  • No sense in stressing the kidneys, filtering acid when you can just reduce the load by opting for less acidic input.  I know, “the kidneys filter acid.”, again, no sense stressing their workload. I doubt you did or read any research on just how much that stress contributes to their stress. Also the point about acquiring acid due to cancer as opposed to not acquiring acid when cancer hasn’t yet taken hold. It seems to me that an acid rich environment would make an individual more susceptible if cancer seems to be predisposed to an acid rich environment.  My conclusion, err on the side of caution.

  • The only problem I have with eating meat is that I don’t want to support the level of inhumanity that goes on. Kosher seemes better but I’m really kind of torn on that still, I guess I need to do more research on it.

    I was being pushed to go on Fosamax (67 yr. old female) due to a concerning bone density test. When I started reading about Fosamax; I was not willing to do that. Arthritis is healing, inflammation is a joke and My anxiety is cured. This guy is one of many doctors to advocate industry propaganda studies to do with meat and dairy but is against the industry based propaganda to do with sugar and processed food. Let’s not forget those bias studies saying meat and dairy are good also say processed sugar and food is good. Think about that for a second lol.

  • I think a creatures teeth indicate what their diet should be. The majority of our teeth are for grinding indicating that we have them for mainly plant-based food. In contrast, our canine teeth are much much smaller than in carnivores thus we should eat meat only very occasionally.

    I you have a vessel filled with neutral liquid & you add small quantities of acid liquid over time. In order to maintain neutrality there would have to be someone else adding equal quantities of alkaline liquid over time. So if we’re eating an acidic diet (one including significant quantities of refined sugar, alcohol, meat, dairy etc). Where do we think the alkalinity to balance this diet comes from?

    The caustic hydroxides that make alkaline ionized water alkaline chemically burn the tissues leading to tissue damage and increased risk of cancer.     see they tell you NOT to allow contact with tissues due to the fact that lime can cause chemical burns.  Another hydroxide that can form is magnesium hydroxide, which is used commercially as a laxative because it chemically burns the intestinal wall leading to an influx of water and increased peristalsis moving the bowels.  Other potential hydroxides that can form are sodium and potassium hydroxides commonly known as lye and that make up products such as Red Devil Lye and Drano!!!!!  The water ionizer peddlers are no better than the pharmaceutical companies pushing their dangerous poisons.

    People should really research what makes these waters alkaline, which is caustic mineral (metal) hydroxides that dissociate forming the powerful free radical the hydroxyl radical linked to cancer formation. These hydroxides dangerously neutralize stomach acid, which leads to increased risk of infection from ingested microbes including cancer causing microbes. Neutralization of stomach acid also decreases methylation needed for about 4,000 chemical reactions in the body including protecting us from cancer by promoting DNA repair and supporting immune function.
    If you really want to see something interesting you should look up the studies that show how alkalizing the stomach leads to higher concentrations of dangerous nitrate forming bacteria. Just one more danger of drinking ionized alkaline water.

  • Your pH ca absolutely be changed by diet. I drank alkaline water from my local spring for about 3 years. The past few month I’ve had severe heart palpitations and confusion.   • I usually have a serving of kale, spinach, broccoli and asparagus every day. Then randomly carrots, lettuce if eating a salad, celery or stuff like that.
