the saute button, I’ll just saute in a regular fry pan on the stove.

  • This is my first time watching this show but the one turn off for me was when the chicken did not get washed and it was cut up with no gloves on. I believe the show content is good I actually like the show, but I just had to vent about the chicken.

  • I have cooked a lot since I got my instant pot I took an 8-quart duo for soups. I never tried to cook rice with chicken and frozen vegs but what I notice mine stop because burn if not enough liquid. i did yogurt in it with kefir strained even better, then I did cajun chicken but I learn to put the chicken on the trivet so it stays normal and not mushy and cooked the rice separately. I cannot eat onion and garlic unless mince and there are no lingering taste of them. soup is always smooth into my mixer and yes I put garlic whole fresh and onion whole not even cut. otherwise, I use powder onion-garlic very small doses in other dishes. but other rice I use is the rice that comes into a ready to eat pouch you reheat with butter and frozen veggies in the microwave. I never have seen the broth box you guys use. I just use cubes but mainly vegetables one mixed into boiling water. that is part I live in the UK. probably why my carrot soup is green.
