    Turkey bacon (oscar meyer is like 30-40 a piece and it gets me protein)
    Frozen blueberry waffles (actually only 180 for 2 and not bad plain)
    Pickles (0-5 calories and satisfies munchies)
    Skinny Pop (in vid but the butter flavor is kinda nasty to me so i just go with the normal light salt ones to substitute chips)
    Dark Chocolate (the least calories out of all the chocolates and my personal favorite)
    Im too lazy to hard boil eggs so i cook them but honestly just Eggs in general

    I made a mistake by not including the gelatin calories and macros to the PROTEIN PUDDING totals!

    I didn’t, because I never count it. It’s a low quality protein that I don’t account towards my daily totals, that’s why I’ve never did the calories aswell!

    The amount I gave in the video is 40gr (usually when I use Dr.Oetker), but the gelatin packs I used are from Kaufland and 8gr PER pack, so total 32gr = 109 kcal and that’s 27P

    The right calories/macros are:
    330 kcal 58P 11.8C 4.4F

  • Wow! That is a massive amount of cooking. You make it look easy, even though I know it’s not. I’m still just prepping a few proteins and vegetables to mix and match each meal, which means I’m still cooking three times a day. Haven’t been able to attack that much food at one time, but I’d love to be free from the daily cooking.

  • Video is actually about high calorie snacks. Here are some low calorie snacks sugar free jello 20-40 calories for a large mixing bowl full of jello. Pickles 5 calories per med-large pickle. Coffee 2-4 calories and can buy some Walden farms 0 calorie creamer. Walden farms also sells 0 calorie syrup which you can use with whey protein pancakes. There are Shitaki noodles that are essentially wet ramen noodles that are 0 calories. Rice cakes are 25-45 calories per. Rice crackers are about 60-80 calories for 10-14 crackers. Diet sodas are 0 calories. Cans of soup are low calories and you can add as much water as you want to increase the portion size without increasing calories, some brands of mushroom soup are as low as 50 calories per can. With the right nutrition it is relatively easy to feel very full while only eating 2-300 calories per day. As a 267lb man, I easily stayed around 200-300 calories per day without being hungry and while losing 5-15 lbs per week. I also worked out about 2 hours per day but even without working out, I would have lost about 5 lbs per week with such a low intake of calories.

  • I am sorry to bring it to you… but that ‘240 cal’ pint is in fact a 328 cal pint. Don’t believe me? Just add the calories from the fat (1gr = 9cals) /carbs (1gr = 4cals) /protein (1gr = 4cals). Do not always trust the cals, you would be surprised at how much labels lie!

  • Guys. lost a ton of weight does not need to be hard (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice now. Get a popular lose weight diet plan called Custokebon Secrets (do a search on google). Thanks to it I’ve lost crazy amounts of fat. I should not even be talking about it cause I don’t want lots of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. I’m just simply in a great mood right now and so I will share the wealth haha.

  • Great meal prep will be using some of the recipes. I’d recommend rinsing your rice before you cook it though. Until the water turns clear. It tastes better that way.

  • I only just discovered your channel if only I’d discovered it three years ago! I’d just moved to a new city, ended a toxic relationship, and wanted to make a change in my body and how I felt about it. I started eating better, going to the gym, walking *everywhere*, and in a little over a year I’d dropped from 175 lbs to 140. Meal planning and food prep was always the hardest part for me, but it would have been so much easier with your videos! And the shopping lists and printed directions? So useful!   • Don’t mind ANYthing “sugar free” but hate with passion all artificial sweeteners. It is dishonest to perpetuate this lie by omission of calling artificially sweetened foods as just “sugar free”

  • I don’t get skinny pop lot ppl use cal on regular popcorn that says unpop which is 100 cal but next to it the pop cal is like 20 cal so I just eat reg popcorn lol

  • What did you use to mix with the pudding to make it 140 calories? It says you need 2 cups of milk but that would make it a lot over 140 calories because the whole pack of the pudding mix is already 120.

  • Western food taste like water because they don’t use soy sauce,cooking wines, garlic, green onions, ginger, sugar and so on…. no offense but that’s why western food taste no where near Asian foods.

  • Nice! It always amazes me how much people can control the macros and volume when they get creative.

    An alternative to the jello I have used is 1. any protein powder + 2. jell-o pudding (the no fat, no sugar kind in the blue packet) + 3. water. Proportions depend entirely on preference for the consistency and desired protein content. If it mixes, it’s good. If not, add more water.

  • You can enjoy your dill stem, it is absolutely edible. It is crunchy and tasty (if you eat it fresh). If it seems too tough to you, do not throw it away, just add it to the broth or anywhere else.
    Also, you don’t need to cut pieces of strawberries when peeling them. The stem and leaves can be torn off with your fingers. Clamp and tear off in a light circular motion. The berry remains whole.

  • In sum: Popcorn, Jell-O (fat free, sugar free gelatin and pudding), shirataki, protein fluff, soup, salad, zucchini, trail mix (natural).

  • What about red grapes? Are they good to eat as a snack or should I avoid them? They’re what I usually go for when I want something sweet, and I only eat a few of them at a time.
