  • The Anti-Fruit Movement

    There is a movement at the top of our health industries, both conventional and alternative, that is intentionally trying to steer you away from eating fruit, even though fruit has been known to be healthful and necessary for our well-being since the beginning of time. It may be difficult to believe that those in the medical world do not have our best interest in mind. However, the medical industry is just that: an industry. As much as we try to think of the entire world of health care as pure in motive, it is still a business, and a massive one at that. When money is involved, especially to the degree it is in the medical industry, motivations are skewed and greed creeps in. If the population eats less fruit, the medical industry makes more money from pharmaceuticals, procedures, and care that suddenly become vastly more necessary due to the increase in chronic illness. Please know that I am not talking about the incredible doctors, surgeons, and carers we are blessed to have. Doctors and health practitioners of all kinds are life-savers and compassionate healers. They are highly intelligent people with the best of intentions and are unfortunately trapped in an industry that runs on hidden agendas.

  • You would be surprised how easy it is to eat and maintain your health. Check out Dr Robert Morse he has been sharing and helping people for over 50years and his youtube channel is a wealth of information. You can reset your body, get well and there is no agenda!

  • You can defuse these plants with soaking, sprouting, fermenting and cooking. Still, does it worth it? I say no. Eat fruits, starches, quality animal products, fermented foods. You will be fine.

    Do not blindly believe a word this “doctor” is saying. He is not an accredited dietitian, and all of his research severely lacks any control patients. There may be some spots of truth here and there, but his main argument, that high-lectin diets are super toxic, are not backed by studies with actual control patients.

    It’s a damn shame there are so many quacks out here on YouTube using the label “Doctor” as a way to brand their dietary recommendations. A vast majority of them seem to either be chiropractors or medical professionals specializing in non-nutritional fields.

    My tip: When using YouTube to get medical advice from medical professionals, always background check who it is giving out the information.

  • wrong pressure cooker why? lectin is outer layer of beans for self protection of plan defense system but if you wash three times after soak few mints in warm water most of lectin coating washed away then cook slowly and during boiling any froth seen on top of boilng water remove it discard it then add spice, and turmeric and eat small volume after adding lemon juice according to yr taste bud,then there is no problem in healthy people

  • I stopped eating weat, bread, beans, ect.. for about 6 months, and then for some reason I ate a bowl of rasin brand cereal with almond milk. Well the next day I could not leave the house because I had severe cramps and painful as hell bowel movements every 30 minutes. Now I can’t eat cereal at all.   • I know that some people are watching this video like oh I wish I can eat this much, but I would gain so much weight. Well im a freshman in high school i play football and im only 5’2” 110 pounds. It sucks because i play wide receiver and for the most part, strong saftey, where I neeeddd a lot of weight. I eat so much and I try to gain weight, but I get full pretty easily, and everything I do eat, I just shit out. I hate my metabolism. I really really want to play college ball and do this for a career (I’m pretty good at the sport, I’m a starting feshman and my stats are pretty good) but I need to gain height and weight. idk what to do:(

  • I’m Italian, born and raised in Italy. Never in my life I heard someone saying that a tomato’s skin or and seeds are deadly ���� and plenty of people do not remove them when they cook their sauce. Plus we eat raw tomatoes all the time and we do not remove anything.

  • 5:25 Best thing with water is just to trust your instinct tbh. And I wouldn’t really recommend coffee. But tea is usually good, I like the nettle one. And sports drinks are just never a good idea.

I like to eat tuna mixed with diced tomato onion and cilantro, a little bit of rice and half an avocado, you should try it, it’s a light meal, easy to digest and it has the necessary amount of macros and micros to have a good performance.   • Fish and chicken have like 40-60% of their calories from fat, my man. It’s not really lean. It’s “relatively” lean compared to beef since beef can be 90% fat. But if you’re super, super active, you can deal with all that fat for a while. Changing eating habits after a football career has ended is very difficult so most keep their diet the same when their activity takes a rapid decline and they put on quite a bit of body fat.

    I enjoyed the video. Watch out for all that sulphur, man, it erodes your bones and discs over time. 100g of red delicious apple contains 2mg of sulphur. 100g of chicken contains 600mg of sulphur. Something to be aware of in the long term.

    You’re fine for now, though. nutritionfacts.org can help stay lean after your career is over but until then, your diet looks really good.

  • I’ve been working out more and more now. Started when I was 12 now I’m 14. Not that much yet but can bench 135. What should I eat as a 135 lbs, 5’8 guy just trying to keep muscle and get rid of fat?

  • if your trying to have the perfect diet then i would i cut low on the carbs, (i am also a football player so i have some insight on this)carbs are still good for you and you need them for gaining weight but the amount this guy is having is too much, and also dont have any cereal or pancakes. i would recommend eggs, steak, pork, chicken, salmon, apples, blueberries, avocados, carrots, oatmeal, strawberries, really just meat, vegetables, fruit, and some bread and oats for grains

  • You go to classes 2 hours a day and do 2 hours of revision and complain about your school workload.
    You literally do the same amount of college work as an 8 year old does school work.
    You’ve got a scholarship and parents to pay for your truck and expensive groceries.

  • My diet is always in the morning is tea and oatmeal with chia seeds and blueberries mixed wit honey then I’ll eat a turkey sandwich/tuna fish sandwich later in the day and after words a kale, spinach, chia seeds, yogurt, celery, honey, blueberries, strawberry’s, bananas, almond milk, shake. Maybe as a snack if I’m sterile hungry heat up some wheat toast spread some almond butter, banana slices and some more honey then for dinner always try to get some chicken, broccoli, rices, potatoes/yams, asparagus just try to stay healthy and if I cheat maybe a frozen fruit bar or banana bread…
