  • Anyone know what is Custokebon Secrets about? I hear many individuals lost a lot of weight with Custokebon Secrets (do a search on google).

  • Very late comment on this video, you said you weighted your rice cooked and put it in mfp, if you buy rice and read the back it says xxx cal per 100 grams, that means raw right not cooked?

  • I really liked your video, I did it and took me some hours but it was worth it and the best was that I could get 99% of the ingredients in my country which is good:) thanks for sharing

  • Trying to lose weight by eating less, because eating healthy backfires, I still live at home so my parents pick out dinner. But I had a green apple for breakfast and I’m already halfway through the day, going strong! At the moment I am 16 y/o, 169 cm and weigh around 69 kg. That’s 5,5 feet & 152 pounds. I’m going to keep up the good work (probably gonna add in workouts too) and let y’all know how it goes 😉

  • Halo top? NOOOO! That stuff tastes horrible! I have 30 years as an ice cream representative and I can tell you this is totally barfworthy.

  • Tip for mic, while recording (if you’re not alone) listen to the audio with headphones so you’ll hear it right away when something comes up

  • I’d prefer to add 100calories worth of fruit aswell for the fiber and carbs and split it into two 250calorie deserts throughout the day

  • Awesome video! SO glad I stumbled upon this. I have a huge pasta addiction and am trying to lose weight with a low calorie diet. I am beyond excited to try the shirataki noodles! Thank you for sharing!

Could you do a video but with recipes that could be frozen and on a tight budget.

  • I recently just found this weekend that Walmart has popcorn made by Smartfood Delight (white cheddar) it’s only got 35 calories per serving or 130 per whole bag with only 200 mg of sodium.Walmart also has the basic flavored twin pops called Penny Saver with only 40 calories per pop.At Meijer I got Butterball Turkey bacon for $1.00 a pack on sale it has 35 calories per 2 slices.

  • This video is definitely amazing! It helps me remember of the time when my cousin used Custokebon Secrets to lose 15 lbs and enjoy being healthy again! Most of us wish to lose fat, however we also need to stay healthy, and that is what Custokebon Secrets gifted.

  • I eat hella oatmeal.
2 servings of oatmeal and every other snack banana(300 calories+80). I’m 272 and that is more than I can shove down my throat.

  • Awesome recipe!!!! Absolute proof that it is possible to lose weight with a large amount of food. This volume is just incredible! I noticed that if I did not use protein powder, the consistency was very watery. I also tried it with PB powder, but it was not the same consistency as with protein powder.

  • What do you think of lost lots of weight using Custokebon Secrets? I see lots of people keep on speaking about Custokebon Secrets.

  • I prefer to drench my bananas with chocolate and caramel syrup cause it’s pretty low in calories and keeps me full. Sometimes i add a spoonful of peanut butter just as a cherry on top.

  • I was obese my whole life. And one day I was tired of being fat. So i tried making changes to my snacks and this video helped a lot. Before the changes I made to my snacks I weighted 185 lbs but after I started eating the snacks you recommended I weighed in at 240 lbs. Thanks Vshred♥️♥️

Pick up and go snacks I like are Pears, Bananas, lunch meat and cheese (Garlic Turkey specifically <3 lol) I mean I also have bad stuff like granola bars, but this video is about healthy stuff <3 lol

  • Actually super useful just subbed. I’m 3 days into a cut and it’s 7 at night and I have 500 calories to go and I’m starving. This will definitely help for the next month or two

  • Thanks for all the tips I watch all your videos and I’ve been 1 week in doing your Ab videos and moving on to more videos I’m gonna buy your 60 day plan thank you

  • What is the 0 calorie sweetener? I have never seen a liquid 0 calorie sweetener that comes in a bottle like that and cannot see any on google. Is it just a flavoured soft drink with 0 calories?

  • My current low cal go-to snacks are:
Turkey bacon (oscar meyer is like 30-40 a piece and it gets me protein)
Frozen blueberry waffles (actually only 180 for 2 and not bad plain)
Pickles (0-5 calories and satisfies munchies)
Skinny Pop (in vid but the butter flavor is kinda nasty to me so i just go with the normal light salt ones to substitute chips)
Dark Chocolate (the least calories out of all the chocolates and my personal favorite)
Im too lazy to hard boil eggs so i cook them but honestly just Eggs in general

  • This video has great advice, but I am not sure about the best diet plan that I should use, only because I have never taken any. Anybody tried using the Custokebon Secrets? I’ve heard many people refer to awesome things about Custokebon Secrets.

  • Would love to try the try the marshmallow cake, adding sliced strawberries on top and finished with sugar-free chocolate sauce. Great recipes. Do you have any genius low calorie high volume savoury foods?

  • Love videos like these. the recipes were so easy to follow since you put them up there in order and the macros/calories also!

More vids like these bro!!! No wonder you cut weight so easily with these recipes haha!:D

  • Looks like you need to back off the sweets brah. If you want to drop that extra chest fat and love handles you hangin onto. Sorry someone had to say it.

  • Thank You for the Inspiration…breakfast is my “WTF do I eat” time during the day so I usually make a smoothie and eat a large healthy salad for Lunch!!

  • PLEASE READ!
I made a mistake by not including the gelatin calories and macros to the PROTEIN PUDDING totals!

I didn’t, because I never count it. It’s a low quality protein that I don’t account towards my daily totals, that’s why I’ve never did the calories aswell!

The amount I gave in the video is 40gr (usually when I use Dr.Oetker), but the gelatin packs I used are from Kaufland and 8gr PER pack, so total 32gr = 109 kcal and that’s 27P

    The right calories/macros are:
    330 kcal 58P 11.8C 4.4F

Hope you will try those out and IF you do MAKE SURE to tag me on INSTAGRAM, so I can see your creations!

  • Wow! That is a massive amount of cooking. You make it look easy, even though I know it’s not. I’m still just prepping a few proteins and vegetables to mix and match each meal, which means I’m still cooking three times a day. Haven’t been able to attack that much food at one time, but I’d love to be free from the daily cooking.

  • Video is actually about high calorie snacks. Here are some low calorie snacks sugar free jello 20-40 calories for a large mixing bowl full of jello. Pickles 5 calories per med-large pickle. Coffee 2-4 calories and can buy some Walden farms 0 calorie creamer. Walden farms also sells 0 calorie syrup which you can use with whey protein pancakes. There are Shitaki noodles that are essentially wet ramen noodles that are 0 calories. Rice cakes are 25-45 calories per. Rice crackers are about 60-80 calories for 10-14 crackers. Diet sodas are 0 calories. Cans of soup are low calories and you can add as much water as you want to increase the portion size without increasing calories, some brands of mushroom soup are as low as 50 calories per can. With the right nutrition it is relatively easy to feel very full while only eating 2-300 calories per day. As a 267lb man, I easily stayed around 200-300 calories per day without being hungry and while losing 5-15 lbs per week. I also worked out about 2 hours per day but even without working out, I would have lost about 5 lbs per week with such a low intake of calories.

  • I am sorry to bring it to you… but that ‘240 cal’ pint is in fact a 328 cal pint. Don’t believe me? Just add the calories from the fat (1gr = 9cals) /carbs (1gr = 4cals) /protein (1gr = 4cals). Do not always trust the cals, you would be surprised at how much labels lie!

  • I just found you omg i can’t wait to start doing this tomoorow. I went grocery shopping today and bought a bunch of groceries to start some of your recipes

  • Hello, how are you, your channel is wonderful and useful, can the video be translated into Arabic because we speak Arabic to understand the ingredients? Thank you.

  • Very misleading veiw on halotop iceream from remmington

The truth is that it tastes funny and it has a weird texture. If a kid tasted it they wud notice the difference from normal icecream

  • If you want to slim down, it is best to search Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine. They’ll make it easier to get the shape you deserve.

  • I’m not gay but gotta wonder how does someone so worried bout looking good and such a perfect looking dude put such shitty tats to ruin everything. At least get something very high quality those are horrible and ghetto.
Hope some kids realize how thar ruins someone who is otherwise perfect lol. Great video new fan but the bad choice of ink pisses me off on such a Greek God of a stud no homo lol.

  • My treat is a huge bowl (roughly 300 g ) of porridge oats, peanut butter and dried dates, i love oats so much, i’d take oats over any other food, love the stuff

  • As specialist, I believe Custokebon Secrets can be good way to lost crazy amounts of weight. Why not give it a shot? perhaps it’ll work for you too.

  • Totally appreciate how “normal” these snacks are. I do most of these already so the tips you gave beyond the actual snack themselves was helpful (timing, portion, etc.). They are easy to get and ones that your whole family can eat.

  • There are soooooo many low calorie/high protein snacks & supplements out there. So confusing!! That’s why I started my own Fit Food review YouTube channel.

  • I’m curious about Orange, Pineapple or Apple juice in a low calorie diet. Too much sugar or worth it. I heard Orange juice helps you burn calories and Pineapple juice is good for losing belly fat? Loved your video. Thank you.

  • You got the best snack examples. Most of the other guys just put the same old boring low cal snacks everyone knows about. Looking forward to more.

  • Hey Zac!

Whenever I’m cutting I usually make my own yoghurt. It’s really easy clean and natural. Just reply to my comment if ur interested and I’ll write it all down!

  • I got a question i got a very bad habit because I work a 3rd first job and it hard to manage to eat because I don’t eat at my breaks at 2.30am to 3.00am and when I go home in the morning I take a shower and eat something so I don’t know what to do?

  • I swear 30 calories of jello, 100 calories of high volume cereal, a cup of strawberries, and top it with some low calorie whipped cream and sprinkles u have a whopping desert bowl for like 300 cal its what keeps me sane and i feel like im cheating the system:D

btw, i enjoyed the video. You can always tell when someone isn’t trying to bullshit their videos and is honest. I see soo many of those cut guys you know that they work their ass off and eat super clean and make a video and be like “yeah im cutting now so im only taking in 7,000 calories instead of 12,000 at the minute.” and you’re just like the dude must’ve accidentally added an extra zero lol.

edit: best halo top flavors imo birthday cake remix, mint’choc chip, cookie dough (although i think its 360 calories), almond crunch/candy-bar

  • omg i miss the pre-covid 19 days when i could be out and about. What’s woolies? What’s coles? Are they car wash places? Who am i? idk man

  • Hey! Thanks a lot for this helpful video. By the way, I notice a lot of people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine), but I’m not sure if it is really good. Have you tried Custokebon Secrets? I have heard some unbelivable things about it and my sister lost crazy amounts of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me:(

  • I tried making the marshmellows but for some reason when i took the sheet out of the oven it just flattened and turned in to an egg white omlet, i did add the baking powder, why did that happen?

  • You are one of the only channels that I didn’t just subscribed but also did turn on the bell notifications.

You are giving your viewers simple and easy to follow content, but most important you keep it real, and doesn’t act or sound like other fitness channels who are basically in love with them selves.

    Keep it going bro

  • I have like a kind of ‘weirdo’ question for you. Australia is the last time, unfortunately, a lot in the newspaper. Also the climate change is a hot topic. You post like a lot of ‘huge meal’-videos, so a lot of consumption. Now is my question: what is your opinion on that and more general on the climate change? Do you think it’s okay to consume that much? (I still like your videos ;))

  • Bought Halo Top Cookies & Cream and it looked grayish and tasted like crushed ice. About a year later I tried another flavor and I’m glad I did, very good.

  • I’m trying to cut and my weakness is ice cream… my coworkers told me to try Halo Top. O.M.G.!!!! It is the BEST ice cream and i can’t believe it’s diet ice cream. Good recommendation!

  • putting bca in greek yogurt sounds like a game changer ngl! Have you ever tried snacking on frozen kiwii?? like sliced up then freeze, its amazign

  • Many people today are working to find out the best method to drop weight. Then again, being able to discover a diet plan that can work for you is tough to find. A crucial thing you want to understand is that a diet is effective for one person might not operate for another. So you must understand what your getting into before you begin one of these diets. This may give you enough information to find out if this is something that is appropriate to your needs. Read more here https://rb.gy/xxjiq2

  • Guys. lost a ton of weight does not need to be hard (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice now. Get a popular lose weight diet plan called Custokebon Secrets (do a search on google). Thanks to it I’ve lost crazy amounts of fat. I should not even be talking about it cause I don’t want lots of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. I’m just simply in a great mood right now and so I will share the wealth haha.

  • it did not help me at all, could you give recipies with products that can be purchased any where in the world please… veggies, fruits, oatmeal… does normal popcorn works?

  • Great meal prep will be using some of the recipes. I’d recommend rinsing your rice before you cook it though. Until the water turns clear. It tastes better that way.

  • Is Custokebon Secrets useful to lost crazy amounts of weight? I’ve learn a lot of good stuff about Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine).

  • I only just discovered your channel if only I’d discovered it three years ago! I’d just moved to a new city, ended a toxic relationship, and wanted to make a change in my body and how I felt about it. I started eating better, going to the gym, walking *everywhere*, and in a little over a year I’d dropped from 175 lbs to 140. Meal planning and food prep was always the hardest part for me, but it would have been so much easier with your videos! And the shopping lists and printed directions? So useful! Thank you so much I know your videos will make continuing on this journey easier (and tastier)!

  • Don’t mind ANYthing “sugar free” but hate with passion all artificial sweeteners. It is dishonest to perpetuate this lie by omission of calling artificially sweetened foods as just “sugar free”
BTW long live the sugar cane; here it literally grows like grass 😉

  • Now I’m feeling strong because I got 3kg of lean muscle in 1 month. I only visited website called Next Level Diet and they provided me with diet plan, training plan with amazing tips. Believe me!!! #*Next Level Diet*

  • lmao “12 almonds? I’d rather die” omg so true I hate the “healthy snacks” cause they are just not filling and are so bland. Great video! Loved the recipes

  • This video has great information, but I’m confused about the best diet plan that I should use, only because I have never used any. Anybody tried using the Custokebon Secrets? I’ve heard some folks refer to awesome things about Custokebon Secrets.

  • Thank you. I’ll be back in 2 months to say if I lost the weight or not. I’m 13.3 stone an I’m trying to get to 12 stone. I was 15 stone but now I’ve hit a barrier where I’m constantly craving sugary foods at night. Thanks

  • Kyle was tasked with educating several middle aged men who were called up to fight in the war. He very quickly found that his workouts – extreme cardio, limited diet and so on were obtaining very little effect. Get more info here https://bit.ly/2O8KTkZ

  • If you add a teaspoon of baking powder to the batter it puffs up like actual pancakes and u don’t have to oven them u can just turn em.

  • Hey there, I purchased the meal plan but it does not include the rice calorie break down in the teriyaki bowls. Do the numbers reflect that because you didn’t include it in the list at all?

  • Your videos are the best very detailed and a good variety but u have to let foods cool before u seal these other videos seal them hot and u can not do that it increases bacteria

  • Thank you! Now I finally have a filling, high protein dessert that can calm my sweet tooth! I use whole eggs from my farm and separate them myself and the cake comes out perfect every time.

  • Just purchased. It’s good that there is a cost. If it was free no one would take it serious. What are you willing to do to get better?

  • Thank you for the advice because I’m shredding right now I utlilze his advice it works. I have a blog https://ultimatehealtheatinglifestyle.com it helps people get in shape and work on their fitness goals

  • I don’t get skinny pop lot ppl use cal on regular popcorn that says unpop which is 100 cal but next to it the pop cal is like 20 cal so I just eat reg popcorn lol

  • If you let the seasoning sit on the chicken/steak longer instead of adding it while its cooking it really makes a difference in taste. good video, thanks for the ideas.

  • Hi there, have you considered this kind of diet plan called the Custokebon Secrets? My cousin says it helps people lost plenty of weight. Is that possible? I also heard many good review about this diet plan. Thoughts?

  • What did you use to mix with the pudding to make it 140 calories? It says you need 2 cups of milk but that would make it a lot over 140 calories because the whole pack of the pudding mix is already 120.

  • Guys. lost a lot of weight does not need to be hard (I used to think it did). I will give you some advice right now. Look for a popular weight loss system called Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine). Thanks to it I have lost a ton of weight. I probably should not even be speaking about it cause I do not really want a lot of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I am just in a great mood today so I’ll share the wealth haha.

  • Western food taste like water because they don’t use soy sauce, cooking wines, garlic, green onions, ginger, sugar and so on…. no offense but that’s why western food taste no where near Asian foods.

  • Just made the blueberry protein fluff and I am amazed. It’s delicious, filling and hits that ice cream craving right in the teeth. Thanks for that recipe!

  • Nice! It always amazes me how much people can control the macros and volume when they get creative.

An alternative to the jello I have used is 1. any protein powder + 2. jell-o pudding (the no fat, no sugar kind in the blue packet) + 3. water. Proportions depend entirely on preference for the consistency and desired protein content. If it mixes, it’s good. If not, add more water.

  • You can enjoy your dill stem, it is absolutely edible. It is crunchy and tasty (if you eat it fresh). If it seems too tough to you, do not throw it away, just add it to the broth or anywhere else.
Also, you don’t need to cut pieces of strawberries when peeling them. The stem and leaves can be torn off with your fingers. Clamp and tear off in a light circular motion. The berry remains whole.

  • In sum: Popcorn, Jell-O (fat free, sugar free gelatin and pudding), shirataki, protein fluff, soup, salad, zucchini, trail mix (natural).

  • What about red grapes? Are they good to eat as a snack or should I avoid them? They’re what I usually go for when I want something sweet, and I only eat a few of them at a time.

  • I am cutting on 1950 calories and my breakfast is
    -55g of oats
    1 tbsp of PB
    Berries
    2 whole scrambled eggs
    All: 555 calories

    IS GOOD? OR TOO MUCH?
I mean it fits in my macros
